It's a shame that Kiya gets jettisoned off the time machine to have cool adventures off-screen in Fate's Arrow because it feels like, for a story where the premise is "Sir Daniel and Kiya travel back in time to when Dan was still alive", the easiest goddamn joke in the world to write is "Kiya looks at Captain Fortesque, not knowing that he's Sir Daniel, and starts making jokes about his looks while Sir Daniel is within earshot and looks ready to double-die".

~Her favorite color used to be split between blue (any shade) and lilac, but after Shisui’s death she also became fond of green <3

~Her favorite food is donburi—any type!

…Unless it has eel in it, which is without a doubt her least favorite food. Just the thought of eels—long and slimy and GROSS—makes her want to vomit 🤮

~If Kiya wasn’t a shinobi, chances are she’d be auditioning for a role in her favorite movie series, Ninja Princess.

~You may have noticed she often gives people nicknames! She doesn’t really realize she does it, but it stems from wishing she had a nickname! There’s really not much you can do with ‘Kiya’… Kiki? Yaya? Eh, they don’t really *fit*. Oh, to have a three-syllable name.
