Not Today

I remember the first time I watched this MV, in my very newborn baby infancy Army days. I can't say 100% for certain but it's possible this was THE very first BTS MV I watched in its entirety. It is the choreography version MV with the additional full choreography wide shot segment immediately following. I was breathless after watching the entire thing. I searched for more and more. I am pretty sure this was the day I watched the MVs for Run, Save Me, Spring Day, Idol and Mic Drop. I was still finding my way.

The choice to dye Jimin's hair this particular shade of pink was part of the Universe's plan to get me to pay attention to this angel. It kept catching my eye and I couldn't pay attention to anything else.

I was astonished that there existed a human being who looked like that and could move like that and I didn't know it then but I was already lost to him. Seeing it now, all of those thoughts and feelings I had then come flooding back and I can remember being very bewildered because I did not expect to react the way I did to a man with cotton candy PINK hair.

Looking back now, how did I miss purple-haired RM?
