Inside Out characters feelings about vacationing to Japan.

Envy wants to see the Japanese temples, Himeji castle, shrines, and get Japanese dolls.

Joy, Disgust, and Envy want to see the cherry blossoms, anime conventions, collect Pokémon / Sanrio and other plushies. And want to go to the Fushimi inari shrine. Then surprise Anxiety with a plushie.

Joy and Envy want to try sushi, barbecue and desserts.

Both Disgust and Envy want to see kimonos. They also admire the makeup. They want to try the hot springs and bathhouse.

Disgust is also amazed how clean Japan is.

Anger, Joy, and Envy think Japan’s technology is cool, like the bullet trains and robots.

Anger, Joy like this, but Anger likes it more, he wants to learn about the ninja and samurai. Anger wants to learn about karate. Anger wants to try the spicy food. Anger wants to see how the Godzilla movies were made. He does not admit it, but he wants to collect Japanese superhero and robot action figures and collect Legendary Pokémon and dragon Pokémon figurines.

Hassel:

Hassel is the definition of sappy when it comes to you. He’s just so overjoyed that he gets to be a part of your life, to be able to hold you and kiss you and love you so much. You support his dreams and you love him as he is, not because of his standing in his family or his position on the Elite Four. Hassel is down bad for you, and he’s not afraid to show it

He has many photos of you both at his desk in the teacher’s lounge and in his classroom. Those in his classroom are drawings he’s done, ones the kids as about. Hassel happily rambles to them about you, so much so that sometimes kids ask about your during class to sidetrack him. It’s well and good until he gets teary over how much you’ve made him feel loved, and then everyone has to soothe a blubbering Hassel.

Hassel loves taking you out. You two travel Paldea, with Hassel showing off the beautiful sights and taking you to all the restaurants. If there’s live music playing, he’ll dance you around. It’s nothing too intense or fast, but you both have fun swinging and swaying to the music. Some of Hassel’s favorite memories are of you laughing as he dips you down to pepper you in kisses

His passion is music, on top of just art. He’ll write little songs or melodies for you on guitar or piano, and serenade you at home. It’s very romantic, but if you tear up, he will as well. If you want, he’ll teach you how to play, sitting close and guiding your fingers over keys and strings alike. Should you flip the script and play him a little song you wrote for him, he’ll sob into the kisses he smothers you in. He’s just so in love, and so so sappy about you

Clavell:

Clavell is a gentleman, a little old fashioned, but oh so sweet. He always is doing little things that makes your day brighter. He kisses your hand when you meet or depart, he offers his arm for you to hold while you both walk down the street, he pulls chairs out for you, and everything you can think of. You almost feel like you're part of those old romance movies, and it makes you swoon a little bit

Clavell enjoys more peaceful dates with you. Candlelit dinners, walks in the park, days at museums or the aquarium, or spending time at home with a movie, maybe a bit of slow dancing to the music on his record player. It's so very romantic, but Clavell is open to more active dates, if that's what you want. He enjoys your trips to sports games, or to hike amongst nature, so long as you take it slow.

He's easy to fluster. Clavell isn't used to PDA, and it never crosses his mind much when he first starts dating you. Sure, you hold his hand or his arm, but he offers them to you. Kisses on the cheek? You leaning on him, head on his shoulder? Hugging him from behind? He blushes every time, eyes wide. He likes it, don't worry. He's just not used to it yet.

At school, he doesn't talk about his own personal life much, preferring to focus more on the students. However, if asked, he'll discuss you, how he admires your confidence and strength, and such. He's not as prone to rambling, sadly, but curious kids can draw all sorts of things out of him, such as your hobbies and interests and all that. You visit, only to find a handful of students know you?? Clavell blushes when you bring it up, embarrassed to be caught gushing about you to the kids

Jacq:

Jacq is a silly boyfriend. He's always doing experiments and research, so he'll talking about them a lot. They're really interesting, if you have an interest in Pokémon biology. If you don't, his rambling helps lull you to sleep, since his voice is lower and calming when he talks. He's put several students to sleep before, so he doesn't mind you sleeping. He's touched you like his voice that much

He's a bit of a workaholic, so you'll have to drag him from his research. Luckily, it's not that hard to convince him to take a break. A few kisses and he's following you like a little puppy. Try not to use your powers for evil, however. The director isn't pleased if Jacq falls behind on his grading or anything, and Jacq will overwork to make it up to him, so be careful

Dates with him often turn into little fieldwork excursions. Jacq will pull you towards wild Pokémon and show off how his app works. It's often good for training your Pokémon, since Jacq gets information whether you battle or catch it. He's your personal cheerleader, clapping and shouting out encouragement as you battle. Every win earns you a kiss to the cheek, and Jacq carries lots of healing items for your team, berries too, as thanks

Some of Jacq's favorite moments are when you two are home, snuggled together on the couch or in bed. He's a big fan of physical affection, and wants you laying on top of him, or him on top of you. Whatever gives him the most skin to skin contact. It's very cute, until he gets withdrawal symptoms at work and a student, or Arceus forbid, Clavell walks in on you both in his chair, melded together in a mess of limbs and kisses

I feel so bad for the twins, because i feel like with subways in general have those really busy weeks, it also has me wondering how do they handle such work? Any thoughts; headcannons maybe?

I unfortunately have little experience of daily commute in the subways or knowledge of how a subway boss's day would be like in real life. But knowing how positively and caringly they speak about their passengers and them running an attraction in the liveliest city in all of Unova, I feel they thrive in busy environments and know how to handle all kinds of people! This is pretty much their jam! Also since there are two of them, they share the workload and responsibilities and always have someone to talk to if there are any issues. While they would be excited to tackle the busy weeks as a form of challenge, they are still human. Anyone would be exhausted from being in such a busy environment for prolonged times no matter how much you love it, the sensory load will get overwhelming eventually! However, as the Battle Trains only have one or two challengers per subway car, and the subway boss always waits in the last car, I'd think they'd use that time to have a moment of peace during the rush hours, listening to the train ambience.. while preparing for the incoming battle! Battles must help them to relieve stress & keep up a good spirit! Outside work, I'd see them relax the best by spending quality time with their pokémon, like going excercising or playing outdoor games together in one of the parks in Nimbasa City in the mornings (because I imagine it's calmer in the subway before noon) to maintain strong bonds and have a healthy change of view! Most if not all their pokémon are the sort that live underground so going outside is not really necessary for them, but the subway bosses surely would surely want to keep all their skills and abilities top notch by challenging them in new ways! Because they are such workaholics absorbed in their fine-tuned system and schedules, running them precisely like gears turning inside a clockwork, it would be up to their friends to make sure they take a day off every now and then!

Okay, headcannon for Izuku's quirk being able to hear animals speaking. Like when he turned, a bird landed on his window and he can hear them wondering if someone could give them something to eat so Izuku gave the bird a bowl of seed.

I like to imagine like,,, 4-5 year old izuku hanging out in his room and a bird flies on his window sill talking to themself about food, and little izuku is just in AWE

He’d be completely overjoyed

You cannot tell me that the absolute ray of sunshine that toddler izuku is would not be like, “oh my gosh, animals, I can understand animals, can they understand me? Do they like me? If I talk to them, will I be talking in bird or do they understand Japanese? I’ll get you seeds!!!!! I wonder if it’s all animals or just birds? I wonder-“ and his brain is going a mile a minute while he just runs into the kitchen trying to ask his mom if they have any bird seed

A very confused inko gives him some bird seed and asks if he’s okay, and he’s trying to articulate that he thinks he got his quirk, but he’s an excited 4 year old with adhd, who just heard and understood a bird and is thinking about what this means for his future career as a hero, so give him a moment

He does tell her what happened, and she asks him what the bird is saying and if the bird can understand them, and he says that they can, and he’s just so happyyyyyy

Hisashi Midoriya is not happy because the quirk is likely a mutation of some kind as it doesn’t have anything to do with fire breath or attracting small objects

So, our dearest son, izuku feral Midoriya, 10000% sneaks animals into the entrance exam

I like to imagine that he went to the park beforehand and talked to a shit ton of squirrels and chipmunks and asked them to help him with the entrance exam if they could. He brings them food as a peace offering (irl you shouldn’t feed wild animals, I know this, izuku knows this, but he can tell them why they shouldn’t rely on humans for food, we cannot, so just bare with me)

But yes. Just imagine izuku giving a war cry to all the rodents that are, for reasons unknown to anyone but izuku, standing around the gates of the exam area, and suddenly like,,,, 3 dozen rodents just start running in and tearing wires out of robots

Koda and izuku are fast friends who bond over their love and respect for animals

They both have anxiety too and are the only (at the beginning) members of class a who know/use JSL!

Okay, something that just popped into my head because I was thinking of how he’d use this quirk in the sports festival, and all I could think of was like,,, Pokémon trainer izuku

And honestly,,, kinda love that

Like, he’s just in the little ring with shinsou (does shinsou’s quirk work on animals?? Like, if he asked a cat a question and even if they don’t understand him, they still meow at him, would they be under his control?) anyway, I’m assuming shinsou’s quirk doesn’t work on animals. So, izuku just brings in a fucking bear who he bribed with salmon earlier and shinsou is like, “wow. Fuck.”

But anyway. I like to imagine that izuku has a shit ton of bird houses outside his window at home, and this continues when they move into the dorms

Aizawa finds him one night talking to a cat in an alleyway, and he’s worried for his problem child being in an alleyway at night and why is he here???? And then, he sees the cat and understands.

Mic goes to check on the class a dorms the next day because his husband never came back last night and he might’ve run into trouble with his hell class, only to walk in on the green bean and his husband smuggling a cat on campus

people talk about Pokémon go summer as being peace and love on planet earth but if you haven't played since 2016 I encourage you try again because there's more features now to keep people engaged. also every month community day the park is full of people playing together peace and love on planet earth once more

Man I fr disappeared anyway the fact that there's almost no AGERE content for Gladion and Guzma is disappointing and now I'm here to fix it giving my HCs for both. Also I don't watch the anime so this I'd all based off the games ALSO I'm a major Hau X Gladion and Guzma X Kukui shipper (But I'm formatting this where you should be able to read as platonic)

Gladion:

- Age ranges from 3 - 8, he typically leans older because his brain just feels way too vulnerable when he's younger

- I imagine he spends most his time regressed alone, feeling more at peace being by his partner, Silvally who is very used to taking care of him the best it can, Silvally can also basically sniff out when he needs/is about to regress

- I also imagine he still lives in the former Team Skull hangout where Plumeria, Guzma, and a few grunts reside

- With that I'd like to add Plumeria, Guzma, and Hau know about his regression (Hau on accident and Plumeria and Guzma sniffed him out L)

- Even with them knowing, he still primarily stays alone unless one of them so happen to stop by which then he allows them in, but never really seeks anyone out

- Plumeria and Guzma act like his parents idc they also have shit parents and understand Gladion so they try their best to give him something none of them ever got, parental love (Bonus: They spoil him rotten sometimes he'll get home and just have a present on his bed that's like "For the little brat" and he scoffs (very happily might I add))

- Hau introduces this guy to all the kiddy stuff he missed out on as a kid (I imagine Lusamine to be very selective on what her kids received and got to watch) from shows to all sorts of toy franchises and what not

- Bonus: Guzma gave him a stuffed Wimpod he immediately called "Wimpy" because that'd a hilarious name and he's been attached to it ever since

Guzma:

- Age ranges from 5 - 12 BIG ol' range and he can fall anywhere at any time there's no consistency one day you end up with a 5 year old the next you end up with a bratty ass teen

- Took him awhile to start reaching out because he loves being around people but was waayy too ashamed to let anyone know about his regression (Thank god Plumeria found out by stumbling in one day)

- Kukui also knows but that's because Plumeria brought him to the Team Skull house and managed to convince Guzma to tell him

- Kukui is ENAMORED with tiny Guzma, he asks Guzma to tell him whenever he wants him over and if he doesn't, he's gone to Plumeria and told her to call him over if Guzma won't LOL

- Guzma's pretty comfy going out when he's at an older age so Kukui takes him everywhere from parks to stores to places FULL of Pokémon (Guzma and Kukui both love searching out Pokémon, playing with them, helping them, all that. Tiny Guzma has a big heart when it comes to Pokémon and he shows it very clearly, it takes everything in Kukui to not explode from how sweet he is (even if he's a brat to him and Plumeria half the time LOL))

- Forgot to mention this dude is a BRAT, due to his childhood he's really used to pushing boundaries and trying to push things to the edge to see what's happen but despite all that, Plumeria and Kukui treat him with kindness and patience and it manages to surprise him everytime

- He gets super paranoid when either of them get mad though even when its not at him or caused by him at all, he'll immediately start to close up and act with caution (Those day always end up with Movie Nights or Marathons to calm him down)

It's easy to forget how peaceful the world can be sometimes. If you have a rough day, or even if not, take a walk. Visit the local forest or take a stroll on the river bank.

"Chiiiiiip!" Harper called out, locating the little Charcadet. They smiled, "Come on, buddy. We're all going to the park! I'm packing some food so we can have a picnic, too!"

They took Chip's hand and led him to the other three eager knights, excited for the afternoon adventure that awaited. They saw Harper come into the room with Chip and they all looked elated. Chip was coming, too! This trip was gonna be so fun!

And Harper was sure it was going to be nice for Zander, too. With the knights out of the house, he could get some work done in peace.

Chip came trotting out of his bedroom when Harper called for him, he was growing rather fond of Harper and the other Pokémon. He was curious what this trip would be and was happy to see that everyone else was coming this time! This was the first time he got to be with Ceru, Arma and Notch outside of his bedroom and the house. Chip chirped softy occasionally as the group made their way to park with the other two young knights joining him in some kind of song.

While it was clear he was still shy, Chip was undoubtedly excited!

My local Sega Park wasn't around for long - it opened days before my 11th birthday, and closed a couple of months after my 16th. For those few years it was an essential part of any trip into town, whether as a way for mum to get some peace while shopping or as part of a summer holiday itinerary that also included Burger King and Pokémon at the model shop.

Sega Park was the place where I beat Virtua Fighter 3tb to claim my first 1CC, and the place where I got my first taste of Virtual On. The Crazy Taxi cabinet by the entrance always greeted you with a blast of The Offspring, with the clinking of air hockey pucks behind it. It was where I was challenged by a stranger for the first time on X-Men vs Street Fighter, resulting in an agonisingly close loss, and where I got to play Dancing Stage Euromix with my sister.

We'll never have anything like Sega Park again, but I'm grateful for the brief time that it was here - especially because it came along at the time I was best able to appreciate it.

We’re here at the the IPCAE!! Nico and I are setting up our individual booths bright and early with everyone. It’s so cool seeing all the familiar faces and all the new faces here! There’s some really cool lectures that I will be geeking out about for the next decade, and there are a lot of different events and activities and lectures through the entire week. General Information: Leafeons are photosynthetic animals who tend to partake in pacifism. However, they will sharpen their leafy tails to that of a sword blade when the occasions are appropriate. Their blade tails have been known even to fell trees with great training. But true to their pacifism, Leafeons prefer to spend their days napping in the sunlight and photosynthesizing all of their energy needs. It is always surrounded by clean air because of this.

Habitat: Found around leaf stones or especially magical forests (the science is not well understood), but do not really like the extreme cold nor extreme dryness. They’re found wherever temperate or tropical forests can be found. Leafeons prefer to live in quiet forests with clean rivers. Otherwise, they can be found in urban areas either as wildlife at botanical gardens with Vaporeons, or under direct human care. There are stray/feral Leafeons in urban environments, but typically they find quiet parks to reside in, or just leave. The hustle and bustle of cities can be overwhelming for a lot of Leafeons, especially if they did not grow up in one as an Eevee. With that said, stray/feral/wild Leafeons can typically be found in rural areas, such as small towns or quiet suburbs.

Diet: Nothing. However, when days become too short and a Leafeon has not migrated to warmer climates/lower latitudes for any reason at all, they will consume fruits or other easily digestible plant-based foods for extra nutrients. They do not eat meat, though can be persuaded to eat eggs if options are truly limited (they will be very unhappy about this). Their digestive systems are limited in function, seeing as they can photosynthesize all of their caloric needs, so must stick to foods that are easily digested. If a trainer feels that their Leafeon is not getting enough vitamins and minerals, or other causes of malnutrition often found in urban Leafeons, then they should speak to a veterinarian/Nurse Joy for viable dietary supplements (which can include peanut butter, cooked potatoes, bread, canned beans, or just Leafeon-specific Pokémon food from brands like Poke-Bright Foods). Another way to help a Leafeon have a healthy nutrition, is to just let your Leafeon outside and dig around in the dirt. If it's good soil, then the Leafeon will be able to absorb some of the soil’s nutrients– but in cities, or just places with poor soil, this is often not a tenable option.

Mechanic Change: On sufficiently sunny days (so, Spring/Summer/Autumn days that do NOT have overcast/bad weather), Leafeons do not need to eat at all.

Conservation: Least Concern

Relationship with Humans: Leafeons are long-standing partners in agriculture as they are excellent ecosystem indicators of soil quality and water quality. They can be trained to be garden guardians, or guardians of small livestock like fowl. Their limited nutritional needs, pleasant dispositions, and preference for the peaceful life make them very economical companions for any farmer, too. Though, they do not hunt, so their use as guardians is limited to their capacity for direct action, such as a well-landed Leaf Blade in defense of some Torchics or against voracious Diglets or Drilburs that are tearing up their garden.

Leafeons are popular starters in rural areas and places near magical forests. Stray/feral/wild populations definitely exist around rural communities, and they’re not typically seen as an issue since they’re photosynthesizing pacifists who really just want to take a nap in the sun by the water. Community Leafeons are absolutely a thing, much like some places have community cats. Unfortunately, Leafeons are still classified as invasive in the same places that put Eevees on that list, because Leafeons cannot exist without Eevees. Additionally, some folks even think of Leafeons as lay-abouts or hippie Pokémon. Leafeons are the mascot for two significant agricultural brands, from Eon Flowers (worker-owned seed catalogue of heritage flowers and vegetables, known mostly amongst gardeners, heritage farmers, and agricultural enthusiasts) to a highly stylized logo on the popular Sunshine Herb Protection brand insecticides and herbicides from Sunrise Farmiceuticals (subsidiary of Dark Moon Corporation). Don’t worry, the irony is not lost on many people. And Eon Flowers existed as a brand, Leafeon mascot and all, about thirty years before Sunshine Herb Protection products came to market. There was a major court case, Eon Flowers v. Sunrise Farmiceuticals, over this exact matter, because the original logo for Sunrise Farmiceuticals was too similar to Eon Flowers’ logo, and the court case was won in Eon Flowers’ favor. Notably, the limited advertisement for Eon Flowers always sports either real footage of their current Leafeon mascot or pretty photos or a real-life appearance of the star Leafeon itself, while Sunrise Farmiceutical’s marketing invariably uses an animated mascot or a human in a silly outfit. Take this information as you will.

[Ghost Stories] The World Cleanser's Tale I

"Would you like a scary story, children?"

Heidi was in her Low-Power form. Gathered with her were several humans, Pokémon, and Legendaries all around her.

"It is a scary legend... a somber and gruesome story... even a cautionary tale as some would put it. It is the story...." Heidi transformed and summoned a light to show her transformed appearance.

"Of the World Cleanser."

Once, there was an Arceus that was full of love. As her world developed, she's grown to care for all things. She loved the Legendary Pokémon that were her children. She cared for the various other Pokémon that called her land their home. She adored the humans that roamed the fields and learned of the environment around her. She wished nothing but to continue to watch on as her world grew into a utopia... a place where people and Pokémon could live together in harmony.

Over time, she would work to make that a reality. She would teach her Legendary Pokémon love and kindness... to work together for the benefit of the world and the constituents under them. She would adopt a Pokémon or two to learn more about them. She would even occasionally descend into the mortal realm to make friends of the humans, so that she may love and be loved in return.

It was then her final act of love that would change everything.

The Arceus could not contain her love for any longer. She loved her children, the Pokémon, and the humans too much to stay isolated. So, one day, she used her Hall of Origin to erect a great city complete with parks, shops, services, and even a gym, all centered around a giant watchtower that was her living quarters. She then actively invited humanity to come live with her... to live in the new city and learn of and live alongside her and her children. Many people moved in the new land, taking their cultures, their friends, their family, and their beliefs with them. The City had its growing pains in the beginning; however, it would quickly become the grandest place that the world has ever seen... and would become her magnum opus.

However, this came with a price.

As humans came to know her, they would grow discontent with her. The humans did not care for her as she did for them. They rose against her, demanding more and more of her live while giving less and less in return. She would do everything that she could to satisfy them, but it was not enough. Over time, her heart hardened as her greatest act of love became the vector of humanity's biggest source of greed.

In 50 years, the great city would fall into disarray.

In 100, the world would follow.

The once-loving Arceus had enough of her internal torment and waged war against humanity. She casted Judgment against the land and throughout the world. Humans and Pokémon were powerless to stop her as they were slaughtered in the billions. Legendary Pokémon who did not align with her cause would find themselves on the other end of a blade.

Soon, all of humanity was wiped out, and only a few Legendary Pokémon remained.

The Arceus's job was done, but she wasn't satisfied. So, she left her original world and ventured into others. She vowed to purge the multiverse of humanity, so that she and her fellow Arceus may live in peace... and so no one may make the mistake that she had made once before. They say that whenever she enters a world that the destruction of the world is all but assured.

Heidi looked at the crowd. "Legend has it that when humanity reaches a breaking point, when they have truly lost their way and chooses the path of greed above all else, then she will appear... and she will Cleanse the world by facilitating its destruction. So, love your world and love your Pokémon. Fight for what is right. Work together to push for a better future..."

"...And pray that you never find The World Cleanser in your realms, or it will be a matter of time before your eventual downfall."
