Inside Out 2 still feels like a fever dream to me... The two movies and its characters mean so much to me that I forgot about my plans and doodled for the majority of this week! Hope you enjoy something a bit more traditional than I usually post (ngl sai2 default brushes are stellar for my minimalist approach)

In case you're also a big Inside Out fan like me, my leader emotion is Sadness (I'm melancholic and empathetic) and her besties and second-in-command are Fear and Anxiety. (Since I consider myself non-binary, my emotions are multi-gendered, they match Rileys except Anxiety and Ennui who are they/them) They tend to clash often with the other emotions and it's the reason why I seem like two different people depending on circumstances...

My Personality Islands include Justice & Support, Art & Animation, Video Games, Languages & Linguistics, Biology & Animal study, Psychology & Neuroscience, Philosophical thoughts and Cute things & Critters, in short, a bunch of stuff that is somehow related :D

Maybe I'll make some art of my emotions and Headquarters in the future, I imagine it being a comfy place for multiplayer gaming with imagined copies of my fav games and cozy sofas with extra soft pillows ^w^

The art piece that I posted 2 weeks ago was an emotional roller-coaster for the trio. Now, it's Becker's turn. What if she has Pouchy instead of Bloofy? That's a lot of dynamite because she likes to blow stuff up.

Inside out Christmas vine quotes

1.(Envy opens the present she got from Pouchy, and it was an avocado. She pretends to like the present to not hurt his feelings).

Envy: An avocado. Thanks...

(It shows Pouchy sticking out his tongue out as his pupils go in the opposite direction from each other).

2.(Pouchy is floating in front of a giant Christmas tree).

Pouchy: Happy Crimus... It's Crismun... Merry crisis... Merry Chrysler.

3.(Nostalgia opens her gift to find cute Christmas socks)

Nostalgia: Why, thank you.

Anxiety: What do you think?

4.(Fear is trying to be charming. He's wearing a fancy Christmas suit and is doing a snazzy dance to L is for the way you look, but he wasn't watching where he was going and ended up hitting his face against the wall).

5.(Joy finishes decorating the tree).

Joy: Y'all come look at the tree. I just got done decorating.

(The tree begins to shake. Joy takes a closer look and gets attacked by a squirrel).

Joy: Ah!

6.(Sadness is at a store shopping for the others' Christmas gifts. She comes across a singing Frosty toy. She presses the Frosty toy's hand, and it's starts dancing while singing Frosty the snowman until it falls off the display and onto the floor. Luckily, it didn't break).

7.(Embarrassment is preparing to wrap the presents he got for the others up).

Embarrassment: OK, I can do this.

The narrator: Two hours later.

(Ennui walks into Embarrassment's room to see how the Christmas wrapping was going for him).

Ennui:(concerned) Are you OK?

(It shows Embarrassment has somehow wrapped himself in chritsmas wrapping).

Embarrassment: Call 9-1-1!

8.Joy: Anger, ask me what kind of tree I have.

Anger: No.

Joy: Anger, ask me what kind of tree I have.

Anger: No.

Joy: Please, just ask me what kind of tree I have.

Anger:(annoyed) What kind of tree do you have?

Joy: It's a Chris pine.

10.(Anger and Patience are at a store, Christmas shopping. Anger comes across a bunch of little snowmen who repeat what is said to them).

In case you wonder what I’ve been doing…

I’ve been making Pureverse screencaps for the Pureverse idea was a show that aired on a hypothetical late night Disney Channel block for teens and adults (which would also air TV-14 Disney+ content). The first three are from Season 1, with the last two of the first 3 being from the finale, and the second is from Season 2, hence Fib being redeemed.

Yes, Bloofy let out a swear in the last one.
