Tummy tuck time!!! My dream was to lose weight, be healthy, and get a tummy tuck So my body would look great. That dream however became something else entirely. It became a mission to be a stronger, more confident, and happier person. That's what I got from this journey and now today I'm going to get this tummy tuck. Even if I didn't get this today though I am forever changed. None of this was free though it took me doing the hardest work I've ever done. Spending hours in the gym, meal prepping, and researching. I think it’s reasonable to consider these are different people, and arguably I am a completely different person. But… ⚡️Oh. ⚡️My. ⚡️Good God! That is an amazing before and after!! Here I am on the left weighing in at 17 stone and suffering with extremely severe PND , I had already lost 1.5 stone prior to starting The @one2onediet by CWP vs. now, weighing around 9.5 stone and having changed my life, incomprehensibly for ever. Now I’ve had my surgery I can finally see the figure and person I fought so hard to get, and it was so SO worth it! Today I am intensely proud of myself, and for those of you who know me will know, I don’t say that very often 🥰! ⭐️ I am proudly owning my TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS OF 9 STONE and maintaining it. ⭐️ I am proudly owning I had surgery to remove the excess skin I was left with. ⭐️ I am proudly owning my prioritisation of myself and my physical health. ⭐️ I am proudly owning the huge battles I have fought and one with my pre & postnatal mental health and for continuing to nurture my ongoing mental health everyday. ⭐️ I am proud of the future I have given my family and the unknown opportunities for myself. Let's kick this month off and this Monday off with some motivation! A look at my journey so far from my very biggest at 357 pounds to now. Finding out I had MTHFR changed my whole life. I finally knew what the problem was and I knew I would do everything I could to fix it. You have to face health issues head on. More important than anything else is your health.
