F!Wukong would like to hold Noodles. He'll be very gentle.

They’d def let him, and Noodles would be very cool with it too!

But Noodles is a service/therapy animal, so he’d immediately clock how F!Wukong would be feeling if he started to be overwhelmed by the large crowd. He’d start making soft whiney noises, and LS! Nezha immediately makes a quiet mention to his counterpart about it, since he and F!Wukong are so close.

F!Nezha is very grateful, and gives Noodles many treats after quietly extracted Wukong.

The Jing’s would be happy to see that, even if they don’t understand it (aside from LS!Jing), while the wukongs would be very flustered. Everyone else is either laughter or confusion (mostly from the brotherhood) so someone has to end up explaining the joke.

Wukong and Nezha sat down and said, 'we're a queerplatonic couple now', but they both knew it and felt it. It needed no words, and yet they wished they knew the right words, if there were any, for everything they are and everything they felt.

Nezha wasn't used to feeling this intensely towards anyone else. Wukong was, but not with this particular "flavor" of love, as he described it. He felt just as intensely towards Ao Lie. Queerplatonic love was something else, however.

Explaining it to the Noodle Gang came with a variety of reactions. All good, though.

Pigy: Huh, didn't know that was a thing. Neat.

Tang: Aww, that's sweet!

Sandy: So you're in love but not in love. Cool!

MK and Red Son had removed themselves to argue in another room. Again. Mei was with them to make sure things didn't get out of hand.

SWK: How often do they argue like that?

Pigsy: Often, but not as often as they used to. It used to be far worse.

Nezha: But they don't get aggressive with each other, do they?

Tang: Well...

SWK: *furrows eyebrows* Well, what?

Pigsy: Shortly after the incident you and MK had a while ago, MK and Red Son got into an argument about it. MK... snapped. He threw his sketchbook at Red Son. Hard.

Tang: THIS WAS THE ONLY TIME THIS HAPPENED THOUGH!!!!

Pigsy: We don't approve of that behavior, and we did give him a stern talking to about it. I think he learned his lesson, but things are still tense between them.

Nezha: I saw his sketchbook. Isn't it a hardcover?

Pigsy: Yes, it is.

SWK: That punk hurt my nephew.

Nezha: *places hand on Wukong's chest* Is that why Mei's been acting as a mediator?

Tang: Yeah, she appointed herself as a mediator to keep that from happening again.

SWK: Why didn't my nephew tell me?

Red Son stayed the night at Wukong and Nezha's place. While Nezha was prepping dinner, Wukong took his nephew aside.

SWK: *semi-sternly* Nephew...

RS: *slightly panicked* Uncle.

SWK: Pigsy told me that MK hit you.

RS: That was months ago! And he never hit me again! We argue, sure, but he apologized, and he never did it again.

SWK: Did you tell your parents?

RS: Are you kidding me? Of course I didn’t tell them! He'd be dead meat if they knew!

SWK: Why didn't you tell anyone?

RS: I told MK's parents.

SWK: But why didn't you tell us?!

RS: Uncle, if you'll just let me explain...

SWK: *takes deep breath* Okay. I'm listening. I won't interrupt or chime in until you're done.

RS: We took a break for a while. MK apologized to me afterward. And not because his parents told him to. He did it on his own accord, I promise you.

RS: We're trying to work things out. It's just... MK has a lot of issues he's working through. I try to give him grace and the benefit of the doubt, but it can be hard when he verbally lashes out sometimes.

RS: There is one thing that's kept me going, though.

SWK: What might that be?

RS: After he... hurt me, he decided to start attending therapy weekly. No one even suggested he do that. He did that to improve himself and improve our relationship.

SWK: *eyes widdened a bit*

RS: And it's been helping, I can tell.

RS: He told me what happened between you two and how he felt about it. He's more open about his feelings now and uses a better choice of words to explain things to me.

RS: He understands that it was wrong of him to harm me. He verbally acknowledged that. He told me he's trying to work through things and won't tell you because that's his private business, and I don't want to share things he might not yet want you to know about but trust me, please.

SWK: *nods patiently*

RS: I know there were many "red flags" as Mei calls them, but there are green flags, too. I think we can survive this. We just have to keep trying.

RS: So, what do you think, Uncle?

SWK: *sighs* I worry about you. I just don't want you to end up in the position I was in when I was with Macaque all those centuries ago...

SWK: But I trust you. I trust you to make the right decisions for your relationship.

SWK: And if he ever hurts you again, don't keep quiet like I did. Tell someone. And not just his parents.

RS: Yes, Uncle, I will.

SWK: Good. I want you to be safe. I want your lover, whoever they may be, to love you the way you want and deserve. And most of all...

SWK: I'm proud of you. I always will be.

RS: Thank you, Uncle. I'm glad you found someone who loves you the way you want and deserve.

SWK: I'm lucky enough to have found two.

RS: Two?

SWK: *reaches into his shirt* *pulls out a neck with a green ring on it from around his neck* Yes, two.

RS: You still have your wedding ring!

SWK: He'd still be my husband if he was alive today. I'm sure of that.

RS: Awww, Uncle!

SWK: I want you to find someone who loves you enough to help you through the many trials of life.

SWK: And we didn't start out perfect either. That's kind of why we met in the first place.

RS: *gushing*

SWK: It's also why I'm not presently dropkicking your boyfriend straight to the underworld's doorstep.

RS: *stops gushing*

SWK: If he's trying to improve himself, it may very well be a start. But don't go looking through rose-colored glasses. Keep your eyes wide open.

RS: I will. I promise.

SWK: I hope you end up as happy as I am.

RS: Me, too. I hope you stay happy.

SWK: *opens his arms for a hug*

RS: *hugs him tightly*

Aras started our higher max level event and I wanted to check for more wyverns so I've spent the last 2 days on Scorched, the eggs were kinda disappointing tbh but bonus Valentine event means we got some amazing new colors. \o/

The three on the right are just for colors, the white poison is only 5, so I'm not gonna bother imprinting them and just get them grown. The two on the left are both mine, poison is 137 but got some nice stats, and the fire is 192 with stats similar to Brume's - I don't think they're higher than our current breeders but still very good.

There's also a 203 poison waiting for Kel to imprint it, that got 45 weight and 33 melee. \o/

Got back home today and decided to stuff the feedtroughs, and found this guy. I've been wanting a gold/orange snake for the collection and he's perfect. And then I got the whole gang out for a group shot. :D

I think the event is ending today(??) but in another day or two I want to head to the Center for a giga hunt finally. Idk if any super high levels will be left by then but I'll still take anything I can find.
