Due to popular demand, here's my Ateez Plastic Surgery post!
Sorry it took me a while but I had to do some editing to respect the limit of 30 pictures per post
Remember that all of this started from a few asks I received on the topic, and my autistic brain decided to fixate on it: I'm not writing this post out of malice or as criticism of Ateez, I simply need to get it out of my system so I can move on! 😂
I love these boys as all of you do and see nothing shameful in plastic surgery
And speaking of asks received, I want to thank all the people that have shown interest and support in my messages and inbox: I really didn't expect anyone to appreciate my musings about such a taboo topic, so thank you so much for being kind and interested! ❤
First things first:
For any Atiny that doesn’t want to see this: block the tag "ateez plastic surgery" and you won’t have to!
But if you’re interested in reading, know that I will not post any pictures of actual surgeries, so don’t worry if you’re squeamish.
Let's go!
We all know how beautiful Ateez noses are, we all adore them, right?
And I think, if the surgery allegations are well-founded, they truly show the GENIUS and MASTERY of Korean plastic surgeons
They did not give every member the same exact nose (as it’s so common in the West, where you can tell from miles away when someone got their nose done)
They kept all the personality, all the quirks of their noses, all that makes them interesting and beautiful and unique
They simply made them slimmer
(slimmer, but not necessarily smaller; big noses are just so beautiful)
I’ve seen K-Pop fans (not Atiny, but in general) say things like: “That was their nose as a teenager, they are grown men/women now!”, or: “They lost weight, of course their face changed!”
Noses are bone, cartilage, soft tissues and skin, their size and shape is not affected by weight loss as there are no fat cells stored in your nose
Your nose changes during puberty, but by the time you are 18, it has stopped growing/changing shape and size
Any natural change in shape and size as an older teen (18-19) and adult might be due to medical conditions, but that’s not the case for the vast majority of idols
With all of this out of the way, let’s begin a more in-depth analysis!
Now, for those interested in the topic but not in my yapping, I have found a YouTube video from 2022 about this:
According to the video:
Hongjoong had a rhinoplasty* and a chin implant (*I think he possibly had 2 + fixed his front teeth)
Seonghwa had a rhinoplasty and double eyelid surgery (I think he possibly had a chin implant too)
Yunho had 2 rhinoplasties* and double eyelid surgery (*I agree)
Yeosang had a rhinoplasty and double eyelid surgery
San had a rhinoplasty
Mingi had a subtle rhinoplasty (kinda disagree? I think he actually had a silicone implant that he took out during his hiatus; when he came back his nose looked different and I suspect his current nose might be closer to his natural one, if not the natural one)
Wooyoung had a rhinoplasty, outer eye corners cut and ptosis repair
Jongho had a rhinoplasty, double eyelid surgery and ptosis repair
Again, I can’t stress how common plastic surgery is in South Korea. Korean teens get it as birthday presents! I’m talking rhinoplasties, chin implants, double eyelid and even jaw shaving surgeries, as teenagers. And imagine how much more common it is for celebrities!
Korean surgeons are absolutes masters at making “improved” facial features look as natural as possible
Now here is my opinion for each member
Hongjoong
I think the rhinoplasty is pretty obvious. Hongjoong with his natural nose used to be almost the spitting image of Bumjoong:
Spot the difference!
And here's more young Hongjoong:

A previous anon pointed out that HJ's nose was actually flatter and more hooked than his brother's, especially from the side, and I do remember seeing at least one picture that showed it pretty well, but unfortunately I can't fing it in my folders. If someone has it, please send it my way!
But then predebut/debut and rookie Hongjoong had a very sharp nose that almost curved upwards; it looked "perfect"... but quite unnatural, like it could cut glass:
And this is the nose he has now, much softer, less pointy, more natural looking; and - incidentally - very similar to the nose his mom has (right pic), which is why people say "he didn't inherit her nose, he inherited her surgeon" (kinda mean but also hilarious):
And here are his natural teeth, slightly crooked and with a bit of a gap vs his debut/current teeth (ft super sharp debut nose):
And a pic from the video about a possible chin implant:
So possibly, he had a first rhinoplasty (and chin implant?) in high school, maybe because he was set on working in the entertainment industry and knew that would help, or maybe he had already signed with KQ and he had the surgery in preparation for a possible debut
The second rhinoplasty might have happened during the height of COVID, when concerts and events were postponed and cameras weren’t as focused on him
As for his teeth, I don’t know if he used some sort of braces to realign them, or if he got veneers. In 2023 he also accidentally hit his mic against his front teeth and chipped one of them, but now his teeth are as perfect as always and he got them fixed easily and quickly, so maybe veneers?
Seonghwa
Pre-debut Seonghwa is my WEAKNESS. He looks like he could and would beat up current Seonghwa for fun lmao
I totally understand why the KQ staff thought he was going to kill them if they didn’t let him pass the audition
And I understand why Hongjoong was so intimidated...
Imagine being the freakiest twink in the Itaewon bathrooms and this piece of murderous beef shows up:
(I'm pretty much the same age he was predebut/at debut, so I don't feel weird lusting after him... maybe in a few years I'll have to take this post down lol)
Now, I have seen all sorts of allegations (because people just can’t comprehend how someone can be so beautiful ) starting with him getting his jaw shaved and a chin implant
The way your face shape looks can be affected by make-up, lighting, weight loss, perspective, so I’m not very good at detecting surgeries of this kind (unless the before-after is a monumental change)
His chin does look more pointy now compared to the past:
How much of it is weight loss? And how much is surgery? Surgery seems more likely in this case, the shape looks completery different
One thing that does not change with weight loss is your nose, so maybe as the video says he had a rhinoplasty to make the bridge slimmer and the tip and nostrils more defined:
(his nose was wider, flatter, less defined)
As for the double eyelid surgery, it’s also entirely possible, as the pics above already showed. He might have always had double eyelids (though in the pictures above it doesn’t look like it) but now he definitely does. It’s not make-up, it’s not eyelid tape. Something changed:
(this is a screenshot I was sent of a tiktok video, because I'm not the only one that noticed these details)
Before, his upper lid used to be very prominent, but now he definitely has visible double eyelids:
But something I adore about him is that even after a slimming rhinoplasty, his nose is not "perfect"; from the side, his bridge has the slightest bump, and when he truly smiles (the famous Seonghwa pained smile/happiness that looks like pain), his nose looks almost hooked:
This is an instance of Korean surgeons knowing exactly how far to go when “fixing” a nose
They don’t want each patient to have the same exact nose
This is, undeniably, Seonghwa’s nose
The bridge is simply a bit slimmer, the nostrils and tip more defined
(and the same goes for Wooyoung, the surgeon still left him with Wooyoung’s nose, they just made it slimmer, it’s genius work)
Yunho
Yunho is the only confirmed case of plastic surgery in the whole team
During the Wave era he told Atiny that one time he fell asleep on a bus, the bus driver hit the brakes a bit too hard, too suddenly, and Yunho’s reflexes weren’t enough to spare him: he fell and broke his nose
The problem? When he told us this story, his nose was different than the nose he has right now
So he had at least 2 nose jobs: the one he told us about, that happened pre-debut, and another, more recent one that got him the nose he has today
This is his natural nose:
Then this is his nose at debut + during the Wave era (the blond pic is from the video he told us about his old nose surgery); by this point he's already had one nose surgery which made his nose a bit more defined, the nostrils more accentuated:
But this is his nose now:
More pointy, bony, the shape overall more sharp and less roundish, lost almost all softness
So Yunho most likely had 2 nose jobs: one he told us about during the Wave era, that happened years before, and another one that got him the nose he has today.
Now, I’m not saying he’s a liar! Maybe pre-debut he did need surgery after breaking his nose! And maybe he needed a second one because he still had some lingering issues! And plastic surgeons being plastic surgeons, they made his nose smaller/straighter/more conventionally attractive because that’s their job
The video also alleges he had a double eyelid surgery, but all the pics I found of young Yunho are a bit too grainy to be sure. It does look like he has a double eyelid on his left eye, while his right eye looks more like a monolid, so maybe he had that fixed to be more symmetrical? And both lids were very prominent, even the one that was already double. But it's hard to tell for sure
Yeosang
I have to say I agree with the video, both when they say he possibly had a nose job&double eyelid surgery, and when they say they were absolutely unnecessary lol (tbf I think they all were unnecessary)
Before:
His nose is less defined, looks bigger, and his eyelids are very prominent
Now:
His nostrils are still prominent, but the bridge is slimmer, giving his nose an overall more defined look; and now he definitely has double eyelids
San
According to the video, he had a rhinoplasty to slim down the bridge of his nose, and I guess I can see it:
His nose was flatter and larger, now it's slimmer and more defined (sorry I keep using this word but it makes sense in my head? I hope you get what I'm trying to say) with a more pointy tip.
And I think that’s it? Some say some type of eyelid surgery but I don't know
Mingi
Mingi is a tough one to figure out, he definitely got something done to his nose, but for the longest time I couldn't figure out what exactly
Because Mingi is the only member whose nose got less perfect with time
He did the opposite of all the other members, instead of having his nose permanently “fixed”, he had a previous cosmetic tool removed
The video says he had his nose slimmed down, like the others, but I don’t know if I agree. In the pic they used, it does look like it, but then other pictures of young Mingi (at that same age) show that he’s always had a slim nose. I think that in the pic used in the video, lighting was playing some tricks
It’s hard to say definitively, because all the pictures we have of Mingi are either too old (Mingi was a child, his slim nose back then might have changed with puberty), too grainy (I straight up can’t see his nose well lol) or too close to debut (he might have already gotten something done)
But in his high school pics, his nose could be his natural nose
Why? Because it does not look exactly like his debut nose, it's not as sharp and "perfect"
High school Mingi’s nose is more similar to the nose he has today:
Big but not super pointy and triangular
On the other hand, debut Mingi’s nose had a high bridge, was straight, sharp, almost triangular and “perfect”, a surgeon’s dream
But then when he came back from his hiatus, it was slightly and yet visibly different, his nose bridge was lower, the tip less sharp, it looked overall more curved and less pointy
Debut vs Now pics:
Debut: high bridge, sharp tip Now: lower bridge and softer tip
Debut Mingi's nose had a very high bridge that started right after the curve of his forehead
High school and current Mingi's nose has some space between his forehead and the start of his nose/he has a lower bridge, and it looks overall softer
The tip now almost seems to point downwards at times, depending on the perspective, because there's no more silicone bar pulling his nostrils forward and lifting the tip
His nose today looks also slightly smaller than his debut nose, again because the're no more silicone bar pulling the soft tissues forward
Mingi's softer, rounder nose after his hiatus/now:
... Mingi’s nose today is a nose a plastic surgeon would generally fix. Surgeons want high bridges and sharp tips (Mingi’s debut nose), maybe not for the average person, but definitely for an idol
Mingi went in the opposite direction, he removed the high bridge and sharp tip
Unlike the rest of Ateez, Mingi removed what made his nose so perfect
But how?
I think that instead of a traditional nose job (which usually breaks and shaves bone and reshapes cartilage), his pre-debut self possibly had a silicone implant inserted in his nose, to make it higher, straighter, pointier and “perfect” for debut
(do not google nose silicone implants 🤢 it's literally a solid "bar" - for lack of a better term off the top of my head - made of silicone and inserted along the lenght of the bridge)
Then during his hiatus, he had it removed, so now we see his nose how it could have looked naturally
His nose today is also slightly curved, usually it's barely visible, only from certain angles and when the light hits it in the right way, but again, it's something a surgeon would fix:
Rengoku pic: no visible curve but his nose look less slim because of the lighting, very similar to his nose in the high school pics
Middle&Right pics: slightest curve detectable
Let's take Wooyoung as an example of a nose curved on purpose:
Wooyoung’s curve is visible from the side, it gives him a very interesting, sensual and above all distinctive and unique side profile, which a good surgeon would aim for
Mingi’s curve is (slightly) visible from the front, and it’s something a surgeon would deem asymmetrical and want to fix
And I don’t think this is the result of a botched cosmetic surgery: Mingi and his perfect debut nose had no reason to get another cosmetic surgery and, what, enhance the perfection even more? This is not a case of surgery gone wrong
He had a perfect nose and decided to make it less perfect
Why???? I don’t know
But when Mingi went on hiatus for 8 months, he actually didn’t know if he wanted to come back to Ateez. He didn’t know if he wanted to be an idol anymore
So maybe he got the implant removed to reclaim possession of his face, as a rejection of the idol life that had brought him so much anxiety and hardships
Maybe because of his anxiety he also experienced some sort of body dysmorphia? Like he looked in the mirror and couldn’t recognize the face staring back at him, all he saw was Song Mingi the idol
If he was going to come back, he was going to come back as his old self, the real Mingi, not the perfect version the industry wanted
In conclusion, Mingi’s nose became less conventionally perfect with time, which makes me think he had whatever cosmetic tool he had used for debut removed during his hiatus, and now we see his nose in his (possible) natural state
As for the eye ptosis repair theory mentioned in the video, I have no idea. I’m not good at detecting this type of thing and as I said, Mingi’s old pics aren’t super reliable. But Mingi’s eyes are still a big insecurity of his, and in the past he wanted double eyelids. I think if he’d had ptosis repair surgery, he would’ve gotten double eyelid surgery at the same time? I don’t see why he would get one and not the other. Mingi’s eyes are still smaller than other members’ (to his perpetual chagrin), so I don’t think he had anything done there?
Wooyoung
Wooyoung, like Seonghwa, is another obvious case of masterful rhinoplasty
Side by side comparisone Before vs Now:
His nose used to be larger and seemed to lack the sexy curved slope he has today
Before:
Larger and rounder
Now:
Slimmer and beautifully sloped
As for the allegations of eye surgery, I don't think that's the case here? Woo's eyes are pretty uneven, the left one has a slight double eyelid, the right one does not. A surgeon would've fixed that imo
Jongho
I'm running out of space for pictures 😭 sorry everyone and Jongho
From the video:
The creator says rhinoplasty, double eyelid surgery and ptosis repair
To be fair his nose now seems more defined and slighlty smaller (rhinoplasty) and his eyes a bit larger and the lids less prominent (ptosis repair)
But Jongho always had double eyelids (I ran out of pic space, so you'll have to trust me on this one lol or you can google "Jongho child pics" and you'll see an adorable side-by-side comparison where toddler Jognho's double eyelids are super visible)
The ptosis repair is still possible tho, to make the eyes open wider
But honestly Jongho has such a baby face for me, it's hard to be sure!
And now I'm done! I hope you enjoyed!

Im running into the stage banging the floor demanding to know about the band au as you speak /hj
reveal yourself band au anon, I wish to know who you are cause you’ve allowed me to ramble
I haven’t figure it all out so this is kinda just spitballing ideas lol
Warning long ass post holy moly
So the band au is kinda written like Clone high, I treat it like one of those really serious romance dramas, except the band au is more just relationship focused instead of strictly romance, also there’s a lot of drama
I’ve come up with four main bands at the moment :3
The Grim Reapers - an underground goth band with Coffin as the bassist and Tissue box as the (main) vocalist, they’re most well known for their songs being about pretty grim subject matter, though they’re probably the least popular out the four main bands
Electric Current - A pop-punk family band with Electracey on the electric guitar, Elevator Speaker on the Bass guitar, Laptop on Drums, and Colin on vocals, they have a very futuristic theme and are by far the most popular band out of the four
Malcolm’s Angels - a band started by Shrignold the head of a love “organization” to help spread the gospel of Malcolm, their music is mostly folk type music, with Unicorn on the harp, Frog boy on the flute, Rabbit boy on the mandolin, and Shrignold on guitar and vocals, the other members of the “organization” are also there, to they just aren’t part of the band, but some of them are on the marketing team
Fly To The Stars - i also refer to them as “the rejects”, an obviously space themed rock band, with Gilbert on guitar, Solar system on the keyboard, Magnet on bass guitar, and Lamp as the lead guitarist
there’s also other characters that aren’t in bands but are still pretty important to the main story like
sketchbook - A young college student, currently studying art, she’s a big fan of Electric Current with her favorite member being Electracey, she’s also roomies with Tony
Tony “Anthony” Clock - An older college student studying history, roomies with Sketch and also a small solo music artist in his spare time (hehe)
saxophone - A music artists who’s songs are usually canoe related, has gained a small cult following due to this
Warren W. Eagle - Local homeless person, usually spotted around dumpsters, can play a pretty mean keyboard solo though
there’s more important characters but I these are the ones I’ve currently planned out (Saxophone isn’t really important though, I just found the concept I had for him funny)
and finally, some miscellaneous facts that I can’t fit anywhere else in this incoherent ramble
The two main locations are Clayhill and Mullhoven, though Mullhoven in this au has become a bigger city, well Clayhill has kept its gated community status
The main three do have a minor role in this au, with them being know as the “weird” residents in town, some situation always seems to be happening to them wether that be their house burning down or finding their pillowcases full of ham
Electracey and Sketchbook are both college age with them both being 17
Laptop on the other hand is a highschooler, being 15 years old
All the characters are humanoids, they basically have human proportion’s but still have some of their weird puppet feaures
Lesley is Electric Current’s manager, though it’s not her only job according to her, she won’t tell much about herself, she likes the game of mystery
Electracey’s name in this au is just Tracey, Laptop’s is Lapis, and Elevator Speakers is Alexa
Colin, Laptop, and Electracey are all siblings, Colin being oldest, Tracey being middle, and Laptop being youngest, well Elevator Speaker is their cousin
Tissue box is fine with her and Coffins band being pretty unknown, but Coffin wish’s they could be as popular as some of the others, and he will do anything to make that happen
Laptop is a big fan of Hatsune Miku and and makes references to her in some of Electric Currents songs when it’s her turn to write one
uh that’s it for now :3 *disappears in a cloud of misty smoke*
#Uh ignore any spelling or grammar mistakes I’m to lazy and excited about this au to correct it#Feel free to ask more questions about this au I really like it#Anon please reveal who you are I want to know you#My main goal for this au is to make it into a comic but I do t currently have a drawing tablet so I might just make it a fanfic and then-#Adapt it into a comic later#Coffin and tissue box are also siblings#I’m literally gonna pass out I’ve never written something this long#dhmis au#band au#dhmis band au#coffin dhmis#colin dhmis#dhmis laptop#dhmis speaker#dhmis electracey#dhmis sketchbook#dhmis tony#dhmis tissue box#Eh I’m not tagging everyone#Dhmis#don’t hug me i’m scared#paula the postbox!!!#Yeah

[ ok taecyeon, non-binary, they / them ] — whoa! KANG HAJOON just stole my cab! not cool, but maybe they needed it more. they have lived in the city for FOURTEEN YEARS, working as a TECH MOGUL / SOCIALITE . that can’t be easy, especially at only THIRTY TWO. some people say they can be a little bit LAX and HEDONISTIC, but i know them to be AMICABLE and PACIFIC. whatever. i guess i’ll catch the next cab. hope they like the ride back to MANHATTAN!
STATS
character name: kang hajoon / nicknames: hj, joonie / place of birth: london, uk/ birthday: february 15th / sexuality: panromantic pansexual /gender identity: non-binary ( they or him ) / zodiac: aquarius / mbti: esfp / occupation: shareholder of a top software company + socialite / languages: korean, english, japanese, Italian / moral alignment: chaotic good / love language: quality time
BIOGRAPHY
contrary to popular belief, hajoon was not born with a silver spoon in their mouth. there is no trust fund waiting for them, and they do not grow up in a manor or a penthouse. though they find little reason to put an end to these rumors. they find them entertaining and make sure to take a screenshot to save them in a folder. the truth is that they grow up in a fairly mediocre household, with a pair of working parents who spend their entire time devoted to corporate. there are always deadlines to meet, an executive they need to impress, a business dinner with shareholders they have to join. hajoon knows they love their child, though when they are young, their grandmother takes care of them, and they mostly see their parents on the weekend. then, they grow up, and it becomes a routine to not find them at home as they are working overtime yet again. while some clickbait articles do call them a genius, which makes them grin and send it to their friends, hajoon does not think that to be true. they just work hard, understand how maths, science, and coding works, and use their talents. ( of course, there is a bit of luck involved ). getting into a prestigious university with a half-ride scholarship is somewhat impressive, though they are not at the top of their class throughout their college life. instead, they get to know people, learn from them, and try to start up their own projects. with a partner in crime, they then create something that hajoon truly believes can change the tides. a tech company is then found, focusing on a software that companies use now, all around the world. during these years, some in college, some post-graduation, they work hard. many nights are spent curled up on the second-hand couch in their office, and takeout boxes litter their table, amidst cables that trip them up when they are particularly exhausted. after that initial acceleration, it only grows more and more, rivaling these mega-companies that are part of their everyday lives. hajoon is proud of their work, though at one point, they decide to remain in the background, and let the administrative manners be led by their partner. hajoon, not wanting to spend days and nights with shareholders, does not want an official role in the company. with their impressive amount of shares, and takes a less active role. in their mind, they have reached stardom ( and wealth ) quite early in their life with the founding of the company, and now, they want to lie back down, and enjoy the money they are earning. no waking up at 7 am, no rigorous meetings back to back, and no demanding shareholders every day. they do not want to become a carbon copy of their parents, no matter the fact that they are more successful than they could ever dream of. while they are still quite young, they simply want to enjoy their life. of course, the company is important to them, and they will always be there to help — though they prefer traveling and enjoying the finer things in life when they can. they are proud of the work they have done, and they want to spend time with friends, family, and devote time to their hobbies. of course, the coder and scientist in them will always want to produce new things, but it's usually in the privacy of his robotics workplace at home, and if a particularly exciting idea strikes them, they just text their friends and discuss it over lunch. other than that, they prefer to dig their tones into the sand in bali one weekend, and then eat at a french restaurant the next.
IDEAS
- their business partner / longtime friend who is taking care of the company as the ceo! (will do a wc soon but hmu if interesteed!) - childhood friends / enemies / rivals from the uk - they went to nyu! so people from there, people who knew them way back then - people who are interested in the company / maybe at one point, they did business together - people who know hajoon as a "celebrity" bc they are somewhat famous, and this can go either way - other socialites - ppl from business dinners / galas etc. that hajoon was forced to join. maybe unlikely friends or, they really annoy each other - other partiers, and they are in the same circles every once in a while

[cracks knuckles] analyzing fandom culture is like. My Big Years-Long Interest and. as shitty as it is, the way franmaya is treated by the fanbase is quite. expected unfortunately. not only are they a sapphic ship (which is already a category overlooked by pretty much any non-sapphic out there), but... well.
in terms of ships, fandoms like things to come in neat little pairs. every single character has their significant other, and there is a neat little pathway of ships that don't intersect each other that a majority of the fanbase adheres to. ace attorney is DEFINITELY one of these fandoms, and that means "secondary" ships are often just included as a Given in the background of works regardless of whether the author cares about them or not. and... yeah. franmaya is first to fall victim to this. the authors don't know how to write either of them, but they include them because Oh Well, Why Not. unfortunately, because franmaya is a sapphic ship, it falls as prey to this Extra Hard. I've seen it in a lot of fandoms before (BNHA is the first that comes to mind), with a variety of ships, but sapphic ships are sadly ALWAYS treated the worst of the lot.
not only does franmaya fall prey to the issues in fandom shipping as a whole, but the way the ace attorney fanbase operates exacerbates this issue. in general, the ace attorney fandom is.... VERY canon compliant. very. I've never seen a fandom so focused on emulating the source material in its fanworks before. popular fanfictions are typically expanded retellings of the story or possible events post AA6 and popular fanart is typically comics in the same vein. this means that the fandom inevitably falls prey to one of the series's worst flaws - its refusal to pay attention to its female characters and let them process any of their emotions or really have agency outside of the men they serve. a lot of authors, without malicious intent, simply mimic how they see the characters portrayed in the story -- and because of that they spend ages fawning over edgeworth's Complicated Emotions(TM) and kinda just. leave the female characters stagnant unless they further a male character.
not only that, but.... I've never seen a fandom so centered around a single ship than ace attorney is with nrmtsu... I mean. it's nice in a lot of ways but. there's SO much else to the games to explore than just those two characters. and while this single-mindedness has lead to great things (and don't get me wrong, miles edgeworth is platonically my husband and I could talk about him for ages <3). it's also a great detriment to the fanbase in a lot of ways. it's also extra frustrating to see because... well. narumitsu and franmaya are very similar in a lot of ways (oh my GOD that's a whole other essay for another day). so it's really not fair that one gets So Much More Attention than the other????
so, in conclusion, all three of these things combine to lead us to this reality. which, while rooted in misogyny, is so vastly unintentional and deeply tied to the core of how the fandom functions that the only way to really fix it is to, well. talk about it! but it's really interesting to look at and in the near future I'm demanding character essays about all the female AA cast from Every Popular AA Writer before they write another word of narumitsu /hj
(woops! I. uh. infodumped all over ya there. meta analysis of fandoms goes brrrrrrr)
HI THIS IS LITERALLY EVERYTHING. I DONT KNOW IF THERES A SINGLE THING I COULD ADD TO THIS ANALYSIS. 10/10 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS ANON <3
#PLEASE COME OFF ANON I WANT TO BE YOUR FRIEND SOOOO BAD YOURE SO TRUE#franmaya#ace attorney#franziska von karma#maya fey#are spacesuits itchy?

I (kindly) demand your Barnacles and/or Shellington headcanons >:) (if you have any lol)
I hope you're having a great day/night ^^
[Have this nice picture]

YES YES YES YES
OK YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I LOVE SHELLINGTON.
Shellington is a huge comfort character for me so :)))
I’ve already made a Barnacles centralled lesson one so !! Shellington time hehehehhehehehe
First off- Shellington is achillean and gender non conforming ! Goes by he/they pronouns :)
Shellington has autism
I think it’s funny how he was basically besides inkling- the only one who knew literally. ANYTHING. About marine life in the earlier episodes. But then all of a sudden the crew gets more knowledge so I like to think in like a form of non-cannon-cannon or something. Shellington just sat them all down and did a big infodump of sea life so they knew what they were doing.
He chirps and purrs when happy! Actual otters do this :))
I like to think that he makes playlists for people he cares about. BUT. He puts them on. Fucking cassette tapes. And then gives it to said people. And no one has a cassette player except for him. So the conversations are like this:
Shellington: hey! I made you something :) *holds out a cassette tape*
Person (idk who you wanna interpret this as): …
Person: I don’t own a cassette player.
If anyone is near him when he falls asleep (like a five foot radius) they’re doomed. This man will latch onto the closest person near him and. WILL NOT LET GO. Try to escape his grasp? You’ll just make it worse. I like to think that it’s similar to the one scene in rise of the guardians with Jack Frost and that random kid he’s trying to get into bed and she just. Will not let go.
A very affectionate person :)
I like to think that Dashi made his bag since he would often fidget so if he has something to hold onto, like the bag strap- he’s got somethin else to fidget with :)
Him and Dashi have been best friends since highschool. Yeah.
He infodumps to Dashi a lot.
Him and Dashi gush about their crushes together. :)
I should do a post on their friendship dynamic cause I care them.
Would finish an entire book in a day or less. And when I say “entire book” I mean like those big chunky ones.
The dad of the vegimals. That’s already kinda cannon.
He’s bilingual ! He knows different country’s versions of sign language, and probably knows most European languages as well as a few Asian languages as well.
More on that I like to think there would be books that weren’t translated into English and the crew would need said book for something but no one would really know it and Shellington just starts fluently talking in said books language and everyone is just very impressed.
He likes doodling in his notes, so right next to some really cool facts there’s like little doodles of his friends or some fish they saw :)
Dashi got him into like some stupid online drama series.
As I typed that out my brain went “lps popular” so yk what. Yeah they watch lps popular together /hj
They LOVE watching documentaries.
He reads bedtime stories to the vegimals :))) more on that I feel like they’d flat out pull out like a marine biology textbook and just start listing facts about animals and the ocean and the vegimals would just fall asleep to that.
The vegimals all like to curl up in Shellington’s bed with him to sleep :)
The vegimals have all 100% called Shellington their dad. I do not take criticism on this. /lh
I like to think he smells like pumpkins. This is solely because I have a candle that smells like pumpkins and I like the smell and my Shellington plushie smelled like pumpkin for a lil bit cause of it :)
He either smells like pumpkins or graham crackers. :)))
He loves baking and cooking, he helps the vegimals out a lot with it.
He’s the second tallest in the crew, he barely comes to Barnacles’s shoulder I wanna say.
This is already pretty cannon but he has a very low pain tolerance.
He constantly feels as if he has to prove his worth and feel like he has to make the next big breakthrough on something. He puts a lot of his worth on his intelligence. I feel like they were the type of kid to constantly hold their worth up by how good he was doing in school and it really messed with his mental health.
Stims a lot ! Mainly physical but some vocal as well, humming for verbal I feel would be a big one.
His bag is his comfort item and item of security so when he doesn’t have it he gets distressed. This is already kinda cannon but yea.
Oh man his back and neck hurt almost al the time from falling asleep at tables and desks and all that.
Whenever he does something wrong, even if it’s not his fault he feels bad :( I feel like the rest of the crew is like this too.
When he “miscalculates” things he feels incredibly bad and upset about it and can spiral at times cause of it.
He knows how to classically dance. Yea I got no evidence or anything on this I just get the feeling he knows how.
His love language is physical affection 100% mans loves cuddling :)
He believes in aliens. Ok I know what you’re thinking but hear me out on this one and then you can harshly judge me: I feel like there was one instance where Kwazii was going on about something yk as he does. And Shellington was kinda tired and done with his bs and just “no not real” or whatever kinda response. As to which Kwazii said something like “ok there’s a ton of planets and galxaxies out there and you really think we’re the only things living here” and Shellington just stops for a moment and then just “damn alright good point.” Yeah.
He listens to Ricky Montgomery. It’s like 4 AM and all you hear blasting is Mr Loverman blasting from the lab followed by muffled sobbing.
HIM AND INKLING. BEST OF BUDS. INFODUMP ABOUT MARINE LIFE. They’d literally have conversations for hours and hours on end about marine biology. They’d drink tea and play chess as they just have intense infodump sessions.
He loves card games and board games. I just get that vibe from him.
Game night on the octopod and Shellington is all “my time has come” and proceeds to open a close full of random assortments of board games /j
Him and Peso like doing puzzles together. And when I say puzzles you know I’m talkin those 1000+ piece puzzles.
Rejection dysphoria and most likely anxiety. Am I giving every character I’ve been asked headcannons about these? Yes. Yes I have.
When he’s stressed he paces a lot.
I think it took him a while to get used to the octoray since he’s shown to have a fear of heights so being in the octoray took him a bit but he managed to cope.
Dashi taught him how to flirt but whenever he tries he’s a nervous wreck and just dies on the inside.
Silly otter my beloved
I’m tired I’m gonna go take a nap now, I’ll answer more when I wake up :)
Have this image I found of him online which I found to be v cute

I’m not religious but I feel like comparing reality shifting to religion and asking people to prove their God is real by sending them a vision of the answer to an unsolved math problem is not only insensitive but shows a severe misunderstanding of religion as a whole. Please do more research on world religion before you start demanding this of people. I know the reality shifting community is really defensive but at least try and understand how religion works in different cultures before you start to lash out. Religion is not a mono-culture and not everyone interprets their God they same way you as an outsider seem to interpret it.
So this is referring to this.
So, when I said that, I probably should have changed the tone-tag afterwards as I didn’t have any intent to do it and /hj probably gives the wrong idea, my fault. In the moment I was a bit tempted which I lost afterwards and it wasn’t exactly meant to be humorous so /j didn’t sound right, but I probably should have tagged it differently. Sarcasm probably? Or just /not actually, I dunno. And what I was thinking was just about a post asking about it, not actually contacting individuals.
But I’m definitely never going to do that.
The point I was trying to make was basically “if we did the same thing people are proposing to shifting to religion, people would see the problems with it.”
Thats what I meant by “the response I’ll get.” I was referring to backlash or criticism, not actual responses by religious people. That’s not clear, which is my bad.
Though I do understand everyone reblogging the post probably has a bad impression of shifting, the idea was still popular.
In my eyes, if you expect people who believe in something to prove their belief in in order for you to respect it, then that seems rude.
Religion is more mainstream than spirituality and especially shifting, so I was trying to use an example of something that would be respected without “proof.”
I was thinking of religions who had some sort of all-knowing figure with the answers to everything. That’s a common theme and what I was thinking when I said religious people, but as you said, obviously not all of them are like that. I never intended to actually question anybody.
In how many religions interpret their God or other divine figure(s) as all knowing, shifters often believe the multiverse has infinite possibilities.
I imagine religions believe additional things about their holy figures or have an understanding of them which would explain why they wouldn’t just provide “proof” of their existence like that.
It’s kind of similar regarding shifting, into how higher forces could prevent us from figuring out some stuff.
I definitely apologize for the wrong impression/my wording. That is my fault. I’ll go back and edit it. Or maybe just delete it? Link this? Dunno.
I was willing to try the experiment or general idea they suggested as a shifter, but as a kind of Christian I wouldn’t believe that if I prayed to the Christian God for the answer to a math problem He’d provide it because of how faith works and such.
So I hope this explained my intentions. If I still did something wrong please let me know.

2019 Bentley Bentayga
2019 Bentley Bentayga: 10 Facts You Should Know
youtube
10. First SUV
Walter Bentley founded his company, Bentley Motors Limited, in 1919 to build fast cars. They won LeMans in 1924, ’27-’30, and again in 2003. The new Bentayga is their first SUV 100 years after the company started and, true to tradition, it debuted as the world’s fastest SUV, electronically limited to 187 mph.
9. New V8 Option
For buyers who don’t need twelve cylinders, the Bentayga V8 S was unveiled for the 2019 Model Year. Just like their other V8 models, it is easily distinguished by black grilles and a muscular exhaust note. The 4.0-liter twin turbo engine makes 542 horsepower and 568 lb-ft of torque, which is distributed by the same AWD system as the W12 models.
8. Mulliner Edition
If you want your Bentayga to stand out from the crowd, Bentley’s Mulliner division is ready to make your dreams a reality. HJ Mulliner was a custom coachbuilder at the turn of the last century. Their creations of leather and wood are coveted by collectors around the world. Bentleys featuring their work were such in demand, that Mulliner was brought in-house in 1959.
7. Fly Fishing
You don’t need a beater truck to enjoy fishing. Bentley offers a bespoke Bentayga that is ready for the river. It arrives with four leather-lined rod holders and a burr walnut tackle box. If you enjoy making your own lures, and vise and tools are also along for the ride.
6. Falconry
If you prefer feathers instead of fish, the Bentayga Falconry is ready for your birds of prey. Artists at Mulliner created a desert motif for the dash using no less than 430 pieces of wood. Behind the second row of seats is a master flight station in piano black wood. Binoculars and a GPS tracker are stored alongside, and Bentley offers additional hoods and gauntlets for your animals.
5. Apple Watch Control
Most luxury cars have integration with your smartphone, but the Bentayga takes it to the next level. Owners of an Apple Watch can control the climate control, seat massages, and every aspect of the entertainment system.
4. Breitling Dash Clock
One of the more popular options in the Bentayga lineup has to be the Breitling Tourbillion timepiece. It is set into the dash and mounted into a winder to make sure you are always on time. The electric winder rotates it counterclockwise at regular intervals, and it is an elegant dance between the clock and the car. If you need more Breitling in your life, it will add $130,000 to the window sticker.
3. Offroad Ready
Automotive engineers have been pushing for 48-volt electrical systems for years. The Bentayga is among the first to utilize it in suspension control. It allows the triple-chamber air system to react faster than the competition, while also offering 9″ of suspension travel when you hit the trails.
2. Naim Optional Sound
The Bentayga has triple sound insulation to give you a library-quiet ride. So if you want to enjoy the best audio ever offered in an SUV, the optional Naim system has a 21-channel amplifier rated at 1,920 watts. One subwoofer receives 300 watts, and the remainder is spread among 20 speakers that blanket the cockpit in reference-quality audio.
1. Tons Of Towing
The first Bentley to offer a receiver hitch, the Bentayga is rated to tow 7,716 lbs. So you can head to the lake with a boat that is equally as impressive as your car collection. The sight of a Bentley at your local home improvement store is enough to catch anyone’s attention, but just imagine towing your Supersports to the track for a double dose of Bentley action.

The 4 Secrets of Long-Term Amazon Success [including FBA]
Long-term success on Amazon comes down to four key processes:
Competitive review
SKU strategy
Inclusion in FBA
Repricing.
For brands already selling on Amazon, mastering these four areas will allow you to continually improve your rankings, your product offering and your revenue from Amazon as a channel.
Here’s how to think through each aspect and bring your brand to world-class status on Amazon.
Be a Strategic Purchaser
As you expand your inventory of ASINs (Amazon Standard Identification Number), you’ll want to make sure that each purchase was made thoughtfully and logically.
It’s key to conduct research into potential merchandise ahead of buying, lest you end up with non-competitive, unreliable or otherwise problematic stock that you’ll be forced to liquidate earlier than planned.
Below are key elements to consider when making purchasing decisions:
1. Sales rank.
There are two types of ASINs you should be on the lookout for:
Those with an extremely high ranking
Those with no ranking at all.
A high ranking ASIN will allow you to sell an item that’s already popular with buyers, making it a safe bet, while a very low (or non-existent) ranking could open up new markets and establish you as the dominant seller.
2. Product reviews.
A lot of great customer reviews are a good sign about an ASIN. Pay attention to them. On the other hand, don’t let one or two negative reviews spoil the whole bunch.
Often, outliers may be irrelevant to the product, such as when the product description wasn’t read carefully.
3. FBA status.
A product without FBA offerings presents a perfect window of opportunity if you are an FBA seller.
But be careful.
Ask yourself why that ASIN isn’t already being sold through FBA. In some cases, it could be deemed hazardous and forbidden for FBA.
4. Price fluctuations.
Check out the ASIN’s history.
A history of dramatic leaps and plummets may indicate price wars, which you would be wise to avoid.
5. The competition.
It’s important to consider how many sellers are sitting on an ASIN, which Amazon refers to as “offer depth.”
Purchasing an ASIN that lacks offer depth is an easy way to establish yourself as the main seller, but an ASIN with dozens of sellers can indicate that there is enough demand for that product that you could still stand a chance of getting a piece of that pie.
6. Amazon search placement.
Amazon Search results will indicate whether the ASIN is high or low ranking.
Both situations present unique opportunities and challenges — it all depends on your Amazon SEO strategy.
A high-ranking ASIN allows you to capitalize on the profitability of an ASIN whose success is already proven. And a low-ranking ASIN provides the opportunity to expand into new territory as the main seller.
7. Item categories.
You’re probably already thinking in terms of item categories.
Maybe you specialize in one particular area, and it’s working well so far.
Don’t be afraid to venture into other categories, as long as you can back up your reasons for expanding. It may be easier to start by expanding into a related category at the beginning.
Apply a Unique Strategy for Each ASIN
Your company is growing rapidly, and it’s now harder than ever to strategize for each ASIN individually.
At the same time, you understand that applying a one-size-fits-all solution is not the answer.
The most efficient and effective way to handle this is by focusing your efforts on your best selling items.
Here’s our recommended four-step process.
1. Choose a profit margin strategy.
Are you operating a high- or low-profit margin business?
Do you expect this to change or stay the same?
Understanding your big picture outlook is vital for all subsequent decisions.
2. Understand replenishment.
What is the sales cycle for the item?
Is it a perennial best-seller that requires constant replenishment, or a seasonal success that functions on a different cycle?
3. Assess the ASIN’s seasonality.
Is this ASIN meant to sell out in a short cycle, or a longer one?
This is related to the previous point about replenishment.
4. Be aware of liquidation needs.
If you’re an FBA seller, you need to take into account that Amazon charges extra fees for items held in storage for over six months.
Start the liquidation process ahead of time so you don’t get hit with these fees. If an item’s not selling, you may need to lower the price or have it returned to you.
Fulfillment Methods: FBA and FBM (Pros & Cons)
There are two great fulfillment options for sellers wanting to scale their business:
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).
Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM).
Each has its own unique features and benefits.
Scaling with FBA
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) allows third-party Amazon sellers to delegate their packing, shipping and customer service process to Amazon’s fulfillment centers, rather than handle logistics from their own home or office.
This method offers numerous benefits.
It frees up your time, allowing you to focus on expanding your business and strategizing on items. You won’t have to spread yourself thin or take on more employees — Amazon has its own well-oiled machine to handle the day-to-day aspects of running a business for you. In fact, FBA sellers received 33% less negative feedback than Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) sellers.
As an FBA seller, your products are automatically Prime eligible. When you consider the fact that 80 million Americans are Prime customers, this means you’ll gain access to a wider range of buyers than you would have otherwise.
Here is a full list of FBA pros and cons.
Amazon FBA Pros:
Prime eligibility.
Hands off fulfillment.
Buy box advantages.
Multi-channel fulfillment Lower shipping rates.
Amazon FBA Cons:
Additional fees.
Limited access to inventory.
Preparing product.
Pricey multi-channel fulfillment.
Tax obligations.
Fulfilled-by-Merchant (FBM)
FBM is a relatively new option that will allow you to fulfill orders yourself, while still receiving the same benefits of Amazon Prime that FBA sellers have access to.
Only top-performing, highly reliable sellers are eligible for this method. It’s ideal for businesses who carry a lot of heavy items, who would otherwise be subject to FBA’s overweight fees.
Here’s a full list of FBM pros and cons.
Amazon FBM Pros:
Hands-on fulfillment.
Opportunity for Prime.
Fewer Amazon Fees.
Slightly higher margins.
FBM Cons:
More responsibility.
Not automatically Prime eligible.
Overhead costs.
Potentially lower conversions.
Elusive Buy Box.
Choose the Right Repricer
As your business expands, the question is not whether you need to invest in a repricer.
After all, 60% of high-grossing Amazon sellers (with a revenue of $2.5M- $10M) use one, which is a good indicator of their importance.
The question now becomes, which repricer is the right fit for you?
1. Manual repricing.
Manual repricing isn’t really a repricer since all it means is manually adjusting the prices on your ASINs yourself, one by one.
The most basic form of setting prices, this method is best left to smaller sellers who have a manageable inventory, and limited funds to spend on technological solutions.
Since you are trying to build a multimillion dollar business, you’re ready to move on from manually setting your prices, if you haven’t already.
2. Rule-based repricing.
Rule-based repricing in the most common repricing tool used by Amazon sellers.
You set a price-related rule — say, to be in the lowest 10% of sellers — and the software reprices according to your competition.
One of the biggest problems with this type of repricer is that it feeds price wars, ultimately eroding your profit.
And it’s especially short-sighted for sellers with high customer satisfaction ratings, who can often price higher than the competition and still win the Buy Box.
3. Algorithmic repricing.
Like rule-based repricing, algorithmic repricing is a tool that aims to automate your repricing process.
But the similarities end there.
Algorithmic repricing, unlike rule-based, evaluates a whole host of seller performance metrics that go into winning the Buy Box using Big Data.
This allows for highly accurate and profit-maximizing results. You won’t have to worry about being priced down or leaving money on the table.
As you grow, investing in an algorithmic repricer — which comes with a higher upfront cost — will earn you more than you could have otherwise.
