You picked up the second one on the hook and slid it on, sliding your hands down the soft material. You put on the necklace and, with a shaky hand, opened the curtain. Maria and Angelica were talking intensely, so you took a chance to look at yourself in the mirror before they could.

You gave yourself one last look in the mirror and hurried into the fitting room. Your smile never wavered as you slid onto the pink dress. You wondered why you had never done this before as you walked back out again. As soon as you did, you heard all the girls give out a soft ‘aw’.
