Okay, I got this crackish idea for a Mob fill: Daniel gets in the mood to wear one of his beautiful and sexy lingerie numbers that Terry especially loves…unfortunately, when he puts it on, he finds it’s rather too small on him since he’s gotten a bit plump after Anthony. Of course he fusses and frets in front of the mirror, missing his former tiny self, and blissfully unaware that Terry has come back and has been watching him, totally amused, and also totally turned on. His mate might not appreciate his currant figure, but Terry certainly does!
He'd felt... lighter. A soreness in his heart and body, a care, even trepidation in how he and his mate loved each other.... It had been there, quiet but constant, and if Daniel lingered to pray slightly longer on Sundays, if Terry's kisses had become softer, his alertness stronger; if they sometimes simply sat, trying to find ways in which a caress could convey what words couldn't, they both accepted it. They'd weathered a storm but the wreckage remained, and they had to be careful not to hurt themselves in rebuilding. In the end, Daniel had stopped expecting it to go away at all. But little Anthony was a lively puppy, needy of them both and he laughed far too early and they laughed with him and played with him and then, not to be left out, all pups played among them and today, without even thinking, 'it' is gone. No heaviness in his heart with every breath he takes, no ghost of pain in his body.
It's a warm day, and the eldest pups are at school and Tory insisted Robby come with her and Johnny to the park, and curiously, his Ma has asked if she could take Gianni and Anthony for the afternoon. She's taken a shine to Anthony in particular, but of course she'd also cared for baby Gianni before, and maybe it hurt that Apollonia was very stingy when it came to give Ma time with her baby pup. Oh, she let Pop cuddle and coo at the boy in Sicilian, but Ma was Naples, and beta, and Apollonia didn't want to have to resort to standard Italian around Ma if she could help it, because the baby wouldn't learn properly (not because she might have trouble with it herself, as Daniel has long suspected, of course not!), it was bad enough his father Miguele didn't know it, and anyway, everyone knew omegas were better at raising pups - at which point Pop always put his foot down. And of course Daniel trusts his Ma with his baby pups, if she lets him feed Anthony beforehand.
Yeah, he'd felt lighter when coming upstairs, but he... well, still isn't. It seems. Feeding Anthony himself has changed nothing about that, his face is still round and he can't fit into half his slacks but surely it is time to put the pregnancy clothes away after five months. OK, he isn't 18 anymore, but 26 isn't so old he couldn't have shed some pregnancy weight by now? Right...?!
He takes out the red and gold lace lingerie. That had been too big for him on Christmas Eve four years ago. And wasn't really cut right for omegas with pup, so he'd put it away for another time after those holidays. He'd thought of it after Robby but that was Gianni's heat talking. But maybe today?
OK, has it shrunk?? Their laundry service is usually so very careful, and after one hand wash? You can't complain about that years later, but his chest looks very full and the lace barely covers half his butt cheeks -
"Well."
He turns around and sees his Alpha, a wolfish grin on his face.
"What are you up to, little one?"
He flushes as red as the fabric.
"Not funny." He tries to pull the top over his head, but Terry stops him, rolls it back over his chest, his belly.
"Expecting someone new?"
He rolls his eyes. "Yes, Sir, as a matter of fact, Sammy's principal was about to pay a visit." He huffs away a tear. He hasn't had a single scoop of gelato in three months!
Terry raises his eyebrows. "Because you've never shown this to me."
"It. Doesn't. Fit...!"
"Oh?" There's a deep, satisfied sound in the back of his Alpha's throat. "Not good enough, little one. Here you are, in an empty house, looking like this - sent the pups away, as well hm? Where to?"
"Robby's with Johnny and Tory, the little ones are with my Ma."
"My, my, have you been thorough."
"Terry, you're sweet, but I look -"
"Delectable. Turn around for me."
He closes his eyes but does it, feels the fabric creep up even higher on his buttocks.
The "Daaaaiii...." he lets out is again part sob.
Terry grabs his face. "None of that, mo cuishle."
Daniel turns away, crosses his arms. Terry's grip tightens. "Who did this to you? Hm? Say it."
He looks up. "You did."
"Yesss." There's something voracious in his tone. "I filled you. With my seed. My pups. My very blood. All of this," and his hands travel over Daniel's arms, his chest, belly, thighs, grab and squeeze his buttocks, "is mine, sweetheart. I fed you. I kept you. I bred you."
Daniel breathes out. "Yes."
A hand squeezes his side. "Yes, Sir."
He giggles. "Yes Sir. It's all your fault, Sir."
"It's all my work." Suddenly he turns him around, forces Daniel's hands to either side of the mirror. "Hold them there, keep your eyes front."
He then yanks the bottom down. Daniel wriggles. "The bed's right -"
"No, sweetheart." Terry kisses his bitemark. "You're going to watch."
He can't help but close his eyes at that. Another pinch. "Watch what?"
And now his Alpha's tone his tender. "True beauty."
At that, he feels a gush of slick, sees his mate smile.
"Good boy, Daniel."

Still Struggling With Post-Pregnancy Back Pain? All You Need To Know

Bringing a new life into this world is undoubtedly one of the most miraculous experiences a woman can go through. However, along with the joys of motherhood, many women also face the challenge of post-pregnancy back pain. This discomfort can be delayed for months or even years after childbirth, affecting daily activities and diminishing the joy of motherhood.
Why your back hurts after pregnancy and easy ways to handle the pain:
Post-pregnancy back pain is a common complaint among new mothers, and its causes can vary. During pregnancy, a woman’s body undergoes significant changes to the needs of the growing baby, which can strain the back muscles and ligaments. Additionally, hormonal changes loosen the ligaments and joints, leading to instability and potential misalignment of the spine. The weight gain associated with pregnancy further worsens the strain on the back, particularly in the lower region.
After childbirth, the strain on the back persists, as women often find themselves bending, lifting, and carrying their newborns. Poor posture during breastfeeding and lack of proper support while lifting the baby can also contribute to back pain. Furthermore, the physical demands of caring for a newborn, coupled with sleep deprivation, can intensify the discomfort.
Effective Solutions to Ease You from After Pregnancy Back Pain:
Fortunately, there are several strategies that new mothers can adopt to manage and ease post-pregnancy back pain:
1. Exercise: Engaging in gentle exercises can help strengthen the back muscles and improve flexibility. Activities such as walking, swimming, and yoga are particularly beneficial for postpartum women. However, it’s essential to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any exercise regimen to ensure it’s safe and appropriate for your circumstances.
2. Posture Awareness: Maintaining good posture is crucial for alleviating back pain. Be mindful of your posture while breastfeeding, lifting your baby, and performing daily tasks. Use supportive pillows and cushions to maintain proper spinal alignment and avoid slouching.
3. Ergonomic Support: Invest in ergonomic baby gear, such as a supportive breastfeeding pillow and a baby carrier with padded straps. These products can help distribute the weight of the baby more evenly, reducing strain on your back and shoulders.
4. Physical Therapy: If you’re experiencing persistent back pain, consider seeking the guidance of a physical therapist. A customized exercise program tailored to your specific needs can target problem areas and improve overall strength and mobility.
5. Self Care Practices: Incorporate self care practices into your daily routine to alleviate stress and tension in the body. Activities such as meditation, massage, and hot/cold therapy can provide relief from back pain and promote relaxation.
6. Proper Lifting Techniques: When lifting your baby or any other objects, remember to bend your knees and keep your back straight. Avoid twisting your spine while lifting, as this can strain the muscles and lead to injury.
7. Adequate Rest: Prioritize rest to allow your body to recover from the physical demands of childbirth. Take frequent breaks throughout the day, and enlist the help of family members or friends to assist with childcare duties.
Closing Thoughts: Understanding and Accepting Post-Pregnancy Back Pain
Postpartum back pain is frequent but controllable for many new mothers. With an understanding of its origins and effective remedies, discomfort can be relieved, allowing mothers to savour every moment of early motherhood. Prioritize self-care, consult your gynecologist as necessary, and give yourself grace as you adapt to this life-changing phase. With patience and proper attention, you can overcome post-pregnancy back pain and relish motherhood with energy and resilience.

Post Pregnancy Diet Plan – Lose Your Weight Effectively
Bringing new life into the world is a miraculous journey, but for many new mothers, the post-pregnancy phase brings a myriad of changes, including the need to regain health and vitality. A well-crafted diet plan not only aids in recovery but also helps new moms reclaim their strength and nourish their bodies. If you think of losing weight naturally after child birth or lose weight in life and maintain health, you need to see a specialist.
The postpartum period is a critical phase where a mother's body undergoes immense changes, and a balanced diet plays a pivotal role in supporting recovery. A tailored diet plan specifically designed for this phase helps replenish essential nutrients, aiding in the healing process and restoring energy levels depleted during childbirth.
A post pregnancy diet plan rich in nutrient-dense foods, such as lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, not only provides essential vitamins and minerals but also aids in breastfeeding, supporting both the mother's health and the baby's development. Adequate hydration is crucial, especially for nursing mothers, as it aids in milk production and overall well-being.
Moreover, a well-thought-out diet plan helps new mothers manage weight gain during pregnancy, facilitating a gradual and healthy return to pre-pregnancy weight. It also helps regulate hormones, stabilize blood sugar levels, and reduce the risk of postpartum depression—a common concern for many new mothers.
Navigating the complexities of post-pregnancy dietary needs can be daunting, which is where a specialist steps in as a guiding light. These professionals bring expertise and tailored guidance to support new mothers in crafting a post-pregnancy diet plan that suits their individual needs, preferences, and health goals.

Furthermore, these specialists provide ongoing support and encouragement, addressing concerns and making necessary adjustments to the diet plan as the mother progresses through the postpartum phase. Their expertise extends beyond dietary recommendations, encompassing lifestyle changes and holistic approaches that contribute to overall well-being.
In essence, a thoughtfully curated post-pregnancy diet plan serves as a cornerstone for a new mother's recovery, fostering health, vitality, and emotional well-being. PATCHOULI INDONESIAN OIL
Patchouli oil is a natural anti-bacterial ingredient that can help relieve the agony of acne and pimples. Its anti-microbial qualities kill the germs that are trapped in acne puss and cleanse the region. It clears acne, eliminates acne-causing bacteria, and lowers excess oil, both of which contribute to acne. It thoroughly penetrates and moisturizes dry skin while balancing excess oil in the skin. It nourishes the skin while also reducing dryness and irritation. It may be mixed with daily moisturizer to boost and seal in moisture. Because it has astringent properties, Organic Patchouli Oil (Dark) can help decrease fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin, especially after significant weight reduction and post-pregnancy. It also helps quicker healing of facial scrapes and bruises, as well as scar reduction.
