for context the book has pacific rim style mechas, but instead of being drift compatible or whatever its usually a male pilot and his concubine whose life force he usually drains in order to pilot the thing, but theres a LOT of propaganda that makes girls want to be concubines, or families might wanna send their daughters for the money. im simplifying it a LOT especially cause theres more info u only learn later on as zetian herself finds out but anyway

at the start of the book zetian and yizhi are besties who obviously have feelings for each other. zetian is poor while hes very rich so their friendship is kind of a secret and they meet in the woods which i think is cute, point is its p clear zetian tries to mantain a distance, not allowing herself to admit her feelings. for reasons i wont say zetian decided to become a concubine to one of the like bigger more badass guys even if she doesnt believe the propaganda and knows she might die, she only tells yizhi this the day before

he shows up at her house the next day begging her family to let him marry her?????? which is sweet because he wants to protect her but that isnt gonna work bestie sorry she's a woman w a mission

so anyway she goes to the concubine thing and shes surprisingly powerful "for a girl" which yeah thats a super common trope but shes so much more than just the strong protagonist. shes extremely powerful in every sense of the word imo and i love her so much and i wish the world hadnt been so cruel that she had to become so strong. but anyway the guy she wants to pilot w picks her. MAJOR SPOILER they have to pilot the mecha on day 1 cause they're under attack and uhhh she kills him lol lmao she drains her life force instead which supposedly is UNHEARD OF

so they cant just kill her off cause that'd look bad instead they send her to be the concubine of the strongest guy (all of his concubines die after 1 fight) and thats Li Shimin my beloved my little meow meow hes looked down on and kinda treated like an animal cause hes a criminal and the only reason he gets to be a pilot is his powerful qi. anyway shes forced to live w him and turns out hes just a lil guy. like hes very big and scary looking but hes just a tired man pls he needs a break. she fucking survived piloting w him which nobody expected. so now theres a lotta stuff going on i wont get into but some ppl arent happy w this duo cause they're both very powerful and not exactly happy to serve. and Shimin has a drink problem.

IN ENTERS GAO YIZHI hes back babey!!! and he decides to help shimin w his alcoholism. its funny cause when they first meet his crush on li shimin is so fucking obvious zetian is like "huh i always suspected he liked guys too" but li shimin is just pissed cause this is the guy who wants to make him stop drinking

theres like 1 moment of jealousy that i can remember when li shimin realizes zetian and yizhi have a thing going on but its settled very quickly and they all kiss.

back to the drift compatible thing: at one point in the final battle zetian and shimin need more power and yizhi literally lends them his qi (its extremely rare for a third person to help) and its beautiful and they are so in love and i cant wait for the sequel

ok i havent beat the elite 4 yet but i finished the necrozma plot line in ultra moon and ive got some thoughts

-      i really love this game. the changes they made were great and going back to sun to grab some mons for my dex felt so empty. i feel ultra added a lot more scenic things to routes and the additions of the beaches and mantine surfing is awesome. i didnt really give this gen much thought when it first came out, like i liked it but found some of the mechanics were weird or annoying. i wasnt interested in the new pokemon and thought the trials were too different from the gyms. but now i absolutely love it. its such a breath of fresh air honestly. and i made it a point to have teams of only alolan pokemon and i really came to like them a lot. being able to get the giant totem pokemon in ultra is great too. i cant gush about it enough

-      i was a little disappointed that they scrapped lusamines story with nihilego. it really fit her character in sun and i feel that without it the whole “cryogenically storing pokemon” and her personality were kinda out of place. i think they couldve kept it in and had the story mostly follow sun where she was only working with the recon squad so she could collect the ultra beasts as well, and then once you bring her back from the nihilego event the squad couldve been like “despite her betrayal we would be willing to help heal her so long as you take care of necrozma as initially planned.” like the way the player handled the situation impressed them and they decided to have them help instead of learning pokemon stuff themselves

i just feel like it couldve worked cause with the idea of humanoids living in this universe with the ultra beasts theyd obviously have info on them, and the fact that nihilego is like a parasite and saps the life force from people theyd probably have experience dealing with the aftermath (also lillie didnt get to yell at her to be a better person and that was such a good part of sun)

-      I GET TO RIDE THROUGH THE COSMOS ON THE BACK OF A GIANT MAGICAL SPACE CAT!!!!! that shits fucking TIGHT. i love solgaleo so much my big golden kitty with a big mane and its light form gives it little golden booties. i love lunala too the design is so cool but its wings take up so much of the screen rip. like using it in battle i cant see the opposing pokemon lmao. lunala definitely fits a little better with cosmog and cosmoem in terms of design with the purple and gold in an oval shape but both legendaries are so good

-      i wouldve liked to see more ultra recon-like people but the concept as a whole was neat. aliens from another universe seeking to right the wrongs of their ancestors and also learn about other worlds. i like that necrozma wasnt seen as some big monster that was terrorizing people for no reason, but a creature that had been wronged and even when it lashed out and hurt others they still recognized that it was in pain too and the only way to solve the problem was to help it as well as themselves

and i think this might be the first time in a main game that there was like, almost a justification? for the player character to have these legendary creatures in tow. like necrozma needs its light and will get that light from being near solgaleo/lunala, so to have a trainer that is powerful enough to defeat ultimate necrozma carry them around would be the most logical course of action to preventing another disaster

-      it still does feel weird that you can catch the tapus tho. like these are the guardians of the islands, why can this one trial goer just catch them and keep them in their team or in a PC box?? i get the whole “catch em all” thing but it wouldve probably made more narrative sense for them to just be like a super challenge. either individually really powerful or you fight them all in a row kinda thing

-      z moves are so OP looking and pretty cool and i love them. i love how each type has its own dance, theres a few special ones for specific pokemon like the partner cap pikachus z move is adorable. what i find hilarious tho is how ridiculous they are in the animation. like for example ultimate necrozmas z move is like, total nuclear annihilation through absorption of all the universes light. and then the target just gently faints afterwards lmao. or the dark type move that straight up sucks pokemon into a black hole. theyre just so over the top and i hope they bring it back in some form like how you can have some mega forms in alola

been thinking about how i would make a remake/reimagining of simons quest. long post ahead. might be a little stupid since im no game designer or writer or anything lol

random gameplay stuff

it would be metroidvania style, but not all in the castle. imagine it like ooe but the map is interconnected.

i would keep the day/night cycle but it would be less obnoxious of course... probably there would be a little clock on the HUD showing what time it is and how close you are to nightfall. villagers would go inside during the night, but you can still enter churches. churches are your most reliable healing method since save rooms would be pretty sparse in the rest of the world map, and saving at the churches also allows you to skip straight to morning or nightfall if you so desire. being stuck in the middle of the woods during night can be disastrous if the player is ill-prepared since monsters grow stronger then.

there would still be puzzles to figure out and complete, and it would still be a bit cryptic (not to the degree of the original of course), but there is a supporting character i would put in who you can ask for hints at any time, and hers are a lot more straightforward (more on her later). important items are gained through quests rather than bought with hearts, but drop rates would be VERY forgiving since it’s required. like, a villager promises to give you the red crystal if you can get him some fish meat from a merman, which would have about a 40% drop rate... i kind of wanted to preserve the sense of fighting monsters to forage for materials the original has without making the game a total grindfest :P

additionally, materials dropped from monsters can be used to craft food items after simon teams up with the aforementioned supporting character. like i said before, save rooms wouldn’t be super common so it would be implemented as a way to heal yourself when you’re away from town.

the bosses would be decently difficult to compensate with there being very few of them- a true challenge, but they can be beaten with both playable characters if the player is skilled enough

the plot would be expanded upon as well so lemme give a little summary

it begins in simons house where he wakes up having trouble breathing. he’s been struggling with some physical illness ever since battling dracula years prior, especially a nasty bite on his arm he sustained during the fight, and that arm has been turning a pretty nasty shade of grey, like its wasting away. he goes outside to a graveyard near a local church to try and get some fresh air, but it is largely unhelpful. suddenly, he spots an old woman standing at one of the graves. he looks over at him and says mysteriously “ah... must be a horrible night for a curse.” simon is like “what do you mean?!” the old woman tells him to “resurrect him and destroy what remains, or nothing will remain of you”. she then disappears into thin air, implying she’s a ghost or something equally spooky. simon is like “destroy what remains... dracula’s remains?!”

the game starts properly in the graveyard and surrounding forest as simon heads in a fairly straight path towards the town of jova, where he meets a woman a few years younger than him named agnes. agnes’ parents were killed by dracula’s forces when he was resurrected back then, and she admires simon greatly for defeating the dark lord (shes also implied to be a descendant of grant danasty!). she decides to accompany him on his quest after hearing about his curse. he asks the head priest of the town if he knows about dracula’s remains, and the priest tells him that he heard of some of dracula’s followers placing some of dracula’s body parts in their strongholds to worship, and points him to the direction of the first stronghold and hands him a stake. he also warns them that bringing all of his remains together can resurrect the dark lord and it holds a remarkable corrupting power.

simon and agnes then become a character swapping duo (just like portrait of ruin hehehe). agnes is low on defense but can deal plenty of damage at a close range, and her signature weapon is the golden knife. she’s fast as well, whereas simon is more of a slow, defensive character who is best at keeping distance between himself and the enemy. agnes is smart, but impulsive and stubborn, and doesn’t like being told that she’s wrong. simon is a stoic but kind individual who tends to keep to himself. their personalities occasionally cause conflict between them during the adventure, but they eventually grow to become really good friends.

eventually they reach berkeley mansion, the first of the strongholds, and its aesthetic is very much “dark evil church”. there are the usual skeletons and bats and stuff, but some of the dracula followers are regular enemies as well. the first boss is a human who has dedicated his life to following dracula (specifically to contrast against the priest dude who gave simon the stake and directions) who uses magic attacks and stuff. beating him earns simon dracula’s rib, which functions suprisingly well as a shield (which becomes important later).

the adventure continues on like this, going from town to mansion to town, with simons curse becoming more and more hindering to him (from a story perspective not a gameplay one. simon wont become worse to play as because that would be lame as hell). they go to the other mansions, with the bosses being carmilla (guarding the nail of vlad, in a mansion thats very much a vampires lair), olrox (guarding the eyeball, in a massive dining hall themed mansion) death (guarding vlads ring in a Spooky Clockwork Skeleton Mansion with slogras and gaibons and all the usual death stuff), and in the final mansion... there is no boss. just as simon is about to grab the heart, agnes stops him.

Agnes: You told me you were going to destroy the remains, weren’t you?

Simon: Of... Of course, Agnes. Why do you ask?

Agnes: Why haven’t you?

Simon: ...

Agnes: We have almost all of them. You remember what the priest said, right? That bringing them together can resurrect Dracula.

Simon: Well... I haven’t exactly been truthful, Agnes. The old woman who sent me on this quest didn’t tell me just to destroy his remains...

Agnes: So you’ve been intending to resurrect the Dark Lord this whole time? For your own selfish gain?

Simon: This curse will kill me if I don’t.

Agnes: ...So it’s true, then. You’re willing to risk the lives of thousands just to save your own skin. Lives like my parents’... Lives like mine.

Simon: I...

Agnes: There’s no need to explain yourself, oh great hero, Simon Belmont. (Scoffs) If you care more for yourself than anyone else, strike me down now!

surprise! simon has to fight against his best friend! tbh i would be pissed at him too lmao. and it’s a tough fight, as agnes can deal a ton of damage and is hard to dodge. killing her like any other boss will give you the bad ending, where simon realizes she was right and lets himself succumb to the curse out of guilt for her death. the way to the good ending is to use dracula’s rib as a shield (i told you it would be important!) or dodge/survive her attacks until she tires out (the shield is the best method though), and realizes simon doesn’t want to hurt her. they have a touching emotional moment and simon assures her that he beat dracula before and can do it again, but he will need her help. agnes nods, and they head to the ruins of dracula’s old castle, which is totally empty. there’s no music, while the rest of the game has been filled with catchy tunes, here there’s only ambient noise.

they reach the throne room and place drac’s remains on a pedestal, where they begin to glow with dark energy. blood is dripping down the walls and stuff, and the count is returning to the mortal plane as thunder booms in the background. simon begins to doubt himself. if he loses now, the world will be plunged into darkness, and it will all be his fault. but... agnes has his back, despite everything. they fight dracula together, and though it’s tough with simon’s weakened body, they eventually prevail, as simon drives the stake into his heart, the curse finally lifted.

the game ends with agnes and simon returning to jova. agnes admits that she’s still upset with simon for lying to her, but she would be even more upset if he died slowly because of her. simon sighs, stating that there was no easy solution to the situation they were in, and asks for forgiveness for breaking her trust and risking so much for his own desires. agnes says maybe one day she will forgive him completely, and she still considers him a friend, but she needs some time to herself. simon nods, and they go their separate ways.

SO YEAH idk if this is even good but i hope u at least enjoyed reading it. maybe ill make designs for this version of simon, and for agnes too ofc :D

...yeah, not exactly the happiest ending, but i always found it kind of weird that simon was so willing to resurrect the count to save himself from the curse, so that’s the main conflict i decided to add to the story. its not the sort of conflict that can be easily resolved. theres no easy answer... agnes was right about simon risking other peoples lives being wrong, but she was also wrong to insist that he just give up and let the curse kill him instead. its Complicated idk... edit: actually i decided there would be two "true endings" after using the shield in the agnes fight. the one i described, and a second one where they decide against resurrecting dracula and simon lives out the short rest of his days with agnes until he dies of the curse. both endings are considered equally canon and valid

Okay it’s new world tour theories time

it’s long so I’ll put it all under the cut :)c

Basic things real quick that have been painted out for us

- there are two versions of the history of strings: the one peppy gives, and I’m assuming the one the rock trolls know (the true one). I’m assuming this story will show some of Barb’s motivations

- branch has accepted his crush on poppy but she thinks of him as a friend. im expecting there to be some good running gags of branch trying to confess/ask her out and he gets interrupted 

- branch and poppy have some kind of fallout 

- branch is for using force; poppy wants to go for a softer, more diplomatic approach 

- barb ends up getting all the strings and turning each kingdom leader into “rock zombies” during her rock show

- barb is ultimately redeemed in the end and gets a tall colorful mohawk 

SO THAT BEING SAID. theres a lot of meat missing from these bones...and I wanna throw out some theories regarding the meat lol

For the true story of the strings, I’m gonna guess that it’s going to talk about how Peppy’s version of the story is wrong/misleading. I’m gonna guess that it’s either barb or thrash telling this story...and I’m thinking it’s going to talk about the falling out of the kingdoms, particularly with the rock trolls. maybe peppy’s original story will talk about how the kingdoms just naturally didnt get along and decided to split off amiably to live in their own respective kingdoms away from each other. and the ACTUAL story could be that they all DID get along together, until pop and rock started to antagonize each other, which lead to general unrest in the kingdoms. more and more conflict eventually lead to the kingdoms splitting, and the blame was placed on the rock trolls and their rowdy nature. im thinking they suffered some sort of consequence as a result...but im not sure what! something bad enough to make barb want to destroy all other types of music.

with branch’s crush and the fallout between him and poppy....i feel like this is really up in the air. my strongest instinct tells me that dreamworks will kinda take the common route and have poppy eventually break out of her obliviousness and give branch a shot, go ahead and go on a date with him. BUT...i feel like theres also the possibility, given that Goodbye song that was cut and dreamworks deleting that pic showing the breakup, that branch will eventually get the opportunity to confess his feelings and poppy will insist that she just wants to be friends. this will make branch angry, he’ll impulsively start a fight with poppy, and they’ll part ways (resulting in poppy getting snatched by the rock trolls and branch by the reggaeton/kpop trolls). after spending time away from each other, branch will come to terms with poppy’s decision, getting encouragement from the reggaeton/kpop trolls to be happy and grateful to have the platonic relationship he does have with poppy, and go off to save her at the rock show with their help. unlikely, yeah, but...something I would prefer over the traditional ending of them coupling up tbh.

okay, with branch wanting to use weapons and force and poppy wanting to use persuasion/affection...I feel like this is more than just a gag. when poppy says “all we need are [this arm and this arm]...for hugs!” i feel like this could be foreshadowing for both how their adventure is gonna go and how they ultimately get barb on their side. branch is going to insist on using force to get out of predicaments, but in the end it will be poppy’s more pacifist methods of persuasion and group song that solve their problems. I think branch will also be less willing to trust the other trolls from other kingdoms...both of these will start causing a divide between him and poppy as it wears on them both. however, I think when theyre finally getting around to defeating barb, it’ll be love and diplomacy from poppy that wins her over. seems like something that the rock trolls dont encounter that much, and it might be what barb actually wanted all along :0c

WHICH BRINGS ME TO..barb’s redemption and new look!! barb’s pre-redemption look reminds me a lot of pre-true colors branch? her roots and base of her hair is really dark, her mohawk is short in comparison to the other rock trolls’ long hair, shes shown to be prickly and grouchy, and has dark purplish-grey skin. she also has like....a kinda awkward grin lol? BUT her end-of-movie look has her mohawk tall, rainbow hair (with some black because yeah rock troll lol), a big ol grin, and lighter pink skin. so im thinkingggg she has some sort of true-colors moment with poppy after maybe some kind of sad backstory moment? if crazy train is the finale song for barb, those lyrics are like...pretty sad tbh? and would make for a great backstory for barb with her motivations and why her appearance is so gloomy and greyish like branch was. my biggest wonder with all of this is what exactly the root of her sadder state is (something to do with her ear maybe??) and how exactly poppy gets to a point with barb where they talk things out and get to the point where barb is redeemable and accepted by the other trolls after basically pillaging through their kingdoms. gonna be a big one to pull off!! and i cant wait!!!

you know sungjin hates confrontation but you cant stand it anymore. you tried giving him time but if theres anything you seem to be more of a stranger to him

“i dont know what i did wrong and i wont know if you dont tell me, so let me know. i’ll listen and i’ll apologize if its my fault, but dont give me silent treatment like this. its so unlikely of you"

you can see sungjin clences his jaw as he replies calmly, "people change"

the conversation was cut there and neither of you bring it up again,

because the idea of you loving sungjin or sungjin loving you is so weird that you refuse to think about it, and so is for sungjin

but ever since that, sungjin has drastically come back to normal its almost hilarious, he spends a lot of time hanging out in the music club, practicing with the band, visiting the cooking club, making a joke here and there

sungjin is himself again with you, a caring dependable brother whom you come to whenever you need to talk or just hang out with and he always makes sure he has time for you

sits down in your inbox. we've talked about how scollace would get married but let's get back to the basics: what's your ideal getting-together scenario for them

AGGGGHHH this is actually really hard to answer okay so i think its like the slow burn mutual pining roommates au of my dreams except a whole lot worse bc theyre both terrible as like, people, and it lasts FOREVER. the problem is canon actually deals with scotts.. scott-ness in a really delicate way, and i do not think the two of them would get together until scott manages to get himself under control. so i will give two answers: the real one, and the funny one. this is going to be kind of long and less tender than you might hope lmao

the REAL scenario is where most of pre-ramona v1 and their past plays out the exact same as canon. like, they meet in uni, they become best friends, envy breaks up with scott, and he and wallace move in together sometime during scotts hazy year. and, unfortunately, scott still ends up dating knives.

ramona kind of acts as a catalyst for scotts emotional growth (and he in turn for hers) which i have talked about in a post somewhere in my drafts, so the way this works out would have to be scott going to therapy. i think scott and knives would date slightly longer than in canon bc while his friends and wallace are discouraging the relationship fully for the age gap, theres no extra pressure of the cheating. they DO break up eventually when scott has an epiphany or whatever like oh my GOD. this is CREEPY. and he breaks up w her. theres still a whole knives subplot going on but w less cheating.

ANYWAYS they visit envy again this time w/out having to fight her bf, and this time when he sees wallace at the place, he (gasp) doesnt have to cuddle. thats right, in the scollace au of our dreams, since scott isnt dating anyone, wallace doesnt feel like theyre in the right place for wallace to properly move on from his lingering crush on scott. he does force scott to talk to a counselor though.

then blah blah blah therapy blah blah emotional growth blah blah scott finally gets a job working w stephen stills and brags about it to wallace and wallace is like “cool, so can we buy a house or” bc theres no question at that point that theyll be moving w/out each other. so they buy a house. cue more therapy blah blah apologies to all the women in his life hes hurt like a LOT blah blah we’re recording right now blah blah maybe scott goes back to school blah.

wallace and scott would probably get even closer once scotts stopped acting like a dick all the time, and like scott is obviously bisexual, duh, and hes pretty secure about it, so when his friends start joking about them acting like a couple he laughs it off no biggie. except it begins to dawn on him very slowly that maybe they.. maybe they DO act like a couple.. meanwhile wallace is like i have not dated anyone seriously in like, two years at least. this is all scotts fault.

there’d probably have to be like. a catalyst to make them actually admit feelings, either in the form of a person (probably lisa or envy or smth) or an event (aka one im partial too where scott gets top surgery and when wallace cares for him the entire time scott is like maybe i DO be gay) but something happens that forces scott to compartmentalize his actual deep-seated feelings for wallace and after that its just a measure of scott doing something romantic for one and wallace going :wide eye emoji: :wide eye emoji: :wide eye emoji: wait my feelings and fantasies of like idk 3-4 are FINALLY GETTING REALIZED?????? and then they become the bitchy gay power couple of my wildest hopes

the FUNNY scenario is during the middle of scotts therapy speedrun arc he gets really drunk with wallace for the first time in a while and *fade to black* then they wake up in bed together the next morning and both go “huh. guess this is happening now” and date for five years before getting married, moving to the bahamas, and adopting three children a pitbull and a longhair cat

i'm 63 pages in now and i'm really enjoying this comic so far. it's solidly paced with an interesting cast of characters. the banter is really fun to read and i'm loving how the world building expands with each new character introduced

imo, there's an even sadder death in book 2...

I like that the beginning just has a lot of comedy even while establishing the exposition parts. So you don't really even notice you're learning about characters, the world, and so forth, because the jokes just really make the entire experience vastly entertaining. My favorite moment in the comic is probably now when all the governors show up and Electric Zebra to fight the demon. Cause it was like a party of badasses, had lots of great comedy, lots of great fighting, and just all around it was nice to see everyone else embrace Mizuki's strengths too. My favorite character is a tie between Electric Zebra and Sword Warrior/Taci. Electric Zebra because I love that he works for the gov but also hates the gov while also moonlighting as a musician. He just all around is a fun character for me who could do no wrong. Taci I like because he's simultaneously arrogant, smart, caring, and selfish. I also like that he just blatantly announces his plans to become dictator. As for the art, I really love the colors. The entire comic is just a really colorful experience without being over-saturated, and I really think that makes it stand out, regardless of the other 3D aspects and such that make it stand out as well, of course. I like in the current book it explores the nature of making friends. Since Mizuki is trying hard to make friends with Stella, and Stella isn't having that. So I enjoy this exploration in terms of kind of what do you even do in those situations and how can you peacefully co-exist and overcome that grump gap.

As for the overall related content and the comic's strength, these are one in the same for me: the comedy. This is by far one of the few comic's that clicks for me in terms of comedy. Not only does it have fantastic timing, but a lot of it is really smart with lots of callbacks to things that happened - and damn do I love that sort of continuity. It's not even just the one-liner jokes though. Sometimes it's just the stories overall way of solving problems in comedic ways that is the best, so all in all, just a great entertaining comic.

Hm, so this is somehow a trickier one for me to analyze since I've been reading it since the first CTP. Admittedly I fell behind after Book2 (busy months) but I just got caught back up (SpaceMySpace...) so I guess I'll do some further pondering and check back in later. ^^

tbh my favorite character in the comic is taci. like, before his introduction, the comic was incomplete, in a sense. but with him in the picture, all the writing just fits together. (even past the fact that books 3-5 wouldn't happen without taci being a total weirdo who mailed hundreds of letters to the galaxy knights under fake names, lol)

My favorite joke changes each reading, but right now I'm gonna go with Book 2 when Mizuki is remarking about forgetting something important and then we see Enetoro still stalling for the talent show. It was such great timing since it was long enough most readers probably forgot about it in the front of their mind but still recent enough you're like oh yeah. And I just like that long ass joke setup for the entire book. As for how the comic's comedy in general stands apart, just superior timing. A lot of comedy is about timing, and this comic is just spot on everytime. As for how Mizuki uses magic, it's probably a bit of both. She is crazy, but she will probably make it work for a long time to come just out of sheer force of will and stubbornness. But I think her having to learn so many abilities and find ways to utilize them together can only increase her skills as a strategist, since it allows her to assess the full potential of every ability and command others to reach that potential. King Zebugu is probably up to something again. I don't think he's as evil in the first books, but I def think there's something going on that he isn't telling anyone that he'll reveal towards the end and say, "Well good luck Mizuki peace out." I don't think it'll help Taci though. I think Taci will just wind up getting roped in and never get even one step closer to becoming the dictator he always wants to be. I do think Mizuki will become a Galaxy Knight. As for other trials, I'm not entirely sure. I imagine there's gonna be some sort of tournament arc though cause otherwise how is Stella supposed to say something about how this is a true contest for warriors. I think Stella will befriend Mizuki, and Taci will at least win something he can brag about. I think Pejiba won't win though, but I also think Pejiba would be content to try again and just go back to skipping around with Cahe.

There's... somewhat of a tournament arc coming up? The structure is gonna be weird compared to other tournament arcs, but it's definitely one of the more interesting chapters I've written lol. So... have fun speculating on that for the next three years lmao

Regarding some of the other questions - there's currently enough information in the comic to figure out all the 11th-hour plot twists for Book 3. I won't say there's enough information to easily figure the plot out, lol, but you could figure it out. Though - there is absolutely something going on that King Zebugu isn't telling anyone about (it's kind of a habit at this point, lol).

1. You know something I like about the beginning? The links to the original artwork. It's just a subtle thing down at the bottom, but it simultaneously shows the progress made by the artist, and allows anyone thinking 'wow I could never do anything like that' to realize that it didn't happen overnight.

Also the gradual world building is really well done. You don't get too much at once.

2. I think my favourite moment remains how Mizuki defeated Zebugu near the end of Book 1. It was just really clever in terms of reincorporating something subtle (the comic's good at that in general) to turn the tables, and played off his personality more than his magic, which was also clever. There's lots of other great moments too, but that one stands out over time, I think because we were looking at a climax there.

3. Favorite character is probably Zaxaty. Yeah, yeah, mathtans going for the major lesbian, big surprise, but hear me out. She's connected to the King, a major antagonist, but has her own personality and I don't think she's afraid to slap him down if needed. She might even end up connected to the major protagonist (because of reader ships). She's into art, there's that whole bizarre roller skating thing just to point out she's not normal. I possibly enjoy hairstyles like hers. And she sustained major injuries in the big Book 2 battle but sucked it up and still did what she could. So there.

(Before Zaxaty it was probably Pejiba. She seemed smart and capable.)

4. Character interaction... possibly Mizuki and Taci, simply because I tend to enjoy their interactions with everyone else in the cast. So when they get together, whew... possibly related, Mizuki has a tendency to be oblivious due to inexperience or failing her perception checks, while Taci can be oblivious because he's so full of himself. Their battle and the Sword Warrior revelation was another good moment overall.

5. Again, I'm hardly a person to be commenting on art. But the rendering effects and the occasional animated panels kind of blow me away.

(Not the first person to remark on that, admittedly.)

6. I'm not great with themes either. Perseverance is probably one, based on what/who Mizuki has to put up with. Also friendship, which Rebel referenced, and can even be seen in the earlier bits with the group coming together (Cahe and Pejiba taking it to the next level). And how those in power aren't necessarily the best at decision making (is that a theme)?

Then there's mystery, like what are peoples' goals. Is that a theme? I don't know what I'm talking about, let's face it.

7. Something about the story and content is how much development's gone into it. I don't know if the side stories were started in part due to StArt Faire, or if it provided some perpetual motion, but for example Gynu and Suzigu have this entire childhood backstory in there, and we never saw that much of them in Book 1. (Maybe that one was to highlight more Galaxy Knight stuff? But there's others that expand on otherwise minor characters.)

Then there's the cast page, which seems to be constantly updating, and includes extra random trivia and even what seem like really really minor characters (like the Ferryman).

I have no clue how snuffysam manages to do all that stuff and yet continue to update multiple times in a week. With, as Rebel pointed out, very good comedy too, both situational and connected to character personalities.

8. Comic strength is I think at times doing the unexpected. Like throwing in animation, or referencing someone new or something that adds new pieces to the magic dynamic. Like you want to keep reading to know what comes next because even if it's what you think it might be, there's probably some new aspect you didn't expect that will be there too.

Anyway, there's some thoughts, and for all I know it's similar to stuff I already said in a previous chat. If so, whoops. More tomorrow. I type slow.

9. I'm not sure I could pick a favourite joke. Mizuki's habit of breaking the fourth wall tends to be cleverly done. Coruby's wit matches well with his character. I'll echo what Rebel said about the timing too; there's effective use of beat panels and the like too.

10. Mizuki's probably crazy, or perhaps it's more her obliviousness, but she's very good at working with what she has to minimize the drain. She also must have a really good memory. I think the main problem with her ability to strategize is she's not great at long term planning, everything seems to be more "in the moment".

(I figure you've got a lot going on as is there. ) Sorry, must scamper again, back later. Should we comment on ships too here, or is that mostly covered by the comic itself?

I can't decide how I feel about Zebugu/Taci. That is a ship that makes sense as much as it doesn't make sense. I am stuck in a loop.

I am looking forward to more Taci because Taci. There can never be enough Taci in the comic, and I think I just really enjoy how he works off Mizuki because it offers lots of beautiful comedic potential. My final words are just amazing comedy comic that everyone should check out.

11. I think King Zebugu is in the trials in part because he doesn't like that his wizard and his accountant were former Galaxy Knights. Maybe it's the ace they play to get him under control at times, maybe they don't need to, but I think he's trying to gain more power over his underlings, and by extension the planet. He's always got an angle. As to Taci, for him it's probably more ego driven, but he does have two abilities so maybe he wants to see how he compares off planet. I don't see either of them winning, I see them potentially cancelling each other out so the other guy doesn't win.

12. I think Mizuki could become a Galaxy Knight, but I don't think it'll happen in Book 3. In particular Bily is being set up as an antagonist against her (she has a similar ability to duplicate the spells of someone else, though she does need to touch them AND she has a beef with Mizuki over being the one to knock her brother out of contention). Other trials, I'm not sure... there might be one where they have to team up with someone else. Mizuki and Stella would be an interesting situation, as would Taci and anybody. I don't think Motorcycle Man or Willpower-Copy Lady will get far since the cast page only gives them minor character status. But then that could be part of the joke in the end.

Rebel's analysis regarding the others looks pretty good, actually. I'm not sure how hammer guy fits in, is one thing.

Fun that Stella's officially out now, incidentally. I don't see her going for shorter women though. Also, I wonder what constellations she might have that are in no way tied to the stars as we know them? And for that matter, she made a "Frozen" reference, which is usually Mizuki's domain. Perhaps she's also aware of the 4th wall (or "Frozen" went international there on 'SpaceMySpace' or something). Anyway.

13. Well, that last Starstuff Story is only one page long, so potentially looking forward to reading the rest of that. Seeing how the tournament plays out will be interesting... I'm more hyped about it than the gatherings plot of Book 2, maybe it's the extra title drop, dunno. Also vaguely curious about what's happening with everyone back on the planet during this time... like, if the King's away, who's running the place? (Zaxaty?)

Incidentally, the Galaxy Knights must be pretty well off financially. They set up housing and roommates for EVERYONE, then almost right away had a challenge and eliminated most of the people. Like, a lot of those rooms they didn't need.

Random question too, how DID the Starstuff stories get their start?

@mathtans I dunno how I keep screwing this up... anyway, I checked, and the newest story is now 100% fixed.

The original reason for Starstuff Stories was to flesh out characters' move pools for potential video game adaptations. Like, that's why Green Archer uses explosive arrows and chain arrows in her story, and why Chill Bro has ice armor in his. Though it evolved over time to just being interesting stories that I wanted to tell that wouldn't necessarily focus on Mizuki.

also, regarding something @mathtans said - Looks like the story has evolved too, there's been some scenes without Mizuki too (though I guess they were in some way related). yeah i had to rewrite book 3 like two times before I realized the story worked better if it didn't focus on mizuki all the time. like, book 3 introduces the most new characters out of any book so far, and i was completely neutering it by forcing all their arcs to relate to mizuki in some way. thanks to breaking that mentality, i'm able to include stuff like characters having rivalries with each other in ways that mizuki wouldn't even find out about, which helps keep the book from getting bogged down imo.

How do you think the SH protagonists interacted with regular people after the game? What weird things people notice they do? What do they speculate about them? Are they like the weirdos on the edge of the street people talk about? What rumors are there about them? When people meet them are others like, 'Oh yeah, they're crazy. There was one time when...'

OKAY sorry for the wait on this, all February long has been a never-ending parade of chaos so I’ve been pretty out of sorts.

But I really like this ask so I want to do it justice with my answer. 

I think that it goes without saying that ALL of them come out of Silent Hill with some problems integrating back into “regular” life, but the specifics vary by character.

HARRY MASON: Being basically the “only” survivor, Harry took it hard. I headcanon that for probably the better part of a year, he almost completely withdrew from the public with baby Cheryl/Heather. Shades drawn 24/7, extremely secretive and paranoid, basically completely self-isolating and only leaving the house to buy groceries. However, probably around the time that the reality of his situation fully sank in, he kind of got his shit together and went from being a complete social nonentity to actually being able to pull off “normal” better than most of the other protagonists. You’d have to really be watching him to tell that anything was off because he’s good at being amiable and approachable– but he still draws maps of his surroundings, mentally plots escape routes, and is always figuratively looking over his shoulder any time he’s out of the house. Being attacked by the cult again when Heather was a toddler amplified the paranoia even more and while he was still able to maintain a “normal” outward facade, Harry still had countless little habits like taking meandering, circling routes while driving home from anywhere, only ever letting the phone go to message machine (in case someone was trying to check if he or Heather was at home), etc etc. General public opinion of Harry though is that he’s friendly and very normal.

JAMES SUNDERLAND: Short answer: badly. Long answer: if you’re so inclined, please enjoy 200,000+ words of James being increasingly dysfunctional in public (with the disclaimer that I started writing it literally a decade ago so the first chapters are QUITE CLUNKY).

HEATHER MASON: In many ways, and not coincidentally, she winds up dealing with it a lot like Harry. Like her dad with the bogus murder investigation after he killed the cultist trying to kidnap her, I headcanon that Heather ALSO came out of the frying pan and into the fire in that there is literally one dead body in her apartment and another one on the roof of the building. That plus a delinquent teenager with a probable reputation for trouble in school showing back up after having disappeared with her father’s blood still on her clothing, I pretty much headcanon that the first thing to happen to Heather upon leaving Silent Hill is getting fucking arrested for Harry’s murder. FORTUNATELY, she has Douglas’s word (and the family history that he dug up while investigating her and Harry to begin with) to back her up so chances are she didn’t stay arrested for very long, but still, like. Extra trauma. Especially since, as a troubled kid to begin with, “I heard she literally killed her dad” probably follows her around in her final year of school. AFTER THAT… I think she also withdraws a lot like her father did at first, keeping in touch with Douglas but really not anybody else, and generally nursing a RAGING bitterness for authority (which was already there, but gets even worse after the experience) and holing up by herself. Eventually she attends some form of community college (where her reputation as a killer won’t follow her) and starts to come back out of her shell a little– but like dad, she also spends a lot of time idly drawing maps, caching weapons and supplies, and taking very weird routes to go anywhere in order to shake off hypothetical pursuers. Also people around her on a regular basis quickly notice that if she’s ever startled or caught off-guard for like two seconds she will literally become the most terrifying-looking person in existence before catching herself and realizing that it’s someone asking to borrow a pen and not a cultist who needs to have the pen shoved through their eyeball. She remains Ready To Fight at all times and anyone who spends any time getting to know her will be able to tell she’s been through something.

HENRY TOWNSHEND: Immediately after SH4 Henry literally launches from one end of the anxiety spectrum to the next where instead of isolating himself indoors, he gets actively afraid to be inside buildings. Obviously he’s kind of forced to get over this fairly quickly (because the alternative is continuing to just sleep on the street) but he still is VERY panicky about having doors closed or going deep into buildings there there’s no direct exit to the outside immediately visible. However, he actually has a little bit less active fear of being stalked or pursued (having the closure of basically killing Walter himself was good for SOMETHING) than Harry or Heather– it’s still there for sure, but he doesn’t feel it quite to that degree. On the other hand, being more socially awkward and anxious to BEGIN with, he still is extremely nervous-looking and timid while interacting with people in public,and frankly even moreso than he used to be. If he stays with Eileen, he pretty much stays in her shadow and lets her do the talking. He remains a complete weirdo in the eye of almost everyone he interacts with.

AND THAT’S ALL I GOT IN ME ATM I don’t have quite as much material stored up for the other protags. Hopefully this is what you had in mind! Reading it over I realize I went into a little more detail about their circumstances than how they actually BEHAVE, l-lmao.

Episode 13 | “STIMULUS CHECK? NO BITCH HERE'S A REALITY CHECK” - Adam

so. its over and im out of the game. i waited a couple hours to write this because i knew i would hurt some feelings if i didnt and if we learnt anything from today its that jake's feelings get hurt real easy and we wouldn't want that would we. i think the reason i have struggled (and likely still will) to get closure is because i don't think this makes sense for jake? i've had some frustrations and some suspicions with jake over the past two rounds but i had no intentions of cutting him any time soon. i am a shield he so desperately needed what is wrong with him. like even if i wanted to cut him how on earth would i have got it done? with what numbers. to use a quote from autumn in the game we played together before but adapted for this instance, "today we learned unless jake feels like the prettiest girl at the dance every minute of every day, you’re not doing enough". now to the fun stuff. i want to just tribute to adam and autumn. adam is someone i was SO sus of at the start but he is a gem. his personality is so vibrant he is a true gem. autumn hill is who i wanna dedicate this to and focus this on. autumn is one of my best allies ever and one of my favourite ORG people ever... what a complete. legend. such a role model to me in my real life, she has taught me to be confident, to back myself and to not take any shit and for that I'm so grateful. i literally am so honoured to call her my friend and i cant wait to meet her in person when she moves to the UK WOOOO. anyway i've also moved on from being 100% self negative. i fought so hard this season i played so so so hard and i fought my way to F8 despite being a threat since F21. i did the damn thing and im proud, and even tho it sucks that all my fighting was cut short by my closest ally i tried my very best and that's all i can do. thank you to the hosts for bringing me back, its been a... journey hehe

I don’t think anyone is ready for this round or at least what’ll come of it... I’m expecting an explosion or a mess given Jakey thinks he’s staying, TJ has been lied to, and hopefully Autumn or Adam leave next... its all a mess. If Jakey goes, I’m planning a 2-2-2 split between Autumn and Adam where we maybe get Autumn out but Adam leaving doesn’t hurt either. 

Well that vote blows... I really thought I had someone that I could navigate this end game with and then it got completely taken away from me. Now, I know I have to do what’s best for my game. And there’s two scenarios I see being possible: 1. Staying with my alliance and voting out Autumn/Adam and then risking that the three Beauties will actually cut someone in that group. 2. I flippy flippy and vote with Autumn (oh dear, I’m actually considering this?) and get Amir out to set myself up with Kendal and Augusto to get to the F3. Amir just told me he has the Beauty idol, so this may be my only shot to get him out of this game. I really need to consider both of these options, because I think this is the round that makes or breaks my entire game.

Not a single person in this game has ever wanted to go to the end with me except for kendall Jakeys trying to take her out right now and i want to keep jakey in the game so bad but 4 people want him out so bad and the only way to save him is with my idol and i want to keep my idol and i want to keep a relationship with kendall but augusto will know that its my idol that saved jakey so my entire game will be blown the fuck up so i have to just let him go strategically, Since jakey is leaving, i wanna try and make sure adam is next because hes the strongest competitor that will be left and if i make it to five and four i need to win comps. Okay I need to actually strategize lmao so after this vote if it goes as expected I believe autumn has the idol, just based on how she was behaving Her and adam and me are afraid of tj kendall Augusto final 3, however, if that does become a final 3, I can force it out of kendall, so as long as Adam and autumn do not win immunity, we can split the vote on them, or just 3 beauties vote together strong. I’m also using autumn and Adams target on tj to make tj want them out even more, so next round, autumn and adam vs tj is a thing, and the 3 beauties can be safe as long as it doesn’t tie, and if worst comes to worst, I still have my idol, which can get me in the final 5 but I really really want to save my idol for final 5 

JAKEY GETS VOTED OUT

So here’s my dilemma for the round: I basically started the Adam name with Amir. I would prefer to go with that because I don’t know if I can beat Adam at the end. The problem with this though is that I don’t want to lose Jakey if he’s so for getting rid of Kendall. So where is the middle ground here?

So I think tonight is going to be my night. I have a lot of power right now in this game oddly enough. Are people potentially going for me, yeah, but I'm going to be safe which means I probably have enough room to screw up whoever's plan I would like to. Amir wants to do a 2-2-2 split, which I can easily screw up if I get Adam and Autumn on my side (which I see possibly happening). I can more than likely convince Autumn she doesn't need to play an idol if she's the vote (maybe on that one). And I know Adam wants to make a move with me saying Augusto is trying to get the vote on me or Autumn, which shows my concern that the three Beauties are at least locked to final four (I don't think they'd all take one another, but I don't think they'll turn on one another just yet). So now, here's where I may be able to take a stand and put myself in a spot where I may have some control. I need that one move that is at the top of my resume... can this be the one? Question is: what the hell is that move?

I was really confident last night we had a good plan set up but today I dont know why in my gut i feel like im about to be voted out, i dont want to be a pessimist but im just making this so i dont feel like a *complete* fool so um yeah...... we're about to go to tribal in a matter of minutes, autumn isnt playing the idol so im gonna feel real dumb if i gave it to her and she screws me over, but i did my work, and at this point all i can do is sit and keep my fingers crossed things go my way, but trust and believe even if im voted out yall will see ONE final confessional from me dragging them left and right. 

Okay back to this game, so basically, I do not trust anyone at this current moment not a single person except maybe kendall, this is the most wild vote I have ever ! I think I’m getting bamboozled literally, OKAY OKAY OKAY so Augusto tells adam that he wants to do autumn, Adam tells me and autumn that, we talk to autumn, autumn gets tj on board. From my perception, autumn and adam should be believe that us 4 are voting Augusto and leaving kendall out of it. But then tj and I already told Augusto that plan, and the real plan is to 2-2-2 them, Incase one of them plays an idol. But I have so much fear from the things that tj has been telling Augusto about his fear of my idol and me being at final 5 and 4, and also telling me he’s scared Theres no cracks in the beauty alliance, so he might actually agree to that plan with us and then 3-2-1 me by telling them everything because he literally could do that And then whoever wins immunity is going to change everything even more, because of one of them wins, the other can play the idol on themselves which is a whole ass mess in itself, and right now, it just comes down to if I trust tj and Augusto . R they telling me the truth or are they lying ? Like I’m dkdjdjnd kdndkdnd Anyway, I probs am playing my idol today cuz I don’t wanna look like booboo the fool but also we love risks, so I might just not play my idol, idk idk it depends who wins immunity and it depends on the vibe I get from tj moving foreward 

So I haven't really been making confessionals... In my defense I have been busy but that doesn't mean I haven't been active... So I have a final 2 deal with everyone in the cast sans Autumn. I have a deal with TJ, I have a deal with Augusto and I have a deal with Amir. And as much as it sucks I am going to stick to Augusto and Amir. Sorry TJ you are a good bean but I don't want to lose to you.

i didnt make a confessional before the live since i wasnt sure what the HELL was gonna happen so hello coming to you LIVE from the afterlife because yall didnt THINK you could fly me off this island without one last adam rant for the season did you? for the first time in all 3 times ive played actually....feeling some type of way over being voted out, maybe it's just because of quarantine and having literally nothing better to do, but i took this game seriously and i tried my damndest. I think my fatal mistake was trying too hard (or maybe not enough?) today with certain people, i was trying to play them all and my biggest fear of them either comparing notes and catching on, or they just didnt want to hear me out, ALSO THE TWIST PLEASEEEEEE im kinda glad if i went out it was kinda just....in that big bang of a mess, i mean, a legacy advantage and an idol being played AND wasted? ugh i really had the gals and gays shook and bothered!! because at least now i can blame that to feel slightly better about myself, because trust and believe if i had even just TEN MINUTES to strategize i think i couldve convinced autumn to use our idol on me because i had a feeling in my gut it was coming especially with how silent it was, i also regret not CAUSING A DAMN SCENE. I HAD 10 MINUTES TO SAVE MYSELF AND I REALLY LET MYSELF BELIEVE I WAS IN THE CLEAR AND NOW IM CLEAR-LY OUT THE GAME. foolish man. (foolish man being ME). but whatever. at least i got to clear my name from THOSE DAMN BEAUTYS, I KNEW THEY WERE GONNA BE MY UNDOING ONE WAY OR ANOTHER SINCE DAY 7. im not entirely bitter at anyone for lying to me since i was lying just as much, but ultimately i feel like for the entire season i did the best with what i had. I could be a complete fool but even now that im out of the game i STILL stand by what i said with how i feel like i played with my back against the wall for most of the game and i felt like it was truly SO hard getting people to want to work with me especially early on and FOR WHAT REASON? but whatever, it made the game interesting to me at least because i felt like they wrote me off, so i wrote my own ending. and clearly it wasnt the ending i wanted, but im surprisingly at peace with it in a weird way even just as im typing it out, i feel like for the first time in my tumblr survivor career i didnt just sit back and do nothing, i got to get my hands a little dirty, be apart of some good plays, and according to ali i actually did have some sort of a shot at winning r i p, im a really competitive person (the downside of being an aries) so the fact that i even got to play the game and enjoy making moves, i know i tried my best and that's what matters in the end!!! Also not to toot my own horn but im VERY happy i can at least say im happy with my  finishes being 3rd, 5th, 6th.. not bad for a girl with no talent! not me realizing with me getting 6th place and all these idols/advantages coming out i almost had a cirie game changers moment... ugh even more iconic. anywho AUTUMN IS THE ONLY ONE I WANT TO WIN SO SHE BETTER DO THE DAMN THING. 

hey you guys, it's me adam coming to you from post tribal where i was just voted ou- what? huh?? they didnt vote me OUT??? gorl what in the 2020 is going on here because i was shocked, i mean im THRILLED, the devil works hard but i work harder (autumn too ofc she probably did more than me actually DKJSA) - BUT im a little in awe because guess what this is the FIRST time i really just had to trust the people i have been talking with and they didnt screw me over, yet at least, i know jake was just a universal threat especially after the little stunt he pulled... so now my thoughts on that, ill tell you i was ready to go into tribal and for him to try and verbally murder me on his way out, so im glad he didnt do that but im always ready to fight so i wouldve loved the drama. kinda sad we didnt get it SDJKAF but all in all, i was all for working with jake to take down that other side, but if youre gonna burn me you better prepare for the inferno im gonna fire back, and sure the others couldve just wanted jake gone for their own plans, but i think me and autumn absolutely did THAT and thats that on that. I knew TJ was going to vote for me thanks to Kendall because me and her have truly bonded over wanting to get jake out this round for throwing both of our games into chaos, and guess what, while me and kendall may not have been talking as much before, im about to get REAL buddy buddy with her she's suddenly my bestie boo because now that we're at 6? game on. I want kendall in the end with me and i need to keep convincing her that she needs me with her and ill vote with her, and i think she's interested in it unless she's playing me because she did give me that TJ tea, which love tj as a person im actually not mad, he will just need to be voted off next still if i have anything to do with it OOP. He doesn't really fit into any of my plans, plus he's officially the only person to vote for me now except for either liam or the prejury? probably the pre jury, so now i know i probably cant trust him, but getting amir out next could also be the move, it all really depends on immunity, im gonna keep up on my appearences, get my princess diana wave on and be bestie boos with as many people as i can because my strategy at this point is to just make sure everyone believes they need me around, im not a THREAT im here to HELP you, but ultimately im only looking out for my best interest like hello its the game, and autumns too for now because she still has that idol that we can play to benefit both of us, so who the hell knows what's gonna happen live tomorrow but bring it on because im ready for a battle 

So now that that's done and I'm cute and immune, I can confirm it all. Yes I do have the merge idol, yes I've had it since Final 7 but planned not to play it until Final 5, and yes that makes me the most powerful person here. Deadass everyone wants my head on a stick and I don't give a single fuck. I'm chilling all weekend, letting them think they're doing something if/when I lose win immunity, and then I'm sending a man out on one vote Monday night. You think they hate me now? Digimon Stage Play - Part One

Sorry, my friend introduced me to Tiger and Bunny, which is why this was delayed ;;; This is everything up until curtain for half time, rest will be up within the next 12 hours, sorry!!! Aight, so tl;dr: great show, actors are perfect, Yamato is beautiful beyond belief, Mimi is UGHHHHHH in the good way and I’m bitter that the whole show isn’t sold out and whoever was in charge of promotion should be forced to eat nothing but the hottest of hot chillies for the rest of their life.

Venue/Goods: a little out of the way, small. You couldn’t buy goods unless you had a ticket, which sucks. Goods were sold on the inside, line was small pre-play, massive after. My store clerk couldn’t count to save her life. People were trading, everybody hated that everything was random and there were so many types of things. Friend and I ordered dvd – no blu ray option, it’s being released in December. Had to downpay 2000 yen, which this and dvd only option has never happened before when I’ve seen other stage shows – not a good sign. Promotion/sold out: four shows sold out. Tickets reduced to 7000 yen, which is insulting for us who went through lottery. They advertised low prices at fes too. Promotion was done badly. Digimon isn’t massively popular, but Toei isn’t small either. Get a cast twitter, post rehearsal pics etc. Promotion doesn’t need to be costly. Fes advertisement (last weeks vid) was too little too late. Theres events with Miyazaki and AiM and seiyuus, which also seems last minute and an attempt to sell out. Again insulting to those of us to preordered. Shonichi didn’t sell out. Must be tough on actors. Promotion video (August 5th? 6th?) is kinda bad quality – the stage itself looks and sounds better than the video may lead you to believe.

Seating: nice, comfy. We were second row, left hand side, aisle. If we had been one or two more to the left it would have been really bad (same if you’re too overly right). The cast faces back/sideways too often, so we saw a lot of backs. Need to work on being diagonal, basic stage stuff there. However, pros of our seating were: Yamato being right in front of us when he sang, Jyou fishing in front of us and making eye contact with Etemon to the point where it was creepy lmao

Play Y’all. Y’ALL. THIS IS THE GOOD SHIT. A+ A+ A+ A+!!!!!! Agumon is twitchy in the start, scene is a little long. He’s basically like ‘my body can’t move/is moving on it’s own???? Wat? Why???’ (both happen, not a bad translation on my part). He wakes up and Gabumon’s like ‘yeah me too’ and some of the other Digimon agree but Palmon’s like ‘yeah same but it’s because I’m not a morning person lmao’.

They all go to where the kids are. So this is set sometime after Koushirou makes the cyber space for them. Mimi and Koushirou talk about camping and Mimi ends up throwing his laptop on the FLOOR. Koushirou looks heartbroken and the entire audience was ?!?!? but sasuga Mimi and Koushirou’s like … well, moving on. Mimi is perfect beyond belief. Right voice, face, mannerisms. I know that’s what acting is, but she NAILED IT. She’s all like ‘camping is about feeling the breeze~’ then acts like she has wind her face, ‘about being hot’ (ahhhh, it’s hoooooot, she says), about monsters! (she says as she stalks towards the Digimon). We then get the scene where Sora talks about the importance of August 1st. While she speaks, on the left and right sides we see actual scenes from the original anime, which is really touching. Sora mentions that although there were good times, there were bad ones too (CUE GIF OF LEOMON DYING BECAUSE THEY HAD TO HAVE IT SOMEWHERE) All the mons wanna go camping which obviously, is cool.

Hikari invites Taichi and they talk. Jyou calls Hikari but Taichi answers and Jyou doesn’t realise. ‘Damn that Taichi, he isn’t coming? Leave it to me!’ Eventually Taichi is like ‘it me moron’ and Jyou convinces him to come after Taichi’s like ‘I BET UR NOT COMING’ because Jyou, as always, has exams. Jyou is a smart ass? He’s like ‘Taichi, next year, you’ll be in my position. And if it’s you… well… you’ll be in trouble.’ SUCH A GOOD SCENE JYOU IS MVP IN THIS PLAY Y’ALL. He gets his creep on here and it’s so funny.

Next is Knife of Day. Yamato sung and you could tell he was nervous but he did really well. Yamato talks technical stuff (music wise) and then he high fives and fist bumps one of the band mates?? CUTIE PATOOTIE ALERT!!!! Honestly, he’s so pure and beautiful? One of the band mates tried to go ‘Knife of Day is… well, the name isn’t…’ ‘HAVE CONFIDENCE IT’S ALL GOOD FRIEND!!!!’ ‘Yamato that’s not what-‘ ‘WITH THESE MEMBERS WE’RE KNIFE OF DAY! WE’RE GOOD!!!’ ‘but the name-‘ ‘THESE FOUR MEMBERS. KNIFE OF DAY. HAVE CONFIDENCE!!!!’ Takeru comes along and talks about camp. Yamato is very cute toward Takeru who is worried a little about him. Very sweet scenes. Yamato explains both the band and August 1st are important to him. Later, Takeru buys Yamato a pink sleeping bag because he’s a shit head lmao

Everyone’s at camp, Mimi forgets everything. She’s adorable. People set up camp, which is cute. Yamato runs the kitchen and Hikari is chased by Agumon because she has meat. Etemon is the camp ground guardian? (What do you call these guys??) He takes their money (OF COURSE) and keeps going ‘there are MONKEYS around here!’ and everyone’s like k cool story. Eventually he’s like YOU WANNA SEE A MONKEY?!? But everyone’s like nah bro we good, so he runs off dejected.

The kids talk about the future. Mimi just wants to be a kid forever, but Palmon says she wants to be an adult lol. Koushirou isn’t sure what he wants to do, but says he likes computers. Jyou really talks about why he wants to be a doctor and it’s such a good speech! Yamato and Taichi are both like ‘well, I like my hobby I guess??’ Sora deflects the question, Hikari doesn’t know.

Yamato and Taichi try to converse later (it’s just the two of them because Koushirou said something to ruin the mood so Takeru dragged him away even though he was like ‘I’ll stay awake as long as you’re up bro’). It’s mostly Hey Yamato Yeah? …. … . … Yeah?! …Nothing -silence- We have a lot to talk about, huh Yamato? -plays harmonica-

They’re all lying down in sleeping bags, so Hikari and Mimi were jumping around in their sleeping bags and Mimi does the CUTEST wiggle!!!

They talk about their dreams and Mimi is like ‘I like lotsa stuff??’ but she thinks it’s stupid and is kinda embarrassed but they’re like?? No? it’s cool to have multiple interests and dreams? WHICH IS A VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE

Jyou leaves early for his exam the next morning. Shit goes down and people split up to solve the problem. Etemon ends up revealing himself to Taichi and co. He’s super strong and is basically like “it’s been six years your time BUT I’VE BEEN SUPER SUPER LONELY FOR 100 YEARS I JUST WANNA CHILL”

There’s a gate so everyone (bar Jyou) is stuck at camp. Etemon forces Tai, Hikari, Sora and Mimi to bbq with him. AND THE ETEMON FIVE. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT – ETEMON HAS FOUR COLOURED MONKEY BOY BAND FRIENDS. THEY SING AND EAT AND PLAY TOGETHER. THEY’RE THE ETEMON FIVE, COMING TO A TOWN NEAR YOU!!!

Anyway, there’s a fight and Etemon wins and gets the above group together and the bbq happens. Etemon is super happy to see Hikari (“oniichan!” “eh? You’re the only dude… YOUR SISTER?! HOW ADORABLE!!!”) and she’s like ‘stop fighting’ and he’s like ‘girl? That’s all I want???’ but later they eat all the food and Etemon whips out yakisoba and offers some to Hikari.

“No. I don’t want it?” –awkward silence- Etemon 1: Eh? Why? Etemon 2: -idk- Etemon 3: Don’t push her! Etemon 4: Is it… you’re dieting? If that’s it… I totally understand…

Hikari is done with their shit. She wants to go home. Mimi wants a bath. Sora’s done with this bullshit. They realise time has gone whack. Tai and Sora have a tiff, Mimi makes Sora back down when she tries to comfort him so Hikari can do it instead. - i made a character with stats that are heavily recommended for a smooth fo1 playthrough since i wasnt sure how well i’d take to the old mechanics and such, but i definitely plan to replay sometime with an unarmed build instead because unarmed is My Jam

- in shady sands, i found a book with a cat on it in a bathroom that gave this message

i looked it up later because I Had To Know and it turns out its pornography. the vault dweller can thoroughly inspect this book in their inventory and still have no idea what it is. amazing.

- other than recruiting ian, nothing too interesting happened in the shady sands/vault 15 portion of the game

- got to junktown and stumbled into dogmeat mostly by accident, i was just passing by and SUDDENLY DOG. he’s beautiful and bites people a lot and i love him. here is a random picture just because

- ian keeps shooting dogmeat accidentally. ian youre fired

- every time i pick up something new i expect there to be a purpose to it (the first time i looted a lighter i was sure i’d need it for SOMETHING) but it seems to be the equivalent of picking up an ashtray in later games: useless and valueless. for instance

- i keep forgetting to put away my weapons before going into non-hostile towns and one of these days im just gonna make everyone mad at me probably

- tandi is lovely, she’s one of my favourite characters. i had to start the “save tandi from the khans” mission a couple times because the first time i did it i had enough speech to just get tandi and leave and like. i love the great khans in fnv so i didnt wanna kill them all but there were Noticeably Distressed People asking for help so i had to do it. and then tandi got killed. so eventually i just got the fighting out of the way first and lockpicked her out on my own

- then i got to the First Deathclaw. sup harold, who later becomes a tree

- the deathclaw killed tycho twice and i reloaded until we all survived, idk why it kept going after tycho instead of me, apparently tycho looks more leaderly than i do rip. anyway that allowed me to get really close w/o much danger so i could just shoot it in the eyes it was fine

- i got the water chip back to the vault with plenty of time left over. unfortunately it seems i should have gone back to visit earlier for a couple more quests but alas, i missed them. i also have a quest in junktown thats bugged and i probably wont be able to finish it rip

(i ended up reloading anyway and got it back. i decided i didnt want to kill any of the feral ghouls in necropolis if it could be avoided and it turns out their perception is garbage, so it is indeed possible)

the bodies around the glow. pff

- speaking of the glow, it was very stressful. i triggered almost every single trap, probably, and also didnt think of the fact that i could kill the robots while they were still deactivated until after id gone through a pretty nasty fight with a batch of them. it was mostly fine though, other than having to get dogmeat to stay put somewhere a couple times bc tycho kept shooting him with shotgun burst fire. tycho youre also fired and im taking the fancy shotgun back.

- also there was sooo much good but heavy loot in that place GOD i did not have the inventory space. my need to hoard everything and pawn off stuff to get The Most Caps Possible made it very difficult. might go back sometime if im allowed? i have enough rad-x for it, in any case (spoiler alert i was way too distracted and busy with everything else to try going back)

- joined the brotherhood, got power armour, am still overcapacity even with the strength stat boost. need to find some merchants with refreshed inventory.

- the brotherhood tech looks so fancy in this game. its so. clean? i guess part of that might be that it isnt as far away from the war yet and its a high end bunker but damn

- also got one of my fav fallout weapons ever the power fist!!!

ayyy! since my build is more for guns, i ended up giving it to ian and hes pretty incredible with it so it works out.

- finally made it down to the boneyard/adytum. everyone here is grumpy and sketchy. i spent a lot of time trying to talk to anyone i could and get information before making any quest commitments

including a fella who gave me a tarot reading!!!

- the adytum deathclaws were pretty damn easy to deal with, with power armour and a sniper rifle. pretty much just baited them from a distance so they wasted movement getting close while getting sniper crits lmao i have a ton of perks for higher crit chance/damage and it def helped

- GOT KATJA AND I LOVE HER. im always picking up her knives for her but im willing to do this for her because i love her. (once i got a chance to juggle inventory i gave her a ripper so i no longer had to pick up the throwing knives, i just get to watch her saw everything up with one knife in particular its great)

- anyway the radioactive goo around the gun runners base posed a much more lethal opponent than the deathclaws. all four of my companions took turns ignoring the BRIDGE OF SAFETY to just walk across the goo a couple times no matter how i moved or where i told dogmeat to sit for a bit. hell

i love this

- the followers of the apocalypse always have and always will be my favourite faction of fallout. i really enjoyed chatting with everyone there in between taking down the regulators. it seems they liked me enough to send me backup for taking on the cathedral, which is kind of them but proved to... cause complications. more on that later

- got back to the brotherhood bunker to do some inventory management and misc. quests because after enough faffing about i decided it was time to deal with the cathedral. i liked the idea of starting with the master and taking out the head so to speak before going to the military base to clean up afterwards. i got everyone as armoured and well equipped as i could and headed down

how do you do fellow kids!!

- talked to laura from the followers and she let me into the back room with the staircase, all while im being followed by like four followers invaders. i am so obviously Trouble, surrounded by followers of the apocalypse but i guess thats fine

- THE PROBLEM IS. THEY GET IN THE WAY. the staircase leads to areas with very little space to move around and i had to reload like 5 times for no reason other than the followers were in my way and i couldnt do a single damn thing. they also made it impossible to be stealthy, even when i could get around them because id have to circle around so much id get spotted easier. just a nightmare. in future playthroughs ill just avoid getting help from the followers i guess :(

- so because of all that i ended up going a route i didnt really want to: completely diplomatic. im a huge fan of diplomacy and resolving issues without violence in fallout games but this was actually a rare situation where i preferred to do a little shooting. sometimes you gotta. i wanted to go through the cathedral manually, loot a lot of corpses, and take on the master in combat, but the only way to get the job done without half my companions dying because the followers of the apocalypse where in the way was to convince morpheus to take me directly to the master and use speech/the sterility holodisk to talk the master down. sigh

- at least we got to shoot some stuff on the way out, but with the countdown to detonation going, i wasnt sure how much time id have to look around/loot so pretty much just went through running and gunning

rest in fuckin pieces

- decided to just get every single special stat implant that i hadnt already taken. we’re heading into the endgame now and i figured i might as well go all out. time to get us all into perfect order. this includes my poor puppy dogmeat who had had an injured leg since a fight in the hub before i went to the boneyard. my doctor skill was really bad and im not sure if theres any other way to heal a companions limbs, so after my post-cathedral level up, i put all my points into doctor just to help out my sweet baby boy

- military base time lads here we go

- i bullshit and lockpick my way in through the front door without having to fire a single shot. cool

- inside theres a lot of mutants and computers and forcefields. i sneak to a computer and change a whole bunch of settings, not really understanding what im actually doing, somehow this kills 3 of the mutants? i go over there and sneak kill the last in that area and poke around the other computers. some new force fields come on but theyre yellow instead of red. they still hurt. what is the meaning of this. i never really figured it out 

- i wasnt sure what else to do at this point and there was a red force field over the elevator door still so i say fuck it if this goes bad ill just reload and attack the room with like 10 mutants hanging about. it goes REALLY WELL until one of the brotherhood fires off a rocket

- so i reloaded because i refuse to let this be a thing and i pickpocketed all the ammo off rocket man over here. try and slaughter half my team now, fool.

- after this all thats left really is dealing with the lt., getting the access codes, and blowing this popsicle stand. unfortunately the lt. fight results in the death of my good pup boy dogmeat rip. i really wanted to reload and save him but honestly im not sure i could do much better than no casualties other than dogmeat. i very nearly lost katja and ian as well. in another playthrough, now that i know wtf im doing, i think i could do better, but with this playthrough i think saving 3/4 companions is pretty dang good

- here we go again with the countdown to detonation. on the way out of the elevator, one of the remaining brotherhood dudes got in my way just like the followers at the cathedral. i killed him and didnt feel too bad about it bc literally no other option but to reload and i just wanted Out Of There with what was left of my companions

- i took screenshots of the slideshow at the end but its a lot and all pretty standard, i think. other than the sad fate of necropolis (which im not sure how to avoid, if its even possible?), i think i got all the “good ending” stuff

:33 but not all of us can abandon it. and even if we did, its still very useful for defining emotions. and my f33lings for equius are still very pale

:33 theres a strong intamacy betw33n moirails. to a lot of humans, we look more like a red couple than a pale one. were always there for each other. we look out for each other and love the other with all of our blood pusher. there is nothing we wouldnt do for the other

:33 we are also there to protect them, both physically and emotionally. regardless as to if one is “stable” and one is “unstable”, when in reality moirails, both on alternia and beforus, are to balance each other out. they k33p the other grounded

:33 equius always kept me firmly grounded in reality. i may have acted happy, but living alone in the forest with only my lusus wasnt exactly the happiest situation. at times, it was down right depressing, being basically all alone. the only time before the game that i had ever actually met someone in real life was when i nearly died and equius saved my life

:33 i would escape into these fantasies of roleplays, to try and escape myself and my dissatisfaction with myself and my situation. most of my friends just saw me as a cat girl. eridan literally called me a “kitty cat shipper girl” and felt entitled to me because he saved me. only terezi and equius really recognized me as the strong, fierce huntress that i am. i mean, everyone else knew but they didnt really treat me like that. tavros came close, and bless him for it

:33 for equius, back then, was full of anger, and he still is. its not something he can help. he just has fits of violence and n33ds to break things to k33p himself under control, and that was with me. but he wasnt unstable. he was good at k33ping his emotions in check. the only instability he had was his anger. and my instability was in my sense of reality. i knew what was real and what was fake, but i had always preferred fantasy over reality, and he pulled me out of that

:33 things changed after the game. when i was a part of davepetasprite^2, i got more in contact with my aspect. i have next to no powers over it, but i understood it better. and then equius was a part of arquiusprite, and hal acted horribly to him the whole time

:33 we both changed, in different ways, but we still completed each other well. we still k33p each other grounded, just in different ways now. we k33p each other grounded emotionally. we are still very intimate and very pale

:33 why am i explaining all of this to you? because once you understand the relationship better, you can understand the roles better. and a moirail has a lot of roles

:33 our first and foremost priority is to protect our palemate in every sense of the word. physically, mentally, romantically, all of that. neither of us really n33d physical protection as we can handle ourselves, however, if one of us is in a fight, even without the other ever asking, one of us will come running to kick ass

;33 then theres romantically. no matter the quadrant, unless youre without a palemate, you have to go through the moirail before you can take a concupiscent quadrant, those being the red and black quadrants, which is actually the improper term with troll emotions. its really called the flushed and caliginous quadrants, but due to the amount of humans on this site most of us, including myself, use red and black. a moirail is to judge a pawtential quadrant mate to s33 if there is any quality of them that might actually cause them harm. a moirails judgement is absolute and you trust their judgement above your own f33lings

:33 and then theres mentally. whenever our palemate is hurting, we do our best to comfort them and remove the problem causing them the hurt. this can also fit under romantic, but for the most part if a palemate thinks someones gonna hurt their moirail then they wont let them engage emotionally with them. so most of the time, its an outside force thats attacking their moirail

:33 when someone is doing that, you have to make them stop. my comment was directed at people who are intentionally harming him, saying hurtful things. at least, ones that s33m intentional in my eyes. and on alternia when people are intentionally, repeatedly harming your moirail, you get rid of them

:33 to you humans, this may s33m strange. cruel even. but its really not. its protecting the people close to you. they may not be physically hurting equius, but im not stupid. i know that people can be pushed emotionally into dark places and be snuffed out. the best way to stop that from happening is to get rid of them

:33 this was the norm on alternia. hell, where i live its not exactly uncommon either. its much more of a crime here, but it still happens regularly. one of my co workers was hurt horribly by her datemate and one of her friends beat him up so badly he was in the hospital for several w33ks. just like that friend, i will protect equius if i have to. i am not above murder because that is what i learned. that is how i was raised. i killed animals all my life to survive and was taught to do what it took to survive. i will do what it takes to make sure equius survives too

you have this Asshole of a dude who decides to take the easy way out but also like, if you have all these people under you, relying on you, i think that its kinda understandable to want them to have a prosperous and good life. daigo just went about doing that for 

1- the completley wrong reasons, not to get all Good Place on this but he wanted the land prosperous so that he would have more power, not necessarily so his people would be healthy and well-cared for. I think this is shown in the final few episodes where he carelessly grabs people and horses from the villages, uncaring if he is hurting those left behind. His only focus is on growing and keeping his power. 

and 2- he does it in the completley wrong way, like really?? youre going to go to making a deal with demons? I suppose in the show he does say he exhausted all other options but still,,,,, bruh,,,, you had to have known deep down that this was not gonna end well. daigo is just a complete shithead honestly, and i completley hate him. 

theres definitely a part of me that really wanted Hyakkimaru to kill him at the end, however I do honestly think the end he got was the best one. It made sense given where Hyakkimaru was at at the end of the show, and also I think it doesnt actualy fall into the whole “if i killed you id be just like you!” dumb thing, and instead feels more like he gets ignored in a sense? like, he gets his moment of drama and everything, and of course Hyakkimaru was going to have to deal with him n get closure, but after daigo goes all “bleh just kill me, then i can rule over hell (??? i guess dude)” Hyakkimaru was just like, nah dude, peace n left. It really gave him very little screentime in the end, which is exactly what he deserved. plusssss he didnt seem like he was in v good shape so lets just say he died of “too much realizing i fucking suck as a person” or whatever

Tahomaru.................. bruh even thinking about him makes me wanna fucking cry like... can you imagine being 15 years old and finding out you have a brother you never knew, and that if your brother lives your entire land is (supposedly) going to die. like, Tahomaru is the next leader of this provence, and unlike his terrible father, he actualy cares about his people very deeply. So when given the insane problem of either killing his older brother, or watching all his people suffer, he choses what I think I also would have chosen!! especially at 15 holy shit, he is a teenager being asked to make this fucking terrible choice n it just fully fucking sucks. 

Tahomaru fully deserved better, and I will take every AU that says him n Hyakkimarus moms got the fuck out of there n survived, living on n being able to hang with Hyakkimaru n be bros........................... can u imagine................. doing the forehead thing.............Hyakkimaru is like “another lil bro!! hell yeah dude”................. also Mutsu and Hyogo deserved so much better oh my GOD the number one crying scene for me was that one like theyre all like TEENAGERS!!!!!! and theyre all fighting n then these TEENAGERS fucking DIE!!!!!!!! like theyre Tahumaros friends and seeing him grieve for them......... it broke me dude........ even if those three were kinda out of it on demon energy at the time,,, theyre doing their best.......

also real quick i cannot believe they got me attached to a horse so quick only to just as quickly make me cry over it like fuckin rapidash was so good n she just wanted to get back to her kid and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

ok so now that scene im gonna be bitter about forever, like yea sure i GUESS given their personalities, and assuming Tahomaru was dying already with no hope of survival, i can see why they all just stayed in the burning fuckin building. I can even accept Nui (bio mom) staying behind. She had very big sad energy the whole series, and especially that episode was so gd depressed, and with her younger son dying on the floor. I think she was right to go to him (for once,,,, like i get one of her kids got sacrificed to demons n shit n thats super sad but ur just gonna ignore the other one?? also bad!!!) so i think her doing that was actualy a very nice gesture, and closed that up nicely.

 But Jukai???????????????? what the fuck dude!!! get the fuck out of there!!! Theres no reason he shoulda stayed, besides his whole self sacrificing thing n i guess??? he decided thats what the goddess of mercy wanted???????? him to do???????? for some reason?????/ like if it had been daigo, sure that woulda made sense. but what the fuck??? Jukai kinda just felt like he died just to make that scene more sad, n felt super unnecessary. 

ESPECIALLY since the last ep we saw him in at the end he had like regained his will to live!!!!!!!!! hence why the ghoul went after him!!!!!! it was explicitly stated that he got that back!!!!!! so why the fuck did he just throw that in the trash at the end there???? the only thing i can think of is him not wanting to leave Nui alone which like.............. I???? Guess?????????? but also no????? just fucking go and be with ur kid dude, what the fuck. 

THEN theres Hyakkimaru just fucking bouncing after all that, no goodbye or anything just fuckin leaves Dororo which feels absolutely wild and kinda ooc, like ok......... hes going........ on a journey..... of self discovery................................................. then what was the whole series about?????? i guess in the original manga n such he left at the end, but it was for a completley different reason that actualy made sense n didnt feel so... weird n tbh kinda forced,,,,,,, but ahh whatever the last shot of them meeting again when they were older was cute so i guess thats,,, fine,,,,

I really fuckin loved this anime, the way they portray Hyakkimaru before hes gained any bits back, and as he slowly gains them over the series, is very good imo. they coulda easily been like “yea he can talk now!! so he can just fully talk cause weird magic :)” but instead we get to see Hyakkimaru struggle pretty realistically with every part thats gained back, which is kinda satisfying n nice in a way imo. I like it a lot. also the constant issure of “do the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few” is just so good cause like on one hand i fuckin love Hyakkimaru and want him to get his body back, of course!! but on the other hand, when you start to see the people of diagos land suffering and such,,,,,, and know that coulda probably been avoided if Hyakkimaru had just died (tho listen, deals with demons always go bad so probs smth else woulda happened) its fuckin sad as hell. 

But also at the end when Hyakkimaru is just like “its my fucking body! give it back it doesnt belong to you!!” hell YES dude you tell them 

also the way you feel bad for every fuckin person (except daigo, who can and should choke) is very very good. 

anyways i know ive barely talked about Dororo here but thats because shes perfect and i have no criticisms, and also she got the happy end she deserved even if im sure she punched Hyakkimaru VERY HARD for just up and leaving when they reunited. but bruh, tbh thats exactly what he deserves for pulling a stunt like that lmao. 

in any case, Dororo is an extremely good anime and I immediately want to watch all of it again, with the knowledge that in my AU daigo fuckin died after that camera cut away, and Jukai totally hauled Nui and Tahomaru the fuck outta there n theyre living on Hyakkimarus good good rice farm together happy n healing n good.

im sitting in my room. my little sister is outside and when im done with this message i’ll go out to her and pretend nothing happened. i cry for myself. i cry for other adoptees too. i cry for my adopted little sister and how white she is. i cry for all adoptees who’ve grown up to become whites. i cry because im such a fkn mess. i cry bc my abusive tendencies started so early. i abused my little sister bc of my own fkn issues and our adoptive parents didnt even care, they didnt even realize.

sometimes when i see children of color, or asian children i just feel something so fucking strong. i feel like i want to die for them on the spot. i feel like straight out giving them my jeart and protect them forever.

i got pregnant when i was 17 and it changed my life. ive never been interested in children but after that i was. but its so unhelathy. im only interested bc i want someone like me. i even doubted the abortion. fuck i felt like absolute SHIT after the abortion. i felt like they took smth from me, they took my mom, they took my baby. everhthing was taken from me and i got nothing. if im not able to have biolocial children in the future i’ll kill myself. if my children is looking white or nothing like me i’ll kill myself. im happy i had an abortion tho. i wasnt mentally stable. poor child would have only been born bc i was feeling lonely

i’d be such a horrible mom too. i’d be so overprotective. im always like that. overprotective in a possessive kind of way. like YOURE MINE. my child would hate me and i wouldnt blame them. i just feel like i have to protect something. i NEED something to protect. no one ever needs me. im always clinging into others but no one ever needs me as much as i need them. a child would need me. but they would eventuellt grow up so im thinking about a dog or a car instead. they would need me.

you know what i want? uncondotional love. from people of color. yes i have that from my white adoptive parents but i dont feel it. instead i feel like im using them. im shitting so fucking much on them and i dont know if i do it even more cus i feel guilty for shitting on them. most times they just take it and its like that makes me even angrier but if they were to argue with me i’d fkn explode right there and now. ive always been such a problematic kid. i can feel it. my sister’s been so calm and perfect but ive always been unstable. its like i always test people. ive tested my adoptive parents for 17-18 years now.
