शीर्षक :- रात्रि

और वो नृत्यरत हुई

दक्षिण के जंगलों को

अपने केशों में समेटे

अपनी श्यामल महक

बिखेरती हुई

वसुधा के आँचल पर

अपने नेत्रों के जुगनुओं को

टाँकती हुई

सेमल की पँखुड़ियों में

गोधूलि के प्रथम स्पर्श में

सुरमई सी

विलीन होती रही वो

हवा समेटती रही

फूलों के रङ्ग

मिलन-कुंज की प्रतीक्षा में

एक नक्षत्र अपने गलियारे में

चाँदी के सिक्के उछालता हुआ

करता रहा आकाश में

स्वर्णिम कारीगरी

देखो!

आज रात्रि

सूर्य के प्रेम में

स्वतः सूर्य हो गयी।

I can always remember being obsessed

With the food at the party

The food I’d eat next

This hungry beast

And girls aren’t meant to hunger

Nor starve

At least not

Evidently

There must be something wrong with me

why is the weight of all the things i can't tell you so heavy

to crave someone's being

i can probably just say that 'he is my safe place'

but he's so much more than that

he's my happy human pillow that loves to listen to me and helps me out and he makes me feel sleepy so I know my inner child actually feels safe with him.

i miss how heartbroken me wrote some of the BEST most soulcrushingly tragic poetic things and quotes

but oh god there is NO feeling like being loved and wanted and feeling safe and vulnerable with that special someone who can make your soul calm by his very presence

I crave you in the most innocent ways.

your touch

(you don't need to hold me in your arms just nudge me from time to time so I know you're still there)

your words

(no grand speeches or pre planned words I love it when you speak, just anything from your heart)

your smile

(when you smile at me my whole world stops to look at you and smile back)

your jokes

(the way you make me laugh.)

your being

(just the feeling of you being beside me fills my heart)

How you smell like the stars and look at me with eyes full of sea dust
