All I did was take a look into the backyard today and suddenly, the grief was overwhelming. 💔😓💔 The grass in the backyard is an expanse of green, fresh and unmarred by the trails once worn to the dirt by both of our sweet dogs...Zoe & Pepper...both now gone from our lives forever...the return of the grass to those trails providing such a finality...so visible & concrete.
