DAY 5796 दिन ५७९६
Jalsa, Mumbai Dec 30/31, 2023 Sat/Sun 1:21 AM
Birthday - EF Nandita Kao .. Pankaj Purohit .. Manish Sevalal Tiwari .. Sunday, 31 December ..
Birthday - Ef Shrikant Deshmukh Sunday, 31 December ..
all the wishes for this day and may all ever remain well and in prosperity .. from the Family Ef ..
❤️
🌹
Finally a reprieve from the routine of the lethargic constituent to one that has tried to keep consistency .. and here in its manifestation we are .. true to the age old post postponed postage ..
😂
So postponement .. in the minds and words of the AI literate world :
Postponement, a temporal pause echoing life’s unpredictability, offers respite or anxiety. It yields opportunity for reflection, reevaluation, or preparation amid shifting circumstances. Sometimes a strategic maneuver, postponement grants a chance to refine plans or adapt to unforeseen hurdles. Yet, it can also breed uncertainty, delaying progress and instigating doubts. Embraced wisely, it nurtures patience, unveiling unforeseen possibilities or enhancing outcomes. However, frequent deferral risks inertia, challenging momentum and commitment. Postponement’s impact resonates beyond mere delay, influencing decisions, altering paths, and shaping the course of events, exemplifying the delicate balance between seizing the moment and yielding to time's sway.
'unpredictability' was the only catch word in this assessed assessment .. for, are all not in the same shooting range, of unpredictable dictions .. !??
consternation .. each effort is now an exercise to how to decorate the store, so it sells its stuff amicably and with commercial gain .. the usual game has lost its bearings .. foul upon yellow red card and all in the sundry .. penalties successful too .. and the ball boy has left the job to be at the doors of individual chapter games .. more time more remunerative .. the seeking is at its prime , in the alternate way ..
It was from us to them .. now from them to us .. the mill blades rotate furiously and with utter modesty and speed strike up a conversation that , in all honesty is completely one sided .. jai ho !
the Ogre has lost its heads - once a terror of fear and anxiety, now a mild foppish listless snail of existence ..
the heads no longer heads .. nor tails .. the coin has just refused to drop back to the ground of tossed gamesmanship .. no side decisions, no hand shake with the watchers , no exchange of momento flags .. nothing .. it's just that kneel prior, against the common victim, of humiliation and authority ..
game on .. and there are no keepers to the squared brackets of resulting scores , loaded by nets of networking results .. play on and hope that the goals are indeed scored .. else the 5th non exists ..

Manish Goel... Not just an actor!!
18th April, 2023 I Richa Devesar I FilmyPeople
Tumblr media
A young boy who was always bullied by his peers for his looks and dark complexion back in school had his eyes filled with dream of becoming, not just an actor, but, HERO. All these odds never discouraged him to follow his dream so after completing his schooling, he straightaway landed in Mumbai to chase the passion he always had. Having started as a Spot Boy on the sets of hugely popular comedy serial of 90s, Dekh Bhai Dekh, he accepted whatever came his way, which included doing crowd scenes with no  dialogues and then getting few dialogues but with limited money and no contacts at all, it was only his passion that was keeping him motivated to achieve more in life.
He kept on doing serials like Just Mohabbat, HipHip Hurrey, CID and few more with a thought that a day will come when people who are just passing by without noticing him, will stop and recognize him and this happened when he was signed by Ekta Kapoor for the serial Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki and since then there has been no looking for this hard working, multi talented actor, Manish Goel, who even after being in this industry for over 28 years has his feet firmly grounded. With no starry air, he proudly says that 'being an actor is my profession and it is because of this profession that people know me, love me, so I cannot even think of taking all this name and fame for granted and be in my own world ignoring my fans and well-wishers.'

knowing his brother gave up a chance for him (let’s make him beta - adds some spice) and he will not let this opportunity be wasted. No matter the personal cost, he will be an Indian cricket player.
Yesss, I love the idea of Yashasvi's older brother being a beta. everyone is so surprised because if both the beta son and omega son want to play cricket, it's natural to prioritise the beta's career, because he has a better chance of making it big. no matter how talented the omega one is, there's no way his orientation will allow him to succeed. maybe that's what his parents are planning to do too, promote his brother's career, and yash will just be married off when he grows up. it's his brother who supports him, and sacrifices his career for his sake because, "yash is a much better player than me. give him a chance, he'll play for india one day and be ten times bigger than what i can manage to be."
so yash goes to mumbai, poor little boy alone in a new city 🥺 irl, his dad didn't even stop him from going to mumbai, because "there were enough mouths to feed at home." if yash wants to be responsible for himself, his dad wasn't complaining. which.. just breaks my heart honestly.
yash found work at a dairy, delivering milk to houses, and churning out butter and curd and stuff like that, I assume? he slept in the shop itself, but was eventually kicked out of his job because his cricketing commitments didn't allow him to give as much time to his job as his employer would've liked. you think yashasvi is treated well at his job or not?
also, how do you think he gets into domestic youth cricket? because at this point, he has no contacts in mumbai either. the thing about domestic cricket is, you need a mixture of money and talent to make it big. if you have enough money and know whose pockets to line, you can get a place on a youth team. that doesn't mean you'll keep your place if you aren't performing though. it's just a situation where you'll need to perform very very well to break into a team without paying someone off, but only paying someone won't guarantee a permanent spot on any team. once you get the spot, you have to prove it belongs to you through consistent performance.
so even a poor alpha would need to work harder and shine brighter than anyone else to get into a team without paying someone. a poor omega... yash doesn't have money to pay anyone off to begin with, to top it all off, he's omega. i don't think he's getting onto a team without having to trade sexual favours to someone in exchange 🥴😓
irl, yashasvi's life improved significantly when he met jwala singh, when he was around 14. jwala singh, who ran a cricket academy in santacruz, spotted jaiswal's potential and adopted him. he raised yashasvi for the next decade and treated him as his own son. he gave him food, money, shelter, as well as proper cricketing guidance, essentially becoming a coach and mentor to yashasvi. jwala says that he got yashasvi admitted into a school too, but yash often made excuses to stay at home and practice cricket. 😅
you think yashasvi meets jwala singh in omegaverse or not? a lot of yash's later youth career was possible due to his mentor's kindness, and tbh i can't see young omega yash making it all on his own in mumbai. or are we going to have him not meet his coach and thus suffer more in omegaverse? 😅🫣
also, how bad do you think things get for young yash in mumbai? in my mind, yashasvi is definitely deeply mistrustful of alphas by the time he plays internationals (2023 june is his test debut i think), so something dark enough to make him fear and distrust alphas, but nothing too dark to leave him permanently traumatized? am i making sense? 😅
how do yashasvi and shubman meet and interact here, according to you? and how does shubman set about melting yashasvi?
I think that’s how it’ll work on a lot of things; yash’s brother has to give up, not be asked to for Yash because absolutely the parents would back the non-omega. I think he absolutely HAS to meet and be mentored by Jwala or there is no way he’s doing it. Yash also knows he’s got to work his arse off because even though VK is carving the way for omegas, he has to prove to domestic teams and the BCCI that he too is of that calibre.
He’ll quickly become a “whatever it takes” mentality.
I think he’ll hit his feuds with alphas in domestic teams. Pending on the year which I’ll have to look up, there will still be an opinion omegas don’t belong and that he should have masked if he wanted to make it. Teammates and coaches will feel they have a right to him, and although that hurts and Yash tells Jwala sadly about it when he’s home, he can’t look weak to them. That’s what they want from him, they want to break him, prove he can’t do it. So he has to be like Virat was - he has to take it in his stride.
He becomes feisty, he becomes very distrusting of alphas not necessarily because they do anything to him, but because he believes an alpha only wants him for one thing and he won’t be stopped by anyone, not now he’s given up so much. As soon as he’s on squad he gravitates towards VK because there he feels safe, he feels VK understands what he’s had to endure. At RR, he can’t get enough of Jos, another omega who’s doing it openly and not relying on an alpha, or didn’t rely on an alpha, to get his start.
Jos is 1000000% going to be so protective of Yash, because he can see in his eyes the horrors he has been through (even if not physically, but he knows how much harder it is for omegas. When he starts to hear Yash’s story he can’t actually believe he made it to international level).
Shub who I could see as a really friendly, open alpha, very understanding (a bit like we’ve seen Ben be so far in HIPS) also wants to stand by Yash, be the protection squad for him, but of course Yash hates that. He doesn’t need protecting and he doesn’t need an alpha of all things. Shub is a bit blindsided when Yash literally barks at him, is cold and almost resentful of his presence. I can see Shub asking VK what’s up because Yash seems so content with his fellow omega, but even a wiff of Shub’s scent and he’s icy.
But eventually, with a little help from VK, Yash will cool to him and see that not all alphas are the same

Shehzada: The Film Review
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Kartik Aaryan in Shehzada film (Credit- Gulshan kumar & T-Series Films) Plot: This film tells the tale of a boy who, after being born, is raised by an employee of his parents' business rather than by his biological parents. Has another child taken his place? Why, if it's replaced? Did the worker substitute the boss's child for his own? Will he ever learn who his real parents are? You must watch the film to find out these answers. Tone and Theme: The tone of this movie is action drama and its sole goal is to provide only poor entertainment, nothing else. Characters and Acting: Kartik Aryan's portrayal of Bantu is passable; it feels like a clichéd old movie. His performance is clichéd and lacks originality. The only noteworthy things Kriti Sanon did in the movie as Samara were singing two or three songs and wear shorts; she was utterly wasted. Paresh Rawal's performance as Valmiki is likewise passable; nothing particularly noteworthy about it. Manisha Koirala's performance as Yashu is likewise unimpressive; it seems incredibly forced, and it is incomprehensible that such a brilliant and gifted actress would take on such a part. Although the supporting cast members play decent roles, they do nothing to advance the plot of the movie. Direction: Rohit Dhawan, the actor Varun Dhawan's older brother, is the film's director. Prior to this, he directed the mediocre movies Desi Boyz (2011) and Dishoom (2016), and this one stayed below average. This movie is a remake of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020), a Telugu film. Despite adopting the original story and screenplay, which was a blockbuster, the film is a failure and has been completely rejected by the audiences. There is nothing new in the story; moreover, it feels like every character has been forced into the movie. Additionally, the screenplay is very weak; however, the dialogue is passable. Sanjay F Gupta and Sudeep Chatterjee's cinematography is excellent, and the depictions of Mumbai, Delhi, and Mauritius are stunning. Ritesh Soni's editing is OK, but the movie lacks a plot, even in the interval, and at points it seems to be dragging. Background Score: Everything is fine with Julius Packiam. Splendid Production design by Suresh Selvarajan. Sound Design: Parikshit Lalwani does a decent job as well. Pritam's music is really poor; only one or two of the songs are passable. Character Dheela 2.0 is good, as is Chedkhaniya. There is nothing particularly noteworthy in the lyrics. Climax: It's all right. Viewpoint: Exclusively for Timepass! Only those who have patience should watch this film, otherwise don't watch it. Rating: 4/10 Drawbacks: How is it possible for the owner's and employee's children to be born on the same day? This is only feasible in the Hindi film industry, and the exchange of children is only feasible in Hindi films. All of these mistakes can be disregarded because they are fictitious and should only be regarded as amusement. Since there is nothing in this movie, I was unable to write much about it. I apologize for not properly researching and writing about a movie. CBFC-U/A Movietime-2h.25mins Genre-Action Drama Release Year-17 February, 2023 Filmcast: Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Senon, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Sachin Khedekar, Ronit Roy, Rakesh Bedi Director: Rohit Dhawan, Producer: Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, S Radha krishna, Aman Gill, Kartik Aryan Original Story and Screenplay: Trivikram, Adapted Screenplay: Rohit Dhawan Music: Pritam, Lyrics: Kumaar, Mayur Puri, IP Singh, Shloke Lal Dialogues: Hussain Dalal, Production Design: Suresh Selvarajan, Cinematography: Sanjay F Gupta, Additional Cinematography: Sudeep Chatterjee Action: Anl Arasu, Editor: Ritesh Soni, Sound Design: Parikshit Lalvani, Kunal Mehta, Original Background Score:, Julius Packiam Choreography: Ganesh Acharya, Bosco-Caesar, Casting Director: Mukesh Chhabra, Costume Design: Aki Narula, Samidha Wangnoo, Tanya Ghavri Read the full article

Ex-India Cricketer Lalchand Rajput Appointed UAE Head Coach
Tumblr media
ICC Cricket World Cup League: Former Indian cricketer Lalchand Rajput has been appointed the new head coach of UAE men’s team for a three-year period. Rajput, who played two Tests and four ODIs for India from 1985 to 1987, will be taking over from interim head coach Mudassar Nazar. Rajput, 62, was the manager of the MS Dhoni-captained Indian team winning the inaugural men’s T20 World Cup in 2007 in South Africa and was the head coach of Mumbai Indians in the inaugural edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2008. He also coached Afghanistan from 2016 to 2017, a period where the side notably received their Test-playing status. Rajput also served as Zimbabwe men's head coach from 2018 to 2022. "I want to thank the Emirates Cricket Board for appointing me for this exciting role. UAE has emerged as one of the stronger Associate Members in recent years and the players have put in some good performances in both ODIs and T20Is. The current batch is exceptionally talented and I look forward to working with them and further harnessing their cricket skills. "I am confident that the boys buoyed by their exposure to top quality cricket and practice facilities here in Dubai will continue to prosper, UAE cricket has a very bright future and my goal would be to make the team perform more consistently and take them to the next level which I am very confident they are fully capable of," said Rajput in a statement. His first assignment as UAE’s new head coach will be the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 ODI tri-series being hosted by the side with Scotland and Canada as the other participants. The tri-series begins on February 28, following which UAE will host Scotland for three T20Is next month. Last year, UAE failed to make the cut for the 2024 Men’s T20 World Cup after losing to Nepal in the semi-finals of the Asia-Pacific qualifying event. "We are delighted to announce the appointment of Lalchand Rajput as UAE men’s head coach. Rajput has a proven track record and has done an exceptional job as a coach for various national and domestic teams around the world. We are confident that under his coaching UAE men’s cricket will flourish further. "I also want to take this opportunity to thank Mudassar Nazar for his stellar work as the interim head coach. Mudassar will now return to his role as Head of the National Academy Programme where he will continue to identify and groom our future stars," said Mubashshir Usmani, General Secretary Emirates Cricket Board. 4 Tips For Managing Blue Collar Workers
4 Tips For Managing Blue Collar Workers
Tumblr media
If you are in a position of supervising peons, drivers, housekeepers in an office, you may often face difficulty, or a mental block, managing blue collar workers. This is especially true if you are younger than them. But, you cannot avoid interactions with them as a lot of the office work depends directly or indirectly on them. So, how to strike a balance between managing them so that you get their best performance?
Tumblr media

The First Tip for managing blue collar workers
One of the first things to remember in your interactions with blue collared staff is that there must be mutual respect between you and the staff. This is irrespective of the work they have to do. Remember that though they are not customer facing. The customer-facing staff depend on them for a lot of work, which in turn impacts their work for the customers. Tea, photocopying, office cleaning, your desk cleaning, bank work, other errands - What would we do without them? So, respect them for enabling you to work well.
Everyone works better if they are respected. So, if you are on first name terms with housekeeping staff, peons, add a “ji” after their name. Explain to them how people will refer to them and how they should refer to people. Set the protocol in place. My advice: Do not call anyone uncle or aunty. Just add a “ji” after their name. This will allow you to maintain your authority and you will still be respected for the respect you give.
Say please, thank you, sorry, where ever needed. These really are the magic words. Don’t use degrading or insulting words with your blue collared staff, just as you would not with others. As much as possible, don’t raise your voice. Correct firmly but not angrily/rudely.
The second tip for managing blue collared workers
You should make their job roles clear right at the beginning. Make the extent of their work clear to them. Make a to-do list for them, along with the time by when it should be done, if applicable. Put it up where they can readily refer to it. In the beginning, you can also help them tick off the work done, daily by putting a smiley against their duties completed well. This will give them the satisfaction of doing a job well. A list ensures that nothing is left in a gray zone, there are no assumptions and the Helper has no excuse to leave anything out.
The Tip Number 3 for managing blue collar workers
Next, emphasize the importance of their work in terms of the larger picture. They will function better if they are made to feel that their roles were important.Make them know that they have a part to play in the smooth running of the office. It is a major thing to keep the office looking clean, keeping the staff well cared for, taking good care of guests, and so on. There’s nothing inferior about it. Peons, housekeeping staff, Field staff are like the backbone of an organization. Make them understand that.
Without being rude or arrogant, explain to them that everybody in the office is paid to do their jobs. If anyone falls short of that expectation, there are bound to be consequences. Explain these consequences in the beginning only: What happens if work is not done in time, what happens if they are late for work and so on? Explain the impact of this on others as well as on their career. For example: If the housekeeping staff does not wipe the washroom dry, someone may fall and be hurt. And, they may lose their job. Or if the office boy is late for work, everyone will get their tea late, and they may have to miss their own break time.
Do not allow them to take you for a ride for fear of what you will do if they leave you. Today it is easy to hire housekeeping staff, office boys, drivers, delivery staff not only in cities like Mumbai, Delhi but also smaller town like Jaipur, Noida, Ghaziabad. Just check out the online services which allow you to connect directly with the Job Seekers. They don’t even cost much and offer opportunities for immediate hiring of staff with verification.
Tip Number 4 for managing blue collar workers
Next tip is: Find ways to make them confident about their jobs. Praise and encourage them publicly when they do something well. The tea can be very good, the washroom may be smelling really nice, someone may have replaced the toilet paper in time and so on. Sometimes, choosing to overlook the mistakes and flaws and magnify the good things. If you need to talk about the mistakes, do it in private. That is the key to managing blue collared workers, just like it is with anyone else.
While you are their supervisor, be their friend too (though not a buddy). Make it clear that they can approach you if there is a problem. But, also ensure that they follow all rules, else they get pulled up. Establish boundaries right at the start to be successful in managing your workers well.

Salaam Venky Film Review
Tumblr media
The pain of living life
Tumblr media
Kajol and Vishal Jethwa in Salaam Venky Film Plot: This film tells the story of a boy who has a genetic disease called DMD (Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy) is a Degenerative Disease, which causes all of a person's organs to gradually stop functioning until he dies one day. The movie is called Salaam Venky, but the true title should have been Maa. The mother who watches her children struggle for their lives with this disease can only feel their suffering first-hand. The son wants to donate his organs and perform euthanasia, and she fights a legal battle for that as well, but she is unsuccessful. How long will her son be alive? Will he be put to death? You must watch the film to find out the answers to all of these questions. The film's theme and tone are emotional drama. Where the theme is struggle and fighting, which is based on hospital life, and there is a mixture of pain and sadness. The film's goal is to tell an audience a story based on a real-life event, not to provide them with entertainment. Character development and acting: Kajol did a fantastic job portraying Sujata Prasad. Kajol was the best candidate for this position. Seeing her son in this state causes the mother great pain and sadness, but she keeps these feelings to herself. In her acting, she has shown a different kind of mother on screen, a lonely, helpless and divorced woman who leaves her husband and daughter for her mentally ill child. Her spouse divorces her and expels her from the home. Although she did a great job, it was difficult for her to convey the anguish and suffering through her facial expressions, and she was seen acting the same in numerous scenes. Vishal Jethwa's acting being a highly emotional character, Venky has done an incredible job on screen portraying the themes of perseverance, overcoming obstacles, and holding onto hope until the very end. Playing a character like that is really tough, but she did it flawlessly. Her eyes seem to filled with pain and suffering that is very similar to real life. Ahana Kumara's acting in the role of Sanjana is also good. Rahul Bose's performance as Parvez Alam is likewise good. The performance of Rajeev Khandelwal as Doctor Shekhar is also excellent. The performances of the supporting actors also contribute to the plot's advancement. Direction: Actress Revathy is the film's director. She directed the movies Mitr My Friend(2002), Phir Milenge(2004), Kerala Cafe(2009) and Mumbai Cutting(2010) prior to this one. Despite receiving high praise from critics, neither of these movies became box office successes. However, Mitr My Friend In addition to winning the National Awards, Mitr My Friend screened at numerous film festivals. In this film also, she has shown the story very well on screen. The pace of the film is also fine. The direction of this film seems similar to her previous films. She films the story and tells it differently. She controls the entire movie. Furthermore, she did not let the story go off track at all. Story & Screenplay: Sammeer Arora wrote the screenplay, and Kausar Munir wrote the dialogues. The film is a little weak in the first half, but the screenplay is also a little weak. The cinematography by Ravi Varman is fantastic; the camera work and camera movements are good; the scenes with aerial views are well shot; the actors are well framed in every scene; the editing is done by Manan Sagar. The film could have been 15 to 20 minutes shorter; the pace is slow; the production design by Sandeep Sharad Ravade is good. the costumes of Radhika Mehra are also good; Mithoon has done a fantastic job; the music and lyrics all well composed and written. Climax: It's superb and heart-warming. Opinion: One-time watch! Those who enjoy emotional films. Flaws: The film made entirely commercial, even though the idea of parallel cinema was present. Aamir Khan's role was unnecessary; in the dream, he shown supporting his husband. Music and lyrics weren't necessary when making an emotional film. The film became overly spicy; it could have been a little shorter. Social message: Life is short; smile and let life be. Nobody can predict when someone will leave this world. This film inspired by an incredible true story of Kolavennu Venkatesh, The Story based on the book titled The Last Hurrah' by Shrikant Murthy. CBFC-U Movietime-2h.21mins Genre-Emotional Drama Release Year-9 December, 2022 Film Cast-Kajol, Vishal Jethwa, Prakash Raj, Anant Mahadevan, Rahul Bose, Rajeev Khandelwal, Riddhi Kumar, Aahana kumra, Mala Parvathi, Priya mani Raj, Kamal Sadanah, Introducing Aneet Padda with Aamir Khan Casting Director-Vaibhav Vishant, Costume Design-Radhika Mehra, Lyrics-Mithoon, Sandeep Srivtastav, Kausar Munir, Music-Mithoon Choreography-Pony Verma, Production Design-Sandeep Sharad Ravade, Sound Design-Tapas Nayak, Editor-Manan Sagar, Additional Screenplay and Dialogues-Kausar Munir, Adapted Story and Screenplay-Sammeer Arora, Cinematography-Ravi Varman, Producer-Suuraj Singh, Shraddha Agarwal, Varsha Kukreja , Director-Revathy Read the full article
