one thing I love about the fall guy that I think is super rare, especially in action comedies, is that even the minor characters are distinct and lovable. nigel and his little run and absurd threats to the pyro team?? venti, tech genius, having fun at karaoke and talking to jody about guys? alma, arguably the hero of metalstorm? even iggy, who is just here to have a good time and occasionally attack intruders with prop swords. I love them all, your honor

Finally watched Blue Eye Samurai and damn, this show really is everything everyone's been saying. But also man, it's really making me think how much I wish non-animated shows focused on visuals. With everything being nearly-fully CGI, why do movies and shows have to look so... boring? If a friend group with a 90s camcorder can do it, why can't Disney (check out GGLS btw)? Idk, just frustrates me. Anyway, here's this show being eye candy.

She was originally designed as a 10th class oc. But I didn’t come up with a proper idea for the class name, so she’s just a mann co worker who helps not to turn the base into complete ruins. You know, the engineer and other mercs have much more important stuff to do (murder, for example???)

Here’s a more detailed reference. She’s giving “didnt i do it for you”-dog vibes. Probably autistic creature vibes

She does some small mechanical work, also checks for security and safety systems to be okay. Most importantly - she looks after the cameras (because the administrator needs 24/7 access to her yt premium)

Btw this gal never takes part in fights. She’s just.. kinda there. Hanging around, trying not to die

Pocketful of Miracles / Hope Lange as Elizabeth "Queenie" Martin

The story is set in the 1930s, but this gown owes much less to that era than to Elizabeth Taylor's dress from A Place in the Sun. This is unlikely to be a coincidence, as Edith Head designed both garments. The heavy ivory satin looks great, though, and I love the combination of ruching and sparkle on the bodice. The fur-trimmed shoulder cape makes it the perfect thing for a holiday party--appropriately, as the movie does take place around Christmastime. (You can see a bit of a tree in the background of some of the pictures above.)
