Always.✨ . #Repost @teboriacademy ・・・ What are your areas that need improvement? ▪️ One thing I have always struggled with is communication in a highly emotional situation. I’ve always grown up to repress my emotions and this led to an inability to articulate my feelings in a rational manner. It’s not until I met my husband that I learned to work on my communication skills. Although I have become much better at expressing my feelings, by nature, I am someone that feels the need to address situations right away. This doesn’t always produce the best outcome and I’m getting better at taking some time to analyze the situation before I try to articulate my thoughts.
