This is the view from my bedroom this morning. I slept on a bed that is hanging from the ceiling and I feel like I slept like a baby. Do you consider competition as healthy? Even in this industry I am presently involved in, is there a competition amongst the sexual coaches of this world?

Our parents, school systems and universities thought us that the strongest will survive and therefore discouraged us from accepting any form of a secondary place in society. I thought I have to push myself even if it is detrimental to my health and general happiness .

With my new business I met so many ladies that were on the same journey and we were taught how much it takes to heal the very deep wounds that our bodies are so eager to remember. So, the thing is, we sometimes feel to prove our worth we better have to compete as extreme as possible.

You jump up and down and closes your performance with a huge lion of the Jungle Roar. You will have to stop this unnecessary and stressful performances! My lived experience teaches me that you will receive what is meant to be yours.

Free yourself from this survival mentality. I made it my lifetime mission not to compete but to give as much as I can...

When people asked me how many times a week must we make love (firstly their is no must - this intention is heading for failure before it starts).

I really understand where the question is coming from (all the must , should of society).

But let's take a breath and hear me out now nicely... did you take a breathe?

We are programmed to think this on sexuality

Everybody telling us what is healthy but dont stop and listen to your bodies wisdom

We are nature do you understand when I say this

Yes we go through seasons so forcing your body to be a certain way is like battery operated 🐔 chicken

Then you have alot areas to cover. Let me give couple examples :

Our eating place huge role on sexuality, stress (yes when we fell stressed their is fuckol need for this), your nervous system places huge role here and what you can tolerate .

The emotional this place another role if u not emotional safe their will be no divine connection where healing occurs (yes all emotions not just some). (NOT JUST PLEASURE).

Then your energy if you drained again why are forcing yourself because of idea your have in your mind what healthy is.?

Not even to mention the erotical side we have

And the millions subpersonalities

All the pattern goes hands in play with your nervous system

Not even mentioned more cycles in the whole entire universe like mooncycle and etc many more.

Then did you notice i explain the system and all of this gives a message to the brain 🧠 for magical orgasmic experience NOT fucking from the mind and u telling your body...
