Gauge Valve | Manufacturer Supplier in Gujarat, India
What Is Gauge Valve ?
When a process is shut down or needs maintenance, gauge valves are made to mount directly to the instrument. This is done to isolate the instrument. When a process is shut down or needs maintenance, gauge valves are made to mount directly to the instrument. This is done to isolate the instrument.
How does a pressure gauge valve work?
The pressure-sensitive component of a pressure gauge is connected to a measurement device and a display, such as a dial or digital readout. The measuring mechanism converts the deformation caused by the pressure-sensitive element under the pressure of the gas or liquid into a readable measurement.

I don't care what mmHg advocates say, millimeters mercury has and always will be a cursed measurement.
Especially in medicine. Oh, are you gonna hook up the patient's cardiovascular system to a column of mercury to gauge the heckin' mitral valve pressure?

sometimes - often actually - my job feels like the kind of things that a child would dream up. i just had to do a soot blow for our exhaust gas boiler. the details are interesting but unimportant, the process is what matters- i use a radio to tell my friend to open some valves and then turn a BIG valve that looks like a steering wheel and open it, allowing some steam to pass, watch a pressure gauge drop a bit, close the valve, repeat a few times... idk it just feels like the sorts of games i would play in my head as a child, the kinda things you dream up

The Time Machine (A Video Spanking Story)
- Part One
I am sat putting coal on the fire, regulating a leaky, brass gate valve. Water is dripping from the gland packing and landing in an oily tray.
We are up to pressure, all I need now is...YOU
You knock on the door, the only person on Tumblr who is brave enough.
"Ahhh welcome, welcome! A fan of bloomers and red bottoms eh? Sit down, strap yourself in, and put these on."
You look at the brass goggles and the tan leather hat and gloves. Around you are many gauges bubbling and spitting. Bright purple sparks fly from a generator. The smell of coal, steam, oil and the sparks, is a rather nice mix, but none of it fills you with confidence.
"Put them on! Time to go!"
A million questions go unasked, as the contraption clangs and grinds. It shakes a bit too.
I smile, "Grand isn't it? I built it two hundred years ago you know!"
In your pale silence you are full of regret. You are shaking like a shitting dog!
"We are off to the real Inveigle. We could get out, but it is hard to find the bloody thing, it shrinks to a very very tiny cube you see. Best to look through here .."
I draw back some red velvet curtains, we are in the lanes. (You will have read of them in previous posts)
"They ..well nobody actually, can see us! Have a look."
You take off the hat and goggles, then pull off the gloves. And peer into a Sepia World.
It is not sepia really, but the glass for time travel just makes it look like it.
I look at you...you look back.
"Shhh, just enjoy it, questions get in the way you see!"
This is what you see...
More to come, I hope it hasn't made you feel sick, it does with some.
....time passes
"Fancy a cup of tea and some Victoris Sponge Cake?'
Spellbound, confused and amazed, you nod, and take a china cup of steaming hot Darjeeling, a matching plate and a gold cake fork. You say your first two words..."Fuck me!"
I smile.

So... I paid $220 to go from this...
To this...
I'm pretty sure that was not worth it.
But good for Dakota. He is an excellent salesman.
Now, my previous tire sensors were wildly inaccurate. Sometimes they were off by over 5-10 PSI. I can't tell you how many times I thought my tires were nearly flat and then I'd bust out my Jaco Elite Digital Tire Pressure Gauge with shop-grade accuracy, a robust stem, and a 360° swivel chuck...
And I'd be like, "Yo Jaco, my dashboard says my left front tire only has 18 PSI!"
And Jaco would be like, "Dude, chill. You're still at 27. You'll be fine. Also, remember that since your brother had to swap out a wheel, your sensors think your left front tire is your right front tire. He said it was a pain to fix and you should just remember which is which and he was sure that wouldn't be confusing in the future."
Narrator: It was very confusing.
If there could be one redeeming result from this, it would be getting those Cadillac-grade super accurate tire pressure readings.
So... let's compare the new fancy $220 pressure sensors to Jaco, who is certified accurate to professional ANSI 2A standards.
*drumroll*
Well slap my patoot and call me a Cadillac.
That's... amazing.
The largest delta was only 0.6 PSI!
I don't know if that meets ANSI 2A standards, but that exceeds FROGGIE 2A standards.
And the left front tire was the left front tire and the right front tire was the right front tire. And I'm sure all of that time I spent training myself to reverse the reading from the front tires will not cause any more confusion.
Narrator: It will.
This means I can actually rely on these readings. I don't actually have to bend over and kill myself trying to stick Jaco onto the little... *brain gears grinding* umm... the tire nipple? The pressure nubbin? The nubbin nipple pressure thingie?
The valve stem!
That's what that's called. The tire nubbin nipple valve stem.
Poor Jaco might end up collecting dust. I'll make sure I remember to press his rapid air bleeder every once in a while to give him some attention.
Narrator: He won't.
Poor Jaco.
In any case, having reliable pressure sensors that save me from bending over does make me feel better. Not $220 better. But better. I mean, having an expensive thing be functional is a low bar, but I am happy it works.
Alright, down to business. Who wants to see some beauty shots of these budget tires that get super hard in the winter?
May I introduce you to the Radar Dimax AS-8 tires.
So fresh and new.
So rubbery.
Those leaves were totally just there. By no means did I kick them in front of the tire to add a pop of color. I have journalistic integrity and I only shoot the truth.
Look at that asymmetric tread on this all season sport touring tire.
Do you want to go sport touring with me?
Is that a thing people do?
Look at how deep that tread is. These babies won't be balding for years.
Let's get closer.
Absolutely cavernous.
I'd even say that tread depth is downright... trenchy.
Like, I'm half expecting an X-wing to fly in there.
If only I knew someone proficient in the ways of Photoshop.
I'm that someone!
