Here's a really short video demo of paschimottanasana - seated forward bend. I used to hate this pose with a passion because my hamstrings have always been relatively tight. But let go of the idea that your legs must be straight, work on moving from your core as opposed to always trying to bend from the hips or chin or neck first and it feels great and is far less likely to cause injury. So...bend your knees and bring your torso towards your bent thighs. Then, lean slightly back and round out your thoracic slightly WITHOUT tensing your abs (your rectus abs are your bending forward muscles).
