Aizen Power Supplements: A Game Changer for Men's Health
I've always been particular about the health supplements I take. With so many options on the market, it can be tough to find something that's truly effective and delivers on its promises. That's why I was so excited to try Aizen Power Supplements, a product specifically designed to support men's health.
Enhanced Stamina and Performance
Before starting Aizen Power Supplements, I noticed a decline in my stamina and overall performance. Whether it was hitting the gym or keeping up with my daily activities, I just didn't have the same level of energy I used to. Within a couple of weeks of taking Aizen Power Supplements consistently, I felt a significant improvement. They also offer excellent customer service, and I felt comfortable reaching out to them with a few questions before I placed my order.

I've been sick lately so I got too thinking.. how would the current ghouls and ghoulettes treat their S/O who's sick.
(headcannons, gn!reader, fluff/comfort(?), mentions of puking, mentions of being naked but no sex, I think this is it!)
˚₊‧꒰ა ☆ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა ☆ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა ☆ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰
• He's going to make fun of you. A ghouls immune system is so much stronger than a humans. So he won't really understand what to do, but he gets an A for effort.
Dewdrop/Sodo
• You may have to straight up tell him what to do. He probably won't listen if you aren't right out with it.
• Though, when he does understand what he has to do, he is right by your side the whole time. He won't let you out of his sight. What if you suddenly feel worse and he's not there to sooth you?
• He gets a little (lot) protective over you. You're in a vulnerable state. Someone could hurt you. :(
• If you have the chills or are just cold, he will use his element to help you warm up. Just cuddle with him for a bit, and you'll start to feel better in no time.
• If you're worried about him getting sick, there's a high chance he'll laugh at you. He's a ghoul, baby. He won't get sick that easy. You don't have to worry about him.
˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊
• He's the type of guy to make you chicken noodles soup when you're sick. Such a sweetheart.
Rain
• He will help you with anything and everything. You have chores to do, he's on it. You need something from the store, sweetheart, he's already there. You just need your meds, he's got them and a glass of water plus some food for you to have with it.
• He's so helpful and so so sweet. He's got everything you may need. A damp cloth if you have a fever, a blanket if you have chills (and himself, of course), a bucket just in case, any type of meds you may need. He loves you and wants you to get better as soon as possible.
• Please cuddle with him so he knows you're not going anywhere. He fears that, because you're a human, you may get worse, and he's practically terrified at the thought of losing you.
• He may read to you if you ask nicely, especially if you like classic literature, then he may be persuaded. (I fucking love classic literature so now everyone had to suffer because of it.)
• He will also take you to the lake during the day when it's warm. You can relax in the water and get some sun, it's a win-win.
• All together, Rain is a sweetheart and will do anything and everything in his power to make sure you have a speedy and smooth recovery.
˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊
• Sweetheart 2.0
Phantom
• He makes sure you're doing okay, and his way of doing this is not leaving your side. He basically makes sure you don't leave until you're all better again, even if you do just have a common cold.
• Will put on a movie/show and cuddle with you to try and help you feel better.
• He may even play his guitar when he's with you. Just rest and let him play (show off).
• If you end up puking he's the type of guy to pull you hair back (if it's long enough) and rub your back while telling you it's all going to be okay and you'll start to feel better soon.
• He almost likes knowing that you can get sick. It reminds him that you're a human and that no matter what, you always will be. He loves that about you, even if you're sick. He rarely ever gets sick, so it comforts him knowing that you do.
˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊
• Will 100% take you for a walk in the garden while he picks herbs to make a tea that will boost your immunity and help you recover faster.
Mountain
• He will also cook for you. He's amazing at it, and maybe one day he'll teach you his secrets.
• Will also take you to sit out in the sun with him, you need your vitamins after all, and what better way to get them than to cuddle in the sun with him?
• Another guy who helps you out if you have to puke, he will even help you clean up after. Don't worry if it's gross. It's natural for humans to get sick like this. He understands and wants to help you with it. He can also, if you're okay with it, of course, because consent is key, bathe you. He doesn't want anything sexual to come from it, just you two spending some time together.
• He encourages you to nap/sleep more. You need your rest! He also just likes to nap with you, but that's not the point.
• And don't worry about your chores or anything. He's already spoken to Copia about your condition, so you have as much time as you'll need to recover.
˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊
• He's also going to make fun of you. But, considering it's Swiss, we should already know this.
Swiss
• He's going to make sure to check in on you. He won't be there by your side all the time, but he's there most of it.
• He makes sure to bring fun little games, bored games, cards, and anything else you may want to help you feel better.
• He gets Mountain to help him make a tea or something since he has no idea what to do. He can cook, kinda, but it's the idea that counts. He's trying his hardest for you.
• If you catch him searching up your symptoms on Google and then cuddling you and not leaving your side... no, you didn't.
• All together, he will be amazing towards you. Although there may be occasional teasing, he cares so much about you, you have him whipped for you.
˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊
• She's one of the best people to be sick with (second to rain, but I'm very biased towards him), she will make sure everything is okay for you.
Cirrius
• No hesitation on pulling your hair back and rubbing your back, holding you close to her. She doesn't give two fucks about if it's gross or not, as long as you're okay, nothing else matters. She will also bathe you. She likes pampering you, whether you're sick or not.
• Big on getting sun while you're sick, she will also give you those vitamins gummies to help your immune system. If you're up for it, you two will sun bathe. Just you two and the sun, a relaxing afternoon to help take your mind off your current state.
• She will help you with your chores, but she also believes in exercise while you're sick to help your body, even if it's just doing your chores.
• Lots of sleeping with her, she's so comfortable. She also loves to just hold you close to her so she knows you're doing okay, so if you're sick and she suddenly pulls you away for a cuddle session, don't be surprised.
• Will do night in with you when you're sick, except they're modified. So you two will have soup and movies while doing facemasks and makeovers with you. She's so sweet, she loves you.
˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊
• She will probably know you're sick before you know you're sick. She can just sense it.
Cumulus
• But when you do actually get sick and know it, she's got you. Damp cloth, bucket, soup, blanket, ice packs, she has it all.
• She's an amazing cook, like better than Mountain, and she knows how to make practically anything.
• If you want to get out and get some fresh air, she's all for it. You two could be out getting groceries or just out in the forest relaxing in the cool grass. She loves being outside, and if you feel good enough, you bet most of your time will be spent outdoors.
• I feel like she's a big cat lover, so you two will be down at a cat cafe or just hanging out with strays around the church. You both get to be outside, and you get to see a bunch of cute cats, win-win!
• Please watch movies with her, she knows you need some rest and relaxing time, and what better way to relax than to watch some movies with her?
˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚˚₊
• She's very helpful, like Swiss she won't always be by your side, but she's there enough that you know she cares about you and wants to make sure you're doing okay.
Aurora
• She will 100% bring you outside to relax, right in the grass. The sun on you both and the cool grass underneath. It's perfect, and she can't think of a better way to help you get better than relaxing.
• If you want to do something, she's down for it, but she won't let you be out too long when you're sick. She doesn't want you to get worse just when you're starting to feel better.
• But don't you worry, she has plenty of ways that she can help you feel better. Most of these consist of sleeping and relaxing. But that's okay, you need it.
• She will do arts and crafts with you. It may sound childish, but you're sick and don't really want to do anything, so what better way to do something that's not too hard than arts and crafts. Glitter jars, painting, bracelet making, making a time capsule. She's down for it.
• Please let her pamper you. She needs to do it, it'll help you feel better because you won't have to do anything. She has everything taken care of, your chores, your nausea, fever, chills, and everything is taken care of.

Simple Spell - Full Moon Wish Jar
Intent: To harness the power of the lunar cycle for the manifestation and fulfillment of wishes.
Materials:
Small Jar with tight-fitting lid
Chime candle & fire source
Oil for sealing
Herbs and Items representing your wish
Ideal Timing: Waxing or Full Moon
Find a clear space to work. Make sure it’s free of fire hazards. If possible, try to work near a window through which you can see the moon. (If you don’t have one, that’s all right too, since you’ll be setting the jar out for the moonlight when finished.) Light your candle, focus your intentions, and get to work.
Select herbs and trinkets which fit inside the jar to represent your wish. For example, if your wish is for money or prosperity, you might include coins or small craft gems. If your wish is for health, you might include vitamin pills or a charm representing medicine. Check your books for herbs or crystals that correspond to your wish as well. This is your wish - make the spell your own. The contents of the jar can be whatever you want.
Use the materials that resonate best with you, but remember that your focused intention is the most important component of all. If desired, you can write your wish on a dried leaf or a piece of paper to give the spell a clear direction to work in.
Some common plants associated with wish-making include:
Bamboo
Bay Leaf
Blue Violet
Dandelion Seeds
Dogwood Petals
Nutmeg
Peppermint
Sage Leaf (any color)
Sunflower Petals or Seeds
Once your jar is complete, drip three drops of wax from the candle into the jar and circle the mouth of the jar three times with the oil to seal the charm. Then cap the jar and seal it with wax. Leave your thumbprint in wax on top of the lid. Place the jar somewhere that it will be touched by the light of the full moon and leave it overnight.
The jar should work for about a month, or slightly longer if you’re working with a supermoon. When the next full moon rolls around, you can recharge the jar by leaving it out overnight again, or make a new jar with a new wish.
Recipe suggestions under the cut. (And if you like this spell, you'll love my books!)

@fangirl-katwithclaws asked for Baizhu headcanons/fic and I accidentally deleted her ask while trying to answer it. So here's my reply lol.
Sure thing darling!! I'll add him to the list right after Freminet.
In the meantime here's some Yandere! Baizhu headcanons to keep you satiated. I haven't written HC in a long time so hopefully these turn out good.
Baizhu drugs his darling to keep her compliant. Nothing lethal, albeit it may fester a slight addiction in the near future. He doesn't mean harm but you've left him with no other choice, now have you?
Baizhu never wants to hurt, but he desperately wants to control you. He needs power over you to make up for his lack of physical strength. In all honestly he's just so jealous. Jealous of your perfect health. Jealous of anyone stronger who could steal your heart away from him.
His manipulative tendencies come from his envy of your physical health.
Those drugs he keeps feeding you under the pretext of being "vitamins" keep you foggy and sluggish. You spend most of your days either sitting on Baizhu's lap or dozing off in your shared bed.
Baizhu expects you to act as a mother figure for Qiqi. She's also very clingy but can you blame her? She finally has a doting caring mother again. It's practically one of her dreams come true.
Qiqi loves that your memory is as bad as hers and that you tend to have an apathetic approach to everything as she does. Poor child isn't aware that it's because of Baizhu that you turned out like this
helping out at the Bubu pharmacy. Mostly just keeping track of needed herbs and patient refills.
there's a sharpness in Baizhu's tone when he steps between you and a customer. He's so jealous of others talking to you. So scared that some stronger, someone better will steal you away from him.
Baizue makes you rely on him for everything.
He likes organising family dinners at Liuli Pavilion. Just the three of you with plenty of savory dishes to feast on.
Buys you the prettiest dresses and the most expensive jewelry. He likes to doll you up so he can show you off. You of course are too weary to fully note what you're wearing, so you just trust whatever Baizhu picks out for you.

Everything You Need to Know About Crystals: Chrysoprase
The Stone of Venus

Rarity: Easy to obtain as a tumble stone, finer quality is expensive
Hardiness: 7
Type: Chalcedony
Chakra Association: Heart and Solar Plexus
Deities: Venus
Birthstone: May
Astrological Signs: Gemini, Taurus
Element: Water
Planet: Mercury

Crystals It Works Well With: Mountain “jade”, Tourmaline, Smokey Quartz
How It is Created: Chrysoprase is a type of chalcedony quartz with a microcrystalline structure. Its color comes from nickel deposits, and it can be found in pale shades through to brighter green. Raw pieces have a granular appearance, similar to pieces of coconut, and a waxy sheen when polished.
History: Chrysoprase, called Stone of Venus because in antiquity it represented the goddess of divine love, the famous Venus, is a magnificent apple-green nickeliferous chalcedony belonging to the family of microcrystalline quartz. The ancient Egyptians also used chrysoprase for practical purposes such as sealing letters, but they would also wear pendants, amulets and other jewelry made of chrysoprase. For hundreds of years, the only major source of chrysoprase was a region of southwestern Poland between the Czech Republic and Germany, formerly known as Lower Silesia. This area has a complex geology and is extremely rich in all kinds of mineral deposits, including gold, silver, serpentine, quartz, marble, granite, alabaster—and chrysoprase. Stone artifacts from as far back as the Iron Age show the long history of Silesian carving and masonry. In the eighteenth century, Frederick II, King of Prussia (now part of Germany), conquered Lower Silesia. In particular, he wanted its deposits of green chrysoprase, which he used to decorate the halls of his favorite palace at Potsdam near Berlin.
What It Can Do:
Known as the healer of the heart space and helps connect you with infinite supply of compassion and love
Supports cardiac health and provides a centered peace
Helps people suffering from melancholy and manifests optimism and joy
Can be placed by homegrown herbs and vegetables to boost production
Perfect to artist as it increases creativity and talent

Helps with inducing deep meditative states and promotes the love of truth
Calming and nonegotistical, creating openness in new situations
Stimulates fluent speech and mental dexterity, preventing you from speaking out unthinkingly in anger
Lifts oppressive and recurrent images, preventing nightmares, especially in children
Is said to detoxify heavy metals in one’s body and stimulate liver function
Is said to enhance fertility, reverse effects of infertility that are caused by infection and guard against STIs
Increases the absorption of Vitamin C
How to Get the Best Out Of: Wear as a necklace, bracelet, earrings or even use it in an elixir. Carrying chrysoprase for long periods attunes to the devic realm, a band of frequency found present on Earth which can connect you to nature and the planet directly
How to Cleanse and Charge: Can be cleansed briefly under running water then recharged overnight among a host of rock crystals for a few weeks. Cleanse during a rain shower for optimized cleansing,
Crystal Grid:
Healing for Children (Nightmares)
Shape: Fruit of Life
• 6 “issue” or calming stones
• 4 grounding crystals
• 2 light-bringing crystals
1. Hold your crystals in your hands and state your intention for the grid.
2. Lay the central keystone to represent your child.
3. Lay six crystals around the keystone to assist with the challenge or issue. (These crystalscan either represent a single issue, or different ones—whichever feels best to you. However,it may be more effective to address separate issues by laying individual grids.)
4. Lay four grounding crystals to anchor the grid at each corner of the “square.”

LAMMAS
Also known as "Lughnasadh"
When is Lammas?
It is celebrated on August 1st, which is roughly the midway point between the summer solstice and autumn equinox.
What does Lammas mean?
It is a celebration of the ripening of the harvest, and preparation for the upcoming autumn. Apples and cherries are ripe for picking, and corn and beans stand tall and green.
Who does Lammas celebrate?
As in the name, the Celtic god Lugh is traditionally honored, in which he is the god of the sun, of craftsmanship, and of harvest. Some stories say that Lugh held a harvest on the first of August for his foster mother, Tailtiu.
LAMMAS TRADITIONS
Work with stones that heighten creativity, abundance, and wealth, such as moss agate, carnelian, red aventurine, yellow topaz, obsidian, and citrine.
Use musky herbs and flowers like peonies, hydrangeas, rosemary, sandalwood, and most importantly wheat. These beautiful pinkish flowers bring forth good fortune and good omens to past and future memories. Wheat is a major source of energy and provides healthy vitamins and minerals.
Consume a variety of grains, fruits, and vegetables, like corn, beans, apples, cherries, and fresh bread. Key crops become ready for harvest in the late summer and early fall, so consume them to honor farmers, the end of summer, and the God Lugh.
Wear and/or decorate with orange, bronze, beige, and light brown colors.
Incorporate animal imagery (e.g., photographs, drawings, figurines, et cetera) of roosters, pigs, and cows, which are in close association with farming and agriculture. In some cultures, these animals represent good fortune, power, and success.
LAMMAS ACTIVITIES
Bake bread. Wheat is a major part of Lammas and has historically been a staple crop during times of starvation. "Lammas" is actually a derivative of the Anglo-Saxon word "loaf mass."
Get creative. Lugh is the god of craftsmanship, after all. Write poems, paint, play an instrument--or whatever you choose.
Take a ritual bath: add a drop of rosemary oil, coarse salt, verbena, and flower petals to your bath.
Craft a wheat straw doll. They are also called "grain goddesses" or "harvest queens." Make them out of wheat stems or straws and use hemp/cotton thread to form the head and arms!
youtube
Make a Lammas altar. In the center of the altar, add an icon of Lugh or a god(dess) of your choice, and decorate around it with birch sticks, wheat, flowers, candles, brown and beige colors, and a cornucopia if you would like.
Get creative with recipes! Carlota Santos, the author of Magika, recommends a "Lammas cocktail" with red wine, cinnamon, and apples.

In your au what does leo and goosey eat? Like everyday
Ooh yes I love this question! Food is such a big thing
In general, they eat canned foods and dry goods. Food is scarce, however. He has been lucky in finding rations in old EPF warehouses, but it’s not like NYC was abandoned suddenly, so many of those ration sites have already been used up/looted. None the less, he has been able to find enough to survive. It’s why he hasn’t been able to bulk up as much as say, his movie counterpart. ^^’ He has a kitchen he can cook this food in as well, powered by a solar powered generator above his bunker. As long as he has sauce and pasta, he and Goosey will eat.
Leo also supplements his diet with various vitamin/protein powders he’s been able to find. And after researching the nutritional needs of birds, Goosey gets supplies from the ruins of pet and gardening stores.
Sometimes they stumble across fresh produce (mostly from old gardens) but this is rare and they’re usually not very healthy. He would eat more fish, but there truly aren’t many. There aren’t many animals left at all for that matter, despite the barrier encompassing large nature areas. We’ll get into those eventually…as well as all the animals that lived in Central Park zoo. And what happened to everyone’s pets.
I wish I had time to draw all of this, it would be far more interesting that way, but I have so so many thoughts on the obtainment of food and other supplies in this au.
EDIT: oh one more thing! Leo can also go for months without eating thanks to those turtle genes. When we first see him eat after he shows up in the ruins (here) , he hadn’t eaten in a long time. It’s not ideal of course, and he feels that hunger, but he can survive without it. This is not true for Goosey who needs to eat more frequently. And Junior too of course haha
One more edit sorry X3: It is also of note that geese are a foraging bird, meaning they eat mostly grasses, herbs and other plants! Luckily there is plenty of grass to be found! Leo can hang out in a field and let Goosey snack for a while, or Goosey will forage during all of their adventures~

Hi, what do you use for your vision board and goals? An app? Or you write them down/print pictures? Thank you
During Covid lockdown times I felt like I had a complete mental shift and I spent multiple days all day just sitting in nature in silence and wrote down everything that I wanted or what I wanted my life to be like that came to mind in a notebook. After I did that for a few weeks here and there, I organized it into a 10 year timeline. And from there I broke it down into a 5, 3, and 1 year timeline. The 1-3 year timeline is what I base my current goals off of. So I have those broken down into smaller parts to work towards. I also will monthly or quarterly look at my goal lists and make sure they all still align with what I want. You don’t want to be too rigid in your planning and end up working towards something that you’ve realized isn’t for you.
I have a habit tracker app for daily habits like skincare, working out, journaling, taking my vitamins, health/beauty appointments, etc. called Tally that I really like, I’ve been using it for a long time. I bought the premium version a very long ago and I use it every day so it was worth it to me.
For my vision board I take inspiration from my short/long term goals and then put together a Pinterest board with inspiration. Sometimes I pull stuff from Tumblr and put it on there too. I also have a completed section of my vision board where I can move images over to when I’ve accomplished certain things or traveled to certain places. It feels good to be able to look back and look at what I’ve already done.
I also have a personal altar/meditation corner in my bedroom that has all of my oils, herbs, incense, crystals, candles, sage, etc. and I have some personal items that have a lot of power for me. I have my crystals in my extra Tiffany jewelry bags. I have a card from Chanel they sent me for my birthday. I have a beautiful vintage silk scarf which was one of the first nice things I bought myself. I heard about how Jim Carey wrote a check to himself for $1 million when he was flat broke and he was able to cash it before the date he wrote it for, so I did that as well, amongst other things. I see these items every morning when I’m meditating or getting ready and they really excite me and help me align with what I want. Hope this helps 💋

Strawberries - Magical Properties
🍓 The spiritual meaning of strawberries symbolizes love, passion, and healing. This fruit has been revered for centuries in various cultures for its connection to emotional and physical well-being. 🍓 The strawberry’s heart shape, vibrant red color, and sweet taste make it a powerful symbol in the spiritual realm. 🍓 Love and passion: Strawberries are associated with love and passion due to their red color and heart shape, often linked with the goddess Aphrodite. 🍓 Healing and purification: The strawberry’s high vitamin C content has long been believed to possess healing powers for both body and soul. 🍓 Abundance and fertility: Their seeds, which are visible on the outside, represent life, growth, and abundance, symbolizing a fruitful existence. 🍓 Spiritual growth and transformation: Strawberries symbolize the journey towards inner growth and enlightenment, as they ripen from green to red, signifying personal transformation. Although strawberries have only relatively recently been cultivated in Europe and western cultures, beginning around 1300 C. E. in France, folk all around the world have used strawberries for a variety of purposes for centuries. In South America before the Europeans arrived, strawberries were traded. North American First Nation tribes used strawberries as medicine, particularly as a women’s medicine used to clear toxins and support fertility and child-rearing. In Asia, strawberry’s detoxifying properties were also recognized as many as 2600 years B. C., at which time the Yellow Emperor used the leaves of the strawberry plant in a weak tea to detoxify and reduce the effects of aging. The Romans used Strawberries to lift the spirits and relieve bad breath as well as to treat a variety of digestive complaints. Strawberry’s popular reputation, however, solidified around fertility early on, and there it has remained. Strawberry shows up in European mythos as a fertility-inducing and love-producing fruit beloved of goddesses such as Venus, Aphrodite, Freyja, and the Virgin Mary. It was said the fruit of strawberry, when shared with another, would produce love. In Bavarian folk tradition, strawberries are gathered and hung in baskets on the horns of cattle to pay the local nature spirits in trade for many healthy calves and cows who produce an abundance of milk. It was said that if a pregnant woman carried strawberry leaves in her pocket they would relieve the pains of pregnancy. From inducing love to producing offspring, strawberry has been recognized as a potent little herb. It’s no wonder, too, strawberry has enjoyed a solid standing amongst the fertility herbs of folklore and mythos. Strawberry is a member of the Rosaceae family, also known as the Rose family, known for their love-inducing properties. Through her seeds, strawberry amplifies this message of dedication. Strawberry seeds grow on the outside of the fruit and can germinate even when soil isn’t present. Strawberry knows deep down no matter what the present conditions appear to be, she has the power to succeed. Strawberry magic is the magic of success through inner vision that sustains until the outer world is ready to receive. Success, as strawberry teaches us, requires proper preparation of one’s self. Wild strawberries tend to concentrate their energy and healing properties more intensely and in small fruits than their cultivated cousins. Thus, if your project has grown up or come to you through a wild, uncontrolled, undirected manner or source, you may be able to expect a longer duration of more concentrated energy and small-sized but intense fruits. Conversely, if your project has been carefully cultivated, you may enjoy large, abundant fruits for a shorter period. In Astrology, strawberry is considered a feminine plant and is governed by Venus. Strawberry’s element is water. 🍓 Symbolism - Love, passion, purity, and fertility 🍓 Color - Red, symbolizing vitality, life force, and sensuality 🍓 Shape - Heart-shaped, representing the heart chakra and emotional connections 🍓 Associated Deities - Freya, Aphrodite, and Venus, goddesses of love, beauty, and fertility 🍓 Historical Use - Used in ancient Roman ceremonies as a symbol of love and fertility 🍓 Cultural Significance - In medieval Europe, strawberries were used as a symbol of perfection, purity, and righteousness
🍓 Spiritual Practices - Used in rituals to attract love, enhance passion, and strengthen relationships
🍓
Medicinal Properties
- Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, promoting physical and spiritual health
History & Lore
"Doubtless God could have made a better berry, but doubtless God never did." (Dr. William Butler, 17th Century English Writer) Dr. Butler is referring to the strawberry. Strawberries are the best of the berries. The delicate heart-shaped berry has always connoted purity, passion and healing. It has been used in stories, literature and paintings through the ages.
In Othello, Shakespeare decorated Desdemonda's handkerchief with symbolic strawberries.
Madame Tallien, a prominent figure at the court of the Emperor Napoleon, was famous for bathing in the juice of fresh strawberries. She used 22 pounds per basin, needless to say, she did not bathe daily.
In parts of Bavaria, country folk still practice the annual rite each spring of tying small baskets of wild strawberries to the horns of their cattle as an offering to elves. They believe that the elves, who are passionately fond of strawberries, will help to produce healthy calves and abundance of milk in return.
The American Natives were already eating strawberries when the Colonists arrived. The crushed berries were mixed with cornmeal and baked into strawberry bread. After trying this bread, Colonists developed their own version of the recipe and Strawberry Shortcake was created.
In Greek and Roman times, the strawberry was a wild plant.
The English "strawberry" comes from the Anglo-Saxon "streoberie" not spelled in the modern fashion until 1538.
The first documented botanical illustration of a strawberry plant appeared as a figure in Herbaries in 1454.
In 1780, the first strawberry hybrid "Hudson" was developed in the United States.
Legend has it that if you break a double strawberry in half and share it with a member of the opposite sex, you will fall in love with each other.
The strawberry was a symbol for Venus, the Goddess of Love, because of its heart shapes and red color.
Queen Anne Boleyn, the second wife of Henry VIII had a strawberry shaped birthmark on her neck, which some claimed proved she was a witch.
To symbolize perfection and righteousness, medieval stone masons carved strawberry designs on altars and around the tops of pillars in churches and cathedrals.
The wide distribution of wild strawberries is largely from seeds sown by birds. It seems that when birds eat the wild berries the seeds pass through them intact and in reasonably good condition. The germinating seeds respond to light rather than moisture and therefore need no covering of earth to start growing.
Strawberries in Bible
While there are many interpretations of what strawberries may represent in the Bible, one of the most common is that they symbolize righteousness and purity.
In Song of Solomon, for example, the narrator compares his love interest’s lips to “a cluster of ripe grapes” and her breasts to “two fawns, twins of a gazelle.” This analogy is often extended to include strawberries as well, with their reddish hue and seeds representing the blood of Christ and the fruit of salvation respectively.
Strawberry Facts
🍓 The average strawberry has approximately 200 seeds.
🍓 A strawberry flower averages five to seven petals.
🍓 Americans on average eat approximately three-and-a-half pounds of fresh strawberries each per year.
🍓 Strawberry word has its origin from Old English words “steowberie” or “streawbelige”.
🍓 Amazing good for pregnant women. Birth defects like spina bifida can be reduced if they eat strawberries on a regular basis.
🍓 The strawberry plant is a perennial.

͙⁺˚*•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙ self-love & witchcraft •̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙*˚⁺‧͙
(se você fala portugues BR, sinta-se livre para enviar DM ou pedir tradução de um post. boa parte vai estar em inglês, para facilitar minha vida e atingir mais pesoas.)
-`🕯 INTRO 🕯´-
Everyone mentions it, everyone talks about it, and self-love has been the it topic for about a decade now. And in the witchy community, it's not so different. Those who engage with the spiritual community in general, also know this is a popular topic. In today's post, I'll be diving into why self-love is important in witchcraft and what witchy things you can do to boost self-love.
-`🕯 WHY IS IT IMPORTANT? 🕯´-
❅ Because it involves healing, and healing is a big part of witchcraft, since you'll learn how to be your best self, you'll learn how to assert boundaries, take care of your body, soul, and mind, and much more. ❅ Replenishing energy is one of the biggest positive effects of self-love (yes, I know that the path of self-love can be tiresome sometimes, but we ain't talking about that today!), and our energy is key in our craft. Thus, when you love yourself, you choose to eat well, rest, clean the space you're in, cater to your needs, etc. By doing this, you replenish your energy and when you're charged with energy, your craft gets better, since it requires quite a good amount of energy. ❅ Respecting your limits is also a big thing in self-love which should always be remembered in witchcraft. So, you don't have to do anything that you don't feel comfortable doing or that puts you in danger. Of course, the growth path isn't comfortable and some things in witchcraft are dangerous even for senior witches, but some things can be left undone for your own sake. For example, you don't need to do big rituals, have a detailed witchy routine, make witchcraft the main priority of your life, etc. Also, remember where you stand. If you are a beginner, it's not a good idea to go out hexing or trying to work with deities or more powerful beings, since I doubt you have your psychic abilities developed and a sturdy protection routine.
-`🕯 TIPS 🕯´-
❅ listen to your body, if you're always tired, eat food with more iron, go to bed earlier and don't stay on your phone one hour before, get that vitamin D, eat fruits and veggies, and avoid processed foods as much as possible. Back pain? Stretch, have better posture. Always getting sick? Read this tip all over again. ❅ be kind to yourself, don't call yourself stupid, don't yell at yourself. I know sometimes we can be really dumb, but if you're mistreating yourself all the time and saying unkind stuff, you're being your own bully and main energy drainer. ❅ have a day just for you, in which you take a good thick salt shower and later with some herbs, wear comfy clothes and eat the things you like with no guilt, ground yourself too. ❅ create protective charms/amulets for the week. Although "protection against negative energy" is common, creating one with a more specific job might come in handy. I, for example, like the ones that help with not taking things personally, as I tend to do that. So, observe your situation and day-to-day problems to create some specific amulets. ❅ Don't compare yourself to other witches. Actually, don't compare yourself to other people, at least not as much, as I know we often compare ourselves without second thoughts. However, you must know that just because you don't have witch ancestors or you can't see spirits, doesn't make you a mediocre witch. Also, if you don't have all the time in the world to be practicing and some days you can just do the basics, it's fine! ❅ Talk to your guides, vent to them, and ask for help! Your guides have a better vision of what's going on and they are the best when it comes to helping you out, especially regarding spiritual matters. They also will know when you need tough love or soft love.
-`🕯 CONCLUSION 🕯´-
So, this was it! A brief post for today and I hope I have helped y'all! I didn't dive deeper into some things because I would go on a tangent, but self-love is key!

Urtica dioica (nettle)
Chapter 1
Nettle has a reputation that precedes her: a plant that doesn’t shy away from a sting, a fierce guardian that requires respect. She stands as both healer and protector, reminding us that powerful things often come wrapped in thorns. This potent herb has been used for centuries to support resilience and vitality, especially among women. Rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamins, nettle offers gifts that deeply nourish us and support a wide range of functions, from improving blood health to balancing hormones.
Chapter 2
Nettle is particularly known for her benefits in women’s health. Because of her high iron content, she helps combat fatigue and supports blood health, which can be especially beneficial during menstruation. Taking nettle in the days leading up to your period or during the heavier days can be particularly restorative, giving your body a gentle but effective boost. Her grounding nature also helps balance energy, easing premenstrual irritability and bringing a sense of calm and rootedness.
In traditional practices, nettle was valued for its support during pregnancy and lactation, aiding milk production and giving a nutrient-rich boost to new mothers.
Chapter 3
There are many ways to invite nettle into your routine, each offering unique benefits:
Nettle Tea
The simplest and one of the best ways to consume nettle is as a tea. Infuse dried nettle leaves in hot water for 10-15 minutes. This process helps extract her nutrients, making them easy for your body to absorb. Start with a cup in the morning for a gentle, grounding boost, or in the afternoon as a restorative pick-me-up. You may find it’s best to avoid taking nettle tea too close to bedtime, as her iron content can give you a gentle lift in energy.
Fresh Nettle Infusion
If you have access to fresh nettle, you can create an infusion for an even stronger effect. Steep a handful of fresh nettle in water overnight, then strain and enjoy. This method is particularly potent during the days leading up to your period, giving your body an iron and mineral boost that prepares you for the natural demands of menstruation.
Chapter 4
Timing is important when it comes to working with nettle, especially if you’re using her for menstrual support. Here’s a guideline to help you connect with her at the right times:
In the Follicular Phase (right after your period)
This is a wonderful time to introduce nettle tea, as it helps gently replenish the nutrients lost during menstruation and prepares your body for the energy of the upcoming ovulatory phase.
In the Luteal Phase (after ovulation)
Nettle can help ease the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) by balancing your mood and nourishing the body. Taking her in the form of tea or capsules during this time can provide a calming, supportive presence.
During Menstruation
Nettle’s iron and mineral content is particularly supportive during this phase. A daily cup of nettle tea or an infusion can help with energy levels, aiding your body as it naturally detoxifies and renews.
