People still don’t understand that what Feyre went through in the cabin was not a “we need to hear all sides to understand” situation. We don’t need to hear all sides to “pass judgment” on the situation because NOTHING Elain or Nesta could say will ever justify what they did to their baby sister. Sorry but I’m not “waiting until Elain’s book so we can get her side of the story”. Nothing in that book is going to be a good enough reason for the way she treated Feyre just like nothing in Nesta’s book was a good enough reason.

It confuses me when people use that argument to protect the sisters from getting hate because like…? This is not a “we need to get the whole story from all sides” type of situation. It also confuses me how people agree that Nesta’s behavior shouldn’t be excused just because she was traumatized but the defense when it comes to Elain is always “that’s just how she was raised”. Yeah the way Nesta acts is also a result of how she was raised but we already agreed that that’s not an excuse. Those two fucked up. End of.

does anyone else remember the foxhole court bc that was so insane. for awhile the biggest thing on tumblr was a self published book series that no one outside of this website has ever heard of and that was never even published in physical form about a guy who fakes his name, age (by one year) and identity to join a sports team for a fake sport that the author invented for the series despite the fact that it was literally just lacrosse, after being on the run and changing his name hundreds of times because his mobster dad tried to sell him to a rival sports team that was actually owned by the japanese mafia. or something like that. and then every single subsequent thing that happened was somehow more batshit soap opera plotlines. this was literally the most popular book series on tumblr and was put on book rec lists alongside like, the great gatsby and donna tartt books. if I didn’t remember it so clearly I would assume I hallucinated this

remember back in 2014 when half the site was going crazy about the avengers and stucky in particular and there was all this fic about steve and bucky living in avengers tower and boning all over the building while the rest of the cast hung out and had movie nights or whatever. wouldn't it be wild if there was an actual show like that... a show where all the characters are badass action hero types and they all live in a big house together with movie nights and such and the main two characters are in gay love and they have crazy gay sex on every available surface in the whole compound. wouldn't that be wild.
