Today I had to skip classwork time for a visit to the Urgent Care clinic and a wait at the pharmacy. ("...has Vincent ever been here before?" "...yes, I have." "oh, sorry.") Infected piercings. Lymphnodes are extremely swollen. Now I have to clean them with an antibiotic lubricant and take doxycycline twice a day... I stretched up to 16mm too fast, and although I only felt a little pinch, the tapers got stuck! Even though I put the 14mm back, they hurt now when I take them out/put them in. The Piercing Bible recommends not stretching if you feel any pinching or burning at all...and waiting 3 months between stretches for large sizes. I didn't listen... Also I replaced the solid tapers with soft silicone fleshtunnels.
