My favourite thing while writing the Marine Centre fic is they fact its Based in Australia. Not a lot of fics are based over here, so I take the opportunity every time. Plus, it's fun for me to think about people in other countries willingly coming over here to work.

Holding my hand over my heart In honour of Priminister Harold Holt. He'd be cheering MC on from the depths of the sea. Bet he disappeared chasing Oceanide pussy. That's a Priminister I can appreciate. For those who don't know who Harold Holt is enjoy his wiki page.

But all I can think is MC gets carted off by the Pods and ends up in a somewhat underwater city and this mother fucker is just living it up after finding the fountain of youth. " They got you too huh?"

In December 1967, Holt disappeared while swimming in rough conditions at Cheviot Beach, Victoria. He was presumed dead, although his body was never recovered; his disappearance spawned a number of conspiracy theories. Holt was the third Australian prime minister to die in office. He was succeeded by Country Party leader John McEwen on an interim basis and then by John Gorton. His death was commemorated in a number of ways, among them by the establishment of the Harold Holt Memorial Swimming Centre in Melbourne.

Pretty much most of my fics haha… if I had to pick probably either ‘Operation Bubbles’ or ‘Gentle Pornography’ <3

Luckily no! I’ve found this fandom incredibly supportive :)

Occasionally… becoming more frequently… honestly I’m not sure what ‘kind’ - nothing overtly kinky or thematic as opposed to ‘if I want smut in the plot, it’s going in’ haha

Probably again my 10 chapter Dracula AU with all the ghosts! I also wrote the new statesman crossover with Julian too - ‘Proposition’ and ‘A pit stop before the moon’ which included some OCs. Also ‘Yes, Priminister’ which was a UK politics AU :)

Not stolen per-say but have had *ahem* one occasion the same ship, similar plot and identical title 🧐

No, but would love to!

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Honestly I’ve never completely abandoned a fic - some get left in the drafts for a while but I never have the heart to completely abandon them!

16. What are your writing strengths?

Like to think I’m good at dialogue and voices, or at least, that’s the element I seem to get complimented the most on <3

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

I am quite slow at writing - I’ll have an idea that never really goes anywhere and I’ll sit with a random paragraph for weeks haha. I also think my plots move too quickly sometimes and become overwhelming or jejune.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

GCSE French probably doesn’t grant me the ability do (or, indeed, any) foreign languages justice - I have tried on occasion to incorporate it but not sans translation & grammar programmes!

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Properly? Probably Good Omens. But I did do a couple of Young Ones fics wayyy back that I wouldn’t like to find 😅

20. Favourite fic you’ve written?

I’d have to say ‘You’re Super, Moon’ because I kinda dig the narrative style. Also ‘Sparks’ for *reasons*, ‘is that a bullet!?’ because of the sheer lunacy of the plot and ‘To be (a thing) or not to be’ because the script format was a blast to write 😁

I guess I just want to make it clear that while I’m so grateful to have gay marriage in Australia I just want straight people to know that’s not the end of things.

We still have people protesting us.

Heck our old priminister tried to pass a religious freedom act DURING OUR MASSIVE BUSHFIRES that would allow companies to legally fire and or not employ people who were gay. We still live in a country that has a lot people against us. Marriage was a wonderful step. But it’s not the end of the line.

Last night i drempt that in retaliation to being kicked out the world cup england declaired war on russia. Not the whole uk just england. And that i had to fight since the government still sees me as a guy because of that stupid m on my birth certificate even though I'm fully female now. And that the priminister was a bulldog

I’m forgetful :,c) but literally last election it was like “okay so do you want your conditions to worsen or do you want all your rights taken away? Vote now!” Like i just wanna live my life, man-

btw functionally for the US election today you are not picking your "hero" or whatever you are picking your opponent for the next four years because all presidents are bastards and they oppose the working class. you are simply selecting the one you can get the most ground on. this really helped reframe some stuff for me, hope this helps
