IWTV Ep3 Musings - Claudia & Louis (Spoilers)

I'm still teary & choked up while typing this. SUPER emotional episode. It's incredible how much they packed into one ep, too! But the second half of the ep was BY FAR the most emotionally impactful IMO. Jacob's acting is just WAY too good; he had me choking up something fierce.

Louis taking pictures of his food for no effing reason like all the social media girlies do; I love it.

Louis STILL tryna be Claudia's knight in vengeful black. U_U But just like before when he tried to save her from Lestat, he can't save her from Bruce or the Theatre or even his own eff-ups. DANG. 😔

1). When they first see you - King of Cups & Six of Wands

Ooh, they are VERY sure of themselves when they see you for the first time! Both of these cards invoke confidence, diplomacy, and success. Something about you makes them think "YES, this is a person I need to talk to!" They know that they need to take the diplomatic approach when they decide to introduce themselves. They can't come off as too excited but they also can't be boring. They are going to make a logical plan about their approach. This person understands that first impressions mean a lot and they want to make sure that they're impressive to you.

2). First date - Page of Pentacles rev. & Three of Cups

In their eyes, the first date doesn't go as well as they had wanted. I think because they were so confident in their approach that they may have gotten ahead of themselves when it came to the actual date. When they leave the date, they might wonder "Crap, E probably just wants to be friends..." This person may spend the date in a daydream state, because they're so happy to be there with you, but when they reflect on the reality of the date they don't think they conversed enough, made enough connection with you, or conveyed how much they liked you. Another thing that may happen is that while you're on the date, you may run into people that you know. One of you may invite them to join you. Perhaps it feels too good to be true, they assume they'll be hurt in the end so they start hurting themselves (subconsciously) now; but, then the sun comes out! Once the relationship is defined, there is a complete 180 in this person's mood and outlook of the relationship. All of the signs keep pointing toward good things. And the more this happens, the more this person realizes that good things CAN happen and that you both are deserving of them. The relationship feels warm, happy, fun, and optimistic. Even when something "bad" happens, you help them rise above it and continually remind them that you're here for the long haul.

you admit that you have insomnia and sometimes it's practically impossible to fall asleep even when ur super tired

at first he's v confused and doesn't really understand how it's possible to repeatedly stay up so late

but he takes it extremely seriously (maybe a bit too seriously) and starts researching for ways to help

goes to the pharmacy after work and comes home with like 15 different sleep aids that are supposed to help??

you play trial and error with them to see which ones work best, and tecchou "enforces" a rule that u gotta consistently take them

makes you warm tea, soup, or hot chocolate before bed so u are more relaxed

also cuddles u and plays with your hair etc which really helps to lull you to sleep ٩(˘◡˘)۶

stays awake until he's seen that you've fallen asleep first <333

hell, even if you move in the slightest, he's waking up and asking if you're "trying to be annoying on purpose" 😑

forces you into a set bedtime schedule where u gotta go to bed and wake up at the same time every day/night

jouno isn’t entirely evil tho. he’ll still snuggle u and trace gentle shapes on your back to soothe you

can tell ur awake by your breathing and heartbeat so don't even try to pretend to be asleep around him

you saw him lounging in your shared bedroom, waiting for you as he was scrolling on his phone when you arrived from work. you quickly excused yourself and took a shower with a promise of cuddling with him afterwards.

snaking your arms on his neck, you gave a peck on his cheek and grinned.

“it's one of my old shirts, why?” you frowned, looking down at your clothes.

dabi wrapped his arm on your waist, holding you closer to his body as you sit on his lap. his other hand reached up to your face and tucked your still damp hair behind your ear.

“it looks like shit,” he bluntly admitted while looking in your eyes fondly.
