the problem with college is. well there are many problems with college but a big one is that you go to school to get away from home and then you’re miserable but then you go home for breaks and you’re also miserable so you have to contend with the fact that the problem is not the place you are in but yourself. it’s just being hit in the head with a hammer that says YOU ARE THE PROBLEM like 5 times a year
#i’ve only been back for like 5 days and it feels like years#and i feel fucking crazy#but in such a different way than i’m crazy at school#can i be normal!!! can i please be normal#like at school i’m confronted with the enormity of my loneliness and i only have myself . but here everything is so cramped#and i have to contend with being around people again so constantly. after i just acclimated myself to being alone#and the people are my family who i was so desperate to get away from and that felt so monumental#but then i’m just like. back here like nothing happened#but everything happened#i cantttt do this#whatever . i’m going to visit my best friend soon and then he’ll be back from school and everything will be a little#more okay#but still. god
