After 18 years I finally got around to watching the 2002 Eddie Murphy movie “The Adventures Of Pluto Nash”.  . John Cleese, Pam Grier and Rosario Dawson were all great in their roles. Peter Boyle, Jay Mohr and Joe Pantoliano are fine. Eddie Murphy is just being Eddie Murphy. Luis Guzmán is playing the same lovable Luis Guzmán role he plays in most things.  . But the movie is as bad as advertised. The writing structure is bad, with several unnecessary long boring scenes at the beginning. Several bad takes made it into the movie where featured extras or actors with limited dialog mess up their parts. The wire work is unconvincing.  , There is also a billboard halfway through that during the Summer of 2020 is going to break your heart and make you throw something at the TV, . But the good guys are likable and there’s a decent amount of pewpew.
