Here’s my Pikmin OCs: the Green, Cyan and Orange Pikmin!

Green:

The strength of these big-headed Pikmin is equivalent to 10 Purple Pikmin(100 regular Pikmin). They also have a purple crystal in place of a leaf on their antennae, which glows in the dark, allowing for safe navigation at sundown. Plus, the crystal can hypnotize enemies into fighting for you! There can only be one per exploration, though, otherwise they’ll feel threatened by other Green Pikmin, but not threatened enough to start fighting them.

Orange:

These slimy Pikmin can climb up walls to rescue the Rescue Team workers if you’re too lazy to do it yourself. They can also spawn any Pikmin type through sculpting them out of slime, and the special part determines the Pikmin type. Basically, they’re a semi-sentient, oozing around version of the Onion.

Cyan:

These Pikmin have the speed of two White Pikmin, as they have four legs as well as four arms, allowing them twice the strength when lifting things. They also have four eyes, allowing them to see in front and from the sides. Basically, they’re the ultimate Pikmin.

(Olimar always knew his beloved pikmin were merciless, but he never could have imagined his loyal comrades, friends and family would turn on him in such a cruel manner, and under the warm sun of the day the father quickly finds himself fighting for his life!)

Dreams of warm sunshine and of loving faces had the father awaken in tears that morning as he sat up in his cot, unenthusiastic to greet the day.

Of course, these dreams visited him every single night; haunting giggles from his children that resonated along with her ruby lips on his. Images before him that would leave his pillow suffering the brunt of the emotions, but usually by morning he could push the ache away.

Some days however were far harder than most, when the memories only seemed to consume him if anything. Incapacitate him, make it so difficult to get anything done. Louie never seemed to have these days, where homesickness was just too much to bear…in fact he hardly seemed to miss his family…but then again Olimar had his own unsettling theories as to why that might be the case.

It was decided that day would be spent building their numbers, field reports, and harvesting for more berry sprays. It was the safest bet with one of the prime members of their unit in such a state.

…But Olimar discovered even the piklopedia was all but impossible to do. His mind was blank and too many tears fell on the digital pad. He finally needed to put it away to minimize the risk of water damage.

Louie had most of their squad, nearby somewhere harvesting posies. Olimar only had three pikmin with him. The inquisitive little leaf children had watched him sadly type and sketch away, until he threw down the pencil as well in frustration and wrapped his arms around his knees.

This was truly a disturbing sight to the pikmin. They were so accustomed to the bright smiling face that always gazed at them with adoration. Their leader radiated confidence and was the pillar of strength…

They didn’t know what to do.

Pikmin Tigglecanons pt 3: Hocotate Edition

Olimar:

Being the family man he is, he definitely has tickle fights with his wife and kids (aka Switch)

Despite preferring to be the so called tickle monster of his family, he’s very ticklish himself (especially around the ears and underarms) and gets absolutely wriggly if someone wrecks him

Has a deep melodic laugh that is literally music to anyone’s ears

Has definitely had tickle fights with the Pikmin (they remind him of his kids)

The teases are usually gentle but cheeky too

Louie:

Is more of a sinister ler

Not as ticklish as Oli but he is ticklish too

Sweet spots are his underarms and ribs

More weak to harder tickles than softer tickles

As someone who ships him with Alph, the poor Koppaite is not safe from Good ol’ Tickle Monster Lou

Somebody give Billy a Pikmin army that he never asked for but can't get rid of so now they're everywhere and he's trying to hide them in his pockets and dresser drawers. They're popping out of the tape deck of his stereo, spinning in circles on the turntable, and repelling down his nightstand from a destroyed cassette tape.

They're tucking themselves in between the pages of his textbooks and taking bites of discarded Fritos on the floor. They're wiggling around in his favorite pair of converse and sneaking away with one sock at a time.

Whenever he leaves a half used cigarette in the ashtray, they gather around to warm their little hands like it's a campfire.

When Billy doesn't wake up to water them they climb under the covers and tickle him with their leaves.

They follow him to school, hiding in his bag. In the glove box. Tucked underneath the collar of his jean jacket. He swears he's going half crazy hearing little squeaks, pips, and giggles. Until he finally catches one trying to drag his pencil off the desk.

When the Pikmin discover his like for Steve, they start stealing things and presenting them to Billy as trophies. Little trinkets of appreciation in hopes of praise and affection. A chewed wad of gum. A shoelace. Steve's jockstrap from gym class.... They work very hard for Billy. And Steve thinks he's going bonkers misplacing everything. He couldn't find his essay last night after he finished it.

The Green Pikmin ref sheet! (One last doodle before the Poconos era of my doodles) The leaf phase looks like a diamond-cut sapphire, the bud phase looks like the leaf phase, except more purple with a small spike on the top, and the flower phase looks like a long hexagon-cut amethyst. Due to the crystal being able to hypnotize enemies into fighting for you, only one can be summoned from the Onion per exploration so you don’t hypnotize every enemy instantly. The lore explanation is that Green Pikmin can’t work with other Green Pikmin, as Green Pikmin always want to be the most powerful in the field, and feel a little threatened by other Green Pikmin, but won’t fight them for their own dominance.

Oh, and I darkened their bodies to differentiate them from Glow Pikmin!
