Day 1

We start with Juliet asking Romeo to be her boyfriend. He accepts. He tells her he has to go, but asks her to meet up later, and to not tell any of her family.

At roughly around 11 pm, Juliet gets a call from Romeo, telling her to get ready for 1 am.

1 am and Romeo picks up Juliet, where she manages to sneak out of the house successfully.

Unfortunately however, the pair are caught, and Juliet is brough home in the back of a police car.

Day 2

Hermia finally plucks up enough courage to ask Puck Summerdream out on a date, and it goes quite well.

Day 3

"Hey Romeo... I cant sleep... You wanna come see me?"

"Of course I do baby, I'll pick you up at 1 am ok?"

"I'll be waiting Romeo~"

"Please don't tell my Grandpa about who I was with Officer... He'd be even more mad if he knew I was with Romeo..."

Day 4

Angela decides to visit the Capps today, and lets just say Tybalt felt love at first sight.

I do love the drama Pleasantview always have, and I wish to play that out in sims 4. Each generation is represent a sim in each Pleasentville household in rotation order.

          The heir doesn’t need to be the gender of the sim that inspire that generation. I have keep it mostly basegame friendly (with basegame alternative if it’s not). Hope you enjoy it!

          You hated your home life; it was awful seeing different old step-parent coming in and out of your life. You wish to escape as soon as possible, and you were not shy to express that. You become a rebellion, always dress alternatively, and have bad relationship with your parents, every one of them.

Aspiration: Chief of Mischief Aspiration Traits: Hot-headed, Mean, Gloomy Career: Any

Rules

Become enemies with your parents

Must have a part-time job in teen years, must complete the aspiration before moving out and must move out as soon as possible. Graduate early if you can.

Always dress alternatively, preferably in black. You may change after moving out.

Must reach at least level 5 in a career, reach level 6 in three skills, and is an adult before have a kid.

Max one creative skill.

Suggestion: Move out to a place with only few necessities (like early part of the regular legacy challenge) for extra challenge. If you do, you must have a complete house before have a kid.

Rules

Get grade A in all school years and complete one child aspiration

Graduate from a university and complete the aspiration.

Max logic, handiness, and robotic skills.

Craft a Servo.

You caught up in your invention and forgot to have any kid, so hurry up and have one close to elder age. (NOT BEFORE YOU FINISHED A SERVO)

Suggestion: If you don’t have Discover University, you can skip the robotic part and just have one kid early on in life then have an Oops baby close to elder age. Reach level 10 in Tech Guru Career instead of graduate from university. And use Nerd Brain Aspiration instead, build that rocket!

          You’re a servo. Your creator died before they raise this little baby of them to be an adult, so it is now your job! This little baby seems to like food so much so you become a chef for them. Nothing makes you happier than to see those chubby cheeks full of food that you make.

Aspiration: Master Chef Aspiration Traits: Loyal, Good, Foodie Career: Culinary, Chef Branch

Rules

Raise that kid, but don’t forget to find love. True love or woohoo-sim is your choice. (the Oldie become a polygamy couple in my save so if you want that…)

Complete Master Chef Aspiration and max cooking and gourmet cooking skill.

Cook every gourmet meal after complete the aspiration. Keep all of it for the next generation to eat.

Adopt some animal if you have Cats and Dogs. (Or some rat if you have My First Pet Stuff, or Llama if you want, idk.)

Seventh Generation: John Burb

          You get married to a career driven sim and become a stay-at-home partner. You want multiple kids but your partner is quite busy so you got to find the middle ground. Actually, you can’t actually blame them to have doubt since neither of you actually love to take care of baby. You mostly spend your time gardening in the sun, it’s more fun than baby, what can you say!

Aspiration: Country Caretaker or Freelance Botanist Aspiration Traits: Loves Outdoors, Lazy, Glutton Career: None

Rules

Marry a career driven sim and quit your job (if you ever have one) then move to countryside.

Not so close with your kids, don’t have any more child until the first one is almost a teen. And let them mostly take care of their other sibling.

Complete the aspiration and reach level 10 in gardening skill.

In light of TomSka's video about plagiarism going up, I wanna share something that's funny in retrospect but is also one of the best ways to get under my skin /lhj

So. Follychromatic.

I had the idea back in 2020 for a cartoon show that starts out black and white, and then as characters became happier being themselves, the more colors they gained as a result. I was pitching the idea to my mom in the car one day and she was like "oh, like Pleasentville?"

I had never heard of this movie until then. So I was like "what's that?" And she told me that the movie centers around black and white characters slowly gaining color as they become happier with their lives.

So, out of curiosity, we watched the movie together. And I fucking hate that movie HFNSBF

This is such a funny example of parallel thinking to me. This movie is ages old now (no it's not it was released in 1998), and I'd never seen it, but I and at least one other person had this idea and had two VERY DIFFERENT ideas on how to execute it.

In Follychromatic, characters work to revolutionize their world to make life better for themselves and their future peers. They do this through community and personal growth.

In Pleasentville, they do that through THE MAGIC OF ✨ SEX!!! ✨

I'm grossly underexplaining the plot but it's. Shocking. How much fucking sex is in this movie. Not trying to be a purest here, I just was not warned about that before my mom and I watched it ._ .

These two pieces of media are opposites and that's so fucking funny to me. But also if you compare FC to PV I will personally rip your liver out /drama

PleasentVille - Rotation 1 - Burb

Heads up, one of them brought a cat beforehand, so uh... yeah! There cat's name is Daisy.

Day 1

The Burbs have finally finished moving into there new home! They hope that a fresh start here in Pleasentview will be drama free, but Jennifer's brother, Daniel had just been caught cheating on his now ex Wife, Mary-Sue. Was this a bad idea after all? (house built by myself)

Lucy tries her hand at the new toy oven her parents brought her, however she manages to burn the cupcake.

Jennifer meanwhile manages to find a new job on the computer and now works as a Mailroom Technician.

John and Jennifer meet some of there new neighbours and talk a bit about the town.

Meanwhile, Lucy decides to read some cupcake recipes and how long they should bake for.

Talk between the new neighbours and friends goes long into the night before they head home, and it seems as though Daisy is very fond of Lucy.

Day 2

Jennifer got a promotion on her first day on the job!

She gets to go home early and tell her husband the news.

After dinner, Jennifer helps Lucy with her homework before bedtime.

Day 3

Early in the morning, Lucy decides she wants to do some baking again, and this time she didn't burn it!

Jennifer got another promotion today too!

Because Lucy got an A+ on her report card, Jennifer decided to buy her the book that she wanted. About to walk home she spots Lilith in the next door arcade, so the two catch up.

If you by any chance seen Pleasentville it's kinda that vibe in a way, like the newcomers make the black and white little town slowly realise that life is more than just living as expected of you. So it's about finding/experiencing freedom and Chocolat also has that wandering main character who just can't seem to settle bc something calls to her...

Anyway, ramblings done, i liked this and wouldn't mind a full fic or a drabble or two to expand on some points 😇

A/N: A lovely anon's request to see Benny with a woman who loves and accepts him for who he is. Since it's the '60s, I thought the concept of Benny meeting a free spirited flower child fit really well.

🌼 At first the Vandals dismiss your relationship as a fling without much of a future. After all, how can two people who cherish their freedom as much as a biker and a hippie ever hope to hold each other down?

🌼 The first time Benny brings you to meet everyone, the wives note your lack of jealousy when someone flirts with your man and frankly find it suspicious how you live in your own little world of pleasure separate from Benny as your silvery voice floats above the campfire like a siren song meant to attract their men.

🌼 The guys in the club take to you with immediate enthusiasm, listening to your tales of carefree adventure as Benny looks on with a lovesick smile. They recognize the mischievous twinkle like Benny gets in his eye and they see your shared sense of wanderlust.

🌼 It comes as a shock to everyone when you don't move on over the next few weeks, accepting Kathy's offer to stay at her place so you can plant a little garden in the back yard and watch it grow.

🌼 Your role as a nurturer becomes even more apparent when the guys from the club come around sick or hurt. You always seem to have a home remedy available to heal them.

🌼 It becomes a running joke that Kathy's porch is the place for strays when dogs begin to appear alongside the men, all drawn to your empathetic spirit.

🌼 Benny too finds himself orbiting around the same unlikely center of domesticity, hunched over Kathy's ring stained coffee table as you read his tarot cards.

🌼 "You actually believe all that hocus pocus?" the guys heckle him through the screen door, but the goosebumps he feels prickling his arm as you reveal the lovers card time and time again answers the question for him, the temptation of his heart revealed long before he's able to speak the words.

🌼 Late at night when he's fitful, you remind him of his place and purpose, guiding him out onto the roof to gaze up at the stars. Huddled together under a blanket, chain smoking and pointing out constellations, you feel the tension leave his body as his restless mind shuts off.

🌼 Eventually this ritual takes on a new meaning, the vastness of the night sky reminding you both how much living you have to do. So you pack the same worn satchel you arrived with and Benny takes you away for places unknown.

🌼 You stop to say goodbye to Johnny, tho he says he doesn't know why you're leaving the safety of the home you've made with the Vandals. He couldn't possibly understand that from now on home is wherever you and Benny are together, wild and free.
