Why hasn’t someone invented a pensive like in Harry Potter but for writers? You hold something to your brain and then your laptop and boom it just gets your words out there so you’ve only got to edit it (though I absolutely hate editing hence three unedited novels begging me to edit them and one where I’ve edited it but have to finish typing up all the changes) rather than that process of writing a couple of drafts of novels that are around 500,000 words minimum. Please someone invent this! I’ll love you forever and I’m pretty sure all writers would too.

Scariest nightmare you ever had?

I have them occasionally, like recently I dreamed I was being sucked into a horror game and didn't know how to escape the psychiatric hospital, but the worst nightmare I had was after I watched Dante's Peak in like, middle school. There is this scene where they have to swim in a small boat across an acid lake and the grandma gets out to push them to the shore despite it eating at her legs. I dreamed about this scene for more than a week and it sometimes was my grandma. Catastrophic movies suck.
