Andrew was a young African-American man with short, curly black hair, a matching beard, and black eyes. At the time of his death, he wore a crimson-and-black suit over a white long-sleeved shirt with a blue patterned necktie, black dress pants, and polished black shoes. He also had a golden monocle on his left eye, and a golden pocket watch was tucked into his vest pocket.
When working for the Grimsborough PD, he wore a standard police uniform.
As per his suspect appearance in Worst of Wives and Worst of Women, it is known that Andrew exercised.
Synopsis
Andrew was the victim in Murder From The Past.
Before appearing as a victim, he was a suspect in the murder of RenĂŠe Murphy. He was a rookie officer in the GBPD with dreams of one day moving to Concordia to become a detective like his ancestor Issac Bontemps. He first met RenĂŠe when he responded to a call about a domestic disturbance at Adaletâs house. He found the Lieutenant and Will trying to get RenĂŠe to leave, but the woman was drunk and wouldn't listen. Andrew eventually managed to get her into his squad car with Adaletâs help and brought RenĂŠe back to her hotel room after Adalet chose not to press charges.
The second time Andrew dealt with RenĂŠe was after he responded to reports of her trespassing on private property in Maple Heights. The owners of the properties denied knowing the woman and wanted her arrested. But RenĂŠe tried to buy her way out of the charges, writing Andrew a $10,000 cheque to look the other way.
But Andrew refused to accept the bribe and began the process of charging RenĂŠe for her crimes. But the woman would never serve any time for trespassing as she would be killed before Andrew could lock her up. Andrew was happy to see justice being served but was sad that Adalet lost two of her loved ones because of it, even if her âmotherâ was an absolute bitch.
During the additional investigation for that case, Chief King ordered Jones and John to make sure Andrew hadnât accepted any other bribes. Andrew admitted that RenĂŠe had sent him another cheque for $10,000 but claimed he left it on Adaletâs desk for her to deal with. After finding the cheque and having Alex analyze it, they discovered that Andrew had cashed it into the GBPDâs account as a donation from RenĂŠe. Andrew thought if the woman was willing to pay the police to try and escape prison, his station might as well benefit from the money. It was later transferred into the GBPDâs funding for the local childrenâs charity drive.
Jumping forward a couple of years, Andrew had moved to Concordia and was on his way to becoming a detective. Before moving, he met Reese Rochester through an online dating site. The two hit it off, and sparks flew as they bonded over shared interests and different ones. When Andrew arrived at Concordia, Reese was there to greet him at the airport with a welcome sign and hug.
After settling into his new life, Andrew decided to join Concordiaâs Flying Squad Preservation Society. He had always been fascinated by his family history with the Squad and wanted to do his part to keep their memory alive. That is why he volunteered for the Flying Squad Museum Committee and worked alongside other descendants and historical experts to create a museum aboard the Flying Squadâs airship.
Of course, nothing could ever go smoothly, and countless problems arose during the months the committee worked on the museum. But they worked together to overcome the challenges and see their vision come to life. Sadly, Andrew wouldnât live to see that vision become complete; he was murdered aboard the very airship they were working to convert into a museum.
In the weeks leading to his death, Andrew accidentally annoyed a few of his fellow committee members. First, he lost the order form for Alessia Dupontâs supplies for her inventions, delaying her work. But he made it up to her by getting the shipment expedited, so she got it ahead of schedule.
Then, he knocked over Orlandoâs glass of wine when delivering some rolls of fabric to the designer. The wine stained the newly finished trench coat and caused Orlando to have to remake that section of the jacket. With so much pressure on the man to complete the replicas in time, Andrew decided to keep his distance to avoid further damage.
Lastly, when Andrew was babysitting Sara for Flora, he turned away for a second, giving the little girl enough time to dunk one of her motherâs figurines in a jar of red paint. Andrew tried to clean up the doll before Flora got home, but it was impossible to get the paint off. Flora was already very stressed, so after yelling at Andrew, she ordered him to leave before anything else got ruined.
His friends would later apologize for getting angry at him, and Andrew would forgive them, knowing that all the stress they were under was what caused them to snap.
Outside of the committee, Andrew faced a couple more issues. The first was when he discovered that his partner, Reese, wanted to propose to him. He was pleasantly surprised when he found the ring they had gotten for him, but he told them he wasnât sure if he was ready for marriage. Reese respected his choice and promised to wait until he was ready to formally ask him to marry them.
The other problem he ran into was when Justine Dawson submitted a request to have one of her ancestors featured in the Flying Squadâs museum. He denied the request because that ancestor had done horrible things when he was alive, and he wasnât even a member of the Flying Squad! While some non-members were featured in aspects of the museum, none of them had exhibits dedicated to them; those were reserved for official members only.
It would be this last altercation that would lead to Andrewâs death. Justine was furious at him denying her request, believing her family deserved to be honoured for their work on Concordia. Her rage was heightened by the fact that Issac Bontemps had killed her ancestor, and she hated how the Flying Squad, their families, and their descendants got to live happily ever after while hers had to suffer shame and ridicule. She vowed to avenge her familyâs honour and get revenge for her ancestorâs untimely death.
So, Justine stalked Andrew for weeks to learn his habits and schedule to find the perfect time and place to kill him. And that place would be aboard the airship. She snuck in after him and drew her weapon. Andrew pleaded for her not to kill him, but Justine refused to listen. She pulled the trigger, killing him with the same gun that Issac had used to kill her ancestor.
Andrew couldn't believe Justine would kill him over an old family feud and a one-sided rivalry at that! But he was happy to see justice being served for his murder and Justine imprisoned for life. Maybe it was selfish of him to be happy to see her get sent to rot in prison, but she did the crime, so now she needed to do the time.
And while Justine spent the rest of her life in prison, Andrew would spend his time in the afterlife, finally able to meet the ancestor and Flying Squad he had heard so much about.

Trivia
When I first gave him the surname Bontemps, it was out of laziness. But after I realized I could use him and others as characters in the case Murder From The Past, I made him a descendant of Issac Bontemps
I haven't decided how he is a descendant of Issac yet; hopefully, I remember to do that while writing season 4!
I picked the name Andrew because I know a set of twins named Issac and Andrew, so I associate the names together

Robocop Legacy Sequel idea:
Retired Detroit Police Captain Alex Murphy (played by Peter Weller) goes about his days in the peaceful suburb of Delta Acres. He has a good but lonely life, dutifully taking his meds, tending to his small house, reading history books, playing checkers with his neighbors, and watching the boring local news each night. He goes to the market for a ham and swiss on rye each Thursday and catches a western at the theater (there's always a new western, sometimes a sci fi movie but he doesn't like those as much). He knows all of his neighbors' names, throughout the whole town, and is friendly with all of them. They all live alone in small, tidy homes, just like him. "Delta Acres: You Belong Here," the signs all say, and truly, it feels that way.
Wherever you are in town, you can see the looming towers of Old Detroit way off in the distance, but none of the problems of the big city seem to make it out here. All anyone hears about the state of Detroit these days comes from the late night news, and they like it that way.
Murphy's policing days are far behind him now, a former life full of proud and bitter memories. His mantel is lined with pictures and newspaper clippings documenting his decorated career and achievements, his partner Anne who died in the line of duty, even a key to the city. There are no pictures of a wife or children. He does not own a gun. He lives alone.
At night Murphy dreams of steel and oil, the smell of human filth and burning trash, waves of police sirens punctuated by bullets, and always, always, frigid cold numbing his body. He urges his body to run, but can only stiffly walk through the maze-like alleys and sewers of a frozen, burning city. These nightmares fade each morning.
He visits Anne's grave. He speaks aloud, apologizing to Anne not for what happened, but for not being able to remember what happened. Ever since the accident that took him off the beat he's had memory problems, but lately they seem to be getting much worse. Must be getting old, he says.
When a townsperson approaches Murphy at the cemetery, he suffers a sudden episode: his vision goes red, and he sees flashes of brutal, sadistic crimes alongside his smiling, gentle friend. Murphy's hand reaches down to his thigh, past where he used to keep his service piece. He regains composure and excuses himself.
As he tries to go about his day, everywhere he turns he sees a list of crimes and convictions surrounding the peaceful, friendly townsfolk he's known for years. Strange shapes and angles highlight possible threats, forcing a hypervigilance that he's tried to suppress. He ducks into a theater to hide from the faces and hallucinations. A western is playing (there's always a western), it's right at the moment the villain has his gun drawn on his hostages. The gun points straight at the camera, at the audience. Murphy rises from seat and declares in a rigid voice: "Dead or alive, you're coming with me" before unleashing a hail of bullets from an enormous weapon into the screen. As the audience runs screaming from the theater, Murphy looks down to see no weapon in his hand.
He flees the theater and ducks into a phonebooth where he dials the police to turn himself in. He realizes he's talking to a recording. As he hangs up the phone and frantically looks around, the phone rings. He picks up, and a familiar voice tells him, "Murphy, go home."
Avoiding his neighbors, Murphy gets home and goes to lock his doors, only to realize there are no locks. He closes the blinds and turns on the TV to see what the news is reporting about his incident. The friendly anchorwoman states that a projection accident caused a scene at the cinema earlier today, but luckily no one was hurt. She then directly addresses Murphy, asking him to please sit down. She explains that he's having a breakdown of his systems, but they have a solution. She begins,
"In 2043, DPD Officer Alex Murphy was killed in the line of duty. His remains and likeness were acquired by Omni Consumer Products, who used them in the creation of their cybernetic policing solution, Robocop. Robocop was in service for 17 years, outliving OCP who was bought out and dissolved, before falling into disrepair and legal limbo. Portions of OCP were acquired and restructured into Aligned Correctional Solutions (ACS), including Robocop's non-functioning chassis, hibernating CPU, and Murphy's organic components, moth-balled in cold storage.
"It is now 2076. ACS is the fore-runner in virtual space correctional facility innovations, seeking to solve the problems of housing, security, and rehabilitation of criminals and the socially ill through the application of direct neural interfacing with a curated, morally supportive artificial environment. This endeavor has not been without setbacks. Previous simulations failed due to flaws in the morality framework undergirding the shared reality of the inmates. Too rigid a framework suppressed their psyches, causing them to atrophy into a vegetative state. Too loose a framework allowed mental instabilities to create a feedback loop of psychosis, permanently corrupting the minds of inmates past the point of recovery and crashing the system.
"To date, Robocop is the only successful instance of a stable, cybernetic morality program. It was the decision of Dr. Menos, myself, to leverage Robocop's still functioning CPU to serve as the morality framework in our latest simulation. Robocop's OS and hardware are severely deprecated, however, and are limited by proprietary OCP protocols and substantial damage from time in the field. In addition, the organic components of Robocop, which are critical to its functionality in ways we do not fully understand, are aging and degraded. Nevertheless, the simulation we constructed using Robocop's brain as a morality loop, this very simulation, is the first fully stable and promising simulation we've run.
"You, the Alex Murphy to whom I am speaking, are a construct pieced together by whatever remains of the original Alex Murphy's personality inside the cybernetic systems of Robocop. You were an unexpected element that emerged from this simulation. You cannot be removed or altered. You are not just a ghost in the machine, you are the center of this reality. The town, the attitudes of your neighbors, the quality of life here, is not simply what you want, it's what you think is right. And Murphy: it's wonderful.
"This place was created to be a prison with no warden, but you appeared and have made it a home. Your neighbors, each of whom once had a life as a dangerous, irredeemable criminal and danger to society, are living peacefully and happily under the influence of your moral center and worldview. This world is a better place with you here, and in turn you are making our world, the real world, a better place. Where Robocop failed, you have succeeded.
"But some of your systems are breaking down. The original OCP programming is leaking into your experience. You were not meant to see the data on the inmates in this world, only their new, improved selves. The project is at a critical point right now, Murphy. I won't lie to you, this is the last round of funding ACS has, and if the system crashes, the 1000 minds that are plugged into this simulation could go down with it.
"Robocop is failing. We cannot restore him. He cannot operate independently of this system. But the data we have collected from this simulation is significant, and we will be able to compile a fully digital emulation of Robocop's morality programming soon. You, the Alex Murphy created by and now supporting this simulation, cannot exist outside of it, nor would you want to; the world outside is hell. This place is your reward as well as your responsibility. I am sorry that we could not keep you safe and happy here until the end. You deserve nothing less than peace and rest. But if you can hold on and cooperate with us for just a short while longer, we can give you what the real Alex Murphy never got: you can die as a man and finally rest, while your legacy lives on forever as the greatest cop in history.
"You belong here. All you have to do is comply."

RoboCop (1987)
Summary: After being brutally murdered by a criminal gang, police officer Alex Murphy (Peter Weller) is revived and transformed by Omni Consumer Products as cyborg law enforcer RoboCop.
A Verhoeven satire that hasnât aged a day in its subject matter, uncomfortably enough. Holds up surprisingly well visually, too.

"SLAYERS Held In OAKALLA," Vancouver Sun. July 3, 1934. Page 1 & 2. --- INDIANS ARE FOUND GUILTY ---- EXECUTION DATE SET --- Arrival in Vancouver Sunday of the three Indian brothers condemned to die on the gallows on October 26 for the murder of Dominion Constable Frank Gisborne, was marked by the traditional stoicism of their race. They are Eneas, Richardson and Alex George.
Under heavy guard, they were taken to Oakalla Prison Farm to await their execution.
A fourth brother, Joseph George, still is at Oakalla also charged with the slaying. Joseph was wounded in the melee at Canford Reserve near Merritt on May 23 and has been un- der medical supervision in Vancouver for some time in an endeavor to ascertain whether his deafness is likely to be permanent.
THE VERDICT The three Indian brothers, Richardson, Eneas and Alex George, were found guilty at Vernon on Saturday night of the murder of Dominion Indian Department Constable F. H. Gisborne and were sentenced by Mr. Justice Denis Murphy to hang on October 26.
Gisborne and British Columbia Police Constable Percy Carr were slain on May 23 at Canford Reserve, near Merritt, when they went to apprehend Eneas in Alex George connection with the stabbing of his wife.
According to testimony the bodies of both were thrown into the Nicola river, but only that of Gisborne has been found. Gisborne was battered to death, while, according to witnesses, Carr was still groaning when he disappeared into the fast-running stream.
Alex, the younger brother, who, it is stated, is in an advanced stage of tuberculosis, seemed to deepen in pallor, but Richardson and Eneas displayed no emotion.
From the gallery, how ever, came a hushed cry as the aged mother-in-law of Richarson and Eneas heard the sentence. Her eyes streaming with tears, she later visited the trio in Richardson George the cells, took the hand of each through the heavy bars and, in soft Indian dialect, asked a blessing on them.
EXECUTION HERE Unless an appeal, which is expected, is successful, or executive clemency is shown, the mother-in-law and her husband must now care for the 10 children of Eneas and Richardson.
The execution is scheduled to take place in Oakalla prison, Vancouver.
Mrs. Carr wife of Constable Carr, who maintained a stoic calm while the story of the slaying of her husband and his fellow officer was unfolded in court, Eneas George let loose her repressed emotions after the verdict, and wept. She embraced one of the officers who has been working tirelessly in the investigation of her husband's death.
DEFENSE PLEA Mr. Justice Murphy gave a summing up lasting three hours. The defense called no witnesses. Stuart Henderson, chief defense counsel, pleaded for a reduced verdict and declared there "was not a shred" of evidence to show premeditation. He declared that if Gisborne's gun had not jammed in the fight which ended in the slayings, then he, and not the Indians, would be facing the charge of murder.
"I ask you gentlemen to put yourselves in the place of the Indians," he pleaded, "and see if you would have done anything different than they did when they were under the belief that their brother was dead and that their own lives were in peril."
(Joseph George, a fourth brother, suffered a fractured skull in the fatal fight.)
THE PROSECUTION Attorney General Gordon Sloan declared "Society in general and police officers in particular must be protected from those who would endanger human lives and the structure which society has erected for its own defense." He described the slaying as a cold-blooded murder of a peace officer in discharge of his duty, and asked the extreme penalty.

RoboCop vs Terminator
The year was 2029. The human resistance was on the verge of victory against the machines of Skynet. They had infiltrated the main base of Cyberdyne Systems, the company that created Skynet, and the resistance planted explosives to destroy it. As they were escaping, they noticed a strange device in the subterminal levels. It was a time displacement machine, designed to send a cyborg assassin back in time to kill the leader of the resistance, John Connor.
The resistance fighters tried to stop the machine, but it was too late. A metallic figure emerged, naked. It was a T-800, a terminator, one of the most lethal killing machines ever created. It scanned its surroundings for its target, but found none. It realized that something had gone wrong. The device had malfunctioned and sent it to the wrong time and place. It checked its internal clock and GPS. The date was April 15, 2044. The location was Detroit, Michigan.
The terminator decided to adapt to the situation. It needed to find clothes, weapons, and information. It also needed to avoid detection by the authorities and any potential enemies.
The terminator reached the outskirts of the city, where it found a bridge over a river. It saw a homeless man sleeping under the bridge, wearing a ragged coat and a hat. He had a strange-looking firearm next to him, a makeshift shotgun made of pipes and wires. The terminator approached the man and grabbed his clothes and weapon. The man woke up and tried to resist, but the terminator snapped his neck with one hand. It then put on the clothes and the hat. It examined the firearm and found that it was functional, but crude and unreliable. It decided to keep it as a weapon but only to use in emergencies. It then continued its search for a more suitable vehicle and a public terminal.
TIMELAPSE
Meanwhile, in another part of the city, a police officer was patrolling the streets. He was no ordinary cop. He was RoboCop, a cyborg law enforcer. He was once a human named Alex Murphy, but after being brutally killed by a gang of criminals, he was resurrected by Omni Consumer Products (OCP), a mega-corporation that controlled the city. He was given a new body, a new identity, and a new mission: to serve the public trust, protect the innocent, and uphold the law.
RoboCop was scanning the city for any signs of crime or disturbance. He detected a large explosion in the vicinity of the old Cyberdyne building. He decided to investigate. He drove his police car to the scene, where he found a pile of rubble and smoke. He searched for any survivors or clues, but found none. He then noticed a trail of blood and footprints leading away from the site. He followed them, hoping to find the culprit.
The two cyborgs were on a collision course. They had different origins, different goals, and different methods. But they had one thing in common: they were both unstoppable killing machines. And they were about to meet in a showdown that would shake the city to its core.
