More tbnw thoughts cause what do you mean although there are many different cirrus phu stays phu. Like phu as they said so strongly is such a beacon of light for cir he's literally his sanctuary to protect him and take care of him whenever. Phu did not know cir at all yet he took him in when he saw how shaken up he was. Phu in the other world got in between cir and a man that fatally stabbed him then phu consoles cir when he finds out his brother passed. Then Phu takes care of cir by leaving him food and other items so he can recover from his fever. Phu care and love for cir never falterd the fact that it goes across other worlds is so emotional cause each cir doesn't even know just how important Phu is. But cirrus is very much Phu angel I know some say stalker but to me it's not he's protecting Phu always consoling him when Phu just isn't feeling like being what other's expectations of him which is this sunshine but with cir he can be gloomy and blue and want to lean on someone he trusts. Aside from his father he loves dearly cir probably comes second. Cir not being in Phu life would leave him very lonely he's already navigating still it seems the routine of living alone and taking care of himself while still mourning cause his mom has kind of abandoned him as well.

I see a lot of people being confused and unhappy with bringing parallel worlds back into the mix with tbnw but I don't think they ever really left, Cir just didn't know what he was really seeing. There's always been the idea that maybe our dreams are parallel worlds we travel to when we dream. I think Cir simply saw a universe where him and Phu were already together in his dream while in the hospital the first time. When he woke up he wanted to make it a reality, so he made up what he thought was a lie about knowing Phu in a parallel world. In reality, he saw a glimpse of another world and now that he's hit his head again he's on a bit of a universe slot machine. Cir and Phu are tied by destiny and the way Cir is being shown that is a bit supernatural, but makes sense overall, if you lend credence to the dreams being parallel world theory.

You know, I should've expected that in a series about parallel worlds there were gonna be... parallel worlds. And I did. I knew this was gonna happen.

I've seen some say the nc was too short but in the context of this episode revolving around phu grieving his father's anniversary I think it was actually perfect. Even with what we're given I think it was to show phu who's been having these overwhelming feelings for cir lately and admitted he fell in love and so he wanted to go all the way with cir. But it doesn't take away phu's overwhelming guilt for getting even getting mad at his other self in that word cause they actually have cir when he himself can't have cir the way he wants. It was really passionate and yet this linger of sadnesses cause phu knew this was last time but he couldn't fight what he's been wanting. Like I wouldn't be surprised if ppl were a little disconnected cause the episode was so heavy on phu's feelings that it's conflicting cause u wanna be into it but can't. I'm just saying this Cause ppl swear mame puts sex scenes just to put them when they don't have any meaning or context and I disagree.

Many times phone backgrounds are pretty generic in shows, but Phu's is so cute! It matches a lot of what we know about him.

I'd have to look more closely at the symbolism, but it appears to tie into his superstitions. If I remember right, elephants are a symbol of mental strength in Buddhism. Phu is cute, but he's mentally strong.
