The Poke-Voyage was originally owned by Team Rocket until the day of Steven and Serena’s rescue, where the Pokegang captured the ship and kept it. Ellie used her genie powers to repaint the ship and putting it under Pokegang ownership, thus naming the ship the Poke-Voyage.
