How about we flex some truth today? The reality of social media posts... . Everyone wants to present themselves looking their best, especially where social media is concerned. Keep that in mind when looking at posts people make. Many people do not look as good, all the time, as they do in the images that they post. . I am no exception to this and here is an example. This is how I usually get photos for posting "flex" pics. When I was super new to posting, I would set a timer and simply retake images until I got one that I liked. Then I learned that I could record a video and then grab a frame from that to use as a photo (which is MUCH easier, btw). Throw a little IG Lux on it and bam! Done. I got the images in this post this way, using the video in the last slide. . Many people, however, go WAAAAY beyond this and use editing apps to literally completely reshape their body, face, etc. The Kardashians are a prime example. Do an image search in Google for "Instagram vs reality" and you will see what I mean. It's shocking how much people can (and will) TOTALLY change how they look. . Please, please, PLEASE keep this in mind when browsing IG. Don't let other peoples' exaggerations rob you of the pride you should feel from your own REAL progress. ✌🏻. . Have a great weekend!
