On this day, 14 October 1977, anti-gay crusader Anita Bryant was “pied” in the face by Thom Higgins, a gay rights activist. Bryant, who was already well-known as a singer, led Save Our Children, a homophobic campaigning group which successfully overturned legal protections for LGBT+ people in Dade County, Florida. Bryant had declared about homosexuality: “I will lead such a crusade to stop it as this country has not seen before.” After being pied, Bryant burst into tears and began praying. Bryant was also brand ambassador for Florida orange juice, which then became subjected to a mass boycott campaign. Gay bars replaced screwdrivers (vodka and orange juice cocktails) with “Anita Bryants” – made with vodka and apple juice, with the profits donated to the campaign. Bryant’s lucrative orange contract subsequently lapsed and her marriage failed, which caused her to be ostracised by some Christian fundamentalists who did not approve of her divorce. Later in life, Bryant’s homophobic views softened, and she stated she was “more inclined to say live and let live”. In 1998, Dade County reintroduced legal protections for LGBT+ people, and efforts by Christian groups to overturn them failed. “At acceptable functionality for field work,” he reports shortly.

So in deciding to bring over my fics from FFnet, I realized I finally had to face the problem (not really a problem, to be fair) of what to do about this other account I technically have on FFnet.

Why do I have a second account on FFnet? Well, originally it was not mine and I still don't really think of it as mine. Originally it belonged to a friend I had in late high school/most of college. She was my age? Maybe a year or so older, maybe a year or so younger, it was never clear. But we clicked online and wrote a fic together, attempted to write a few other fics together that did not get written, and I proofread a few things for her here and there. I think she did the same for me, but I dunno that I'd call any of it beta reading.

We had a lot of fun. I definitely don't regret co-writing the one fic we did manage to complete together and our writing styles were really similar so it all meshed really well, but all the things that went wrong behind the scenes - mostly coordination issues, though in retrospect she was clearly getting less and less interested in writing fic towards the end - made me realize I prefer writing fic solo. Thanks to how FFnet is set up, co-authors have to choose who publishes a fic and thus who gets the real ownership of the fic. And at the time, I let her have that control. I also contributed a few fics to her oneshot collection fics. But when she decided to leave writing fanfic behind...

Well, that could have turned out bad for me in that I could have lost control of my own writing entirely because she basically dropped off the face of the earth from my point of view. But she did something before that which I greatly appreciate - she handed off control of her account to me. Including the email account she'd created solely for fanfic purposes. Which... I had not realized was not her main email account so while on the one hand, I had access to all our shared writing (and a few stray emails from other people she'd bounced ideas off of)... it meant that I no longer had any way of contacting her because that email was how I contacted her.

But she wanted me to have control of our shared fics and while she requested I leave her fics alone beyond fixing any stray spelling errors... she also basically gave me cart blanche to take them down or move them should FFnet become inhospitable in the way we had seen other fanfic havens become.

Honestly, I got really lucky that she chose to do this. I'm really not sure how much was her looking ahead and how much was her just wanting to be done with fanfic writing. I'm just glad she did it.

But obviously with FFnet steadily declining and having decided to finally move all my old fics to Ao3/SquidgeWorld... that left me with the question of what to do with her account. I wanted to move over my fics that I either co-wrote with her or contributed to her collection fics, but I didn't want to leave her fics behind or lose that co-author credit for her.

I think I'd hoped at some point she'd reappear but... *shrug* she hasn't. Adding her works to my Ao3 account under a pseud didn't feel right since, ya know, she's not me and her works that I didn't cowrite aren't mine. So I've spun up an account to move her stuff to and moved almost all her solo written fics there already.

It's been bittersweet going through all her old fics because it brings back half-forgotten memories of messaging on gmail and remembering which of these fics I did spelling/grammar edits for her on and going back and forth on shared gdocs over the plot for our FF8 fic and the fun we had trying to put Nathan Stark back into Eureka after he was killed off. But it also brings back how sad I felt when our friendship ended - it felt very abrupt to me but in hindsight there was a lot going on for her that she just wasn't sharing with me. Which was fair, we never met in the real world or knew each others real names. I hope she's okay and happy. And i do wonder sometimes if she ever returned to writing fanfic under a different name. If she has, she hasn't reached out to me about it.

Overall I'm glad I can preserve her fics and the reminder they are of a friendship that was, at the time, very important to me. But it was definitely something I had to think long and hard about how to handle.

A joongdok au where the hounds kill yjh and he regresses again. Except this time kdj is right there, yjh refuses to let him go and acts like an aggressive mother hen.

Everyone assumes joongdok are exes when yjh very emotionally accuses kdj of leaving him, jumping on the train and disappearing without a trace. Meanwhile, kdj is having an internal meltdown because he apparently somehow seduced the protagonist in the previous regression, what the fuck?

ysa: Wait, so when you said you have plans at seven and left work early...

kdj: Well, yeah. I was secretly meeting him (in a sense that kdj was reading a book about yjh).

ysa: Oh. That makes sense. Can't blame you.

yjh staring cheong inho right in the eyes and saying, dead serious: If something happens to this idiot while I'm away, I'll kill everyone in this station and then myself.

ysa: I can see why Dokja-ssi broke up with this guy. He's... intense (read: a walking talking red flag).

kdj actually kisses yjh for the first time when yjh finds him after the broken throne and helps him deal with the former bullies. Because it was something straight out of teenage!kdj's daydreams.

After joongdok meet kdj's mom and face her disapproval, legend spreads that joongdok broke up in the past because of lsk being homophobic. lsk is not amused. Uriel personally contacts lsk to tell her that god is not against lgbtq, actually.

Re: the plot. Secretive Plotter isn't there because he's already found his happy ending and is now chilling in another worldline, raising his adoptive kids. The Plotter's absense is compensated by yjh giving kdj spoilers about the turn of events in the past regressions.

When the Disaster of Floods!sys asks yjh about the regression number, yjh honestly says "1866". Cue kdj freaking out. sys immediately feels kinship with kdj because she too is freaking out.

yjh casually reveals the truth about hsy being tls123. hsy is indignant because she can write better than that, damn it, don't insult her writing skills!

I'm not sure if this is canon or fanon, but we all agree that Kyoutani loves dogs. And since he's a bit more rebellious, we all think he's got a pit bull at home or a sheepdog. But his first dog after high school is neither of those things. He volunteers at a shelter and there's this ugly one-eyed Pekinese who barks way too much. Her name's Lala and she's unadoptable, hates men and women even more. But she loves Kyoutani. And while he really really wanted to adopt a Pitbull, he cannot let Lala down. So if you see him walking that little ankle-biter in the park, better hope Lala likes you.

2. Kyoutani

Kyoutani is wholly uninterested in dating. He has no time for it and he doesn't understand it either. The cute girls are scared of his looks and the ones that aren't scared of him turn away the moment he reveals that he's a volleyball player. But while he's sworn off dating, he hasn't sworn off girls. Or helping them, for that matter. So when he notices you, trying to get out of an uncomfortable situation at the train station, he's quick to help. And when you don't flinch away at his sight, he offers to walk you home. Who knows... maybe you could be the one who breaks his streak of bad luck?

Aone

You are trying very hard to find any common ground on this blind date. Aone's good-looking, tall and polite, but how long can he keep up this act of not speaking to you? Is he even interested?

By the end of your date, you're wholly convinced that there will not be a second one. That is until you step out of the Diner and a guy your age, brown hair dripping from the rain, grabs your Date's arm. "Aone?! Wow, long time no see! Is this your girlfriend?" And maybe you're giving him too much credit, but the violent blush on Aone's cheeks and the way he stumbles with his words make him look endearing rather than disinterested. Maybe you could do a second date after all...

2. Aone

I am fully convinced that Aone is Natsu Hinata's biggest fanboy. Like, he's on every game he can possibly attend, showing off as a stand-in for her big brother and his friend, Shouyou. There's a comfortable bond between these two, no words needed. Which is why, when Natsu drags one of her teammates over, Aone knows immediately what this is about. She's trying to set him up... with you.

so i've been thinking about long-term bucktommy stuff, and, im ride or die for this ship rn, i'm on this boat until it sinks. but i've been brainstorming about ways in which this series actually ends, more specifically how bucktommy ends.

i genuinely would be so down for them to be the endgame ship, even if it means we don't get to see Buck going on one-off dates with guys the same way he does with women (which i've kinda been plotbunnying abt in my head). but there's just no way to tell this far in advance, esp when we don't have the end of the show end in sight. so it's all just theories and speculation at this point.

but, i was wondering, yknow, if they do end with Buddie or even with Buck with someone else (or maybe he ends the show single! who knows!) I was thinking about ways which in which Tommy and Buck's relationship ends.

and i think the clearest answer is this: Tommy doesn't want kids.

we've know literally since the pilot that Buck has a soft spot for kids. for kids on calls, for his best friend's kid, hell, he's a donor dad. this has never been up for discussion and i think a lot of the fandom is in agreement that Buck should be a proper dad before the show ends. whatever that looks like, if it's just a step-up (pun intended) in co-parenting Chris or he has his own kid, via adoption or with a girl. anyway you look at it, by the end of the show, someone will need to have called Buck "dad". with how much they've built him up as loving kids, i'd be pretty upset if the show ends without that.

so, i'm wondering, like, if the plan isn't to have bucktommy endgame (again it's too soon to call one way or another, so this is just all hypothetical) then i think the clearest way to end their relationship as a late-series event would be that: Buck wants kids. Tommy doesn't.

it would definitely be a sucker punch, but i also think it would be interesting to explore how Buck handles this situation, where the relationship doesn't end because either person wants it too (Ali) or because his partners prioritized other things over Buck's feelings (Abby and Taylor) but because their outlook on life is simply different. it's a juxtaposition to all of his other relationships, and it would be an incredibly mature storyline to follow as Buck grapples with wanting to be with Tommy but knowing in his heart he couldn't live his life like that. it'd take a crazy amount of maturity on his end to go through this in a healthy manner, but i think a late-series Buck is developed enough to do that.

so, as much as it'd be heart-wrenching, if they don't go the bucktommy endgame for this show, this is a way in which i envision them ending their relationship. and don't get me wrong, i love the fics with Tommy being adorable with Jee or an OC adopted kid he has with Buck, and just overall loving kids as much as Buck, but we just don't know enough about his character yet to know properly if that is what his attitude is.

Ask Bunny AU is just Jaune collecting siblings like Pokémon, gotta adopt them all! I will say I am concerned for when Penny arrives, since that seems like the most likely time for a breakdown/panic attack. My baby boy has PTSD like you would not believe! Thankfully with his squad of siblings at the ready, hopefully he’ll be okay. Also something I don’t see addressed in this AU a whole lot is Jaunes over protective nature. We saw how he did with the paper pleasers and I worry that something similar may occur with his friends and teammates, especially for Penny. Comedically it would be hilarious to have Jaune posted up as Pennys body guard and Penny loving how much time her new friend is spending with her since she doesn’t really understand social boundary’s quite yet. From everyone else’s point of view Jaune is becoming very stalkery and obsessive even, which will definitely need to be addressed.

🔵Jack gets dizzy every now and then but he thinks it just the weather or whatever other normal reason. 🟢Hiccup proposes to Jack, they told his parents then Gobber and Aster who proceeded to argue about who gets to walk Jack down the aisle on the wedding day, during which Jack suddenly fainted. 🔵They take Jack to Jamie's adopted mother, who's the village's second best healer. They would go to the first, except he's the one who's the patient. But she couldn't figure out what was wrong with Jack since physically, Jack's vitals seemed strong. 🟢Kozmotis reveals that it's a rare sickness for mages. They rely on mana to create magic, and a maga can produce their own mana. However, if a mage is unable to produce enough mana their magical aura consume their life force. 🔵Jack showed great talent in magic. Part of the reason why he's a good healer, since he uses his magic for that too. Because of the power Jack needs for the magical talent, a lot of mana is needed to compensate it. 🟢Kozmotis says that he has the map to the only cure but even if you get to the coordinates, it seemed like no island is there. 🔵Jack insists they try. Hiccup agrees. 🟢Hiccup doesn't want Jack to come, and Jack fights him on that. 🔵Later, Jack sneaks into the ship used for the voyage. 🟢The cure is Luna, a Light Fury. Instead of fire, she breathes ice. She also produces her own mana energy, and she can share it to any mage. 🔵Crescentia is the Hidden Island that can only be seen during the full moon, and only if there is a Mageborn coming from the outside in search of it. It's coordinates constantly changes, and it's only when a Mageborn uses their magic with the help of a dragon's homing instincts that the island appears.  🟢Nightlight is Jack's brother. 🔵Anastasia is Nightlight's fiancée. 🟢Nightlight is the leader of the mageborns living in the Hidden Island. 🔵Luna is the Guardian protecting the island. It was about to attack them, but when she senses Jack she stopped the preemptive strike and instead kidnaps him and takes him to Nightlight. 🟢Hiccup, of course, is worried sick. Also, enternally exasperated that his fiancé is once again kidnapped. 🔵When Luna brings Jack to his brother, they were making plans for Nightlight's wedding with Anastasia. This made Jack recall a bed time story Aster used to tell him when he was younger about long lost princes. 🟢The Raiders is led by Rasputin, a dark mageborn specializing in Necromancy, summoning the spirit of discord; Eris, with the ill-intent to wipe out all of Jack's people and summon them back from the dead to become his undead army. 🔵Rasputin is Pitch's father. 🟢Tzekal-Kan is a discontent mageborn unsatisfied with being a commoner under Nightlight's rule. He finds Rasputin and betrays the location of where his people are settled. 🔵North, Thiana, and Sanderson are the special warrior units of Nightlight. 🟢When Hiccup and the others find the secret settlement, they encounter the guardian warriors. Before they could engage in combat, Nightlight arrives with Jack and explained the situation to them. 🔵The Maiden warrior festival celebrates the coming of age of young adults. 🟢Nightlight asks Jack to dance there with Hiccup because he missed the opportunity to see his brother come of age but he would very much want to get that chance now. 🔵Before this, Jack helped two year old Jim walk to his mother. 🟢A parent is supposed to be escorting the maiden to the chosen male partner for the dance, so that's what Nightlight does for Jack. 🔵Nightlight also ends Aster and Gobber's continuous feud on who gets to walk Jack down the aisle, since now it was Nightlight's honor. 🟢Roland flirts up a storm with Jack every chance he gets. 🔵Hiccup is so done with it. Jack thought it was amusing at first, but after the twentieth, it started getting annoying. Nightlight continues to find it amusing.

Dialgoues:

Valka, hugging Jack and Hiccup: Congratulations, we're so happy for you two! Stoick: So, when's the wedding? Hiccup: We actually still need to talk about the details for the wedding. Stoick: That's fine then. When are you adopting? Jack: Hiccup: Hiccup: Uh, like I said. We still need... To plan the details for... The wedding first. Stoick: Hurry along then, I'm not getting any younger. You can be married by tomorrow morning and then the day after, looking into adoption... Hiccup: Dad!

Aster: I’M WALKING JACK DOWN THE AISLE! Gobber: Ohhh no… ME! Aster: Are ya off your wits?! He’s my charge! Gobber: He’s my charge too! Aster: I raised him as a baby! Gobber: I raised both of them over the forge! Aster: HOW THE BLOODY HELL DOES THAT TRUMP BABY RAISING?! Gobber: You abandoned him in Berk! Aster: I GAVE HIM A STABLE HOME AT BERK! Constant sea voyage is not good for a child who suffered a trauma from drowning! Plus, it got them to meet so in a way, I got them together! Gobber: Hiccup cured him outta that! If anything, ya were negligent in helping him through that!

Hiccup: 😐 Jack: 😑

Aster: I knew his parents before they passed AND I’m his bloody godfather! Gobber: I taught him everything he knows while ya were absent AND because o’ me, he and Hiccup spent all that time together. I’m their fairy godmother! Aster: You are the ugliest fairy godmother!

Jack: Jack: I think I preferred it when they fought over whose inheritor I was going to be… Hiccup: They sound like a married couple… A divorced married couple. Jack: Maybe we should call the wedding off and elope… Hiccup: I don’t know who would kill me for that; dad or mom.

Dimitri, three years old: But I wanna come too! Astrid: I know you do, but you have to stay here. Dimitri: How come? You said I'm a warrior just like you! Astrid: Yes you are, honey. But this adventure has an age requirement. Jamie: We'll be back before you know it, son. Hiccup: Yeah, and since I'm going with them, and my dad's old, be sure to help him run the island while looking after your grandparents, okay? Dimitri: I can be in charge of the island?! Hiccup, chuckling: Is there any another braver warrior up for the task? Dimitri: Yay! *he hugs his parents* Mama, papa, I'll be the best chief! Jamie: I'm sure you will.

[The ships started to set sail...]

Astrid, chuckling: You know Stoick's going to be pissed when he finds out you called him old. Hiccup, sighing: I'm counting on Dimitri never mentioning that and forgetting it after one nap, actually.

Hiccup: HOW THE HELL DID YOU GET PASS ASTRID?! Astrid: Excuse me, no one gets passed me. I let him come on board. Hiccup: ASTRID! Astrid: It's his life, Hiccup. If he wants to come, let him. Hiccup: going against a chief orders... This should be treason. Jamie, shrugging: Think of it this way, if Jack is close to dying and we only have seconds to get the cure to him, he's right there. Jack: Thanks for making that morbid point.... Hiccup: Seriously Jack! What's with you and stowing away into ships secretly when you're not supposed to? Jack: Uh, I'm thinking that there's something in that ship that's worth protecting to risk it? Jamie and Fishlegs: Aww... Hiccup: No, not 'aww'! It's not a romantic gesture! Astrid, snorting: It kinda is with a line like that.

Hiccup: you should've stayed back at home. Jack: Then I don't see a problem, I'm home whenever I'm with you, Hic. Hiccup: This is serious Jack! Jack: And you think I'm not? I'm not letting you go on this journey without me. It's always been us against everything, Hiccup. Where you go, I go too. Hiccup: I can't lose you, not again... Jack: You're not, and I'm not losing you either. Hiccup: If something goes wrong... Jack: Hey c'mon. We're Hiccup and Jack; anything that goes wrong we make it right at the end.

Jack: Seriously, what's the worst that could happen? Snotlout: Ugh, fucking perfect. Ruffnut: Now that you said that, it's gotta happen now. Tuffnut: Seriously, that's just asking for it.

[A piercing cry is heard before it suddenly got very cold and started snowing, picking up quickly until it's a small-scale blizzard...]

Snotlout: Huh, so Jack's sorta a prince then... Guess my comments when we were kids weren't too off the mark. Snotlout: And this is kinda making him... More attractive than I originally thought. Hiccup: Odin's breath, Lout... That's my fiancé you're ogling! Snotlout: Not too late to change that. Jack: But impossible to, so don't hold your breath, Jorgenson. Astrid: Actually, let him. [After returning home to Berk after the events of the island...]

Stoick: Hey boys, welcome back! Stoick, jokingly: So, is Jack pregnant yet? Hiccup, chuckling nervously: Uh, funny you say that. *Steps aside and reveals Jack carrying one year old Jim.* Stoick: Stoick: Wait, seriously? The island got Jack pregnant? Jack: Uh, that would be a no. Hiccup: But circumstamces.... Complicated... Long story short, well, the baby's attached to Jack now and his parents are gone, so... Stoick, moving to carry Jim and called out: VAL! WE HAVE A GRANDCHILD! Jack: Hiccup: Jack: Told you he'd take it well.

I suggest that the following find themselves in a group situation where they have to work together and probably help Alina et al, and Found Family Occurs:-

- Endeavour Morse: Heartrender in the Second Army, impeded due to his dislike of violence, frustratingly intelligent, does not enjoy any of this hierarchy nonsense. Develops enormous and unhelpful crushes on each of Alina Starkov, General Kirigan, Nina Zenik, etc.. Possibly has a one-night stand with Jesper or Zoya. Then gets together with your usual Morse pairing of choice. ;-) (I’d probably go for Max here but YMMV.)

- Fred Thursday: First Army Sergeant who has somehow managed to hide the fact that he’s an Inferni in order to stay right where he is and look after his soldiers and his family. Very very good at his job; very very passionately loyal to his loved ones. Not the biggest fan of authority. Immediately effectively adopts Morse in the usual way.

- Win Thursday: back home and missing her family horribly, extremely ready to join up with a group that includes them.

- Joan Thursday: First Army Private, but also secretly Grisha like her father (a Tailor, mostly self-taught but he did his best to help).

- Sam Thursday: First Army Private (Tracker), very invested in keeping his father and sister’s secret. May be friends with Mal.

- Reginald Bright: Durast (mostly a trainer these days) in the Second Army. Becoming more compassionate and less loyal to Kirigan as each week passes.

- Max DeBryn: Healer in the Second Army, hates it.

- Jim Strange: member of the Little Palace guard; unusually good at managing divided loyalties.

- Peter Jakes: started out as a Squaller refugee in Ketterdam as a child, has Been Through It and has also sometimes worked with the Crows; has somehow ended up as part of the Little Palace Guard in Ravka (also concealing his powers still, naturally) despite this.

- Monica Hicks: Healer in the Second Army.

- George Fancy: trainee Tidemaker in the Second Army.

- Shirley Trewlove: trainee Alkemi in the Second Army.

- Dorothea Frazil: travelling writer (and spy), probably originally from somewhere in Kerch; extremely decent but good luck working out what her angle is.

- Ronnie Box: rather dodgy former member of the Little Palace guard based in Os Kervo, has crossed the Fold a surprising number of times.

Obviously I’m not expecting all fellow fans of both shows to agree with me on frankly any of this let alone all of it, but I offer it as a possible starting point for other people’s differing headcanons as well as because I’m pleased with my own and want to share it. :D

I have no current plans to write any fics based on this (my WIP and plotbunny piles are too big frankly) but my goodness I’d love to read some, especially by fellow fans of Endeavour who love *all* the main characters dammit, and especially especially by fellow adorers of Thursday, Morse, and Max. :D

It's been a few days, but if you were still interested in that ask meme....

M: Got any premises on the back burner that you’d care to share?

Hooooo, okay, so, I have a LOT of fanfic that I'm theoretically working on/daydreaming about that doesn't get shared, but, uh, lets see what's not too horrifying to share...

I spent a couple of weeks a few months ago binge-watching Criminal Minds, and got infected by a plotbunny of Dean Winchester/Aaron Hotchner(/Haley Brooks) as a sort of... fix it crossover where, because they're both protagonists from rather different genres, their different approach manages to fix things in the other 'verse.

As in, Dean kills Foyet in proper I'm-fresh-out-of-hell-and-you-did-WHAT-to-my-boyfriend?! style. With added bonus 'you think you're good with a knife? Boy, have I got some things to show you. Say hello to Alastair for me when you get down there'.

And Hotch (and the team) profile the fucking devil so well they manage to talk him down from trying to wipe out humanity. (He goes off to fuck up heaven instead.)

I've gotten bits and pieces of, well, backstory written up, plus some 'Dean meets the BAU' and 'Hotch meets hunters' scenes that I love, but I've gotten stuck on something really stupid and just haven't managed to get my brain to move past it, so I haven't actually written the parts I started writing the story for yet ^^" (this happens to me a lot).

What else?

I have been working, on and off, on a Critical Role Time Travel AU that's actually kind of a spin-off of my very first Critical Role fic which is 'Molly lives rent-free in Caleb's head for the entire rest of the campaign' because as I was watching it I was constantly thinking 'but how would Molly react to this?!' so I wrote it (some of it).

And then I thought 'okay, but what if, okay, I know time-travel is supposed to be semi-impossible, but what if it is technically POSSIBLE, it's just that going backwards through time essentially destroys the soul/spirit/whatever, EXCEPT, of course, that when Caleb does it, he has a BONUS SOUL coming along for the ride, and it's basically enough for Molly to get through more or less intact?'

And then the Moonweaver is like 'fuck, you are my Most Troublesome Worshipper, what am I going to do with you?' and Molly is, you know, themself, so the Moonweaver, also being a goddess of lovers trysts, nudges things until Lucien ends up with twin baby brothers (Molly and Kingsley are both Aspects of the same being, and thus inextricably linked, so bits and pieces of Kingsley got dragged along for the ride, only not enough for him to have more than Weird Instincts) and a bonus Moonweaver Cleric mum.

Was this an excuse to write canon!verse Tealeaf triplets? Yes. Yes it was.

Did it turn into a Ridiculous Epic Saga of the Tea Leaves (Molly, Kingsley, Caduceus, Keg, and Ophelia Mardun) treking across all of Wildmount trying to save people from the future and stumbling into messes along the way? Yes. Yes it did.

Did I actually manage to write any of the actual story? No. I wrote backstory instead, and ended up mostly writing about the adventures of two separate Parent Squads that are probably... 40-60% OCs? doing a tiny little Molly's bidding. It very much became a And You Get A Parent And You Get A Parent And You Get Three Parents story.

I have Such Plans for this AU (including, importantly, a Shadowidomauk endgame), but, alas, actually writing it is proving... difficult.

One more for luck?

Hmm... I have Ideas for a Peaky Blinders AU based on my Little Sallyanne fic? It's not very well fleshed out yet, but it definitely results in Sally murdering the shit out of her brother's terrible wife, adopting her nibling, and going on to severely fuck up nazis when WWII rolls around.

This one is Percolating, and I'm really not sure what I want to do with it, exactly. Just general Vibes of Tommy being the feral gremlin mentor to my beloved feral gremlin child. (Also, Sally getting semi-adopted by Alfie Solomons, maybe, because here's this child going around claiming to be Jewish when she's not, and Alfie's like 'no, either you fucking Stop That, or you commit to the fucking bit' and Sally's like '-starry eyes- Okay Dad'. I would have to do a lot of research to do this justice because I'm aware that I don't know enough to know how to write this properly ^^" Basically, I just want everyone adopting her like a starving feral cat who will absolutely bite the hand that feeds her)

Technically, I think you can say that things like Never Simple, Not All Who Wander, and the various other unfinished things on my writing blog are all on a backburner right now? As well as the next instalments in my Somewhere Just Beyond My Reach and Gramarye and Trapped In The Amber series also count. I am Thinking About Them a lot, but there's either not enough for me to get my teeth stuck into, or my teeth are stuck and I can't chew on them properly =P
