A list of ways to help the Amazon rainforest!! I've seen a lot of posts just talking about the fact that it's burning, but all those have done is make me feel bad for not knowing about it. So here are some concrete ways that people can help (most are donations, but there are also online petitions). This came from this CNET article.

The Amazon rain forest has been burning for three weeks and now people pay attention. This is dangerous because the Amazon accounts for 20% or a 1/5 of the world’s oxygen and is home to many indigenous tribes. Once the Amazon is gone it cannot be replaced.

#PrayForAmazonia
Notre Dame (an old ass useless building)burns for ten minutes:
The world: *donates billions for rebuild*the world is saddened* its trending* songs are sung*people cry*people want justice*
The Amazon (which fucking provides us with AIR) burns for three weeks:
The world: ‘Fake news’ ‘Who cares’ ‘Doesn’t bother me’ ‘What’s a rainforest?’ ‘Who is this Amazon?’
Human priorities are so fucked up it’s not even a joke anymore. We about to lose a vital ecosystem that produces the air we fucking breath and we only find out three weeks later cause who cares right.

Rules: Post the last line you wrote and tag as many people as there are words.
This is from a (very unedited) draft of a poem I wrote last week about the Amazon burning:
their burning greed turns all our lives to ash

"Looks like someone's about to have a fight with their boss."- Russia, probably.
Note: The strand of hair sticking out (ahoge) symbolises Brazil's part of the Amazon
