You couldn't help but chuckle watching your boss grab the Bulls horns trying to wrestle him away from you.

Volo

Puffing out his chest in pride like a peacock he's proudly shows you off. 'look at this, look at what I have and you don't.' Making sure all the Bulls that fancy you see how close an intimately he holds you making sure you reek with his scent. Pissing off the other bulls into his surprise Holt??

The times he isn't being a possessive prick he's actually pretty sweet. Purring out in a sweet voice, asking if you need anything. Those eyes are lit with such love and affection. Milo

Your jack ass boss... has become oddly strange ever since your stomach had been showing. It's not like you really minded since most the time he just give you either less work or not have you work at all. But there are some things that seemed too weird. Holt did not care only enough for you not to get hurt or sick but now. He seems to be showing up everywhere around the property where you just so happen to be working. And he doesn't say anything he just takes over most the work asks you to do something else usually something more mundane. Or insist that he would go somewhere with you no matter where it is you get that you technically live on his property and he needs to oversee what you get when you get supplies but he does not need to go in town with you when you get hungry and just want to go to the convenience store for a snack

However his weirdest Behavior is how oddly nice he is becoming. Holt normally keeping to himself, would just tell you to fuck off if you bother him too much, but now. It's almost as if he'd seek you out. The last straw is when you saw him cooking a meal big enough for two. what the fuck? You tried bringing it up with him it was an awkward conversation, but it didn't seem like he knew what you were talking about.

“Ha!” Raihan barked out a laugh, with Max, Nessa and Milo stifling their own giggles nearby. 

Max muttered almost too quietly to hear, “Get good, loser.”

Piers groaned, crossing the Koopa Cape finish line behind everyone. “You’re fuckin’ kidding me.” 

“You had some big talk for someone who’s mediocre at this,” Nessa chimed in. “What’d ya say?” she dramatically pondered, holding a finger to her chin for some extra flair, “Somethin’ about being the koopa of all capes?”

Milo hummed and nodded to confirm the statement.

“A foolish mistake,” Max declared in tandem. 

Raihan followed up with, “At least he’s pretty.”

A collective “Pfft“ indicated held-back laughter from the group.

“Quit iiit.” He pointed a finger at Raihan and retaliated, “You didn’t even play that one!”

“Didn’t need to! I’ve proven my skill plenty.”

At the mention of skill, Max interjected, “You just gonna blame it on bad luck again?” with a sly grin on her face.

“I’ll have you know it was bad luck.”

“Heeere we go—“ Raihan groaned, stealing a sip from Nessa’s beer. 

“Oi, you!” She swatted at his hand, nearly causing a major spill — luckily, only a few drops landed on Raihan’s shirt. 

Milo reached towards the empty pizza box on the coffee table and tore an adjacent dirty napkin in half, and then wordlessly offered the clean side to Raihan. Raihan nodded his appreciation before dabbing the liquid away while Nessa chugged the rest of her beverage out of spite. In an act of triumph, she loudly burped upon completion. 

Max leaned forward slightly to get a better view of the woman. “Impressive.” 

Smiling smugly, Nessa held out her fist above Milo’s lap, which Max met with her own. Before they could pull away, Milo patted his own knuckles against the sides of their hands. 

Scrunching her nose with hushed laughter, Max looked at the man. 

“I wanted to feel included,” he explained with a shrug.

“Aw, c’mere, you.” Nessa slung an arm around the stocky man, attempting to pull him into a side hug to no avail. He laughed and scooted closer to her, allowing her the sense of accomplishment. 

While this happened, Max leaned back against the sofa and turned her head toward Piers on her left, wondering why he’d been so quiet. She was surprised to see him already looking at her. 

“What’s up?” 

“Nothin’.” 

“Nothing at all?”

“Arc’s sake, can’t I admire my girlfriend?”

Max lifted her sleeves over her hands and brought them up to cover her mouth, smiling as she grumbled incoherently (Piers could’ve sworn he heard a meek “shut up” in there) at the sentiment. They were still a fresh couple, so PDA and the girlfriend/partner/ whatever label were things she was still getting used to. 

On the opposite end of the long, curved sofa, Raihan bore witness to this exchange before giving his own input. “You two are disgusting,” he teased lovingly.

Piers tugged Max closer by the waist and, accidentally proving the dragon tamer’s point, they each shot him middle finger in unison. He merely groaned, yoinking Nessa’s controller from her side while she and Milo quietly chatted to one another. 

Just when Raihan had picked a new track to race on, but before he could start it up, Nessa shot her attention back to him and lowered his headband over his eyes. “Hold on a sec, will you?”

Raihan remained blindfolded while his hands gripped the controller with white knuckles. “Holding.” 

“A man of his word,” Piers whispered in Max’s ear. She giggled, nudging his tummy with her elbow.

“We need more drinks first. I’m fresh out.”

“And snacks,” Piers added, absentmindedly rubbing his thumb against the small bit of midriff that Max’s shirt offered. She squirmed a little, feeling a little ticklish, but a firm hand held her in place with ease. Something about the possessiveness of Piers’ grip on her had rendered her goblin brain useless, so she nodded in agreement to nobody in particular. 

“And snacks!” Nessa concurred, none the wiser to Max’s growing antsiness.

“You need’a grocery shop.”

She waved off Piers’ observation. “Too much work.”

“I suppose a Pokemart run is in order?” Milo suggested. 

“Fuck yes.” Raihan fixed his headband and stood up. Nessa made grabby hands at him, and he complied, hauling her up with enough force for her to stumble while Milo stood on his own. 

“We’ll sit this one out,” Piers said. “Grab me somethin’ sweet?” 

“Booooo,” Nessa jeered. “Why not come with?” 

“Someone’s gotta hold down the fort.”

“My hero,” Raihan cooed with the drawl and pitch of a valley girl. 

Nessa snorted next to him. “You don’t even live here.”

“Might as well with how often I’m here.” He then curtly nodded at Max, shoving his hands on his pockets and smiling as he asked, “Anything for you then, shrimpy?” 

Max thought for a short moment. “Maybe twizzlers or somethin’?” 

“On it, boss.” He lazily saluted, offering a wink, before spinning on his heel and heading for the door.

“Onward, soldiers!” Nessa ordered, jogging ahead.

“Be safe out there, captain!”

Nessa shot finger guns at Max. “Safety’s my middle name.” She then proceeded to all but kick her way through the door of her own apartment.

Milo laughed and shook his head. He was essentially going to be babysitting the two tipsy trainers for their trip. Nessa and Raihan were a rowdy bunch — even more so under the influence — and while Milo could be a little reckless himself at times, he was generally a gentle man. A brolic, Galar-born version of Max, in a way. They got on well with somewhat of a sibling dynamic because of it. That said, Max felt a little bad for not accompanying them.

Her concern was quickly eradicated. As soon as the door shut, Piers commemorated their friends’ departure by lifting Max into straddling his lap. Startled, she proceeded to scan Piers’ face with wide eyes, resting her hands on his chest. 

“Woah, hello!”

“Can I kiss you?” 

Straight to the point, huh? She giggled. “You don’t have to ask anymore, you know.”

Piers shrugged, leaning in, touching the tip of his nose to hers. “Feels weird not asking at this point.”

“Fair enough,” Max mumbled, meeting his lips with a soft kiss. 

Piers clearly had other plans, swiftly taking charge of their pace. Max squeaked against him when he brought a hand away from her hip, pressed it to the back of her head, and pulled her closer to him. His movements were desperate, and Max’s quickly followed suit.

For a few seconds she refused to breathe any air that wasn’t his, to touch anything that wasn’t him. She nearly whined at the loss of his lips when he pulled away, but he stayed close, pressing his forehead to hers. 

Before she could mourn the loss entirely, Piers murmured, “I wanna make you cum.”

Max gasped and her heart skipped a beat while her brain lagged behind. “Oh!” was all she could get out after a beat.

Nessa gasped, and Milo laughed and rolled his eyes as they disappeared into the kitchen.

“A human ghost?!” Raihan got his phone out, letting it float in front of him as if he were recording the encounter. “Gonna make a found footage series out of ya.”

Max let her sleeves fall over her hands and held them up, making exaggerated, corny ghost noises while she skulked after Raihan with floppy sleeves. Piers watched on and chuckled fondly while getting cozy again, and Nessa and Milo brought themselves back into view, now having stocked the fridge with all but a few drinks.

“Alright, Blair Witch,” the other woman joked. “C’mon,” she motioned her head towards their setup while approaching it herself, “we’ve gotta mess up your boy again.”

Max’s eyes lit up and she linked arms with Raihan, the two of them scurrying back to the couch and ready to play. 

Popping a milk dud into his mouth, Piers observed, “You’re all ruthless.”

Max plopped back down into her spot next to him, grabbing her own snack on the way. Piers instinctively wrapped an arm around her shoulders and she cuddled up to his side like it was second nature.

“If you were good we wouldn’t have to be,” Raihan pointed out. He tapped his head knowingly with the hand that wasn’t holding a bag of pretzels, then braced himself with a wide smile as Piers threw a piece of candy at him. 

“Friendly fire!”

The assailant stole one of Max’s twizzlers. “Rich, coming from you,” before wagging the candy in Nessa’s direction to emphasize his response. She leaned across Milo and reached over Max in an attempt to steal the treat out of his hands. 

Raihan faked a pitiful claim in the background, “I am a victim.”

While chaos ensued around him, Milo had started the game back up. Max was the only one who noticed. They exchanged a mischievous smile. She silently kneeled for a better view of the tv past Nessa, proceeding to join the farmer in his head start over the others.

“Fuck yes.” Raihan fixed his headband and stood up. Nessa made grabby hands at him, and he complied, hauling her up with enough force for her to stumble while Milo stood on his own. 

“We’ll sit this one out,” Piers said. “Grab me somethin’ sweet?” 

“Booooo,” Nessa jeered. “Why not come with?” 

“Someone’s gotta hold down the fort.”

“My hero,” Raihan cooed with the drawl and pitch of a valley girl. 

Nessa snorted next to him. “You don’t even live here.”

“Might as well with how often I’m here.” He then curtly nodded at Max, shoving his hands on his pockets and smiling as he asked, “Anything for you then, shrimpy?” 

Max thought for a short moment. “Maybe twizzlers or somethin’?” 

“On it, boss.” He lazily saluted, offering a wink, before spinning on his heel and heading for the door.

“Onward, soldiers!” Nessa ordered, jogging ahead.

“Be safe out there, captain!”

Nessa shot finger guns at Max. “Safety’s my middle name.” She then proceeded to all but kick her way through the door of her own apartment.

Milo laughed and shook his head. He was essentially going to be babysitting the two tipsy trainers for their trip. Nessa and Raihan were a rowdy bunch — even more so under the influence — and while Milo could be a little reckless himself at times, he was generally a gentle man. A brolic, Galar-born version of Max, in a way. They got on well with somewhat of a sibling dynamic because of it. That said, Max felt a little bad for not accompanying them.

Her concern was quickly eradicated. As soon as the door shut, Piers commemorated their friends’ departure by lifting Max into straddling his lap. Startled, she proceeded to scan Piers’ face with wide eyes, resting her hands on his chest. 

“Woah, hello!”

“Can I kiss you?” 

Straight to the point, huh? She giggled. “You don’t have to ask anymore, you know.”

Piers shrugged, leaning in, touching the tip of his nose to hers. “Feels weird not asking at this point.”

“Fair enough,” Max mumbled, meeting his lips with a soft kiss. 

Piers clearly had other plans, swiftly taking charge of their pace. Max squeaked against him when he brought a hand away from her hip, pressed it to the back of her head, and pulled her closer to him. His movements were desperate, and Max’s quickly followed suit.

For a few seconds she refused to breathe any air that wasn’t his, to touch anything that wasn’t him. She nearly whined at the loss of his lips when he pulled away, but he stayed close, pressing his forehead to hers. 

Before she could mourn the loss entirely, Piers murmured, “I wanna make you cum.”

Max gasped and her heart skipped a beat while her brain lagged behind. “Oh!” was all she could get out after a beat.

“Can I?”

“Uh.” She laughed nervously. “Like, now?”

“Yeah,” he grinned.

“They’ll only be gone for like 10 minutes — maybe 15.”

Piers filled the time in waiting for her approval by kissing her some more. It wasn’t long before she nodded, and his lips hurriedly began to work their way down her jaw. 

“Lift up a little,” he whispered. Max complied, and Piers shifted both hands to her legs, squeezing just beneath her hips. “Feel alright?” he asked, mentally noting that her bad joints weren’t well equipped for long periods of being in this position.

Max nodded again, a tiny mewl accompanying it as Piers bit a sensitive patch of skin. He wasted no time in rolling her skirt up and placing his palms against her ass, harshly gripping the soft fat in his fists. He smirked against her as she almost instinctively leaned into his touch.

He needed to focus. Couldn’t linger on the little things.

His dominant hand retreated from the scene. He pressed another kiss to Max’s mouth before holding his middle and ring fingers up to it. She took the hint and wrapped her lips around his digits, shyly looking down as she salivated around them. 

Feeling cheeky, Piers pumped his fingers against her tongue. It was partially to fuel his own arousal, but mostly to fuel hers, knowing how much Max enjoyed when he just sorta… used her, for lack of better wording. The motions prompted a surprised, needy whine to escape the trainer as she finally met his eyes again. 

He removed his fingers with a wet pop and a shit eating grin, muttering “That’s my girl” as he slipped the slickened digits between her legs. When he dipped a long finger inside her, Max moaned and pressed her forehead to Piers’, her eyelids fluttering shut when he simultaneously began rubbing his thumb against her bud. Her self-soothing grip on his shirt tightened. 

He stole another kiss. “Undo my pants,” he gently commanded. 

With shaky hands Max obliged, fumbling with his belt and zipper for a sec before successfully revealing his boxers, and then his cock. She eagerly wrapped a hand around his base, doing her best to focus on Piers while letting him pleasure her. 

He sighed in response to his partner’s contact, then briefly pulled away to instruct her some more. “Wet it for me.”

Even in her daze, Max felt a little embarrassed as she spat into her hand, but it quickly turned into a mild pride as she noticed how intently Piers was focusing on her every move. He moaned a little louder the second time she’d palmed at his length, just as she had reacted to a particularly sweet curl inside of her. Max reluctantly stood up and spun, looking back at Piers over her shoulder while she gathered her skirt in her hands. He scooted his pants down a little bit before enticing Max to sit down with his hands eagerly grasping at her waist. She did so, slotting her closed legs between Piers’ open ones before sinking onto him. 

She released a shakey, breathy “Ah” as he filled her. It turned into a hum once he was fully sheathed. 

“Feet on the couch.”

Max spread her thighs apart, stepping up and into a weird squat. 

“Lean back.” 

She pressed her upper back to his right shoulder and rested her head next to his so as to not lay directly onto his face.

Piers maneuvered a hand between Max’s legs again, strumming her clit while he ground up into her. This position was new to Max, and paired with Piers’ hand, it was almost overstimulating. 

“Fuck,” she whimpered. Her right hand kept her skirt out of the way while her left came up to his cheek. 

Through his own panting, he smiled at her. “Still doing alright?” Couldn’t hurt to make sure. 

“Yeah.” 

Unintentionally, Max whined out the word. It sounded much more lewd than intended, and she sought out solace in Piers’ neck while he teasingly chuckled at her.

“So cute,” he praised her. 

The hand that was still on Max’s hip now wrapped around her midsection, and he held her tight as he began to quicken his pace. Between moans, Max pressed soft kisses to Piers’ neck, leaving goosebumps in the wake of her lips. She halted and bit down reactively after a harsher thrust than the others. 

Piers half-moaned, half-laughed at the feeling. “Shit.”

“Sorry.”

Piers reached beneath Max’s shirt and grasped one of her boobs in his palm, squeezing hard as he pumped harder and faster. 

“Oh god!” Her cry came out loud, not having expected the change of pace. Rare were the times where she’d actually shout during sex, granted, they’d only had sex a small handful of times at this point. 

Piers shook his head in a delayed response to Max’s apology, then pressed a kiss to her fringe-covered forehead. “I liked it,” he reassured her.

Max softly and shakily breathed out when they separated. “We didn’t think this through.”

Piers sighed. “Shit. Uh.” He scooted back a little while Max let her achy hips and knees finally rest, shutting them once more.

“Might as well try.” 

Right away, Max stood, fixing her clothes. Making room for the snacks and whatnot, even.

“Where’d they go?” Milo wondered.

“Oi, you better not be fucking on my bed!” 

Rounding the corner, Piers rolled his eyes. “Last time I help you with chores.”

Readjusting her grip on her drinks, she responded, “Okay, dad.” Raihan dumped their spoils onto the table while Nessa probed, “You kill Max?”

Heh. Yeah I did. 

He winked and went along with the bit instead of being gross. “You’re next.”

Right on cue, Max exited the restroom. “Boo.” 

Nessa gasped, and Milo laughed and rolled his eyes as they disappeared into the kitchen.

“A human ghost?!” Raihan got his phone out, letting it float in front of him as if he were recording the encounter. “Gonna make a found footage series out of ya.”

Max let her sleeves fall over her hands and held them up, making exaggerated, corny ghost noises while she skulked after Raihan with floppy sleeves. Piers watched on and chuckled fondly while getting cozy again, and Nessa and Milo brought themselves back into view, now having stocked the fridge with all but a few drinks.

“Alright, Blair Witch,” the other woman joked. “C’mon,” she motioned her head towards their setup while approaching it herself, “we’ve gotta mess up your boy again.”

Max’s eyes lit up and she linked arms with Raihan, the two of them scurrying back to the couch and ready to play. 

Popping a milk dud into his mouth, Piers observed, “You’re all ruthless.”

Max plopped back down into her spot next to him, grabbing her own snack on the way. Piers instinctively wrapped an arm around her shoulders and she cuddled up to his side like it was second nature.

“If you were good we wouldn’t have to be,” Raihan pointed out. He tapped his head knowingly with the hand that wasn’t holding a bag of pretzels, then braced himself with a wide smile as Piers threw a piece of candy at him. 

“Friendly fire!”

The assailant stole one of Max’s twizzlers. “Rich, coming from you,” before wagging the candy in Nessa’s direction to emphasize his response. She leaned across Milo and reached over Max in an attempt to steal the treat out of his hands. 

Raihan faked a pitiful claim in the background, “I am a victim.”

While chaos ensued around him, Milo had started the game back up. Max was the only one who noticed. They exchanged a mischievous smile. She silently kneeled for a better view of the tv past Nessa, proceeding to join the farmer in his head start over the others.

Howdy! I’m starwardchild in the streets (heckaroni in the sheets). Call me Star if you’d like! I’m 28 with multiple star signs as Cancer so I’m always crying ; m ; I am an art school survivor (I managed to get my BFA somehow) and now am plotting a career change into being an archivist or university librarian. I adore cute things and I have a stuffed toy collection that’s slowly building. Give me Moomin, Snoopy, or other little fuckers with (. u .) for a face and I’m LIVING. Perhaps this is why I almost ended up being a children’s book illustrator lol!

When I’m not trying to survive under the weight of end-stage capitalism, I’m writing either a WIP urban fantasy series that’s collecting dust because I refuse to read Arthuriana for the Arthuriana book I’m writing or writing insane oc x canon fanfiction like a madwoman. I specialize in world building and lore creation (and I mean, insane amounts of world building) based on world and art history.
