Hello Little! (Plainandgeneric here) What is your usual writing process like? If you don’t mind sharing :) I am absolutely amazed at the amount of work you have created!

Hello hello! It is very nice to see a genuine question towards me in my inbox ^^ So, I am working part time, so my writing process used to involve me sitting down on the couch with my tiny laptop (I like to call it a netbook) and write for an hour. However, once my husband got sick, I couldn't keep this up anymore. Especially because I noticed that my afternoons of creativity almost felt like a second part-time-job which would catapult me back to full time working. So now I cannot write that long anymore and that is why I have gotten slower with publishing stuff. Most of the time I write for 20 minutes. I like to do sprints with my friend @justbabyme because that forces me to 20 concentrated minutes of writing. If I am on my own, I still try to write at least for 20 to 30 minutes but it has become hard lately... I also want to skip writing sometimes so that I can draw instead. That hasn't worked very well lately and on some days I have to skip writing and drawing altogether because I have other stuff to do... being responsible for someone who is still ill is not easy. Anyway, the best thing you can do is just sit down and set yourself a timer each day but also make sure to take breaks. I never write on the weekends for example. But if you write a couple words regularly, eventually you have a fic ready. Same with drawing. If you draw a few lines regularly, eventually your picture is ready. Thank you for the ask ^^

Quick AU idea: Omen twins in mimic veils. More on the AU below the cut:

Vary rarely, during royal celebrations, those invited may spot the strange appearances of two veiled men. One dressed in plain white robes and the other swathed in dark silk, trailing after his companion like a shade. The two would speak only to Godwyn, and avoided all else who approached.  Speculations on their identities were whispered amongst the highborns. Maybe they were distant relatives to the royal family, diluted scions generations removed, or perhaps they were bastards secreted away. Nonetheless, anyone to be amongst Godwyn's inner circle must be significant to some degree. If one could get close enough, they would be able to catch a glimpse of their visage under the translucent veil - breathtakingly beautiful faces with faintly golden eyes… Curious indeed. 

Taking a LOT of artistic liberty with how mimic veils work/look lol. Just thought it'd be angsty to juxtapose their disguises with their real selves. Morgott cherishes the opportunity to feel "normal". Mohg thinks the whole thing to be an incredibly cruel and ironic charade.

IHNMAIMS radio drama gave us the most toxic yaoi lol

Always been vaguely aware of IHNMAIMS due to its massive influence in sci-fi horror but never really got to it. Came across eggonalegg's animatic on youtube (It's a very lovely animatic!) and it pushed me to finally delve into it. Thoughts below:

I think the radio drama and the original short story are very different (style and characterisation). I liked the radio version a lot more.

AM is such a unique take on an AI villain. I'm surprised that not many other AI villains share his motives. He's so envious of the human experience: the big things, the little things. You can hear the desperate yearning in his hysteria. I want to put him in a blender, rotate him in a microwave etc etc.

The original short story, on the other hand, is a sci-fi classic but it is also shock horror ⚠️ The story aims to be incredibly cruel, sick, and unpleasant - a hallmark of this genre. I won't personally recommend it, as aspects of its horror are very dated - just something to keep in mind.

Anyways, longform comic of THAT monologue from the radio drama coming - not soon but - sometimes!
