“That’s not true…” Stu sounds hurt by the accusation.

“Oh but it is! Love is just a filthy, dirty fucking lie that Hollywood sells us on this side of the silver screen!” A tear rolls down Billy’s cheek, he still can’t face Stu.

“But I do! I love you, Billy, I love you.” Stu kisses his cheek again. “I love you.” Licks clean the tear that fell. “I love you so much.” Presses their foreheads together.

“No…” Billy says lowly, his voice steady and firm and sure he’s the one telling the truth, not Stu. “I’m unlovable.”

“Not to me you’re not. And I’ll spend all my life proving it to you.”

“Promise?” Teary eyes meet calm ones.

“Promise.”

Why is everyone so aggro. Y'all remember the principal from the first one, Mr. Himbry?? Genuinely what was up with him.

Either everyone lives in the middle of nowhere or the police station is really far away from where people live. What is the layout of this town.

This is a general thing, but it's much more apparent with the teen characters: why is everyone so insanely insensitive????

The fact that it's a small town but everyone has incredibly big houses. Are they all rich?? Is it just a wealthy community or something????

okay so I've been violently hyperfixated (more than usual anyway) on autumn & Halloween for a few weeks now and it's all i can think about and it's been over 100°F here for most of that time which is making it a lot harder to create my little bubble of serotonin so i can ignore the world around me and take care of the impending burnout that i feel getting closer every day. anyways I have been watching so many Halloween movies and fall movies in general; like I watched Halloween Town so many times at this point. same with Coraline but that's not new I've been watching it almost every day for months now. but I also watched The Craft (1996) and Practical Magic for the first time and i love Nancy Downs she's insane.

i don't know what my original point was to this so have the thoughts from my brain

as a treat
