I DID!!! i made it to 743, which was within my goal of t1k!!! im very happy that i still managed to get it, even if i had to give up on t500 haha

special thanks to my parents (for keeping me alive bc im TERRIBLE at maintaining my physical state), @busybussinbee and @xxluckystrike (for supporting me and partially helping me with schoolwork haha), and most of all the bestest @toyaneko who tiered with me!! we had a good time even if we disbanded SO MANY TIMES dear lord

funny thing thats happened while tiering which forced me to go t1k instead of t500:

started tiering coming off of being sick. shockingly lucid despite everything but that still happened

bad nausea attack sunday made me bedbound all day (head was KILLING me)

panicked schoolwork bc i and blu were in charge of a vocab test THAT TUESDAY so ofc i spent like all of monday working on it and then all of tuesday RUNNING IT so lost those days lol

this didnt make me go t1k but post event i am a bit burnt out and exTREMELY tired and i have dnd today wish me luck LOL

To be candid, I don’t tier for the rewards. It’s part competitiveness (I want my rank to go down, cuz I love it when big number go down and I win) and in part a side effect of playing. If you take the 15 sec to make an event team with 150k talent and like 200% bonus (this is pretty doable if you have enough 3 or 4 star cards that fit the event bonus requirements) and then play co-op, you’ll tend to do fairly well.

I play a few games every day anyways, and if I’m really going for a higher tier, I’ll use autoplay and spend energy drinks n all that, but I don’t pull from event gatchas unless I like the character n card art (regardless of whether or not I’m tiering). In essence, the amount of pjsk I need to play to tier is honestly about how much pjsk I’d want to play, unless I’m going for like t2500, and the cards I’m using are largely the cards I own. So why the hell not?

To be clear: I’m not saying you ought to tier or anything; I’m just trying to explain why I do it.
