I did this way too early and have some second thoughts now with the card picks, but it's still fun

Just started watching his Worlds 2024 video and his flawless grey suit had me think of the meme. It was honestly really cool to see him so excited over the video in his community tab over the last few days (to the point he apparently didn't even get to sleep last night which oof).

I don't play competitive and I don't think I ever will, it just makes me happy to see someone be so passionate about their project. So passionate to the point that he pulled a very atypical move for a youtuber - Delaying the video for better quality even though that means posting it in January instead of December (if you didn't know, apparently Youtube ad revenue is at its highest during November and December right before Christmas and then massively drops in January, which is why most creators post big videos in December to get the best returns on it).

The fact that he made the choice to delay the video until January to work on it despite losing out on the December ad revenue really shows how invested he is in the project and I really respect it.

That being said, I need to finish watching a 2 and a half hour plus video on a grown man rambling about his experience at the biggest event of a game primarily marketed towards children that has zero impact on my life :D

there is nothing I want more than for the worlds tournament to change location and I think we should all tell the pokemon company to not host a worldwide tourism event in fucking hawai'i
