[Spark Doll au: Tregear is in his doll form is sitting on R/n's shoulder as they make their way through the dark and deserted streets of the city avoiding alien drones that were looking for them. They're making their way to Bel/r (Belial's reader)'s safe houses, when R/n suddenly slipped!
The [short/tall] woman winces and rubbed her side as a frigid dampness started seeping into her clothes, Tregear grew into his human size and helped her up then looked down perplexed at what she tripped on? the ground was wet and slick with...Ice? in July???
R/n gasps as a cool wind ran through the alley the dark ultra was further baffled when he could see R/n breath on the wind she noticed it too and they both cautiously exited the alley their eyes widened in awe at the sight that waited for them.
R/n and Tregear stepped out in to street the were met with what could be described as a winter terror-land as thick layers of snow and jagged ice covered the streets trapping any poor soul caught out in this phenomenon in a frozen grave and in the center of it all they passed a group of hostile aliens frozen in place; all looking up their faces all frozen in a mix of confusion and horror at whatever caused this...
Tregear went touch one of the jugged and glowing icicles sticking out from the ground, when R/n suddenly stopped him by grabbing his arm. "Don't, it'll freeze you in seconds if you touch it." Tregear looked at R/n for few moments trying to decipher how she could know this? when a payphone started ringing from somewhere, R/n let go of Tregear's arm and the two followed the ringing a few blocks down; passing more bodies along the way but they weren't upright frozen in terror like the others... these ones were beaten badly to a pulp and had energy burns on their skin.
Tregear realized another ultra had come through here, But it certainly wasn't Taro or Taiga. This, this was way too violent to be their doing... Tregear was used to gory sights; but even he felt his stomach twist a little upon seeing the state of one of the bodies whose face was so badly caved in he couldn't tell if it was once alien or human? Not that it mattered much now, but still...
Tregear did not want to be a fly on the wall and witness whoever caused all this carnage as he cautiously pulled R/n closer as they followed the ringing which led them to a payphone outside of subway station the two stared at the phone warily before R/n reached out and answered it.
R/n: Hello?
Bel/R: R/n it's Bel/R!
R/n: Yeah, I kinda figured..who else could turn downtown into Pingu's playhouse?
Bel/R, laughs dryly: Nice one, but this ain't the time; more of those punks and drones are headed down there. you're gonna have get to my safe house at the Black apple bar-
R/n: The apple? that's half-way on the other side of town!
Bel/R: Well your in luck the trains are still running, and to my knowledge they aren't monitoring the rail system because all the people are gone, just hack one of them and ride to the 3rd row station, that shouldn't be hard for you *click*
R/n, Snorts: Oh...yeah, so easy!~
She jeered and put the phone down gestured for Tregear to follow down into the subway but notice he staring at her suspiciously.
Tregear, as his eyes narrow: Why aren't you cold?
R/n, tenses up: We're not doing this right now.
{She tries to walk down the stairs but Tregear stops her.]
Tregear: Oh, yes we are, because right now everything that I thought I knew about you is breaking apart....are you even human?
R/n: .....(averts her eyes)
Tregear, Lets go of her:....I see, if this is how it's going to be. the after this is dealt with we're done.
R/n looked at Tregear shock she expected him to just start laughing at any second but now he was serious as he kept down the stairs, any attempts of R/n trying to talk were met with stony silence, it wasn't until they'd finally got one of the trains moving that R/n finally cracked under the pressure of not seeing Tregear again!
R/n: Before I explain anything, Bel/r's a Jötunn.
Tregear, looked at her apprehensively:..Don't try and make things now-
R/n, interrupts him: I'm not making things up, you can ask her yourself when we get there, but for now just fucking listen to me.
Tregear looked taken aback my her sudden use of cursing, R/n never curses unless she's nervous or she's about tell him something very serious or both!
R/n explained that three years before they met Bel/r came to her with an odd request pretend to be her while on a expedition to Valhalla, of course R/n thought the woman had gone mad! After all, Valhalla isn't real! it just a myth! but then Bel/r revealed her true self to the young science student. And explained that Valhalla was real but it wasn't some never ending party in a Mead hall in the afterlife... it was a lab, an ancient lab the frost giants used to help create weapons and bionics for a certain group of humans.
The lab had been dormant for centuries and now someone found it, but they needed a frost giant to open it and Bel/r was going to be the one to open it. However she had no intention of letting them repeat the mistakes of the past, the last frost giant intended to destroy Valhalla and keep it's secrets locked away forever.
R/n: At first everything went according to plan, we tricked the head researcher into thinking I was the frost giant and Bel/r was my bodyguard... but when we reach the sanctum above lab's entrance is where things fell apart. The head researcher revealed themselves to be descendant of Thor and had intended use the lab to reclaim their family's power and rule the world and all that...
R/n:...They killed everyone except me and Bel/r and force us down in in the lab's entrance. the whole time my legs were shaking as they forced me to step forward towards the doors and then they stabbed me through the back with some kind of blade that worked like a siphon. They never intended to let Bel/r live...and she knew that and she still let me...
R/n punch the empty seat next to her in frustration Tregear's eyes widened as a pillar of jagged ice suddenly tore through the seat cushions.
R/n: I don't know what happened after that, But three months later I woke up in another lab; Helheim. Apparently it was it was the giant's version of a glorified morgue. Bel/r experimented on my body and brought me back, turned me into a freak.
Tregear: A freak?
R/n: A proxy she calls me. transferred some of her essence into my body, gave me almost all the powers of a frost giant, minus the ability to transformation. But it also came with two downsides.
R/n: When R/n transferred her energy into me it also transferred a melange of her screwed up memories and personally traits that affected me so badly that sometimes I still can't even tell who the fuck I am anymore.
Tregear: And the other thing?
R/n stares at him unsure before pulling down her sweater sleeve revealing the skin on her arm was turning gray and ice was slowly growing out of it, It looked painful and if it was painful then R/n was good job hiding it or she can't feel it at all.
R/n: Unfortunately due to my weak human constitution I can't control the ice flowing in my veins, sure it protects me from subfreezing temperatures but every time I use it I risk freezing myself from the inside out.
R/n reaches into her bag and pull out a some sort of sheet it looked like bandage but it had a fire ball on it, she stuck it on her arm the patch bonded to her skin like a tattoo and in seconds the ice melted away and the grey color her arm turned went back to a more healthier hue.
R/n could see the questions in Tregear eyes and handed him the box labeled "heat patches" R/n explains she got them from an alien pharmacy they offer some relief for her predicament. Bel/r uses a similar product but they're to regulate the cold so she doesn't overheat.
Usually R/n uses a extra large patch and sets it on her back that's the tattoo he's seen before , but the store was out she been stuck using mediums or smalls they stay bonded to the skin for a couple weeks then the patch peels off on it's own.
Tregear hummed handing the box back to R/n as the train's automatic PA announced their stop and the two cautiously made their way to the Black Apple bar where Bel/r was waiting along with Tregear's eyes widened when he saw Ultraman Belial sitting at the bar eyeing him suspiciously...well that explained the overkill to some of the bodies he saw downtown.
Once this invasion situation was over Tregear assured R/n he wasn't leaving now that she was being truthful with him, however he did confront Bel/r over why she didn't fix the problem with R/n's powers? The frost giant shrugged. "I'm no scientist I just felt bad cos she got hurt, you however are a scientist- figure it out yourself." she said giving him a little pat on the back before rejoining Belial.
Tregear was thrown-off at her sheer indifference at the situation he now understood why R/n and Bel/r were on strained terms; he had feeling getting the experiment data from the frost giant was going to be like pulling bent nails from a board from here on out.

I just got an 'humans are space orcs' based au idea :
This one is mainly a Super Giant Robot Brothers au, but it'll be still a crossover one aswell -
The humans in this au are total goobers in their own way, not to mention that Alex is the only one who kinda takes things seriously ( also - we never see 3yrd alex in this, only 10yrd and present 13yrd alex). Before the Kaiju invasion, an alien crew consisting of Blorgo Starface and a few other friendly aliens from other planets came to Earth to warn about and help for the upcoming invasion. Thus - news about the future invasion spread and the EDF was created (Aturo and Magnita are still alive btw). At first - the plan was to mix alien and human military machinery to fight off the Kaijus and Invasive Aliens, but then Alex after finding an old drawing of Shiny then gets the idea to create a giant sentient robot. And by Blorgo's request she also designed Thunder, 'cause two big robots are better than one. And thus again - the chaos begins.
'But Insert' you say 'What makes this au HASO based other than the humans here have their own goober energy?'. Well, here's the thing :
Almost every residence of every city imaginable wants to go against the invaders and will get themselves in danger. Hell, one of the alien allies had went out to live with a guy witch the government(s) chosed to study earth and it's population and they can confirm it. The people who work in the EDF almost get themselves killed during work hours. The only ones who are trying to keep humanity safe during their protection from the Kaijus and invasive aliens are Alex, the alien allies and two 300ft robots. They have to keep measures for safety for the dumb b1tch syndrome diagnosed society.
As for the crossover part - there were alien who visited in the past who made some major events :
Somewhere during the 1500s some aliens had made the younger part of humanity to be able to create creature companions only with their mind, thus Foster's home for imaginary friends are apart of this mess.
Some part of an ancient alien civilization had taken residence in an island in the south part of Oceania during, go figure, the ancient times. Mobius and Mobians exist (Also - return of the Blue king).
During the 1900s some aliens caused the rapid cognitive and minor physical evolution of the Antarctic animals, mainly penguins. In fact - they even learned English, but also made their own language. PLUS - Pingu is even the first penguin to create a BLOG on the internet, most likely on here, thus making him also popular in this au.
So, that's it for now. rn gonna do some concept art.
Can't wait to see the chain reaction coming from this -
#insert-rambles.txt#text post#text#new au idea#au idea#au concept#crossover au#super giant robot brothers#sgrb#sonic the hedgehog#foster's home for imaginary friends#fhfif#pingu#humans are space orcs#this one's gonna be wild -

Hi! I love your blog :) I found that you reblogged "Wanna be nosy? Here's your chance." post, so how about #15, 19, 36? These are rather safe questions, but if you don't want to answer them for whatever reason, no pressure! Thank you in advance!
Hi! Thank you! I love your blog too!
Okay, no problem! I reblogged because i wanted to answer :) Here I go :
15 : Favorite movie I have many , Its tied between "Les enfants de la pluie" and "Carnival of souls". Les enfants de la pluie, Its an animated movie, Its french, and It my absolute confort movie, when im sick with flu, i cover myself with blankets and watch It, just like when i was a kid. Carnival of souls was my first black and white horror movie. I discovered It thanks to my english teacher at college, i did a PPT presentation about It, my gothic teen self back then felt in love...and It continued to this day.
19: Im introverted but also very leadery , which means that if something needs to be done, ill begrundingly do It and teach others how to do It, or ash how to do It myself, because i cant handle to watch things half done, its something that bothers me a lot. Thats why people say that im a good teacher, and that i resemble to angry Pingu making hearts XD.
36 : In my city. It may sound boring, but i just LOVE my city, im from Madrid (Spain) I have always lived there, so yeah. Theres plenty to do here so. If not Madrid...Probably Paris or London , i loved them when i visited them.
If you want to ask more, feel free ! :)

"The film mostly succeeds in this monstrous true story due to the transformative and utterly compelling performances of Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong. Stan’s gradual transformation is entirely believable, avoiding SNL-levels of parody through his eerily uncanny, surprisingly restrained, and frightening portrayal of a total and complete narcissist. He absolutely nails Trump’s body language, speech patterns, and facial expressions, and he does this more progressively throughout the film while never once overplaying it. By the time you reach the end of the film, his version of Trump is completely unrecognizable from the person we met at the beginning of the film, not just in mind and body (courtesy of some convincing makeup work), but also in spirit."

"THE APPRENTICE” (click for article)
May 20, 2024
By Matt Neglia
THE STORY – A dive into the underbelly of the American empire, the film charts a young Donald Trump’s ascent to power through a Faustian deal with the influential right-wing lawyer and political fixer Roy Cohn.
THE CAST – Sebastian Stan, Jeremy Strong, Maria Bakalova, Martin Donovan & Joe Pingue
THE TEAM – Ali Abbasi (Director), Jennifer Stahl & Gabriel Sherman (Writers)
THE RUNNING TIME – 120 Minutes
Making a film about former President of the United States, Donald Trump, was always going to be a hot-button topic amongst cinephiles. Such a controversial figure who is still, to this day, a very real presence in our lives and has no intentions of fading away, one would think any form of a biopic about him would want to wait a number of years, perhaps after his passing, to tell any story about him so not to garner intense reactions out of people. But perhaps that’s the goal all along. No matter what the response to filmmaker Ali Abbasi’s (“Holy Spider“) latest film is, it’s going at least get some sort of a reaction out of people. And in a way, such a reckless and blatant approach to making and releasing this film now, while both his supporters and haters are out in full force during an election year where he will be the Republican nominee once again (barring an indictment of any kind) feels right in line with the kind of person Donald Trump is and has always been, well at least after he met Roy Cohn, which is what Abbasi’s film depicts. It’s not concerned with his Presidential years in the Oval Office, but rather the early days in his real estate career, when barely anyone knew who he was and through a mentor/protege friendship, it gave birth to this Frankenstein’s monster who not only became rich and famous, but infamous.
Before he made his billions, Donald Trump (Sebastian Stan) was a young, upstart real estate mogul looking to secure a deal with the city of New York under his wealthy father, Fred Trump’s (Martin Donovan) nose, who owned The Trump Organization. After venturing into a bar one night visited by some of the most powerful, corrupt, and wealthiest individuals in the city, Trump meets hotshot American lawyer and prosecutor Roy Cohn (Jeremy Strong), a blowhard, vulgar, and offensive individual who doesn’t care about anything other than winning. Trump elicits Cohn’s help to get the feds to back off his family’s business so he can move forward with building a luxury hotel in the middle of Grand Central Station, and Cohn eventually agrees. He likes the kid and seizes the moment to take him under his wing and teach him his three key principles to winning: Rule 1: Attack. Attack. Attack. Rule 2: Admit nothing. Deny everything. And Rule 3: Claim victory and never admit defeat. This mental attitude would go on to become the blueprint for how Donald Trump would eventually grow his family’s real estate empire through the 1970s and 80s, leading to the unbreakable mindset that would one day lead him to the Presidency.
Naturally, there’s quite a bit of fear and hesitation about how Sebastian Stan would portray Trump in “The Apprentice” (the title of the film applying to Trump’s role under Cohn’s tutelage and a play off of his famous television show of the same name). Is this meant to be a comedy? A drama? Perhaps even a horror film? Abbasi’s film, surprisingly, plays everything mostly straight, giving the film “Succession” levels of Shakespearean drama (backed by some brass-heavy pieces of score which will also remind viewers of the hit HBO show) as the relationship between Trump and Cohn touches upon themes of friendship, loyalty, and betrayal. The two start off the film in totally different places, and, by the end, they swap as one eventually becomes humbled by life, and the other displays a total disregard for it and its rules based on the teachings he inherited from the other. By telling such a story, “The Apprentice” does not shy away from showing audiences what a driven but naive young Donald Trump once was but also the notorious scumbag he would grow to become.
The film mostly succeeds in this monstrous true story due to the transformative and utterly compelling performances of Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong. By the time you reach the end of the film, his version of Trump is completely unrecognizable from the person we met at the beginning of the film, not just in mind and body (courtesy of some convincing makeup work), but also in spirit. The same goes for Strong as Cohn, who captures Cohn’s voice, slight head bob while speaking, and, more importantly, his viciousness, ruthlessness, and cruelty. The latter human qualities are particularly noteworthy for how Strong manages to pry even the slightest degree of pity for Cohn from the audience by the end after watching what a despicable human being he was earlier in his life is nothing short of fantastic acting from the Emmy Award-winning actor. Watching those almost inhuman powers transfer from one actor to the other seamlessly over the course of the two-hour runtime is the film’s best asset, as Abbasi never asks us to sympathize with Trump but instead seeks to give us a better understanding of how anyone could ever think and behave the way he does. By the time you’re done watching Abbasi’s cautionary character study, it starts to make a bit more sense.
Some will feel that none of this is new information and the film’s very act of existence is objectionable, given how much of a prevalent force Trump remains in our daily lives. While Stan and Strong’s exceptional work makes the film worth checking out, there are still numerous flaws to be found within its storytelling. The decision to shoot utilizing different video formats, such as celluloid filmstock and camcorder footage, provides a clear distinction between the time periods, accentuated by the film’s soundtrack comprising various hits from the time. Some of these needle drops feel appropriate, while one in particular during a physical assault by Trump on his former wife Ivana Trump (a sadly underused Maria Bakalova) feels completely out of place and cuts the horrifically violent act’s knees right from underneath it. Abbasi wisely avoids showcasing any and all contemporary scenes during Trump’s presidential run and eventual Presidency, but that doesn’t stop screenwriters Jennifer Stahl & Gabriel Sherman from constantly eluding to it in some heavy-handed ways. Whether it’s played for laughs or for a cheap wink at the camera to tell audiences unnecessary indicators such as, “See! That’s how he got his campaign slogan!” it never hits as hard as the drama conjured by Stan and Strong, nor the queasy feelings it produces in your stomach knowing what this power-hungry, nonsensical fraud of a businessman would later go on to do.
While Trump constantly fabricates the truth to create a scenario where he comes out ahead, Abbasi’s film is about getting as close to the truth as possible to paint a picture of a figure where he comes out not as low as possible but across as honestly as possible. That honesty is rotten to the core, and Stan’s immersive portrayal never breaks away from that truth. There is no breaking of the fourth wall to over-explain details to the audience, nor is there a sharp divide between the film’s drama and comedy, causing us to question whether we should take the film seriously or not. It’s as serious a film for our tumultuous times as any other. Although it might not be perfect, and some will rightfully question whether the timing of “The Apprentice” is justified, Stan and Strong provide awards-worthy work that will get people talking and hopefully convince them to see Trump for who he is and has always been.

‘Noot noot’ is already unintelligible enough that Pingu can only have been punished for his hubris in some other way.
… Well, he did move to the big city in the new series, I think
I'm watching Pingu right now and wow how did I forget that Pingu once tried to recreate the Tower of Babel.
