#potentially south negative for ts
Note
🔥 Agent Washington
I don’t think Wash regrets shooting South.
I’ve seen people put shooting South up there with shooting Donut in the list of Wash’s “badness” but honestly I don’t even think they’re in the same stratosphere. Wash not only had never met Donut before Valhalla, Donut is explicitly portrayed by the show to be “innocent”; he’s lovable, he’s usually genuinely nice, and his injuries are the only injuries in the show consistently treated seriously, going back to Blood Gulch. Donut’s injuries are never slapstick.
South on the other hand? While plenty of people more eloquent than me have written essays about how South deserves redemption, deserved to have the chance that Wash got, and I might agree, the fact remains that Wash wouldn’t look at it like that. South betrayed him, South betrayed her brother, South stole Delta, South was dead weight.
And Wash doesn’t consider his redemption deserved. Wash considers his redemption incidental, an act of providence, only given to him by the fact that the Reds and Blues had hearts that were far too big. Shooting South was an act of vengeance. (And honestly I think Wash probably had more nightmares about South hurting Caboose to try to get Delta back than about shooting her.)
Send me a “ 🔥 “ for an unpopular opinion.

RE BigHit vs Jikook
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
@sizzlingpatrolfox
I appreciate you trying to clear things up after my last post on this topic.
I skimmed through your rejoinder and I get where you are coming from. But it seems the point of my response to you flew right over your head too.
You know what gaslighting is great but do you know what whistling is and how the erroneous use of reductios- reductio ad absurdums, the act of reducing another's argument to absurd extremities in order to critique is a form of whistling- exposing a person to online attacks or placing a target on an individual's back?
I really, really don't believe BigHit would HIDE TWO PEOPLE interacting within the group either you know?
I don't think asking two people to tone things down or slow down because they are acting risqué is the same as HIDING those two peole. That's gaslighting and is tacky.
Are you aware that by intentionally misconstruing and misinterpreting my theories in the way that you are doing in your reblogs can subject me to unwarranted negative attention and could potentially lead others who come across your reblogs out of context to attack, disparage and critique me harshly unprovoked?
Cyber Trolls and bullies looking for attention on the bird app often use this tactic to direct hate and abuse towards individuals they've tartget.
They intentionally distort their targets words, twist it around, reduce it to something absurd that they know will inflame passions or take it out of context, and post it online to incite and direct mass hate and violence towards people knowing full well that not everyone who comes across the content they've posted would grasp the context or go out of their way to find the right context of those texts.
These people try and often succeed at weaponizing the mass attention by appealing to the crowds sense of 'cancel culture' as a means to suppress and oppress people they've targeted on the internet.
I have been subjected to this form of online abuse one too many times, I'm used to it by now. But I don't find it funny at all. People will intentionally distort and reduce my theories to extreme absurdities or take certain bits out of context and would post these to Twitter, facebook, their GCs or whatever platforms they have in order to fuel or direct hate towards me either because they don't like me as a person or they don't like the things I say out here.
And their go to code word of attack is always, Taekook_lives because they know how passionate half the fandom is about that person.
You refer to your statement, 'BTS are ashamed of ships' and 'Jikook gets punished whenever they look at eachother' as a literary resource, whatever you mean by that, but you made it seem in your post like it's a theory coming from me or one I had espoused when in fact it's a reductio from you.
Am I the author of those statements? No. Have I said or implied those premise. No. But you have. Those are your assumptions about my posts. The emphasis is yours not mine. It's your interpretation of my work and like you said YOUR opinion on my work.
But ask yourself. Would you be dragged and attacked for it if it gained attention or would I ?
Do you see the problem here?
I get called out for people's interpretations of my posts all the time which to me is ridiculous.
There is nothing wrong with misunderstanding a post, or falling on the fallacy of reductio ad absurdum to argue your points, it can be humorous sometimes but understand it's a fallacy especially if you are appealing to the extremes of the argument like you keep doing in your reposts- please credit those posts appropriately next time you quote me by using disclaimers such as 'the emphasis is mine' where you assume a a meaning out of my posts or use 'the reductio is mine' or 'I assume by this statement you mean' 'correct me if I'm wrong'
Get creative with it. Lol.
Where none of these markers are used I assume without prejudice malice rooted in the fiery pits of hell are intended and I treat it as such.
As for the rest of your argument about Jikook not being a brand. It's fine. Do you.
But I disagree. Jikook is a brand in of themselves within BTS.
I see them as a brand. I see them as being managed by BigHit as a brand.
Also, I believe BigHit is aware they are dating and they are well aware of instances where Jikook gets negative attention too like whenever Christian organizations in South Korea lead online protests against them for promoting homophobia in South Korea because of their 'fan service.'
Side note: People are out here screaming Jikook is fan service every day but apparently South Korean Christians disagree. Lmho.
As for how BigHit manages Jikook in instances where they attract negative attention, I think their approach to JK's Tattoo girl scandal says it all.
The company asked the shop to lay low until it all blew over. I assume this is the protocol. I don't think it's crazy for me or anyone to assume that BigHit does the same with Jikook and ask them to tone things down when they are recieving negative attention or are moving in a way that is likely to attract negative attention.
I don't know how you arrived at 'BigHit is hiding Jikook' when all I said is I felt around a period BigHit had asked Jikook to tone things down- perhaps because they had a strategic partnership in the pipelines but sure go ahead and compare me to Taekook_lives because what better way to punish me for the opinions you don't agree with or shut me up than to get the do before complain gassed up 13 year olds roaming these streets to come for me😊
Tumblr media
Or better still set loose the Kookie monsters of tumblr on me- those are a lovely bunch😊
Tumblr media
Unfortunately, tactics like these don't work on me honey.
I'm gay and a Christian.
Tumblr media
Hell fire doesn't stop me from doing the gay. I don't think retweets from faceless chipmunks will slow me down out here💀
As for my theory on JK and Jikook getting punished when they breach company policies or come close to breaching their glass closet- actions have consequences.
They are employees at the end of the day and as much as they have self autonomy they are required to honor their contracts, terms of service, and obey company rules in order to continue to be employed by the company.
BTS themselves have talked about recieving punishments for defying company rules every now and then. Tae Kook have said they are partners in crime because they often get into trouble with the company and get 'scolded' for it. Jin have said he got into trouble with the company for cutting his hair himself or something. He's said he was pulled into a long meeting with staff over his hair once when he dyed it by himself- cross check, I don't remember accurately what that long meeting was about.
Jimin have said the same thing- getting in trouble for doing certain things that defy company polieces. BTS have said they aren't allowed to do certain things like drunken tweets, drinking or even swearing on VLive.
Do I think they get pulled into long meetings for a word or two when they act risqué yea. Do I think sometimes drastic measures are taken to serve as a warning or deterrent to others yes.
I really don't know why you find it absurd that I assume Jikook get punished for certain actions or that they get regulated by the company.
The look on RM and JM's face in the Be. TS Vlive when JK talked about preferring white to black to me is indication JK was going off script in that moment and was acting defiant as fuck. I don't think it's far fetched for me to assume JK wasn't supposed to say what he said or that he was going against the collective will of the group to uphold the kumbaya image of the group in that instance.
It's equally not far fetched for me to assume JM or RM would ask him as politely as possible to check his attitude next time during a VLive.
Hell, we've seen Hobi advice Jikook to be careful the way they conduct themselves on stage.
We've seen RM glare at, tap, and touch JK and the others several times on stage or during interviews and awards to get them to behave themselves and Tae has explained its because RM wants and tries to get them to act and look 'cool' in front of the cameras most times.
Tae did say he wasn't allowed to record a song with Jimin now didn't he?
Aren't all these a form of regulation? Why then do you think it's absurd for me to believe Jikook are sometimes regulated?
Please listen to BTS's song, A Typical trainee's Christmas to understand in what ways the company controls them. They've said it themselves, not I.
I recommend you watch Rookie King to understand the relationship between the boys and the company. Tae and Jin were not complaining about the company for no damn reason.
Of course they've matured now and their success guarantees them more status and freedom within the company as they are royalty and shareholders of BigHit but they are employees nonetheless.
Listen to RM- the leader of the group talk about that the company disregards their ideas and their creative inputs into their visuals and marketing I presume during the TaeNamKook YouTube live in 2020.
I promise you, just think of Jikook as real and in real life settings and the mystery will go away.
They are two gay men who work together under a company that is queer friendly but set up in homophobic society.
What advice would this company give them?
There you have your answer and if you still believe it's too fantastical to assume then agreed to disagree.
Sign,
GOLDY

Defiant Newcastle
Happy New Years then! Welcome to PunkNRasslin in 2019, we hit the road early after the New Years celebrations to bring you only the best in wrestling blogging reviews of evenings spent up & down the country, even the world, in the name of the graps!
Our evening begins then in the O2 Academy Newcastle with an opening promo & lollipop giveaway (I got purple cheers!) from GM Prince Aheen, welcoming one and all the venue & informing the rammed Academy that we see 5 weeks of YouTube tapings tonight. Value for money indeed, a full night ahead it seems!
We start out big, our first contest sees Lucky Kid taking on BT Gunn. Lucky, not overly known in these parts but using his mixture of comedy and in ring skill to win over the crowd & the match itself warms the crowd up for what’s ahead. A good match which ends with a BT victory. And we’re off!
Second match then & it’s women’s action as Little Miss Roxy takes on Kanji. I’m not one to focus on negatives (Positive Mental Attitude) but in this day in age, we surely should be passed the foul & vulgar words about these 2 women I heard from the men around me. Get your t*ts out & you’re fit being the general gist. But I enjoyed this match the best I could, and the 2 put on a good match. Both can work a ring like a pro & both are athletic. A win for Kanji though, and an impressive display to win over (or attempt to) the very unimpressed crowd. Get a pint & shut up you bloody caveman!!
Rory Coyle next takes on Joe Hendry in a quick turn around. Obvious Defiant are squeezing as much into 1 evening as they can! Hendry enters to a custom entrance video parody of ‘shut up & dance’ entitled ‘shut up use dvd’ referencing Coyle’s love of using VHS in his promos. A mediocre match mind, lacking in originality however, a Hendry win.
Next up, South Coast Connection facing North West’s own The Models. SCC of course, trained by the great Will Osprey and it comes across in their style in ring. A high flying team taking on the more veteran models Hope & Hayes, with SCC inevitably walking away with a victory.
So we’re on a roll now, and it’s Omari taking on Conor Renshaw. Two very similar high, fast paced styles & on paper a great match which doesn’t really sell to the crowd who, lets face it are probably only here to see hometown boy Pac later on. But that aside, Omari gets a win & addresses some issues to be dealt with ‘Next Week’ aka later on tonight. The 5 shows a night confusing folk!
So, speaking of hometown hero Pac he’s up in the next match facing off against David Starr. After we’ve got the football style ‘he’s coming home, he’s coming, Pac is coming home’ chants out the way we can ring the bell. And this was to be fair the main reason I travelled here this match looked great written down & had the makings of a technical wizards dream. The match is fast paced, suiting Pac, but Starr not to be outdone. It really shows the ability of both men & lives up to expectation. Of course though, a home win with a red arrow for Pac. And the crowd goes wild(er)!
Two on one action up next, the Anti Fun Police consisting of Drake & Damien Dunne on one side and Mark Haskins on the other. Haskins making up for the man less with his fast kicks & hard as hell strikes. But however, he can only manage a DQ win after Drake strikes Haskins with a chair in an attempt to do damage. A shame, should’ve been more but a wins a win.
We’re well into the night by now, so time for Nathan Cruz vs Omari a rivalry that’s been bubbling for a few weeks in the company ever since a backstage attack on Omari by Cruz. Tempers fly as expected in this, and it’s a contest I enjoyed personally. An Omari win, which as we see later on isn’t enough to finish the feud.
Lucky Kidd is up again next facing his WXW fierce rival Bad Bones. This rivalry has been up & down in WXW, but doesn’t sell to a disinterested Saturday Night in Newcastle crowd. In ring, the action is fantastic & sees a hard earned Bones win but outside the ring the fans might as well be in the pub the amount of interest they take.
We see the return of Brighton’s own South Coast Connection next as they face up & coming Oldham team & late great Dynamite Kid nephews the Dynamic Duo. If this is the future of British Wrestling then we certainly are in for many years of success as both teams show some amazing potential. However got to be a a winner, and SCC steal a heel victory from the clutches of the Duo.
No Fun Damien Dunne appears again next, and earns a victory against Visage who for those unfamiliar (most I’m guessing) is a drag queen style gimmick who can wrestle. Funahh indeed!
BT Gunn gets his second match of our packed night next up facing local Tyne boy Primate. A match which starts with both competitors having a pose off & ends in a blaze of fists and a Tyne Boy victory. A hard fought battle which keeps the evening going.
We’re on the home stretch now and Man Like Dereiss is facing Nathan Cruz. I say facing, the match lasts all of less than a minute. But afterwards Cruz threatens to injure Dereiss if Omari doesn’t give him a match in Manchester on February 9. So that’s set then, Omari vs Cruz part two in a few weeks time.
Martin Kirby the internet (interweb) champion makes an appearance next with his newly won title. A segment in which Kirby lets the crowd choose between 3 up & coming trainees to face him. A rather confusing affair which just seems like a bit of mic time to fill the gap.
However, the women are back in action next & Kanji faces Manchester’s Lana Austin. At least this women’s match isn’t met with body comparison comments from the men! It’s a good contest, with a Kanji DQ victory after Lana hits the poor ref with a chair. Heel Lana incoming it seems!
Micky The Dragon next. The gimmick is as bad as the name sounds, Bad Bones walking in & out the ring with ease. But after Lucky Kidd ambushes Bones post match, it’s announced that UnBeiseigBar Ilja Dragunov will be making his way to defiant to meet Bad Bones in February.
It’s been a long evening, and after a Pac promo announcing his return to Newcastle next month, it’s main event time as Defiant champion Rampage takes on Gabriel Kid. Rampage showing his dominance here as Defiant champ, not easily but still defeating Kid in ring. Our long & graps filled night ends with a stare down between David Starr & Rampage who it’s announced will face each other for the title in Manchester Feb 9.
So there we have it dear reader! A long night, 11pm finish & many YouTube tapings made. After all that, I wasn’t ready for a night on the ‘toon’ more a nice lay down in a hotel room bed! 😴
That was PunkNRasslin’s weekend then & we shall return this Saturday when we travel to Blackpool for NXT! Should be a belter! Until then..

The Dangers of Improperly Disposing Household Hazardous Waste
Just about every home in South Florida contains various chemicals and materials that are considered dangerous and/or toxic and it’s important to dispose of these items in a proper manner. Failure to do so can have a negative impact on the environment and also subject homeowners to various penalties and fines by local and state authorities.
Whether it’s leftover weed killer, a spare quart of oil or remains from a DIY project, there are countless household products that homeowners are not allowed to discard in the regular trash. Instead, designated landfills and drop-off centers should be utilized for disposing these Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) items.
From a plumbing perspective, it’s important to refrain from pouring any type of chemical, solvent or dangerous fluid down your drains. These products include, but are not limited to: automotive liquids, flammables, ammonia, herbicides, pesticides, solvents, paints, and grease. In addition, bleach, when combined with many common household products, can emit toxic fumes and should never be mixed with anything other than water.
Illegal dumping of dangerous chemicals is a serious offense and in addition to hefty fines, can also potentially lead to criminal charges. Remember that Household Hazardous Waste is not limited to fluids and can include things such as electronics, car parts, medical equipment and fluorescent bulbs.
Below are various locations throughout South Florida that accept HHW. If you have any questions, contact your nearest location during their normal business hours for more information.

Need more context?
We are having a devastating effect on the planet. Climate change has moved from theoretical concept to pressing reality, with truly global affects. Climate scientists agree we have triggered a new era called the age of the Anthropocene where humans have become the main drivers behind planetary changes. The negative impacts on communities worldwide, and especially communities in developing countries such as South Africa are significant. In South Africa, climate challenges are compounded by historical contexts of apartheid, unemployment, poverty, crime, disability and widespread dependency on government interventions in marginalised communities.  Many marginalised communities are still deprived of access to water, electricity, housing, education and basic health care. This begs the question, what innovative solutions can bridge the realities of climate change while maintaining the concept of human rights embedded in South Africa’s progressive constitution. A combination of transdisciplinary approaches will be needed to solve some of these problems that the country faces, which may require stepping outside the existing comfort zones and testing unconventional creative possibilities for making a difference at the grassroots levels. Crucially we need innovative solutions that envision a world beyond sustainability, focussing on regenerative livelihoods that are resilient to climate change. A regenerative approach describes processes that renew, restore, and revitalize communities. Regenerative systems aim to create positive, united living heritages for our future generations and ourselves.
What is Re-Futuring?
Most simply, Re-futuring is the act of ‘giving time back to the future’. If we think of time left (for ours and other species now and into the future) as being a medium we can manipulate, then any concerted actions that help increase that time left are considered potential acts of re-futuring - as opposed to those that reduce possibilities for those who come after us – i.e. acts of De-Futuring.
What will you therefore be contributing towards?
The aim of this experimental research program is to understand how transdisciplinary creative action that tests new paradigms, ideas & options might assist in inventing viable ‘break-through’ methods that aid regenerative capacity – both in South Africa and more generally globally.
And who would you be working with?
Keith Armstrong: Associate Director of the QUT Creative Lab Research Centre and member of the Social and Ecological Practices Group, media artist, researcher and director of Embodiedmedia Dr. Keith Armstrong from Brisbane Australia. www.embodiedmedia.com
Anita Venter who leads the Qala Phelang Tala (Start Living Green!) social change initiative supported by her role as a researcher at the University of the Free State, Centre for Development Support.  http://www.ufs.ac.za/econ/departments-and-divisions/centre-for-development-support-home/general/staff?pid=j13AcR333js%3d
The Program For Innovation in Artform Development (PIAD) led by Senior Curator of the  Johannes Stegman Art Gallery, Angela De Jesus and Director of the Vrystaat Kunstefees/Arts Festival/Tsa-Botjhaba, Dr. Ricardo Peach.
Are you the right artist-researcher for this significant challenge?
If so contact Dr. Keith Armstrong immediately – with overview of your background and thoughts, interests and enthusiasms at [email protected]
