Silas frowned as he stared at their most recent contractor. The man had been briefing them on their target, though of course, he was leering at Noey all the while. Of course, she noticed, and he had made one too many snide comments for her liking. She was about ready to haul off and punch him, and he was as well, but he picked her up by the back of her shirt, pulling her away and carrying her outside. Once they were out, he set her on the ground, before beginning to sign to her.

Hey, cool your jets. As much as we might want to, the guy hires Cerberus for a lot of jobs. Pretty sure we’d both get punished if you hauled off and sent him ass over teakettle.

Glancing over at the stranger standing a few feet from her and looking through the same rack of clothing she is, Ji plucks a shirt from the rack as she says with a warm smile, "I think this would look great on you. The color would compliment your skin tone and hair color very well~!" and then after a beat, a soft flush warms her cheeks. "Oh, um-- sorry, this probably seems a little strange, huh?"

Erika smiles as the other woman hands out the shirt to her. “Would it?” She asks as she looks at the shirt. “It is a very nice colour isn’t it? I don’t wear light colours often but I think I might try it out.” She says before she smiles warmly at her. “Oh no it’s not strange at all, you seem to have an eye for fashion.” She says kindly before grinning. “You seem to know what you’re talking about so I’ll take your word for it.” She adds with a laugh.

"Hey, Tsubasa, why did the invisible man turn down a job offer?" chin resting in both hands, a soft grin tugs at Kimi's lips. "Because he couldn't see himself doing it."

It took a few moments for Tsubasa to fully understand the joke, but when she did, she let out a small chuckle. That was actually pretty funny!

“Good one, Kimi-san! I guess this is the part where I’d try giving a better joke, but I’m not too good at those!” That didn’t seem to bother the blonde too much, however.

       If he hadn’t been slightly drunk, he wouldn’t have been able to tolerate this level of ridiculousness. As the chorus of drunk college students singing Bohemian Rhapsody faded back into the murmur of voices, Waver shot a glance down to Kimi, blaming her for starting the whole thing. It had been her fault for dragging him to the party. And her fault for convincing him to play beer pong, which he learned he was terrible at the game and beer stopped tasting like piss after the nth cup, but there he still was, glaring at no one in particular. “You’ve lost your talkin' privileges,” he slurred, a lazy arm wrapping around her shoulder, his hand reaching around to cover her mouth, “No more fucking singing either. It’s annoyin’...”

Placing a Hello Kitty themed bandaid on the small scrape that mars Tsubasa's knee, Kimi says, "There ya go."

Ooh! This bandage was so adorable! Looking to Kimi and back at the Hello Kitty themed band-aid, the girl’s blue eyes were practically sparkling and her smile wide.

“Thank you!” she beamed. Falling like she did a short while hurt, but this cute bandage sure made things better!

【 ☽ 】 Hair out of its usual pony tail, The Warrior of Light was definitely down. His lips were parted just slightly as he breathed air he really felt he didn’t need. The pain inside almost made him want to stop breathing and you know...try to die.

【 ☽ 】 Part of him wanted to give up -- he wasn’t even a part of the Digidestined anymore, he had forsaken that group and turned away long ago. Though he still had hope -- his Spirits were with him, and he carried his D-Tector everywhere he went. Even if it was merely something to remind him of what had been....

   it didn’t take an entirely long time for the boy to catch onto the eerie vibe that came from the mysterious school. after doing a silly, silly little charm with a girl from school that he admired ( from afar ) for quite some time, he managed to warm her up to him enough so that her & a small group of her peers went through with the cultish ritual that he suggested. yuuto didn’t know how much time had passed between then & now, but he awoke in an unknown area -- dazed and confused, still unable to collect his thoughts.

having the unfortunate ( or fortunate? ) luck of being alone, he held free will to explore the bounds of his captivity to his own wants. sitting in a classroom, waiting for something to come to him was not ideal -- rather, he set off to solve the mystery of his location on his own. unstable floor boards creaked with each step, giving him a clear idea of just how old the building was. definitely abandoned -- but the visuals gave that away far before he began to venture down the empty halls. not one light switch worked in the building, so he was left to wait until his eyes would begin to adjust, simply squinting in hopes of making out the floor ahead. no matter how careful he tried to be, there was multiple occasions where he would hit a bump in the floor, a nail sticking up, or a hole in the rotting wood. walking slow enough so that he could catch himself before plummeting to the ground, he still found himself tripping up much more than he’d like.

as much as he hated to admit it, finding the girls from his school fell maybe second or third priority to him. curiosity ran rampant in his head & his interest lie with the condition and mystery of the school. in the distance, he could hear the tapping of footsteps, panicked ( ? ) by the sound of them. yuuto simply imagined it was someone frightened, scared & confused with the darkness. despite the closeness of the scampering, the boy continued in his own direction. what was happening mere halls away was none of his concern.

i’m sorry you deal with it all the time bluh sometimes i think motivation is bullshit honestly lol like i totally think inspiration is real but i’m more of the believer that you can’t just wait for motivation to hit bc it so rarely does. you do have to push yourself to do things sometimes. ofc you don’t want to push yourself if you genuinely aren’t in the mood and you’re just going to feel even worse in the end but for the most part i don’t think you can rely on motivation alone so [shrug emoji] thanks so much tho i really appreciate it <3

MMM :’) i love suffering :’))) although like i said to kira i do think there’s a healthy amount of force you need sometimes bc motivation is such a fickle thing and i don’t really believe in it. but then there’s times like these where nothing at all seems appealing and you can’t focus on one thing for long and it’s just ahhh!! you’re totally right tho and these slumps don’t last forever which is good to remember. thanks so much for the reassurance c’:

Kimi is just casually going to wrap her arms loosely around him and lean against his back, chin resting on his shoulder. "Sooo, if I said I got us plane tickets to go to the USA and visit one of the death museums, would you want to go~?" ya gurl is rich, Shuya.

“Wait, are you serious? I’ve always wanted to go there but I’ve never had the time to book any tickets to that place!”

To say Shuya is excited about the situation would be an understatement. He’s practically vibrating in his seat at the moment. He was always interested in the subject of death, so this would be a rare opportunity for him. Plus, he would get to spend more time with Kimi and possibly teach her more about certain topics or manners of death.
