Other Misc. Rambling Thoughts on the topic:

It's neat to read the written descriptions that people are mentioning in the tags, since it's almost like I can see or conceptualize the idea as well, but it's just.. I'm not SEEING it.

Like for example: I can imagine a vase, it's a muted mint green and slightly translucent, elaborate golden birds sprawled down the side in streaks of thin rough watery paint, the base material shimmers gently in the light, there's a small chip where it's cracked on the handle, etc, etc. .. But as I'm thinking about this I see literally nothing.

It seems like perhaps some people can visualize an object first, and THEN describe what they see. But I sort of work backwards. I am building the object in my mind, I can never see it, but it's a collection of concepts. Rather than visualizing all details as a whole at once, I am adding each detail one by one, building onto the IDEA of the thing.

The vase doesn't have a crack on the handle because I just automatically visualized a vase with a crack. It was more that I cognitively understand the concept of a vase, what they tend to be made out of, how they tend to look and feel, the properties they have. So based purely on that knowledge, I can imagine "a chip is something that a vase could have, it would look this way and behave this way" - more like... I'm constructing a bullet point Fact List about the object rather than seeing it.

So if you tell me to imagine an object, I can, in a way, imagine that object in great detail, but it's just.. I'm not SEEING those details, more just knowing it's qualities in a purely conceptual way. Sometimes in the tags when people are like "yeah I can see the skin of the apple, texture, little dots on the surface" it's like… I can imagine that too, I can know it's there, but just with no visual attached.

I guess rather than SEEING something and going ''ah. I know what this looks like because I have seen it''. I more just skip that visual step entirely and go ''I know what this looks like, I just randomly have a list of information about the concept in my mind.'' etc. Maybe similar to how sometimes in dreams, even though a house may look completely different and be in an entirely fake 'dreamlike' environment, you just somehow KNOW intuitively that it's meant to be your childhood home or something. Even when it looks nothing like it in reality. There's a built-in base knowledge of the properties or information of some things within a dreaming mind, etc.

This also makes me wonder about like.. how storytelling and myth is so important to cultures all across time. Or how this could tie also into concepts of religion.. etc. etc. If so many people really can kind of conjure these vivid images in their mind, then maybe that's part of why certain things are so meaningful to them? Like a "religious experience" being something you can actually really SEE/feel/lingering with you in your head, rather than just abstract words on a page, detached purely theoretical ideas, etc... hmmm

Plus also just for average emotional stuff too, even outside of broader cultural conceptual attachments..

Like, I don't think there's a direct 1 to 1 link (obviously not all people with mental illnesses that significantly reduce their emotional or expressive capacity also MUST have aphantasia or vice versa), but it's interesting as someone who DOES also have a much more lessened emotional range/pretty flat affect/etc. etc. to think like.. Maybe I WOULD be more emotional, in a way, if I could have these vivid experiences..?

Perhaps memories would hold deeper significance if they could really stay with me vividly. Or storytelling would evoke more of a deep emotional reaction to me if I could really picture and feel the things that are going on. If things were more TANGIBLE in my brain, rather than always merely conceptual highly abstracted ideas.

Kind of like, it's probably easier to get over the death of a pet or something, if after not seeing them for an hour you already don't remember what they looked like (beyond just a vague fact list of traits), and you have no vivid memories or mental reminders of them (beyond just factual information stores). COGNTIVIELY you can appreciate the idea of their absence, of course, you still miss them, but there's just no remaining visceral sensory ties. A very "out of sight, out of mind" sort of thing in terms of attachments, memories, emotions, etc. Maybe certain things are easier to "get over", when you're not having constant mental sensory reminders that occasionally rekindle your feelings about the event or etc.??

(like for example, maybe someone could remain angry about an argument longer if they could vividly replay it in their head over and over again. VS just like.. 'Yes I can factually recall the fact I had an argument, and I do have knowledge stored about what precisely was said, but any sort of sensory data such as sights/smells/feelings, etc. from the actual moment of the event are long gone and can never be conjured again in my mind." etc.)

Which again, I think lessened emotional permanence and image permanence in the mind are NOT inherently linked, can all be caused by different things for different people. And, since I can't visualize anything in my head, maybe I'm misunderstanding how it happens and the effect it may have on stuff like remembering things you miss or replaying arguments, etc. etc. But it's still a little interesting to think about, if they could influence each other to some degree.... :0c --

Lastly, It's also weird because I'm actually pretty good at estimating distance and spaces? I can quickly assemble furniture without an instruction manual, pretty easily have a concept of how much space a chair may take up in a room, how two mechanical parts might fit together - BUT, I am literally not actually visualizing anything. I cannot see 3D objects in my mind at ALL. It's like.. just based on the pure List Of Facts About Things Which I Have Observed.. I can intuitively go "oh this works like this/this is this size" just because.. I know it's that size. I don't have to see anything to know..?

But then on the other hand, I'm terrible at directions without a map (I guess because a 3d outdoor environment has WAY more complexity than like.. "Will this square fit into another square?"etc. lol ).

BUT, I also draw/sculpt/etc. entirely without references, and seem to do mostly okay at that..? Like.. I can't even remember the last time I actually used a reference or looked at anything whilst drawing. It's all muscle memory, and me just adjusting as I go until something "looks right" on paper, I never have a set image in my head (or external reference) before hand.. Hrmm....

AND.. I used to say that I had a photographic memory when I was younger, which I know NOW is not true (I always thought it was just an expression, not that people could literally see things in a photographic way). But what I was describing is, I do often associate information with imagery, just... without imagery....

Like "Oh, I know that I took my medicine earlier today because I have a distinct memory, a snapshot of a moment in time, of me rattling the pill bottle in my hands as I looked up at a stop sign while in the back seat of a car". When I say this, I can't ACTUALLY see/feel/hear a pill bottle, or vividly picture a stop sign, but it's more just a factual recall, of. Even though I don't see these things, I know they happened, the information of them happening (me hearing a sound and also looking at a stop sign at the same time) has been stored in my brain as a memory, a collection of linked facts. --

As for other senses, I cannot taste or feel anything in my head AT ALL.. wild that some people mention that. I mean, again, I can have a purely factual recall as if reading a textbook, knowing the information of 'X item typically has X texture, therefore I can imagine what it may be like to feel it' or 'X usually has this taste' etc. - but I can never actually experience those senses in any capacity in my mind alone. I would say audio is my strongest mental sense (maybe a 2.5 or 3 (if it were translated onto the above scale where 1 is most vivid and 5 is nothing)), then visual (4.5 at most, usually 5), and then taste and smell and such are just complete 5, absolutely nothing, I didn't even know people could experience taste or feeling just in their mind alone.. lol...

Hey besties, as you have likely noticed-—I haven't really been active. Truth be told, I had a pretty bad depressive low followed by some really bad burn out that left me unable to do anything more than a few scattered short things here and there and even those took a lot of like energy to push myself to do. I've been in a very frustrated and restless place with my blog in the aftermath of this.

My drafts are stressing me out. Knowing that I owe shit and can't remember with who or where we were in the thread is stressing me out and kind of hindering any attempts at coming back and trying to be active again. Coupled with the typical Tumblr RPC thing of more or less having to rebuild your blog engagement from the ground up again after taking more than a few days off is very energy-consuming.

With that being said, I want to come back and be active and consistent again. I refuse to give up on this hobby and I love my little bastard man still. However, I think I'm going to have to make some significant changes going forward to make that happen.

DRAFTS.

Unless we have a multi-note and plotted thread going, assume they have been dropped. It's just too much to try and track everything down and remember where I was going with a lighter thread months ago or whatever when I was replying to it initially. It's making me freeze up and so nothing is getting done. Following this post, I'm going to be working on fully culling my drafts and likes of any threads I owe.

ASK MEMES.

I am going to be leaning on these heavily. Not much is changing here as this is my usual. I just will likely not be posting any more starter calls or attempting plotting calls or liking them. I'm going to be 99.9% ask meme interaction orientated. Any plotted or long form shit is going to be naturally pursued when I'm interested or have ideas instead of trying to force myself for the sake of it or because I feel expected to as I have in the past.

NEW THREADS.

Here is where I'm going to lose some of you. I'm going to be a burst RPer more than I have been in the past. That means I am going to be relying on shorter note interactions that may get dropped pretty quickly. I'm going to rely on no pressure threads that we can just mention and build off of in new interactions. A quick but gradual development through shorter lifespan threads, if you will. Sort of like climbing a lot of stairs to a certain point of development instead of trying to climb one giant mountain of a single heavy plotted thread at a time.

Does this mean I'm not going to do ANY plotted point A to point B threads? Nah. I'm just going to be very, very selective with them and I'm going to need both of us to be at the same level of passion, ig. Plotted shit and long term shit takes A LOT for me to keep going and so I need both of us to be 100% interested in the story and each other's characters, etc. I think, at this time, I only have 2-3 of those threads/storylines active.

NEW FOLLOWERS, NEW INTERACTIONS.

I'm not going to close myself off completely to following new people or taking on new followers...but I am done more or less screaming at walls or low key begging people to stop being anxious or intimidated and interact with me. I'm mega anxious myself but I do the bare minimum of being the first to send a meme, to like interaction calls, etc. If I am doing this and being the one to make the first step and I still don't receive any sort of energy returned...I'm dipping. I don't have the time or patience anymore to play chicken with people or to coax them into threading with me and I've caused myself plenty of issues in the past by trying to stick it out in the hopes things change.

IN SUMMARY

I know this portrays me as that dreaded flake RPer who starts shit and never finishes anything. I am hoping dearly that building off these unfinished threads will compensate for that lack of long form threading. I am aware this is going to not track with some of you as it's not an RPing format that is compatible with everyone and I accept that and I totally get it if some of you stop reaching out or unfollow or whatever. However, I'm going to be doing what I need to do in order to actually BE here. I'd rather be a tad bit of a flake but still get something done and enjoy this hobby somewhat instead of just sitting here frozen and getting nothing done because I don't want to be seen as a flake or dissuade people from interacting with me further.

Thea Sisters Book Reviews: Part 5

Contains Mystery on the Orient Express, Dancing Shadows, and Legend of the Fire Flower

Mystery on the Orient Express:

9/10, I daresay this is one of the best books in the series! The girls get all dressed up and they get on the Orient Express to go see the Veil of Light, an ancient, valuable wedding gown on display. It’s being kept on the train for safekeeping. But, someone’s trying to steal it. And it’s one of the other guests on the train. The girls investigate who it could possibly be in a who-dunnit type plot. There’s one guest in particular that confuses them, Dimitri, one of the guests’ butlers. Colette accidentally burns his hand, but then several times, that burn appears and disappears. It turns out, Dimitri is the Cat Burglar trying to steal the Veil of Light. And the biggest twist of all? He isn’t alone. He has a twin brother.

The best part of the book is probably the who-dunnit aspect of it, the unsureness, the fact checking, all of the other suspicious things going on, not to mention the guests not exactly doing the greatest job at not being suspects. And the mystery all connects in the end, all the little details we were confused by come together in a satisfying conclusion. Also, this is very minor, but the outfits were on POINT in this book. This book really leans hard in the mystery aspect of this series, however, it also has some great action. Like Nicky and Pam climbing on top of the train. It really embraces the higher stakes of this book. Dimitri and his brother Leon were also a refreshing change from the usual low-level flunkies and kinda dumb villains in the rest of the series, they are intelligent professionals and they pose an actual threat to the Thea Sisters’ goal.

In conclusion, this is another must read! Especially if you like a good mystery and smart villains.

Dancing Shadows:

8/10, I am totally biased, but this was genuinely a very enjoyable experience. The book begins with the girls in Professor Ratyshnikov’s dance class, and after the bell rings, they’re called to her office. One of her colleagues needs their help finding out who is trying to rig an international ballet competition. The girls jet over there, and they meet Madame Rattlova’s (Ratyshnikov’s colleague) students, two cousins named Pyotr and Vasily, as well as Carlotta, a self taught, very talented ballerina. They meet Carlotta after defending her from a few of the dancers from an organization called Mice for Dance. Surprise surprise, the guy who’s going all Karen on them is French. Gaspard Roditeur, doesn’t that name just sound pretentious? Anyways, when they meet the judges, they start sussing out who might be the ones behind the rigging. A sequence of scheming, playing Among Us irl, and sabotage later, they find out the French judge (go figure), the American judge, and the Russian judge are the ones behind it, and are working for Mice for Dance, who are basically a bunch of cheaters. They get outed, and the competition is canceled, but Carlotta and the girls still get to show off their dance skills.

The best part of this book has got to be the characters. The side characters, the antagonist, the villains, all bangers. Carlotta has a good storyline, Pyotr and Vasily are entertaining in them both vying for Violet’s attention (to no avail), Gaspard is the kind of antagonist that you love to hate, and the villains are actively creating a threat and getting in the girls’ way. It's not as high stakes as the other books, but it doesn’t need to be. Even with the lower stakes, it’s full of action, intrigue, and character moments.

I absolutely recommend this book. But then again, it was my first Thea Sisters book from the main series, so… I’m probably biased.

Legend of the Fire Flowers:

1/10, Vanilla’s in it. Just kidding, I give this book a 7/10. Not my favorite book, but it’s pretty damn good! The girls and, like I said in the intro, Vanilla and her “Ruby Crew”, all go to Hawaii for a hula dancing competition. They stay at a hotel, which also happens to be where the event is hosted. However, something’s not quite right… The Thea Sisters hear an elder raving about how the village is in danger. The man is quickly detained and taken away by two suspicious cops… The girls do a little digging with the help of Ekana, the grandson of the old man, and co-owner of the hotel, and they find out that the volcano nearby is going to erupt! But it was covered up by the other owner, Sammy Sharkfur, for profit, even if it means killing people.

One huge praise I have for this book is that the stakes are higher than any other book in the series, and it treats it as such, surrounding it with equally as high-stakes obstacles. It really makes the book and its conflict feel important, interesting, and action packed. I also love the addition of Vanilla, which proves my theory that maybe using characters from Mouseford ISN’T A BAD IDEA, INSTEAD OF JUST MAKING NEW, MORE FORGETTABLE ONES. The villain was also phenomenal. He wasn’t deep or sympathetic, and that’s perfect. He was literally willing to kill the entire population just for some cash, and that makes for a very intimidating, very memorable villain. And he knew exactly what he was doing, he planned every step (except when shit hit the fan lol). I also like the inclusion of bits of Hawaiian culture, and the cute outfits. (Not the Ruby Crew’s though, their dresses were absolute ASS)

Yes, absolutely read this book! Especially if Vanilla is one of your favorite characters, or if you love an actual threat in these books.

Do you have a personal ranking of Carmilla adaptions? Was the opera any good?

Also do you find it charming or annoying when vampires who Aren't Carmilla At All are named Carmilla the way there are Draculas who Aren't Dracula At All?

I haven't seen that many, I'm afraid! I really need to get on that. Currently- and perhaps surprisingly -the Carmilla webseries is top of the list. Sure, it's not a faithful adaptation (or an adaptation at all, really), but it's definitely gay, there are definitely vampires, it inspired me to Fandom Activities as much as the original book did, and the ending and characterization don't make me want to scream. The bar is very very low at the moment.

The most faithful adaptation I've seen, unfortunately, is Hammer's "The V*mpire L*vers." I HATE this movie with a burning passion. Laura is a total nitwit (named Emma, for some reason, while Bertha Rhinefeldt is now "Laura?") as opposed to her High Int. Low Wis. book counterpart, she has a male love interest (?!), and the lead actresses' costumes are hot 1970s garbage. At one point Carmilla claims you have to go 100% commando under fashionable Regency-era gowns, and I almost threw my laptop the first time I watched that scene. But it does hew fairly closely to the plot of the novel, so I'll give it that.

It also gave rise to some great inside jokes with my friends, including "Karl, the only boyfriend in Styria!" and "in early 19th-century Austria, carpet munches YOU!"

As for vampires being called Carmilla who aren't, it only bothers me if they're straight. Because with Dracula, they usually leave his orientation alone- or, depending on your interpretive thoughts on the novel, lean more heavily on his attraction to women than men, but still it's seldom a complete change to something unsupported by the original text. Whereas Carmilla's whole cultural impact is being the seminal lesbian vampire, so when people take away the "lesbian" part...it definitely irritates me.

Otherwise it's just like. Yeah, okay, you only know one female vampire name from classic lit. I get it.

(Also why is there only one derivative work out there in which Carmilla is a brooding romantic antiheroine now, who gets the girl and lives at the end? Dracula has a ton of those, and he's not nearly as charming in his source material. Come on, people! Give the goth sapphists everything we want!)

BEST EXPERIENCE : In particular it was a RP in my manga days of RP with my Oga Tatsumi muse. Me and a bunch of Nintendo related muses (After playing the hilarious spectacle of Shut up and Jam Gaiden, proceeded to do a shounen-esque RP of basketball that went into comical perfection. Rosalina Nintendo did indeed nuke everyone at the end with her Cosmic, universal shattering dunk.

RP PET PEEVES / DEALBREAKERS :

:| So uh, there may be a bit to this.

Trauma/Stress Dumping: The #1 that will have me done at the drop of a hat. Since I even began rp'ing it's always been this thing, people seeking other folks/people who offer up solid chill times to just go and vent the entire world and then some onto them. Mind you a lot of these interactions being with strangers likely known for a week at most.

This literally has no changed a lick since middle school. Unless I've known you for a considerable amount of time, this is the easiest way to proceed breaking all contact with me.

Not to have this confused with venting on your own blog/space. I accept and always respect that boundary. Just do not use talking as an opportunity to lean into such subject matter. It's one of the central reasons I'm really careful in joining group chats to begin with. There is a difference in telling me that a day was rough/bullshit, AND letting me know of particular territory to be watchful for in discussion, then just using me as an outlet. Especially in what I take for a hobby.

Socializing =/= Writing time: While I enjoy the social aspect of RP in it's nature. I never want to be in a position where the hangout time I spend with you creates the curve of interaction. That easily exhausts me and takes the fun from things once I'm clued in. Honestly speaking, someone could never talk to me outside sparse words, and we just run around with our muses writing up all sorts of scenarios and it'd work perfectly. This is what I use the website for!

Plotting does not fall under this umbrella. If people need an angle to make their magic work, I'm all for cooperating with you, this again just leans into xyz activities outside the hobby. Stretching yourself too thin in this regard can genuinely screw people over in other long time hang outs too, I've learned that the hard way.

Reference of Son/Daughter talk in mention to the muse in question: While I've first seen it on this website, in the same vein it's made me incredibly goddamn tired as it reels directly into the conversation involving the infantalization of muses. This likely strikes the highs for me into terms of 'Fandom Curses' alongside 'One character quality defines the whole character in question.'. Let's not even get started into fandom habits shaping the perception of a character OUTSIDE of canon content. Having muses that had to deal with the primary talk point here, I've just said to hell with giving many things or people a chance.

It just comes off as a really weird practice to me. It leans off heavily into the realm of character disrespect on top of that, as these idealized fandom notions. (For Example: Kingdom Heart's Aqua being relegated to 'Momqua'.) It gets too 'family' oriented in a sense where these accomplished characters can't really explore the depth of both their struggles, triumphs and lows. So if you seen me avoid that like the plague, that's exactly why.

'Comfort Character' Projection: It aligns a smidgen with the above. But no, have no expectation that I'll ever be a source to live out these particulars with you if I happen to play that very muse. I've again not hesitated to cut off connections at all when people attempt to wire these expectations onto me. My iteration of the muse is exactly what you signed up for by following me, respect that, just as I respect your boundaries.

MUSE PREFERENCES: If we're talking about the TYPE of muse I enjoy? Delinquent muses take the penultimate crown. I love those rowdy but firm hearted types.

PLOTS OR MEMES : Throw both at me. Now days I've gotten particularly more experienced into the plotting department. In the same vein I can't have it entirely streamlined either. I gotta let the muses breathe their breaths and exercise their own voice and actions.

That said? Memes are eternal, just throw those in anyday of the week, even if they're in the old logs of my blog. I never mind that. Just the prompts and scenarios alone can spark forth some vivid ideas/adventures that do lead into plotting. So hell, both sides win.

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES : Either is good. Though, a forewarning that I CAN wind up getting wordy. This never has to be matched as I'm just a sucker for details.

BEST TIME TO WRITE : For me, it's normally times outside the midday. It's usually when I'm available, as you'd come to see me around mornings or nights. (Also it's the best focus time.)

I say normally however, there's also plenty of times I'd just be hanging around on/off periodically.

Dominator of Martial Gods

tl:dr for this drama

Each episode is 35 minutes long, feels like 3,500 minutes, and delivers maybe 10 minutes worth of story. Impressive! 

We waste a great deal of time in the first few episodes watching Qin Chen and the bootlicking alchemist refine a needle that will allow our hero to activate his bloodline. Intriguing, because you often hear dramas refer to treasures being refined into weapons, but you never see the process. There's a reason for this- it does not make for compelling viewing. But that does not stop us from standing around arguing about the specs and adding things to the oven. This process was more fun when Chu Wanning just takes you up to the lake. On a technical note, I am enamored of the way the ever present green screened background makes no attempt to be in scale with the human actors.

My Deepest Dream

Ooh, a plot with a time loop, evil birds, superpowers, getting sucked into the Marianas Trench when you just wanted to go on a scuba diving excursion and JIN HAN!!! But, as always, there's a glitch in the matrix.

Our heroine realizes she has lost a year of her life and no one has noticed. No one except the astrophysics PhD candidate turned car mechanic Wu Yu (JIN HAN!!!). Wu Yu divulges that he can read a phone screen at 10 kilometers. But mostly he uses his special eyes to keep an elaborate dossier on the comings and goings of the FL, who lives across the street from the garage he works at. Is that creepy or romantic?

Meet Tantai Jin. As you may have noticed from his costume design, he's totally evil.

He's a goal-oriented CEO who's turned the Devil Sect into a high reliability organization that generates impactful customer experiences (annihilation). I bet he's evil enough to use six sigma. But where Tantai Jin truly shines is personal branding. You may not be buying what he's selling, but product recognition is through the roof.

Circle of Love

I can see why the Republican period was relatively short. Everybody setting fire to each other's estates, staying out late ballroom dancing, getting uniforms tailored, making sure there are enough manacles to chain the female lead to a bed... it doesn't really leave a lot of time for governance.

We start out, as we generally do, with a clean sweep of the FL's family, in this case via a big ol' raging house fire. Where is everyone? Or even anyone? Even Maid's Revenge scraped up some extras to be dead family members.

In this movie: monsters, explosions, a supercharged ice jalopy and a dedicated ignorance of the laws of physics usually only seen in a Fast and Furious film. But credit where it's due: The Antarctic Octopus delivers. Only 12 seconds in and we get our first tentacle!

Limbus Orientation #1: Gregor Extraction

G Corp Manager Gregor | LANTERN (Teth)

Welcome to this impromptu series where I, your host, discuss Limbus Company units: what they do, how they work, and when and why you should use them. Today, we're going to discuss whether or not you should pull on Gregor's debut banner.

What does G Corp Gregor do?

Actively, at III Tie, he's a 3 Gluttony, 2 Sloth, 1 Lust character. This is incredible, and we'll get to why later.

His skills are as such:

If you haven't noticed, that's a a lot of healing. While his base HP is quite low, you'll barely notice it because whenever he's winning clashes, he'll be healing up a storm and staying close to full all the time.

His final skill: Eviscerate, hits a stellar four times, with 100% healing off the damage. If he can pounce on a staggered enemy, they are dying and he is healing to full. It's also Lust, which I have found a difficult Sin to field in my own teambuilding.

Passively, Gregor's healing doesn't stop there. Chaining 2 Gluttony is incredibly easy when he has three to work with on his own, and gets even easier with teammates with Gluttony skills. While only procing when a character is low on HP, when the situation is dire you'll appreciate it. Off field, if you can get 5 Gluttony all together, healing 5 HP doesn't sound like a lot: but in longform content like dungeons, the extra survivability can make a ton of difference. It's a Win-More support: it helps you heal back scratch damage as your team dives.

Why is all of this stellar? Because of Lantern.

At base, this is a simple clash winner. And it is. But the additional 40% healing can make Gregor nigh-invincible in longer encounters. He can provide everything for himself quite easily: a single teammate having one Gluttony card is enough, and having teammates with their own Sloth and Gluttony allows this to be chained consistently, turn after turn. How can you kill a guy who heals his entire health bar every turn?

So. How do we make this happen? G-Gregor thrives with a team supporting him to do the big damage and big healing. He only has one Eviscerate, so it needs to count.

Unsurprising to anyone who paid an ounce of attention to the plot, Base Rodya is one of G-Gregor's best pairings. With three Gluttony cards in her kit and bleed on everything, Rodya helps make the stalling potential of G-Gregor more viable, giving indirect damage to foes while also having stellar Base HP.

If you're lucky enough to have him, Blade Lineage Sinclair pairs perfectly with G-Gregor. Both Lantern and Sinclair's Tree of Knowledge use Sloth and Gluttony, and Blade-Sinclair has 3 Gluttony of his own to add to the party, making G-Resonance a breeze.

So then, where's the Sloth? We need some yellow-orange to make this happen. The easiest answer is Base Outis, who has three in her kit from the jump. To Pathos Mathos also uses Pride and Sloth, allowing her and Rodya's Pride to not go to waste, and enabling a more flexible fifth slot. You could run plenty of characters alongside, but Base Faust patches most holes. She has Sloth, Gluttony and Pride in her base kit, and Representation Emitter is a Gluttony and Pride EGO that hits multiple targets like a train and restores Sanity, making her a godsend in big boss fights like Doomsday Clock.

This is a highly selective and private roleplay blog for — Colin Bridgerton: a character set within Julia Quinn's Bridgerton. I will mostly follow show canon when it comes to this specific portrayal. I do however take heavy inspiration from Romancing Mr. Bridgerton, as well as the other books set within the same universe. I. I will be very careful with who I follow to curate a dash that fits my comfortability levels. I ask that you only follow if you truly want to interact. I do not want to feel unwelcome on my own dash, so please consider carefully if you actually want to write with me. I will be more lenient when it comes to friends. We don’t have to write immediately once we follow each other, but I do expect some interest in my portrayal. If this comes in the form of plotting or liking my headcanons, that’s fine.

II. I won’t write with minors on this blog. This means no one below the age of eighteen years old. I am an adult and feel uncomfortable interacting with anyone who isn’t, especially because of the source material present here. I am highly selective with my following in general and require an out of character relationship to develop between muns as well once following each other. I’m not just here to write, I want to create friendships as well.

III. When it comes to shipping, I am quite open to most things. I do default to Colin and Penelope becoming husband and wife unless otherwise discussed. I am of course willing to discuss other options as long as there is chemistry! Important to note is that I will be extremely selective when it comes to interactions with Penelope's. I write her myself and find it difficult to interact with others because of this. I do, however, want the option to explore Polin on this blog as well as hers, so if we mesh as muns as well as with our muses I may be open to exploring things.
