Regina visiting Janis at work
If Janis gets fired from this job, it will not be because she is bad at selling moderately priced soaps. She's actually not bad at it, although all her job really consists of is ringing people up and restocking the shelves.
No, if she gets fired, it will be Regina's fault. Every time she walks in the store, Janis knows that this day could be her last.
Like today: Regina plunks a jar of hand cream on the counter in front of Janis and complains, "This smells bad."
"Then don't buy it," Janis tells her, making a notation on her inventory clipboard. She takes the jar and sets it aside, knowing Regina won't put it back in the right place, if she puts it back at all.
"Who would want their hands to smell like spearmint?" Regina asks, wrinkling her nose.
"People who aren't you."
"It's gross," Regina says. "I don't know how this store stays in business."
"We carry a variety of scents for a variety of people," Janis recites tiredly.
Regina leans against the counter and sighs dramatically. She does look very pretty today, wearing a shirt with a plunging neckline—coupled with the way Regina is leaning over the counter, Janis momentarily forgets the difference between hand cream and hand soap.
"Can I help you with something?" Janis asks exasperatedly. "Because I really need to get this done."
"I'm bored," Regina whines.
Janis gestures to the exit of the store, which leads into the mall. "Then go to one of the many other establishments."
Regina touches the inside of Janis's wrist, right over her pulse point. "But you're here," she says, managing to make it sound more like a complaint than an endearment.
Nevertheless, it makes Janis's chest warm that Regina wants to spend time with her, even if she doesn't particularly want to be doing it here—that Regina will endure apparently offensive odors just to hang out with Janis.
"Um, excuse me?"
Janis looks up to see a lady around her mom's age. "Hi," Janis greets.
The woman slides a piece of paper over the counter along with a tube of body lotion. "I have this coupon," she says.
Janis takes the coupon and looks at it, then frowns. "Sorry, but this expired a couple of weeks ago," she says apologetically. "The promotion is over."
The woman stares at her. "It's expired?" she asks.
"Yes, sorry," Janis apologizes again.
"But I was out of town," the woman says. "I couldn't have gotten here before it expired."
Janis sighs internally. She has a conversation like this every time the store does some kind of promotion or sale. "Unfortunately I can't accept it," she says, as firmly as she can.
"But—"
"She said no," Regina cuts in, glaring at the lady. "Your inability to read the fine print is your problem."
"Regina!" Janis hisses at the same time the woman says, "Excuse me?"
Regina turns to Janis and widens her eyes, like she has no idea why Janis is scolding her.
"I'm sorry, ma'am," Janis starts, "I—"
"I'd like to speak to your manager," the woman says curtly.
"How do you know I'm not the manager?" Regina says, stepping closer.
Janis grabs her arm, nails digging in warningly. "She is not the manager," Janis says, ignoring the dirty look Regina gives her.
"Janis?"
Janis briefly closes her eyes before turning to see her actual manager.
"What's going on?" he asks, bewildered.
"Banned," Janis says to Regina in a low tone. "You're banned from this store."
"Fine!" Regina huffs. "I didn't need to buy foot cream for my grandma, anyway."
Ten minutes after Regina storms off, while Janis is being lectured by her manager, she receives a text.
Regina George: bored. miss you

People seem to forget that transmasc people can still dress feminine and vice versa. Men can wear wigs and dresses and women can cut their hair and grow beards. I think Charlie is transmasc and discovered this early so since he transitioned and looked like a male Bonnie dressed him femininely and he felt fine with it. some people are acting like men cant wear dresses and its annoying
It's definitely absolutely insanely accidental, but RCG really wrote Charlie as the most gender character of all time.
The Bathroom Problem is kinda the best example you can give anyone as to how you can have an infinite interpretation of gender: "cis man who poops transgender," I give you transman who can still enjoy wearing a dress in a certain environment, transfem whose closet is a bathroom stall, genderfluid in the place of bodilyfluids (okay, wait. WAS it definitely accidental?)
We're all on Tumblr, we all know anyone can look and dress any way and be any gender (or, if you don't understand that, I encourage you to explore and talk to trans mutuals!), which is why I think it's quite nonsensical to spend time arguing over a headcanon being dismissive of another. Charlie can be anything! Or nothing! (TY Charlie Day for my favourite line in Right to Chop "I don't really identify..." <3)
People aren't required to share the same interpretations or agree on what is a good or bad headcanon, and I think if you're getting upset by someone's own personal preferences or their interpretation for character analysis, you're just not supposed to be in the same circles of the fandom, and that's okay! You can share your own opinions, you can post your own content, but you can't keep people from personally disagreeing or expressing why they dislike a certain interpretation in their own, personal spaces online.
A lot of Sunny is pretty deep and also, very heavy. It's not surprising that people end up pulling a lot out of it, often projecting, and then find themselves very personally connected to their own interpretations and feel extremely validated when others agree with them, or feel upsettingly thrown when they see conflicting ideas. I feel all of that constantly, about many different aspects and characters, and a lot of the time I need to talk about it! I spent two years trying to do that on the SUBREDDIT and that's why I made this blog (and why my Twitter account is all but overrun by Sunny, lmfao). I think that's why most of us are here? And a lot of the time we're going to very heavily, crazily, completely agree with each other, but other times we're going to disagree as well.
Sometimes disagreement is something you can shrug off and move past (yeah, there are very clearly multiple interpretations), something you can just get over by venting more privately or one-on-one, but sometimes it's something you think is genuinely important to address/speak about, and I think that's actually how we can end up having very interesting and meaningful discussions and learn from each other.
(But if that's no good, just unfollow and block if you need to. Some people just don't get along or come from too-far distant places to agree on certain things, and that's a fact of life! This show has thousands of fans who think The D.E.N.N.I.S. System is actually a genius method, and a couple thousand more who think he is genuinely a killer ladies man)
#ask#wtf happened to this lmfao im sorry anon#idk i think i made some points#ive been in enough fandoms to learn that not everyone has to get along#and thats fine but just stop interacting with accounts or people you genuinely dislike lol#this is not twitter theres no good system in place for being a hater#(this is a joke about being able to private quote tweets on twitter)#youre just gonna make yourself miserable in the long run#find people with like minds make posts create stuff share things you love#thats how you enjoy yourself online#fandom shit#sunnyblr

hi! i'm going to Sleep but are there any like. environments/biomes (idk if that's the right word) that don't exist irl? (ik its not the same thing but in my wip there's like. enchanted forests where a bunch of fucked up shit happens and i kinda want to learn abt other things people have??) (this is abt your parascom (?? spelling) in case its' not answered right away)
hope taht wording makes sense, i've taken my melatinin already and its Kicking IN
kdljsklfs hope you have a Good Sleep!!! and YES
we also do have Fucked Up Forests(TM) AND in multiple flavors!! you got the. "fucking annoying pixie forests" (<- direct quote from alisha) (i think theyre actually called sparkling forests). the whispering forest. the dead forest.
sparkling forest: as you can tell from alisha's. quaint description. that's where pixies live. they're very colorful and bubbly and. well. children's fantasy esque. do not be fooled because "the pixies are SO fucking annoying you think it'd be a nice place for a picnic but NO you turn away for ONE SECOND and your sandwich is GONE and theres a little pink PEST fuckin GIGGLING at you" (pulls alisha away from the keyboard). there are also creatures that are Very Cute but . Very Sharp. so uhhh be careful
whispering forest: one of my favorites tbh. it's like. Far Away from other societies? on the border of The Worlds- okay so imagine a venn diagram right. one circle is earth one circle is etheria one circle is asteria etc (those are our 3 main dimensions(?) so theyre the example). the whispering forest is like right on one of the the borders of etheria/asteria but technically in etheria but also like at a point nemo super far from Everything place (not an island but you get it right) (also i could go in more depth about the world connections if you want!!)
ANYWAY back to the forest. it's Dark and Spooky and...telepathic. it's where spirit elves & spirit foxes live (theres other wildlife but not like. sentient ones) who are both telepathic species. they speak different telepathic languages(?) though but can learn each other's. they can't really. speak out loud? their vocal chords and mouth structure just aren't made for that. the trees are also telepathic-y but in like a plant way so it's not like full thoughts its telepathic Vibes. and if you're not used to telepathy and you go there hearing the wind whistle through the trees combined with the Vibe Of Telepathy sounds very eerily like people whispering bc your brain is trying to make sense of what it's. Vibing. which is why it's called the whispering forest. and also why no one outside of it really goes in
the dead forest: it's. uh. dead. but alive? i don't think anyone truly remembers what happened to it but some sort of Magic Nuclear Fallout left everything dead-looking but just barely alive And Wants You Dead. as in look that tree's just sticks Oh Fuck Them Branches Are Coming For Me. there are even zombie/skeleton creatures held together mostly by magic that also Want To Get You. so.
oh also asteria is Mostly Forest (yknow how this world is Mostly Ocean?) and it's just. alien. like forests here can have big trees right? okay so like triple that. them trees BIG. and almost all the wildlife have white spots on them that can appear to glow in the dark (to human eyes). the plants too can generate light for human eyes but the normal light sources (sun, fire) generate light that humans can't pick up or generate very very little. so humans and (moon) elves evolved to see different light spectrums. which is pretty cool
hmm what other fucked up biomes do we have. well there's living islands. they're actually Creatures that float along and like. yknow how some turtles and stuff grow moss on their back? that but so big that it's like a whole ass island. not sure if that really counts as a biome? thankfully they're not usually predatory but if you hurt it. well. earthquake + raising sharp spines. it will not go well. so usually just leave them alone just in case
those are off the top of my head that aren't like. Earth Biomes But With Fantasy Creatures. ig weird shit also happens where the world borders are thin/collide but i wouldn't really count that as a biome.
might make another post about the worlds and how they interact if anyone is interested-

OC Mundane Tag Game
Tagged by @sailforvalinor, which is fun because I have a lot of OCs I love.
This time let me tell you about another of my Broken Constellations (Star Wars) babies, and this one is really my baby. My beloved little Bothan Squatch!
1. What is their favorite movie?
He's honestly not big on movies. He grew up without much accesss to things like that, though he did get to see the holofilm A Grievous Mistake: A Kenobi and Skywalker Adventure. It was made about a year before the war ended, and was the most popular of the serials made about the Jedi. But he'd much rather hear a story told, or tell one himself.
2. What is their favorite season?
He... doesn't really have one. He's lived on so many different planets, seen so many different environments, he just likes variety. He does settle on a planet with variegated seasons, though, and probably his favourite is fall/the cooling off time.
3. What do they find annoying?
People who talk down to him. Anyone who insults their parents. Messy welds. Too much salt in his food. Anyone who insults Anakin Sky– er, sorry, Enn Kenobi.
4. How would they like to spend their Christmas or equivalent holiday?
Squatch grew up without any real holidays, or special celebrations for anything outside his own family. Only once he ends up with Anakin does he learn differently. The biggest holiday in the galaxy is always the New Year, but regardless of why there's a celebration, Squatch loves most of all the food. There's always so much of it. He likes to take a pile of food and snacks, go sit in a quiet corner (preferably at a height so he look down as well as out) and just enjoy the sight of others being happy. He'll eat almost anything, but too much spice or sugar makes his stomach hurt. Food and a comfy spot to watch happy people from, that's his favourite thing. Also listening to singing.
5. Do they play an instrument? If so, what? How good are they at it?
He's decent with percussion and rhythm, but mostly he just likes to listen to others make music.
6. What's their favorite meal to eat?
He's not picky—growing up close to starving a lot of the time will do that to ya—but for a full meal he really really loves a salad of greens, Azna's meat stew (she gives them the recipe), and Tatooine sun cookies.
7. Do they have a favorite video game or board game?
He actually takes a liking to several card games, including sabacc and he has an excellent sabacc mask. But he really likes puzzle games, either physical or mental.
8. Do they celebrate their birthday?
Yes! Birthdays were celebrated enthusiastically by his family, and even in the worst times, his mother would often manage to shake off her darkness and do something sweet for him to make him feel special. Special food was the favorite treat. With Anakin, Squatch got a proper birthday again. Anakin would always make sun cookies. When the Star is built, he lets Squatch fly her for the whole day, and they go wherever Squatch wants. He goes to bed and looks at the stars and whispers that one wish again: to find his mother.
9. What's their bedtime routine?
He can sleep anywhere. But if there's another warm body in the room, he will absolutely crawl into bed with them. He's a snuggler, and he never gets too old for it. (Anakin doesn't mind, it's nice to have something small and furry and alive curled against him. It's better than being alone.) He likes a story before bed, whether one told to him, one he tells to someone else, or one he just tells himself in his own head.
10. What's an oc (or canon character) that they like to spend time around? What do they tend to do together?
Well, he and Anakin run together for... at least 4 years. And they are everything to each other inthat time. They get off to a rocky start, they are both in really bad places mentally, but they just stick with it, and they give each other a reason to live. They develop a really tight bond, out of that suffering. With Squatch's help Anakin builds an entire starfighter from scratch. They share stories, they figure out ways to make each other laugh and it almost becomes a competition. Anakin teaches Squatch how to fly, how to defend himself. Anakin sees the world anew through Squatch's wide eyes, because there is still the heart of a youngling under all the armor the little Bothan's been forced to put up. They have adventures together. They help each other heal.
Okay it's late, so I'm just... tagging @griseldabanks. Again, because I know you have babies you like to talk about. :))

Things about being an autistic adult that i'm not usually talking about, pt.1
1. Sometimes I'm really struggling with maintaining even the basic body needs, and it only gets worse because i don't really feel hunger, minor physical discomfort or thirst until it's too late, which usually ends up with me being totally exhausted and getting mad at everything for no reason. Same goes with overeating and feeling sick after that - i usually can't tell when i'm full and trying to eat in small portions to prevent that
2. My masking mechanism is mirroring other people, and i found this out not so long ago.
If we started to communicate on a regular basis, over time i can "adopt" a part of your personality and some behaviour traits without processing a single thought. I'm not even noticing that unless someone points this out. This changes from one friend circle to another. Unless we're really close with each other, it's not really my "personality", it's actually yours/someone else's from the same friend group. It IS annoying for some people, but i can't really do much with it
3. Sound sensitivity. I can't "filter" the background noises, and i can hear even the soft high-pitched sounds made by phone chargers/light bulbs. At the same time, i have troubles processing speech in the loud environment, i twitch from VERY loud and sudden sounds and my eyes are just starting to get wet for no reason after that (Usually i'm good at hiding that or just blame it on the bright lights if anyone asks me). I hate it even when there's two or more people talking at the same time, i have to put myself together to get what they're trying to say if they're even talking to me. It's really hard to concentrate on it
4. Navigation and visiting new places.
I'm very good at following any routes i already know, and i prefer to take them even if there is shorter/easier ones....well, if i never was there before. I can't just pick a new route or enter a new grocery store/hospital/post office/anything else for the first time if i'm alone.I remember a day when i was still studying, and i stood outside the professor's office (at the exact same day when i had to deal with some problems with my documents) for approximately 1 hour before someone opened the door and asked if i need something
I just get something like a brain block which doesn't allow me to do something, and i can even start to panic because i'm out of my "well-known comfort zone". I often need a person who can guide me somewhere, and then i have no problems with doing it myself. You don't have to follow me everywhere, but i truly appreciate it when you help me with that.
5. Couple of years ago I also had huge troubles with just answering the phone (i still prefer text over calls, all my friends know that, but seeing my phone vibrating with a call from unknown number still gives me a bit of anxiety), because when i'm stressed, i can go completely non-verbal.
Why? I just have a feeling that sudden call means "something bad happened", and if i don't pick up, i can somehow ignore the imaginery bad stuff and it won't happen to me
Somehow i managed to deal with that with lots of practice with my therapist when i had to make my own appointments, and eventually i kinda gaslighted myself into believing that it's not much different than voice chats with my friends. Now i can at least make an important call and don't feel very exhausted after it

So I worked at a lab until yesterday. Just about a year and a half there. And within that year and a half, 13 people, including me, either quit or were fired. With just over 30 people total, that's a 40% turnover rate.
First they like you, but as time goes on management needs a punching bag. They needle you and micromanage you and tell you to go faster but be more precise and dont make mistakes and refuse to help you. My coworker worked 12 hours the day before I left when her shift is normally 8.
I was fired for "bullying" and creating a "hostile work environment". So what happened? Back around October, they hired this guy. Didnt talk much, which is fine. But sometimes he didnt replace supplies he took or just did little things that were fine, but annoying.
Just for funsies, a different coworker googled his name and found out he was arrested for masterbating in a public place and got caught, and of course that spread like wildfire through the lab. No one confronted him about it but everyone limited their interactions with him and was uncomfortable anytime he was near.
A while after that, I noticed that he wasnt doing his job correctly. Not homogenizing his samples, leaving the fume hood up, pouring solvent into the trash and down the drain. I reported him, then nothing. Reported him again, nothing. Then I made a list to present to management with witnesses and dates. This is when I recieved my first warning for "bullying" and being "unprofessional". That was in February.
Later they implemented and arbitrary hierarchy. The people who did data were above the people who did prep. Also the people who did prep wee not allowed to sit, but data analysts were. The data analyst who been there the longest in each department became group leader.
Management said I could learn data as a back up, this was documented (and then forgotten by management until I brought it up again). Then they changed their minds and said I couldnt learn data. Then they said I could learn glycol data, but training sessions were weeks apart so I made mistakes.
Then I had a baby and went on leave for 3 months.
I came back, the girl I trained to do prep was now doing data and de facto group leader because the old one was going back to college like 4 of our other coworkers. I thought the concept of group leaders was stupid so I made a passing joke "oh wise group leader" to her a few times. She never mentioned that it bothered her.
Now this girl was constantly complaining and crying and coming to me for support. This week was a short week and our department was understaffed so I was stressed out too. The day before I was fired I said that "I wanted to do data but management made that decision so I'm grateful you can take one for the team." That's what made her report me for bullying. I wasnt going to work late because I dont get paid enough and I have a baby at home.
That's what got me fired. They said "multiple people" reported me for bullying, and brought up how I made a list with the masturbator as a history of my bullying behavior, and that was it. They didnt care that I was the primary breadwinner for a baby and a 2 year old. I kept asking them for more information and they wouldnt tell me, and they said this conversation is over and just stood in the hallway and waited for me to leave.
One of them said that they would call HR and talk with her and I said ok, and then the other said if I didnt leave they would call the police. They escorted me to the door after that, but not before I told some of my coworkers (who loved me! We had lunch together, we laughed together, everyone liked spending time with me!! I'm a nice person!!) that they fired me.
I'm happy I at least got to tell management that the staff thinks they're having an affair right to his face before I left.
They were caught hugging with the doors closed, tickling each other, and they stayed at a hotel for a conference, just the two of them.
Fucking bullshit. But I havent cried a single tear. Just have to get a new job as soon as possible because my husband doesnt want to give up his business, which I understand.

How to Keep Your Student Accommodation Clean Without Spending Hours
Being a student, it is important not only to your health and well-being but also to create an environment where you can study effectively by keeping your student apartment or dorm clean. While studying, completing assignments, and participating in social activities, plus the occasional Netflix binge, it can seem as if cleaning could be more attainable. The good thing is, you can keep your accommodation nice and neat without spending many hours cleaning it. You don't even have to bother with cleaning when you have organized the living space skillfully and brought in only slightly effective cleaning solutions.
1. Set a Daily Cleaning Routine
The most effective way to keep your accommodation clean is to be consistent with it, which does not mean spending time. Besides, holding off all the mess and then doing an intense cleaning campaign does not solve the problem, so you better fit one task per day into your schedule. Likewise, there are some things you could do every day:
It is first thing in the morning. Fix your bed. Therefore, you will create a tidier look in your room.
Along with other cleaning activities, dust your desk and work surfaces regularly to avoid dust build-up.
Straighten up your living room by removing clothes, dishes, and books immediately when you are through with them.
By inserting small cleaning tasks into your daily routine, you will avoid the stress of cleaning a whole room or apartment in one go. You will save yourself the effort.
2. Divide and Conquer: Break Down Tasks by Zone
Going over the cleaning of all your accommodation in a single throw may be quite annoying. Rather than trying to clean your entire home all at once, tackle one area at a time by dividing it up into zones that you can easily maintain. As in:
Kitchen: Wipe down counters, load/unload the dishwasher, and take out the trash.
Bathroom: Clean the sink and wipe down mirrors daily to keep things fresh.
Living Area: Quickly vacuum or sweep the floor and organize the couch cushions and blankets.
The first step is to do things one at a time. You will be able to keep order without feeling like you are being buried alive under things.
3. Use Multi-Purpose Cleaning Products
Instead of buying different products for each surface, you just have to purchase one or two universal, yet high-quality and durable cleaners. Go for ones that can also clean up countertops, floors, and bathroom surfaces. A high-quality universal product saves time and space by allowing you to cover different areas without going in a circle and changing the product.
Another fine trick that saves time is to use spill-resistant nappies with wipes for quick touch-ups, which can be especially useful in high-traffic areas like the kitchen or the bathroom. They are efficient in cleaning really quick surfaces and dryer spills within seconds.
4. Tidy as You Go
The easiest among many is to keep the house neat, being a go-getter. The action is cleaner, whatever you do, studying with friends, or whatever is over, clean up straight after the exercise.
For instance, when you are in the cooking zone, wash and clean the pots and pans as they are used, and do not just let them pile up in the sink. In case of spillage, mop the surface immediately. This little habit prevents messes from accumulating and makes clean-up a much lighter chore.
5. Incorporate Decluttering into Your Routine
A crowded room has the effect that your space is always chaotic even though you have just cleaned it. Just a few minutes of your time per day can be enough to declutter and get rid of unnecessary stuff. You can arrange your studying materials, books, and personal belongings into boxes, drawers, or shelves to make sure everything is in its correct place.
Decluttering is not required to be a very big project—work on a single area such as your desk or wardrobe, and the results will be visible immediately without even spending your time on it.
6. Involve Your Housemates
If you're sharing student rooms with other people, you can find it very difficult to keep the place clean without their help. The best way to deal with this type of problem is to create a cleaning schedule that is mutually shared. Develop a rotation schedule so that each of them has a turn to perform certain chores. Assigning jobs like vacuuming the shared rooms, cleaning the kitchen, or taking out the garbage helps distribute the work more evenly. Also, it involves every one of them in keeping the house clean.
7. Do a Weekly Deep Clean
Although daily cleaning rituals are a must, weekly thorough cleaning is fundamental to everything being in the right condition. However, do not worry, you are not going to spend a lot of time on it. Planning instead for 30-45 minutes of the following.
Sweep the floors of every room in the house.
Polish all the surfaces: the ones that include the desk, shelves, and tables.
Dump the trash bins and recycle them.
Exchange your bed linens to ensure that your sleeping area is neat and cosy.
8. Use Smart Storage Solutions
The mess sometimes occurs when there is no place to keep things. Pick out the organizer products that allow you to have your stuff in order and out of sight easily. The under-bed storage boxes, over-the-door hooks, and multi-functional furniture are perfect examples that give more space and less mess. If everything is in its proper place, it is simple for people to keep a neat environment.
Conclusion: Clean Space, Clear Mind
Everyone wishes to keep their school dorm, student accommodation, or whatever it may be clean, but nobody wishes to spend a lot of time cleaning. Through organizing your things and encouraging your roommates to clean and put things in order you can make your living space clean and comfortable through the practice of tidying up. The clean and conducive surroundings are a good way to live, work, and have comfort in whatever place you are calling home. Furthermore, if you are interested in worry-free lets in the UK, Student Tenant can assist you. They provide several services which ensure that your student housing is as convenient as possible.

Sci-Fi idea
Cosmic Spaghetti
Either the far flung future or an alien species annoyed with the tedium of space travel in space ships between core systems build a web of strings between star systems. For those who want to go Google the idea Topopolis is your search term.
I did the math on this a while ago and I'm just gonna trust my younger self, there's enough material in the sol system to build a topopolis structure that spans thousands of lightyears... Even going conservative and reserving materials for other uses and redundancy in the topopolis strands (having multiple strands braided together) etc it should be possible to build out to a dozen systems before having to start using materials in those systems to build more.
The benefits would be
Shipping, both people and cargo could be done using train systems and it could or would be relatively scenic, travel within the habitable area of the topopolis or at high speed in the protected area between the braided strands at relativistic speeds (might as well accelerate at 1G the whole journey the void between strands acting as a massive scale rail gun)
Power, with super conductors the stars at each end of the strands could be dedicated to power production and refining materials, even star lifting wouldn't be off the table for resource gathering
Space, I made an assumption of 8km diameter for each strand so the internal surface would be 25km*length, going to even proxima centuri that's 250Gm², or 500million times the surface area of earth per strand, 3 strands is the minimum for having protected tunnels 7 or 19 might be more likely (7 strands provides 6 protected tunnels for none habitat uses 19 gives 18) so that could be billions of earth surface areas configurable as land or water or anything else.
Science, reserving just one of the vacuum tunnels as a particle accelerator would be interesting, linear acceleration can be to higher speeds because you're not constantly slowing the particle down to change direction, we could do much faster collisions or even theoretically build keugleblitz, the tunnels are also theoretically safe from doing any harm to the habitable areas so there's plenty of other space to stretch the boundies of what science knows, not to mention the ample space for biodiversity experimentation within the habitat itself, each strand might fix several aspects of the environment, say temperature and humidity but vary along it's length in another like day night cycle length. And each strand might vary a different thing
The downside would be defensibility compared to even defending a system a top, the strands would spread through space like cheese wire, the chances of something hitting them accidentally is minimal however anything that does hit them is likely to do considerable amounts of damage, a structure like this can have fail safes to prevent the whole thing being in danger but the effect of an issue over a few thousand km could be horrendous... And from a more cynical perspective strands being deliberately attacked are far more vulnerable than even a star system, for volume of useable space the defence characteristics of a topopolis are almost as bad as they could be. And functionally they're an immovable structure, at least compared to a space ship.
Another possible construction would be orbiting a star, at the scale I've been discussing 10-100k wraps around a star in place of the asteroid belt would be reasonable which has some advantages and some disadvantages, even on that scale though spinning the habitable area to provide gravity would stress the ring less than an ant walking over the golden gate bridge you wouldn't need expansion joints to account for the change in diameter between the internal circumference of the ring and the external circumference of the ring as it spins. The toroidal structure would be 800-2500 km along the minor diameter
Though I think the biggest problem wouldn't necessarily be the solid materials to construct with it'd be finding enough air and water to make the structure habitable, the structure is going to be mostly air or vacuum, probably less than 3% of the strand is structure, 97% is air and then there's vacuum (most likely) between strands which have a packing near 88% the total volume of structure, and even the structure isn't going to be a solid string of steel, it's going to have voids, shape can often make up for missing volume, there are very few things which we build out of solid materials all the way through and it's often for reasons other than strength. So there's enough metals in the asteroid belt for such construction while the amount of oxygen and nitrogen may be an issue without raiding planets or moons. I never did the math on that it seems
There are many many configurations and I'm only scratching the surface but I'd like to see this explored lots more. And I hope some day humanity can do projects on this scale

How to Stop Your Bed from Rolling on Wood Floors: Expert Tips
To keep a bed from rolling on wood floors, use non-slip mats or grippers under the bed legs. This prevents movement and protects the floor from scratches. Introducing non-slip solutions for bed frames on wood floors is crucial to maintain stability and prevent damage. When beds are placed on wood floors, the smoother surface can lead to unwanted movement, making it necessary to find effective solutions. Fortunately, non-slip mats or grippers can be used under the bed legs to keep them in place and avoid any rolling or sliding. Besides preventing scratches and marks on the wood floor, these simple yet practical solutions ensure a stable bed, allowing you to sleep peacefully without any disruptions caused by unnecessary movement. Let's explore these non-slip alternatives that can keep your bed firmly in place on your wood floors.
Assessing The Problem
Before finding a solution to keep your bed from rolling on wood floors, it's crucial to assess the problem accurately. One of the first steps is to check the floor surface and determine the bed frame type. By evaluating these factors, you can take appropriate measures to prevent your bed from annoyingly rolling around. Check The Floor Surface Start by examining the condition of your wood floor surface. Look for any unevenness or slopes that could potentially cause your bed to roll. This can occur due to settling of the foundation or issues with the subfloor. If you spot any irregularities, consider consulting a professional to address the problem and ensure a stable base for your bed. Determine The Bed Frame Type Another important aspect to consider is the type of bed frame you have. Different bed frame designs may affect the stability of your bed on wood floors. It's essential to understand the characteristics of your bed frame to find an appropriate solution. If you have a metal bed frame, it may be more prone to movement on wood floors. Metal frames can slide easily due to their smooth surface. In this case, using rubber or non-slip pads underneath the bed frame legs can provide the necessary traction to keep it firmly in place. On the other hand, platform beds or bed frames with built-in slats tend to be more stable. The wide base ensures a better distribution of weight, reducing the chances of rolling. However, it's still recommended to verify that the frame is sitting securely on the wood floor, as even platform beds can shift over time. Remember, a stable bed not only prevents annoying movement but also ensures a comfortable and undisturbed sleep.
Preventing Bed Movement
Prevent your bed from rolling on wood floors with these practical tips: 1. Place nonslip pads or rubber stoppers under the legs or casters of the bed. 2. Use furniture grippers or adhesive pads to secure the bed frame in place. 3. Consider placing an area rug or carpet underneath the bed to provide extra traction. Avoid unnecessary movement and keep your bed stable on wood floors. Add Non-slip Mats Or Grippers To prevent your bed from rolling on wood floors, one effective solution is to add non-slip mats or grippers. These inexpensive and easy-to-install accessories provide a secure grip between your bed frame and the floor, keeping it in place. Non-slip mats come in various materials, such as rubber or silicone, which have excellent traction properties. To use them, simply place the mats or grippers under each leg or wheel of your bed frame. The gripping surface prevents any unwanted movement, giving you a stable and secure sleeping environment. Benefits of Non-Slip Mats or Grippers - Prevents bed movement - Easy and quick to install - Provides a secure grip on wood floors - Inexpensive solution Use Furniture Pads Or Felt Sliders An alternative method to prevent bed movement on wood floors is to use furniture pads or felt sliders. These pads are specifically designed to protect your floor from scratches and provide an extra layer of stability. Furniture pads are usually made of durable materials like rubber or felt, which are gentle on wood surfaces. To use them, attach the pads to the bottom of your bed frame or legs. The smooth surface reduces friction, allowing your bed to stay in place without sliding or rolling. - Benefits of Furniture Pads or Felt Sliders: - - Protects wood floors from scratches - - Provides stability for your bed - - Easy installation Consider Area Rugs Or Carpeting If you're looking for a more aesthetically pleasing solution, consider using area rugs or carpeting underneath your bed. These not only add warmth and style to your bedroom but also help prevent bed movement on wood floors. The thick, textured surface of the rug creates friction, minimizing any sliding or rolling. You can choose a rug size that covers the entire area under your bed or opt for smaller rugs strategically placed under each leg. This extra layer between your bed and the floor provides stability, making it an excellent choice for those who want both functionality and design. - Benefits of Area Rugs or Carpeting: - - Adds warmth and style to your bedroom - - Prevents bed movement effectively - - Creates friction for stability
Securing The Bed Frame
Keeping your bed from rolling on wood floors is crucial to ensure a good night's sleep without any unnecessary movement. Securing the bed frame is an effective solution to prevent it from shifting and moving around. Here are three methods to secure your bed frame on wood floors: Tighten Loose Screws Or Bolts If you notice any wobbling or shifting of your bed frame, it may be due to loose screws or bolts. Ensure the stability of your bed by inspecting and tightening them as necessary. This simple maintenance task can make a significant difference in preventing any unwanted movement. Take a moment to tighten all the screws or bolts in your bed frame using a screwdriver or wrench. Install Bed Frame Stopper Brackets Stopper brackets provide added stability to your bed frame by acting as anchors against the floor. They are specially designed to prevent movement and protect your wood floors from any potential damage caused by rolling. Installing bed frame stopper brackets is a straightforward process. Position the brackets at the edges of your bed frame, ensuring they align securely with the wood floor. Use screws or nails to secure the brackets firmly into place, creating a strong base that keeps your bed frame in position. Attach Anti-rolling Straps Or Strips To further secure your bed frame on wood floors, anti-rolling straps or strips are an excellent option. These straps are typically made of durable material and designed to prevent any lateral movement. Begin by attaching one end of the strap to the side of your bed frame, near the head or footboard. Then, stretch the strap diagonally across to the opposite side of the frame, ensuring it is securely fastened. Repeat this process on the other side of the bed. The tension from the straps will effectively restrict any rolling or shifting of the bed, providing you with a stable and immobile sleeping surface.
Considerations For Bed Wheels
One must consider certain factors when it comes to preventing a bed from rolling on wood floors. Using bed wheels that have rubber or soft surfaces, adding non-slip pads or furniture grippers, and using caster cups or coasters can help keep the bed stable and prevent it from moving. Keeping a bed from rolling on wood floors can be a simple yet important concern for many homeowners. One of the key factors to consider is the type and quality of bed wheels. Here are some important considerations that can help you prevent your bed from rolling on your wood floors. Replace Wheels With Non-marking Casters One effective solution to keep your bed from rolling on wood floors is to replace the existing bed wheels with non-marking casters. These casters are specifically designed to prevent any type of damage or marking on wood floors. They feature a rubber or polyurethane coating that provides excellent traction and prevents the bed from sliding or rolling all over the place. By investing in non-marking casters, you not only protect your wood floors but also create a stable and secure foundation for your bed. Lock Or Secure Bed Wheels Effectively If you don't want to replace your bed wheels entirely, another option is to effectively lock or secure them. This can be done by using various methods such as caster cups, caster locks, or even wedge-shaped stoppers. Caster cups, also known as furniture coasters, are small cups made of rubber or plastic that can be placed under each wheel to prevent rolling. Caster locks are specialized devices that can be attached to the side of the bed frame, providing a safe and secure locking mechanism for the wheels. Wedge-shaped stoppers can also be inserted between the wheels and the floor, effectively immobilizing the bed. When choosing the right method to lock or secure your bed wheels, make sure to consider the weight and stability of your bed. Additionally, ensure that the chosen method is compatible with the type of bed frame and wheels you have. By implementing these strategies, you can keep your bed in place, avoiding any unnecessary movement that could potentially damage your beautiful wood floors. Remember, maintaining a stable and secure bed is not only beneficial for the safety and comfort of users but also for the longevity and appearance of your wood floors. Take the necessary precautions and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without worrying about your bed rolling around on your precious wood floors!
Additional Tips And Tricks
When it comes to preventing your bed from rolling on wood floors, there are a few additional tips and tricks that you can employ. These simple solutions will provide extra stability and minimize movement, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without the constant shifting of your bed. Below are some effective methods that you can try: Apply Adhesive Velcro Strips If you are looking for a quick and easy fix to secure your bed in place, adhesive velcro strips are a great option. These handy strips can be attached to the base of your bed frame and the corresponding area on your wood floor. The adhesive backing ensures a stronghold, preventing any unwanted rolling or sliding. To apply the velcro strips, follow these steps: - Clean the designated areas on both the bed frame and the wood floor to ensure proper adhesion. - Measure and cut the velcro strips according to the size of your bed frame. - Remove the adhesive backing from one side of the strip and firmly press it onto the bed frame. - Repeat the same process for the other side of the velcro strip, attaching it to the corresponding area on the wood floor. - Leave the velcro strips undisturbed for a few hours to allow the adhesive to fully bond. By applying adhesive velcro strips to your bed, you can effectively keep it in place and minimize any movement on your wood floors. Use Bed Frame Stabilizers Another excellent way to ensure that your bed stays put on wood floors is by using bed frame stabilizers. These stabilizers are specifically designed to prevent any rolling or shifting, providing additional support and stability for your bed. Here's how you can use them: - Determine the number of stabilizers needed based on the size and weight of your bed. - Place the bed frame stabilizers strategically under the corners of your bed frame. - Adjust the stabilizers as necessary to achieve a level and solid base for your bed. Bed frame stabilizers are a reliable solution to prevent bed movement on wood floors, and they are readily available in various sizes to accommodate different bed frames. Consult With A Flooring Or Bedding Expert If you have tried various methods but are still experiencing issues with your bed rolling on wood floors, it may be beneficial to seek guidance from a flooring or bedding expert. These professionals have extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with floor-related concerns. They can assess your specific situation and recommend suitable solutions tailored to your needs. By consulting with an expert, you can address any underlying issues and ensure that your bed remains stable and secure on your wood floors.
Conclusion
To prevent bed rolling on wood floors, consider using rubber, grippy materials or adhesive pads. This not only protects your floor but also prevents accidents. By employing these simple solutions, you can enjoy a stable and secure sleeping environment. Now, you can sleep peacefully knowing your bed won't go off track. Say goodbye to the unwanted sounds and movements that disrupt your sleep. Rest easy and keep your bed in place on wood floors! Read the full article

What are GU10 bulbs?
Post has been published on becoration
What are GU10 bulbs?
Light has the power to transform spaces, give them life and personality. In the art of lighting, choosing the right bulb is a crucial step. If you’re looking for an option that combines efficiency with design, GU10 bulbs are a brilliant choice. But what makes them so special?
The world of interior decoration is vast and full of details. Among those details, the GU10 bulb is not only a source of light but also a tool in creating unique and cozy environments.
What is a GU10 bulb?
The GU10 bulb is not an ordinary light bulb. It is a type of bulb, either halogen or LED, distinguished by its two-pin base. Its design is compact and versatile, making it ideal for different spaces and decorative styles. But what really stands out is its ability to offer superior quality lighting, with a uniform distribution of light, avoiding those annoying shadows and highlighting the details that matter most to you.
Characteristics of GU10 bulbs
Energy efficiency. GU10 bulbs, especially LED ones, are known for their low energy consumption. This is not only beneficial for the environment but also reflected in significant savings on the electricity bill.
Versatility. Their compact and modern design makes them ideal for any corner of your home. Whether in pendant lamps, wall sconces, or recessed lights, these bulbs adapt elegantly.
Durability. One of the great advantages is their extended lifespan. While a traditional incandescent bulb can last around 1,000 hours, a GU10 LED can exceed 15,000 hours of use.
Quality of lighting. These bulbs offer clear and bright light, with excellent color reproduction, meaning the colors in your home will look exactly as they are.
How to care for bulbs and extend their lifespan
Taking care of your GU10 bulbs is easier than you think and will allow you to enjoy their light for much longer. Here are some tips:
Avoid constantly turning them on and off. Every time you do so, you slightly reduce the lifespan of the bulb. If you’re going to leave the room for a long time, it’s better to turn it off.
Keep the bulbs clean. Dust and dirt can affect the quality of the light. A dry cloth is enough to keep them shining.
Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures. While they are resistant, it’s best to avoid placing them near heat sources or in very cold places.
Use compatible dimmers. If you decide to use a dimmer switch, make sure it is compatible with your GU10 bulbs to avoid damage.
5 lighting tips for your home
Choosing the right light and knowing how and where to use it can make a difference between a common home and one that radiates warmth and personality. Here are five tips to make the most of GU10 bulbs and any light source in your home.
1. Diversify light sources
Don’t limit yourself to a single light source. By combining GU10 bulbs with other lights, such as floor or table lamps, you can create dynamic and multifaceted environments. This diversity allows you to play with shadows and focal points, giving each space a unique character.
2. Play with intensity
Each room has its purpose and atmosphere. In the study, you may prefer brighter light for reading or working, while in the living room, softer light may be ideal for relaxation. Adjust the light intensity according to the activity and atmosphere you want to create.
3. Strategically place lights
Lighting not only serves to see but also to highlight. Think about which parts of the room you want to highlight, whether it’s a painting, a shelf, or a special corner. By placing GU10 bulbs in those points, you can create stunning visual effects and give prominence to your favorite objects.
4. Opt for warm lights in resting areas
The color temperature influences how we perceive a space. In places like the bedroom or the living room, warm light, with yellow or golden tones, will make the space cozier and more relaxing, inviting rest and tranquility.
5. Outdoor lighting
Don’t neglect outdoor spaces. GU10 bulbs are durable and versatile, making them ideal for exteriors. Use them on terraces, patios, or gardens to create magical environments at night, highlighting plants, fountains, or paths, and turning your outdoor space into a oasis of light.
In summary, GU10 bulbs are a tool for design, efficiency, and quality. If you’re looking to give your home lighting that stands out and is functional at the same time, these bulbs are the perfect choice. Illuminate with style and personality!

Haven't posted in a few weeks, have I?
Welp, school shit got more busy, people celebrated shit, and I got really addicted to Monster Hunter World.
Actually, while I'm at it, I'll make this a post about just that: Monster Hunter World
So, let's start by making clear what it actually is: Monster Hunter World is a game where you hunt monsters, with other people if you want, or solo (as I do). There's a few areas, each with different monsters to hunt, at multiple difficulties (for different tiers of loot, damage dealt and received, and monsters). Some monsters returned from past titles, others are brand new. There's also a DLC, Iceborne, which adds a lot of stuff but I don't have it.
SPOILER ALERT FROM THIS POINT ONWARD
Now, with that basis set, let's move to what I really want to discuss: My favourite monsters.
We'll make this a list, actually, and why I like each of them as much as I do.
Spot 3: Odogaron, the Cruel Claw Wyvern
An original addition from Monster Hunter World, the Odogaron is quite a tricky beast to slay at first, and one you'll be forced to fight to progress the story at a certain point. It's quite an agile foe, and can deal a lot of damage, in part due to its Bleed effect. It has a large maw, quadrupedal shape, and two rows of claws on each paw, and ears carrion when it has to, but is entirely capable of killing anything in its habitat as well.
It's a monster that lends itself to a very dodge-based and aerial playstyle, and will always be an intense fight, especially if you make the mistake of trying to place raw meat as bait, which will get it to be enraged.
To fight it, I mostly stick to my Ice weapon, which has been an Insect Glaive all game long, even though I've pivoted toward a different weapon as my primary. The immensely agile and aerial nature of the Insect Glaive makes this fight easier... If you can get the right extracts from this speed demon of a beast. It makes for a very entertaining fight though, because it's a fight of two immensely agile, immensely deadly beings.
However, the Bleed effect is annoying to get rid of, requiring you to crouch and stand still or take vast damage over time... which is very very bad when fighting this monster. It also occasionally gets interrupted by a Radobaan or a Great Girros, which interrupts the flow of the fight quite a bit.
It's armour set and weapons all look incredible though, and I mean it. Truly, there are few sets that look better, both in the base game and in all that I've seen of Iceborne. It's fire element is a bit... useless for weapons, in most of the fights I've had. It also doesn't feature my favourite weapon types, so that's not quite as enjoyable. However, the armour bonuses are incredible, especially Speed Sharpener.
Overall, an incredible monster to fight. Great addition to the franchise!
Spot 2: Tobi-Kadachi, the Flying Thunder Wyvern / the Flying Spark
Another original addition from World, this flying squirrel of lightning is similar to the Odogaron, though encountered far earlier. It's quite fast, moves through the air occasionally, and can release vast amounts of Thunder damage, as well as inflicting Thunderblight, a very inconvenient effect.
I like it for similar reasons as Odogaron, primarily its agile and aggressive style that can be countered in much the same way. It also lives in more vertical environments, allowing for a lot of Plunging attacks, which are always fun.
The Thunderblight effect is quite annoying though, as it increases your chance of being Stunned, an effect that can take you out of the fight for a time... and can doom you entirely.
I tend to switch around what weapons I use here. Anything from Hammer, to Double Blades, to even a Greatsword.
It's equipment entirely makes up for the annoying effect though, because it's amazing. The armour isn't anything amazing to look at, but it has some decent set bonuses, and the weapon selection you can craft from it is immaculate. My main weapon went from being a Pulsar Rod insect glaive, to now being a Kadachi Fang Katana. I love it, it's perfect, it's a really cool fight... just gets interrupted by Rathalos and Rathian too often to be the #1 spot.
Spot 1: Legiana, the Wind Drifting Wyvern
An unpopular choice, and yet another original addition from World! Truly, they nailed the new Monsters with it. It's a flying creature, found in an incredibly beautiful environment with tons of verticality, and its roar, to me, has a haunting beauty, somehow. It's hard to explain in more detail, because it has to be experienced.
When I first fought it, as the story required me to, I used my Tobi-Kadachi Insect Glaive. And it was the most fun fight I've ever had! Truly, this is two fast, flying, deadly creatures in as fair of a fight as you're ever gonna have. It will try to get you, you will try to get it, and it's like two jet fighters in a dog fight. The only thing that can stop you is it's Iceblight effect, which will make your stamina drain far faster. There's nullberries all around to clear it easily, but you can usually just outlast it, no issue.
If the fight itself isn't fun enough, the equipment is gonna make up for it. Easily. The armour sets are beautiful, the weapons look incredible, and the set bonuses are decent, too! Truly, I have no room to critique it, because there is nothing to critique.
I have nothing bad to say about it, aside from its music being a bit too... boring. Also, in one Investigation I did, a Bazelgeuse kept interrupting, which is immensely painful to be around due to its explosive nature. Outside of that, nothing has ever interrupted to make the fight worse, just a Tzitzi-Ya-Ku that stunned all parties involved, making it more of a funny interruption than an annoying one.
Truly, a 10/10 on all levels (except soundtrack) for me.
And that's that! My 3 favourites, listed from least to most favourite. Do with that what you will, repost with your own opinion, whatevs, just keep it civil. A
Have a great day :)

So here is my rant on open world games and how they CAN be good.
1. People keep putting linear things in open world games. Open world games should guve you choices, not just on HOW you do things but on WHAT you do. Like "this mission can be beaten with either stealth or guns." Like honey that's not an option, that's a linear stealth game with the failure state being shoot everyone. That's how your players are going to play it at least. "Oh well I'll add an option to talk your way through then." Good start but what if they just... never had to go there at all. What if there was an entirely second location they could go to and find the thing. What if the time of day mattered and during the day the building is open tp the public. So many options beyond your normal linear design.
2. Open space is not open world. Having to walk in a straight line through nothingness is not fun and never will be. Put your shit closer to each other. And on that note, when I see "biggest open world map in the world." My first thought is "that is going to be so boring." And not what marketing thinks it will be which is "woah so impressive." You overwork map design artists for NOTHING. Put. Your. Shit. Closer. Together.
3. There will be open space between things. Part of the design of open world requires that you can flank around stuff without being noticed via the stealth system. Of course if your game doesn't have stealth you can ignore this, or if you have a dense urban environment where you can sneakily jump along rooftops and alleyways. But basically there's going to have to be just enough space to attack something from every angle and do recon... so make the movement fun. Give us a grappling hook or a car or ANYTHING other than walking. And if it has to be walking don't make it realistic, make it fast. Also I'm looking directly at starfield. If you give us a jetpack, make it stronger than a wet fart. For fucks sake 90% of your planets won't even let me get more than 5 feet of the ground. The main use of yoru jetpack is to act as a second sprint bar because you made the characters movement speed super fuck off slow and then put all the buildings miles away from where your ship lands and from each other.
4. Open world should reward exploration. When a player wonders if there's something cool hidden in a location, fucking put something there, and not just random loot. Nobody cares about random loot. Let your devs make renamed versions of items with customized stats. Even if it LOOKS the same it'll feel more important.
5. Open world games should reward pattern recognition. If a specific flower is used prominently and often in the lands of the swamp raiders, stop putting it in places where swamp raiders aren't at. Players will recognize the patter wither way, and as it is I'm often left thinking "Oh shit there's swamp raiders nearby." Only to realize it's a red herring, and then ignore the flower next time I run into it and get ambushed by swamp raiders. Reward players for noticing patterns. Reused architecture and level design elements should have a reason behind them. I understand it's "realistic." That multiple places will have this flower, or certain cities will have buildings that copy the architecture of a different city. But this isn't real life, you don't have to confuse and annoy your players because it's realistic.
6. Open world doesn't have to have a blown out scope. Some of the best open world games are indeed games with like 5 locations to visit and the whole game takes like maybe 20 hours to 100%. Less time then I spent on what felt like tutorial missions in starfield.
7. Open world games should narritively match the genre. If the gameplay is encouraging you to go off the beaten path and explore and get lost in the open vastness of the world and busy yourself with side quests. Stop having the protagonist's girlfeiend/sister/friend locked away in the torture dimension until we finish the main story. Stop having bad guys threaten the whole world until we finish the story. Stop having stakes that appear time sensitive. Why not a story about how the main character has dedicated their life to finding a specific thing, and the whole story is just him dramatically finding leads towards finding the thing. And at the end they just proudly put the thing on a shelf and go back to exploring. Now I feel as though the side quests aren't distracting from something more important, because the main story is only important to yhe main character. The life or death situations are hidden in the sidequests you can finish quickly in the middle of your exploration. In fact make those super important so they feel narratively like you should be putting your main quest asside and do them first.
8. Alsp stop making custom characters and not delivering. This is mainly a bethesda thing but if I'm going to be the dragonborn/lone survivor/lone wanderer/courier 6/starborn/big dang hero guy #3 all with a custom backstory about how I was a horse thief who jumped the border, stop giving me a custom character. Players will make up their own backstory, so just... don't mention it. Also don't lock the player into siding with various NPCs in the main story if you're going to have a custom character let them be customized let them choose to be a lone wolf with no friends. It makes the friends they do choose more important. And stop making them celebrities. That should feel earned soemthing you have to go out of your way doing difficult optional objectives to do.
8b. Or just fucking make a preset protagonist. One with an actual personality. Open world's don't need to also be choice based games. The main character can have a pre-set personality and backstory. But do one or the other. If you're going to give a bunch of pre set stuff, just fill in the other blanks and use your professional writers to make it interesting. Rather than most custom characters end up: a mismatch of the forced traits and the ones the player made up themselves.
9. Just... ask yourself what the open world adds to the game. If your game leans too hard on fast travel you should probably just be a mission based game with non-linear levels. Cause that's what you've made. If players fast travel everywhere then why have all this extra space dedicated to nothing?
no more open world games ever

There is something about Stede and his inability to form a bond with his crew, and the way that changes after Ed enters the picture, that I find very interesting (and btw, thanks @bookshelfdreams for letting me bounce ideas off your always insightful brain).
I mean, think about it. Up until the end of episode three the crew is very much not sold on his idea of piracy, and Jim explicitly tells him (while he is about to get hanged) "You are the worst fuckin' pirate captain in history" (which, I mean, fair, since his incompetence and naivety had a direct impact on them). But something changes enough between episode 3 and episode 9 that the entire crew comes to Stede's rescue when Badminton's tells him he is not a real pirate.
And the thing is… Stede has this idea that he wants to be a pirate, but he doesn't really like pirate "activities"? I'm not just talking about the very violent aspects of raiding and pillaging, but also like the idea that the pirates have of "vacation" in the second episode (like when Wee John and the Swede are play-fighting on the beach, and he gets very upset because "that was not what he was talking about" when he said that there was no way of messing up a vacation). I know we often compare the way he acts with the crew as acting like a father to them, but I actually think Stede is more teacher than parent (might be professional bias, might be the sheer number of "children"): a teacher that is trying to change the way pirating works but he's doing it on his ideals, not taking enough into consideration what his "students" are actually like. His heart is mostly in the right place but his head still has a lot of work to do.
Of course this role he takes on has to do with his being part of the aristocracy, the self-appointed civilized and morally superior (though I find interesting that he didn't even consider that most of the crew would probably be illiterate: it both shows his disconnect from reality AND a disposition to see this weird group of people as fundamentally the same as himself). But I also think he has received enough pain from the aristocratic environment to understand, at least at a subconscious level, that it has a violent way of suppressing anything that is different from itself. And that's why he's so ambivalent in this "teacher" role: he really wants to foster the gentler side (the side of him that got bullied and ridiculed and squashed by his society) but keeps getting very annoyed when he finds out that being different doesn't always mean being different in the same way as he is.
Enter Blackbeard. On one hand you have this like… powerful cool vibe that he just emits, and makes everything he's interested in cool. It's not just the Blackbeard legend, it's just… him. And he finds Stede's weirdness compelling, so the crew probably would have to reconsider? But he also brings some piracy to the crew's life. Life on the Revenge is different when Blackbeard's there, and the crew gets to live in this "best of both worlds" scenario, where they can be real pirates while also experiencing that emotionally open and accepting space that Stede was so willing (but pretty much unable on his own) to offer them.
But also! Stede getting to know Ed, learning piracy from him, helps him to get a little more grounded and open to the things that his crew enjoys. His attitude towards them changes, and of course their attitude towards him AND his bizarre ways changes too.
So on one hand there's the very stong message that the show is explicitly going for which is "you don't have to change who you are to be loved"; both Ed and Stede fall in love with the current version of each other, but then they DO change each other organically and this has this beautiful ripple effect on everyone around them (to the point that I would almost like to say that the muppet-world magic/liminal space of the Revenge properly starts existing when they are both on it... but I haven't thought about this enough, so I'll just leave it here for future thought).

Going back to uni after lockdown
What effects has social distancing for over 1.5 years had on us?
Being isolated from our social circle and having little to no social life comes with many negative psychological effects, such as exhaustion, anxiety, irritability, poor concentration, or symptoms of depression.
Being isolated for so long also negatively affects our social connectedness, which is one of the most important factors that influence psychological well-being.
1: Keeping up with current regulations / safety measures
Just because we will finally be able to get back to uni for lectures sadly doesn’t mean that the pandemic is over. So make a point to still keep up with federal and local rules.
Your university will most likely have its own rules on what is allowed on campus, e.g., you might only be allowed to sit at a table with two people. Because the number of people who are allowed to attend a lecture in person might be limited, make sure to regularly check your student e-mail for updates on what your university has planned for the upcoming semester!
2: Checking in and reaching out to others
For some, staying at home might have been relaxing, while others experienced it as very stressful (e.g. due to family). What you can do to help others move forward, as a first step to ease back into socialising, is reach out to them. Maybe you can go and have lunch together sometime soon!
There might be people you haven’t spoken to since the beginning of the pandemic, but who says that you won’t enjoy spending time with them now as much as you did then?
If you are hesitant about conversation being awkward just remember: everyone will understand, you are not alone in this.
3: Reframing of negative thoughts
When reaching out to people, not getting an immediate response is always a possibility. Maybe there still isn’t one a week later. Did I annoy them? Do they not want anything to do with me?
Don’t worry, you’re not alone with those thoughts. Sometimes it is better to take a step back and ask yourself if there is a concrete reason for your worries. Are you overanalysing the situation? Most likely the slow response has nothing to do with you at all! Just send a follow-up text and be patient - who knows what’s currently going on in the other person’s life.
4: Easing back into socialising
After a long time of not meeting in person, many people experience socialising as incredibly exhausting. You can limit this by taking small consistent steps before going back to university, for example: texting, (video) calls, meeting another person for a limited time (e.g., lunch), spending an evening with a group of friends.
Just remember to be patient with yourself (and others!) and don’t try to push too hard too fast. By gradually building up to meeting larger groups of people, you can avoid being overwhelmed on the first day back at university, but it is fine if you still feel that way - everyone experiences this situation differently.
5: Be mindful and respect boundaries
This is something that applies as much to yourself as it does to others. Everyone was affected differently by the pandemic, so it is important to be mindful of others’ boundaries. If they are not comfortable sitting together closely during a break, that’s fine.
Don’t be hesitant to communicate it if you’re the one who is uncomfortable in a situation; just like you should respect others’ feelings, they should respect yours and act accordingly.
Tip: To make sure everyone knows who is fine with what in terms of closeness, you could clarify it via text first to avoid awkward situations.
6: Open and honest conversation
You have heard it before and you will hear it again: conversation is key. Make it an open and honest conversation, so you can be sure that everyone is on the same page.
Talking about your concerns openly will help relieve the anxiety that you or others might be dealing with. It also increases social support because others will probably be experiencing similar feelings. You’ll be there to reassure each other along the way and find solutions for what worries you.
7: Social and institutional support
If you are feeling like you need someone to talk to apart from your friends or family, take a look at your university’s website! Some offer free counselling sessions to their students. Also, student organisations in your city can often provide you with a direct contact to a psychologist or psychiatrist if the need arises.
Take them up on these offers, these people are being paid to help you to the best of their abilities. Sometimes, opening up to a stranger is easier than anything else.
8: Don’t forget about the basics!
And then there are the things you should always do before going back to uni. Do you need to look for a job? Get new books? New stationery? Do it.
Many students also need to move back to the city they are studying in. After a long time of living in a different place, for example, if you’ve moved back in with your parents, it can be time-consuming to pack everything back up or look for a new place to live in.
Give yourself enough time before classes start again, so you don’t end up more stressed than you already are!
9: Help maintain a safe environment
Lastly, there are three general things you can do to help maintain a safe learning environment for everyone:
1. If you can, go and get vaccinated!
2. If you can’t (yet), please consider getting tested regularly.
3. Wear a mask and wash your hands.
(Obviously, all three points depend on a lot of other factors, such as incidence numbers, how many people are already vaccinated, or your country’s policy on offering tests to the population. This is not meant to pressure you into anything, these are simply things that have been proven to help keep virus transmission to a minimum.)
Thank you for reading! I hope everyone stays safe and has a great start of the new semester!

analyzing every gojohime moment in the manga 😈
this series will probably have more than one part because tumblr only lets me upload ten images per post </3
warning: there are disgustingly long paragraphs in here and delusions
chapter 32
utahime’s first introduction! akutami lets us know right off the bat that she thinks gojo is an idiot (so true).
chapter 32
i love the contrast between miwa and utahime’s reaction to gojo’s appearance.
chapter 33
NAH BC TELL ME WHY HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO NOT GET HER ONE LMAOOOO!! when he traveled overseas to meet with yuta, he picked up the tribal protection charms and thought to himself, “let’s get enough for the kyoto students as a gift since i am such a great and caring teacher, after all. mmm, i should skip utahime to make her mad~” this guy puts way too much effort into getting on her nerves. his mind = utahime brainrot
chapter 33
she’s laughing at him here because he’s getting disciplined for being a lil shit. i wonder...what would he say if he saw her laughing at him like that?
chapter 33
this interaction between them is a little strange don’t you think? i feel like over the years he’s learned how to pick up her mood based on the way she’s acting towards him. you’re probably thinking, “well any person can figure out how a person’s feeling based on the way they’re talking or acting.” yes, that’s absolutely true, but it’s kind of different with this. she’s acting normal. utahime has a rather indifferent expression on her face and what she says is spoken in a calm tone, but gojo still asks her if she’s mad at him. it’s likely that he knows her well enough to be able to notice these subtle things. even if she wasn’t actually mad at him, he was being considerate for a split second, then he went and said, “of course. i didn’t do anything wrong and all.” what a guy LOLOL. to me, this implies that maybe he made her genuinely angry in the past to the point where he realized that he went too far, and thus decided to be more careful of her feelings. she has definitely gotten annoyed at him so many times after that so whenever she seems angry, he probably asks himself if he took it too far. i’m curious to see if he can pick up if she’s upset with something that’s not involving him. would he console her? how does gojo satoru console someone?
despite him always annoying her, she’s still courteous and brings him a cup of tea during their talk. she didn’t have to go out of her way to get tea for him but she did. that’s the kind of person utahime is. a kind and caring woman who would never put her students in danger. in the anime they were sitting far away and not facing each other like they’re doing in the manga. she also has her own tea cup. i think that little panel of her placing the cup down on the table and him picking it up to take a sip is a nice little detail. it just proves that her hating him most of the time isn’t actually pure hatred but annoyance because of his shenanigans and teasing.
chapter 33
i touched upon this a little bit in my previous post, but i wish to go more in depth about this panel. first of all, he ends the sentence with her name twice. two times too many, mr. gojo. i like how they can be serious with each other too LOL. i wish we got to see them talk about the traitors because they did figure it out together after all. does it always end in bickering? can they interact with each other like adults all the way through? somehow, i feel like that’s not possible when it comes to these two. furthermore, notice how gojo confides in utahime about his suspicions. from what we know, she is the first person he brought it up to. i mean, i guess he has to start investigating the schools and would need extra assistance to save time, but he could have done it himself if he really wanted to. by deciding to ask for her help we know that he thinks she’s trustworthy, smart, and strong enough to face whatever considerable risks this task may entail.
i didn’t point this out in my other posts but see how he makes a hand sign in the last panel when she throws the cup at him? gojo is manually activating his infinity. why though? about a year after the whole star plasma vessel incident happened, gojo develops the ability to keep his infinity up at all times by using the reversed curse technique to consistently heal himself to prevent exhaustion. this means that it really makes no difference whether he leaves it on or off. there are a few times where we can witness someone actually touching gojo. for example, yuuji giving him a hug. did he turn his infinity off, or was it able to deduce that yuuji was not a threat? the erasers and pencils shoko and geto threw at him during his demonstration of his new ability aren’t dangerous normally, but is it the speed that makes them dangerous? even if it did hit him, it wouldn’t hurt. how does the infinity know when to allow an incoming object to touch gojo? i believe it is up to gojo himself to let things touch him; his infinity restricts anything and anyone. some people say it could just be the fact that water is not dangerous to him, so therefore, he has to manually put his infinity up. i thought this was a reasonable explanation as to why he put up the hand sign when the tea was thrown at him, but then i realized that it couldn’t be. remember the second opening? it’s raining and everyone is carrying an umbrella, then it pans to gojo with a bouquet in his hand and rain drops slipping off his infinity. if he DID manually put his infinity up to prevent getting soaked then that implies that he chose to turn his infinity off. you can argue and say that jujutsu high is a safe place with students so there’s no need to have his infinity there, but do you remember when he stepped on the ants in front of gakuganji and yaga? the ants were perfectly fine after which insinuates that his infinity prevented his shoes from crushing the ants. he most likely had his infinity on during the baseball game even though he was in a safe environment. how does this long tangent relate back to utahime? well, it simply indicates that gojo trusts utahime so much to the point where he can be vulnerable around her. turning off his infinity symbolizes completely letting down his guard in a way.
how about what happens next? utahime throws the tea at him, he turns on his infinity to deflect it, and he responds with, “scary! hysteric women aren’t popular, you know!” why would he even say that LMAO?? utahime doesn’t even try to deny what he said either. she just hits him with the good old, “i am your senpai!” could it be that he’s trying to poke fun of her relationship status? maybe, maybe not. doesn’t he like people a lil crazy? he did say that all jujutsu sorcerers have to be a little crazy because they’re willing to put themselves in danger constantly.
chapter 0 p.1
i wonder who he’s thinking of when he said that. could it be utahime? it seems like he’s reminiscing or thinking about someone. he wears an amused expression on his face as he laughs - almost like he’s seen his fair share of how scary women can get :>>
chapter 34
the pattern behind gojo and utahime is called yagasuri “fletching,” a traditional japanese design. this design is inspired by arrow fletching. it's a lucky charm for weddings and other celebrations since it's based on the Japanese belief that an arrow shot once never comes back. brides were given kimonos with this pattern for good luck during the edo era (1603–1868) to ensure they would not have to return to their original family home. this pattern can have numerous meanings such as steadfastness or determination to achieve a goal, or a wish for the happiness of the bride. there is a belief that a bow and arrow represent the fight against evil. honestly, this meaning fits the narrative of the story. utahime and gojo are unearthing the traitors that are feeding intel to the curse users and cursed spirits. they are in the middle while the kyoto students surround them, which could mean that it’s their job as adults to protect these children from the grasps of evil slowly making itself more prominent. do you also notice that the arrows are pointed toward utahime from gojo? from all the images i’ve seen, the arrows are usually pointed downward. what could this mean? is gojo trying to protect her (in the future (?)) or does he have a big fat crush smh...
i think it’s a good time to mention utahime’s clothing. she’s wearing miko attire. miko are shrine maidens who were once thought to be shamans (you connecting the dots?). in their service to shrines, miko used to perform spirit possession and takusen (in which the possessed person acts as a "medium" (yorimashi) to communicate the divine will or message of that kami (god) or spirit; also included in the category of takusen is "dream revelation" (mukoku), in which a kami appears in a dream to communicate its will). this was back in the old days, of course. to become a miko back then (shaman), one needed to have potential. neurosis, hallucinations, odd behavior, and hysteria (HYSTERIA HELLO???) are some of the signs that a person is being called to shamanism. when a miko is communicating with a kami (god) or spirit by acting as a medium, she is in a trance-like state, and so she must learn techniques to control herself when this happens. chanting and dancing were used to accomplish this, so the girl was taught melodies and intonations that were used in songs, prayers, and magical formulas. all of this could give us insight about utahime’s technique and explains why she’s good at singing :) maybe she can’t control herself when she uses her technique which is why she isn’t shown using it because it should be used for dire situations. i imagine being possessed by a spirit or god must consume a lot of cursed energy. it makes sense that utahime and gakuganji wear traditional clothing. they’re the staff of jujutsu high’s kyoto branch. in chapter 0, kyoto is known as the sacred land of jujutsu. it’s more traditional compared to tokyo. if you want to learn more about miko, you should check out the wikipedia page!
chapter 34
i swear he tries to annoy her every chance he gets. i bet he sets a goal for himself to see how many times utahime lectures him about respecting his seniors every time he’s within the same vicinity as her. at least he called her utahime-sensei!!!
chapter 40
this isn’t even a gojohime moment tbh...i just wanted to share a pic of them sitting next to each other HEHE. why are they sitting next to each other anyway? it’s not like they have assigned seating.
----
that was so long and i apologize for the gargantuan paragraphs you guys had to read through. i’m writing this at 4 in the morning and i’m feeling borderline delirious so i apologize if there are any errors. i’ll edit this when i have time <3
the next part should come shortly.

𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐲 (𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐢 𝐀𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐱 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫)
→ Text: Hello there Anon! Thank you for sending a request to me and of course I will be glad to write this for you! And, sorry this took a while but I really do hope you see this as I tried my best with it! Also, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble eating. Since it has been awhile I hope you are doing better now?🥺 ♡♡♡ It must be difficult but don’t forget that you are strong enough to make it this far and I am proud of you! Hang in there, things will get better soon, trust in yourself <3
Synopsis: Levi was quick to notice the person he loves most which is Y/N for a while that they were struggling with something. So, Levi observed them for a while and then noticed how Y/N was actually having trouble not eating much. And, it was just an instinct that Levi went out to comfort and help Y/N in his own way. Which made you realize his love for you, and you only, and how soft/sweet Levi Ackerman is towards Y/N. Find out what are the things he does and says!
Trigger Warning, some mentions of eating disorder (but focusing more on levi comforting them), angst, cute fluff, modern au, headcanons imagine♡ —
It was hard, extremely hard, and you tried your best to eat consistently throughout the day, whenever you went out hanging out with Levi, and whenever you were alone. You really did. But, all alone and not letting anyone know about it because you were quite worried and concerned to even mention it, especially to Levi, you found it hard to manage this by yourself.
Whenever Levi came over to your place, or has taken you out for lunch/dinner he noticed you won’t eat much and even skipping it, and he started to wonder if it was because you hated the choices he picked and took you or you had enough of outside food with him. But, he later observed you and had noticed you were actually struggling to eat nowadays and he wanted to talk to you, to be of use and support you. After all, you are someone to him he cared and loved.
So, he decided to come over to your place and have a chat with you, because Levi was slowly starting to be worried for you.
“Hey, Y/N. I want to talk to you about something. Come sit with me?” Levi said as he sat down on your couch, leaning forward while he rested his elbows on his thighs. He looked towards you, at your eyes which had a surprised look.
“S-Sure.” Y/N said nervously and sat from the opposite side, not sure if Levi was mad at something.
“I...have been noticing that you aren’t enjoying our lunch and dinner hangouts recently, and I also noticed you usually reject my hangouts whenever we go out to eat. Did I...do something?” He sounded quite sad and also concerned. He wanted to make sure the relationship you both had was still going good, because he loved hanging out with you and spending every minute with you. To Levi, you were his everything and he wanted to progress with this relationship and bond but to do that, he had to also make sure you were comfortable and he wanted to really help you out and be there for you!
You were taken aback from his comment, surely he misunderstood the situation, Levi started talking about how he was feeling worried if he might have done something wrong and he had also personally observed the way you were behaving different nowadays towards him.
“No Levi...You never did anything. It’s just that...” You looked away from him and looked down towards your hands that you rested on your lap, you wanted to tell him, but you were not sure how.
But then, you felt his both hands on top of yours and he held it tightly when he bent forward, and looked at you filled with love and concern. “Just what?” He was paying close attention to what you were saying, and Levi sat there patiently and calmly, waiting whenever you wanted to respond or not.
You let out a sigh and with his touch, him caressing your hands, you held his hand back and relaxed. You decided to say instead what was on your mind to Levi. “Just, I am kind of struggling to eat nowadays Levi. It’s been hard for me to eat the past few weeks and...I am trying to but it’s kind of hard.” You said, with such a sad tone it broke Levi’s heart to hear that from someone he loved.
But, he was glad. Levi was glad and relieved to hear that you were finally telling him what was on your mind, and how you were feeling because that was important to him. And, the fact that how Levi started the conversation in a gently and safe environment and both talked about how Y/N and Levi were feeling made it much easier for Y/N to see that Levi just actually cared for them and decided to let him know.
Ever since you had let him know about this, Levi takes account to this and starts to help you in his own way which is filled with love with every act he does.
Levi kind of understood you as he himself, is insomniac, and he struggled to sleep but ever since with your presence and whenever you both had sleepovers, it has helped him had some extra hours of sleep and he was glad he told you and shared that with you ever since you both got close. Him letting you know about it made it less harder for him and easier for him to accept it as he didn't feel all alone anymore. Levi felt really lucky to have you. And now, he wants to give that back to you but x2, he wanted the same thing for you. “Let’s do this together.” Levi would say and he held on your hand, meaning every word he is saying.
Once you have told him you don’t really eat much, Levi gave you space to talk about how they’re feeling and what was going on for them. Levi would be very patient and would honestly listen to every word you say and keep a note of it. He would never and not even think of being annoyed about their eating habit’s as he knew it was something difficult for you and honestly, he was proud of you to have made it everyday all by yourself. He found you even stronger than him.
“Hey, I’m not good with words but, I want you to know I care about you brat. And...I am always there to help, so don’t you dare hesitate with me.” He said and ruffled your hair with a slight blush on his cheeks.
After you were slowly trying to recover, once Levi surprised you and decided to break the routine and made you light homemade food instead to encourage you a bit to eat something if you wanted to. He came over for a movie night and made food for the both of you. And, if you tried or tasted his food even just a little bit, he would smile at you and lean in to give you a soft kiss on your cheek. “I’m proud of you sweetheart.”
‘s-sweetheart?!’ you thought as your cheeks felt hot and you looked away feeling really shy. Y/N was surprised to how Levi was being too soft and sweet, and you actually found it so cute that you both ended up cuddling each other on the couch. “Tch, you really are clingy huh?” Levi said with a smirk and joked. He made you give out a small laugh as it was ironic coming from him, and that, really really, warmed his heart. Tonight was just special for the both of you and he made you feel so special that evening. You really loved him.
Although, Levi would constantly tell you that if you ever needed his help in anyway, or to even hear you out, he was so ready for that. It was his most effective way of showing you his full support, just for you. And, it all came from his heart.
Levi would also research and read more about how to help ‘a loved one who struggles to eat’ and ask for tips from Hanji and Armin, because he really wanted all the best for you. Your happiness is his happiness too.
Whenever Levi goes out to see his old friends, he would still ask if you would like to join. He knows that even if they do not join him, he would still ask you, making Y/N feel valued as a person and always Levi trying to include them in things. Once, Y/N went out to see Mikasa, Historia and Armin to a dessert place and Levi tagged along with Y/N. He would order for himself black tea and Y/N hot chocolate while the others would get themselves some ice cream, waffles and cakes.
While everyone is eating and chatting, Levi would put his hand on top of your lap and caress it. Making sure you are feeling alright and he is there for you no matter what. While you saw the desserts being sweet, you thought Levi’s act was even sweeter to you and it warmed your heart. He then would lean in and whisper to your ear as the others were chatting, “I know this can be hard, and there seem to be lots of food around, but you don’t have to eat it all alright?” Levi said calmly and held your hand, he understood you so well and he knew you were still in recovery so it was a great reminder for Y/N to help them feel in control again. He really helped you out and you felt so happy sharing this with him now.
One night, you got so fed up and felt really overwhelmed. So, you decided to call Levi to come over to your place while sobbing. He came so fast, you have no idea. Hearing you tear up during the phone call, broke his heart and he wanted to hold you right now. As he entered your flat, you quickly got up, eyes swollen from your tears, “I-I..” but you suddenly got pulled towards him and Levi hugged you so tightly. That simple hug, you felt all his love towards you, and it really calmed you down and warmed your heart instead of your body. “Shhh, It’s okay. I got you.”
Levi would definitely build up your self-esteem, after all you were such a great and strong person, not everyone can handle this and it was hard. So, the fact you were for several weeks, along dealing with it, Levi would let Y/N know how strong they are, and he would tell them what a great person they are and how much Levi appreciated having Y/N in his life. “Y/N. I know this is difficult, but I am proud of you.”
The fact that Levi was constantly trying to find out more about eating disorders and how to support them, with that act itself shows that Levi actually really cared and it helped him understand how they might be feeling. So, he would always during nights you both slept together during the weekends, he would whisper soft and gentle things to you, making you feel so much good. “Y/N...You are doing really well.” He would say as he softly caressed your cheeks with his thumb as you both laid on the bed, while you hugged around his waist. “Thanks, Levi. That means a lot.” You said and softly teared up, finally feeling so much better after a long time. “Don't thank me, I want to be here for you if you ever need me.” Those simple words, made you tear up even more, it was just the way he said it, and how he focused on your eyes, his love is real for you. That evening, you shared a lot of love together <3 It made the both of you feel amazing!
And, when you started to eat something little by little and you told him about it or he has seen it, he would give you a smile which was quite rare to see sometimes but he has become softer with you, showing you a side only you see and no one else. “See? I believe in you. You look really happy.” and he meant it. Levi has always been honest to you and that is a strong factor of his as he does not say that easily. With all of his small comments and encouragements he has given you, it made you feel so amazing whenever you ate something even small and he made sure to make you feel good about it.
If you perhaps eat something and it made you feel down about it, Levi would be sure to cheer you up about it and try to joke around to make you laugh. Doing that to make you forget your negative thoughts and he would shower you with love too, by kissing your forehead and saying “It’s going to be okay Y/N, really.”
You won’t miss a day of Levi not sending you a text, you are after all always in his mind because he is in love with you. So he would text or call you and say “How are you doing?” He wants to know if you are doing well and what you were up to so he can see you later on the day <3
Levi one day surprised you and you got a delivery from him, it was a bouquet of roses with a box of chocolate and he left you a handwritten note saying “You look amazing. -Levi.” and that simple note, made you not stop smiling throughout the whole day and squealing about it to Hanji.
After a while, Levi finally took his chance and with time he finally confessed his love to you and how much he deeply cared and cherished you. “I love you, and I don’t think of you any differently.” Levi would say to you under the beautiful nightsky. Levi then reassure them that they are worthy and loved, and nothing they say or do will change that to him.
Ahh anon I really hope you liked this and if anyone read this I hope you did too! This came out so soft and fluff to be honest, and I really see Levi being really understandable and all because he also struggles with something else, such as not getting enough of sleep, and he would shower you with comfort, making you also feel so amazing and good? Like imagine Levi saying what I mentioned above, to you! Anyways, if you did like this please then leave a like, a reblog or leaving me message about it! Thank you all <3
