Love how my mental health is: I feel horrible and depressed but I gotta make sure I brush 2 times a day, shower, do the dishes, make sure I have plenty of nutritious food options, and get a load of laundry going. But I'll be miserable the whole time.
Then on the flip side: I feel pretty good right now. Did I shower today? I don't think I ate anything let's go get a bag of chips and ice cream. Why are my teeth fuzzy? God it feels great to be alive.
