Experimentation of Pixel Drifter  combining Shoot 9 -10 & Evaluation

I then decided to push the experimentation of the glitche app into the software of the pixel drifter to see how I can push and manipulate it further into the world of the hyper-real. The images above show the different stages of the software which you can save at any percent, therefore it gives control to what outcome you want. It also offers endless possibilities to keep creating and manipulating the image over and over in different stages.  Therefore these experimentations have been a success throughout this unit of work because of the different possibilities it leads to with the image. It transforms it from one state to another yet again bringing the different categories my work can fit into like art but also photography because of its original state.  However, it also leaves for open interpretation of what the image is and also what it is to the viewer, even though I know its true state. The images blend into both realms of photography and art.  These manipulations within the pixel drifter software will be screen recorded and saved to use within the moving image to put an emphasis on the narrative of transforming from the real to the hyper-real. It also shows my vision to what can represent a sense of hyper real within cyberspace.
