I know these carne asada nachos don’t seem all that appetizing but if you’re ever in Prague, please visit Las Adelitas. Ana thinks I’m really just here for Las Adelitas, but sometimes I find myself caring for her and Prague, too. Underneath the layer of meat there’s also melted cheese, and the tortilla chips are always so fresh tasting. Las Adelitas is a sort of chain restaurant with 3 different locations in Prague. They are also owned and managed by a Mexican family, so it’s the real deal. The reason I love Las Adelitas so much is because I feel as though someone made my dreams come true by serving quality Mexican cuisine and delicious frozen margaritas instead of shaken ones! Let’s party!!!! Food party and food babies!
