No, it's not Hariet, that's kinda the official design of the rejected Wa-Peach we were going to get in Mario Tennis for N64, I say kinda because I took some creative liberties like more black and red colors for her crown, eyes and such. But yeah, she is almost like a beta or human version of Hariet, so it was inneviably for me to draw her (I knew I should have done a human Hariet before so people would think I was some sort of magic leaker or something)
