"H...Hah...ghh.... M... Maki-san...." Sitting on the ground, with his back against the wall of a dark alley: that's the state in which Maki will find her fellow vampire. A hand was clamping at his bloodied shoulder, done by the work of a vampire hunter's silver stake, with said item laying on the ground by him after he used a shadowy hand to yank it out. Thankfully, it was the only kind of damage the hunter could do, before Shuichi gravely injured him and dragged him down into the shadows with his many hands made of shadowy energy. Wherever he may have popped out to, he didn't care: he would not be able to harm him any longer, and that is all that mattered. Even moreso: would not be able to harm Maki, either....
