Questions taken from here! 

1. Who are your biggest suspects going into the finale?  (add motive if you want to!) 

I just keep wanting to say Wren because that’s who I thought it was in 6A and I will continue to believe that until I am proven wrong. 

2. What are some things you really hope to see in the finale? (non mystery related)

I want to see the story wrap up happily because these girls have been tortured for so long, I think they deserve to live a normal life after all of this. 

3. What are some things you really hope to see in the finale? (mystery related)

It’s unrealistic to expect at this point, but honestly, a tie up of some unanswered questions that really bother me, mostly pertaining to Melissa, Wilden, Bethany, and even Alison. (4x24 just didn’t do enough for me.)

4. What do you not want to see happen?

Though my thoughts and opinions of Ezria have evolved throughout the years, I still don’t want to see Ezra dead. I also don’t want to see Mona dead.

5. What are you going to miss the most about PLL Tuesday’s?

Hanging out with my friends and watching the show live while I eat pizza. Followed by some theorizing and reading funny Tumblr posts. 

6. What won’t you miss about PLL Tuesday’s?

Having my brain in such hyper mode after the episode that it would distract me from sleep (even though I had school/work early the next day). 

7. What’s been your favourite theory over the years? 

Though I never really believed it, the Aria is A theories got so detailed and picky, I could have believed it and I still wonder about some of those theories sometimes. 

8. What’s the *one* thing that could happen in the finale that would ruin the series for you?

If the writers do everything they did in 7x10, because that episode is honestly the only episode I really hated from the entire show. 

9. What’s been your favourite thing about all 7 seasons?

The positive, honest portrayal of female friendship. It was such an uncommon representation before PLL, really. Female friendships weren’t there to cause drama or argue over boys... They truly loved each other, and that’s how I feel about my female friends.

10. What’s been your least favourite thing about all 7 seasons?

All of the love triangles. Does anyone even like those? And, of course, some of the teeth-grinding unanswered plot holes. 

11. What’s your favourite episode and why? (Pick up to three!)

I love most of the episodes, but... 4x12: I just remember being SO EXCITED and charged by it! 4x19: I actually really loved the artsiness and intrigue of this episode. 5x25 and 6x01: THE DOLLHOUSE WAS JUST SUCH A SHOCK AND I CAN’T BELIEVE THE WRITERS HID THAT UNDER THEIR SLEEVES UNTIL IT HAPPENED. 5x01-5x08: I was really hooked into the mystery during these episodes, and I still remember specifically watching these to this day. 

12. Has this show taught you anything? Has it changed you in any way?

I will direct this question to the “goodbye letter” I wrote on my blog yesterday. 

13. Who has been your favourite guest star (recurring guest stars are allowed)?

Holden, apparently. I found that out when he appeared in season 7 and I was literally screaming.  

14. Who has been your least favourite guest star (recurring guest stars are allowed)?

The awkwardly forced Adam Lambert and that one Olympic swimmer, Missy something. 

15. Favourite storyline?

JUST ALL OF 4B AND 5A, AND THE DOLLHOUSE AND POST-DOLLHOUSE. 

16. Least favourite storyline?

Anything involving a love triangle.

17. Favourite liar? (Mona and Alison INCLUDED)

I have to choose #Sparia.

18. Least favourite liar?

I used to love Hanna, but lately I feel like her character has fallen flat. 

19. Character (any character) you’ll miss the most?

Sparia, and also Mona and Ezra. 

20. Character (any character) you won’t miss at all?

All of this Emison stuff has made me realize that even though individually I love Alison and Emily for their complexity, I don’t want them together and I will just easily bid them goodbye after tonight.

New voiceover! Poor Hanna, she really got the worst of it in 5A.

Is there a reason why the writers chose the song, “What Child is this?” for the girls to sing? Excluding Alison from the song.

This theory can go many ways:

#1;

- Alison is adopted, only because Bethany had to be sent away, especially with her being unstable, it would be a bad image for the DiLaurentis’. This would explain why A has been keeping her alive and trying to kill her so many times, maybe Bethany could have a twin/cousin and it’s purely revenge and hatred for Alison because she was the special child.

#2;

- It’s possible Bethany was just a friend/related to the family, Ali could have met Bethany when they were kids and not know it. We know Mrs. D took Bethany out a lot, depending how long Bethany had been in Radley, maybe even as a child, Mrs. D took many visits there to check on her. Why? Besides the possibility of being her kid, I think Mrs. D and Marion are sisters, so she helped her sister out and made sure Bethany would be taken care of. It would explain why she was worried that night, Bethany had just escaped Radley and they informed Mrs. D about it when Alison was heading out to go to the party at barn. So that’s why she didn’t want Ali going out, maybe to protect her from Bethany. But it was too late, and Bethany tried to kill Ali out of jealousy.

#3;

- I thought maybe, besides Bethany being a twin to somebody. It’s just possible that Bethany and Alison are sisters. But of course Ali has no idea she had a sister, because Bethany was sent away as a child a few years before Alison was born. This could explain why Ali is obsessed with twins. The two Ali’s and Jason picture with the French twin quote and the French twin poster in Ali’s room. Maybe she always fantasized about having a sister/twin of her own. This could explain why Ali became so close to Cece. Ali wanted to be like Cece, so they acted and dressed the same and the only reason why Cece went along with this whole twin act is because I believe Cece found out about Bethany in Radley during that stunt. Maybe when Cece was leaving Radley, Jessica stayed behind to check on Bethany and Cece figured it out.

- Why not say that Bethany is Marion’s (Toby’s mom) child? And that Jessica is related to Marion, so Jessica helped her out and provided help for Bethany and to keep her a secret from Toby. But of course Peter knew Jessica’s little secret, and that’s why he kept Toby from finding out what really happened to his mom. Bethany was the fragile patient who either saw who pushed Marion or possibly killed her by accident or hatred for putting her in Radley because Marion confessed to being Bethany’s mother. Maybe Mrs. D was told tell Bethany that she was her kid and that would explain why when they went out that Mrs. D told Bethany to call her Aunt Jessie for appearances.

MY RECAP FOR PLL 5x08

"SCREAM FOR ME"

When PLL revealed Ezra as A over in Ravenswood last summer, I don’t think I have ever been so shocked by a TV moment in all my life, not because the story itself was jarring, but because I knew there was absolutely no way for the show to successfully back out of that decision. This wasn’t a 17-year-old boy joining Mona’s shenanigans to try to protect his 17-year-old girlfriend. This wasn’t a Toby thing. This was a grown man stalking a group of teenage girls, all of whom had been his students, and one of whom he had an ongoing sexual relationship with. But it actually got worse than that, because it turns out he wasn’t just surveilling them. Later, he revealed that he seduced Aria on purpose, knowing that she was underage and that he was going to be her authority figure. And then he proceeded to secretly video her and her interactions with her friends for years, never intervening even though they were being emotionally and psychologically tortured—while continuing to sleep with her. The reason I’m talking about that is because PLL has brought rape into the narrative this season from a couple of different angles. Not the shadow-y, no-name fog of sexual exploitation that’s been prevalent from the beginning. This is a much more distinct thing. This season we’ve got Lucas and Mr. DiLaurentis laying down this gut-kicking notion that Ali was probably raped if she was kidnapped, and this vomit-inducing story about Zach trying to hook-up with Hanna, and this super true-to-life situation about Hanna’s friends victim-blaming her. And if we’re putting a face on sexual assault, if we’re bringing it into focus now, we can’t continue to turn a blind eye to what Ezra did to Aria.
